Abstract

This study aims to analyze the hepatoprotective potential of ethanol extract of Mezzetia Parviflora Becc. stem bark. (EEKBM) on serum glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase (SGOT) and serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase (SGPT) levels in rats induced by toxic doses of paracetamol, as well as measuring the antioxidant concentration of EEKBM. The method used in this research was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 6 treatment groups and 4 replications. The test animals used were 24 individual male rats that were induced by hepatotoxicity with 1350 mg/kgBW of paracetamol on day 7, except for the normal control (K0) which was given distilled water. Test animals received treatment with distilled water in the negative control (K-), Hepa-Q as much as 11.34 mg/kgBW in the positive control (K+), EEKBM dose of 150 mg/kgBW (P1), dose of 300 mg/kgBW (P2), and a dose of 600 mg/kgBB (P3) for 14 days. Data on SGOT and SGPT levels were analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) with a significance level of 5% with the Tukey test as a further test. The results of the study showed that there was a significant difference (P<0.05) in the effect of giving EEKBM on SGOT and SGPT levels. Based on the research results, it was concluded that a dose of 150 mg/kgBB EEKBM has hepatoprotective potential. Spectrophotometric measurement results show that EEKBM has an IC50 value of 96.308 μg/mL, categorized as strong antioxidant activity

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konsep pernikahan dalam perspektif feminisme dan hukum perkawinan Islam. Ini adalah kajian kepustakaan (library research) Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah content analysis. Temuan penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa dalam wacana feminisme, terjadi pro-kontra  tentang  institusi lembaga perkawinan. Kaum feminis ada yang menolak mentah-mentah institusi perkawinan dan ada kubu yang pro. Kubu yang pro umumnya berasal dari kubu psikoanalisis dan postmodernis yang tidak melarang perempuan menjatuhkan pilihan bebasnya untuk menikah, namun bermaksud untuk mendefinisikan ulang makna perkawinan bagi perempuan dan laki-laki secara setara. Pernikahan dalam hukum perkawinan Islam menggambarkan bahwa keluarga adalah fondasi inti pembangunan masyarakat yang ditegakkan di atas dasar fitrah serta sistem yang kukuh. Keluarga merupakan kebutuhan vital bagi individu dan anggota masyarakat. Membinasakan keluarga  berarti menentang hukum alam dalam kehidupan sosial.This paper aims to examine the concept of marriage in the perspective of feminism and Islamic marriage law. This is a literature review (library research). The data analysis method used is content analysis. The findings of this study reveal that in the discourse of feminism, there are pros and cons regarding the institution of marriage. There are feminists who reject the institution of marriage outright and there are those who are pro. The pro camp generally comes from the psychoanalytic and postmodernist camps which do not prohibit women from making their free choice to marry, but intend to redefine the meaning of marriage for women and men equally.Marriage in Islamic marriage law illustrates that the family is the core foundation of community development which is upheld on the basis of nature and a strong system. Family is a vital need for individuals and members of society. Annihilating the family means going against the laws of nature in social life.

Abstract

This paper aims to examine Ibrahim Hosen's thoughts on the meaning and purpose of marriage and his contribution to the reform of marriage law in Indonesia. How Ibrahim Hosen's thinking about marriage is limited to the definition and purpose of marriage, how various thoughts exist and how the contribution of Ibrahim Hosen's thoughts to reforming marriage law in Indonesia is the problem of this research. This is a library research. The data analysis method used is content analysis. As a result, the definition of ownership in the marriage contract according to Ibrahim Hosen is not a contract to have a wife's body, making a wife an object by the husband. However, the right of ownership in the definition of marriage means the right to have the use of the husband against the wife, in addition to the haram husband who feels the pleasure of the wife. Based on this, it can be concluded that there is no patriarchal element in the definition of marriage as explained by the fiqh scholars. Ibrahim Hosen explained that marriage in Islam aims to build a prosperous household full of sakinah, mawaddah, and mercy. Therefore, linking the husband's obligation to provide for his wife with tamkin is clearly not right, because it seems as if the purpose of marriage is just a matter of sex. This thinking must be corrected by conducting a review, because the obligation to provide a living takes effect after the marriage contract occurs. Therefore, the provisions of Article 80 paragraph [5] KHI related to the relationship between husband and wife and tamkin, need to be revised.

Abstract

Bakteri Paenibacillus polymyxa merupakan agens hayati yang dapat bertahan, berasosiasi, dan terus berkembang pada perakaran tanaman. Jamur Trichoderma sp. merupakan agens hayati yang telah terbukti efektif untuk mengendalikan jamur dan bakteri perusak tanaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian agen hayati terhadap pertumbuhan dan kejadian penyakit moler tanaman bawang merah varietas Trisula. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kp. Senen RT/RW.02/02, Desa Nyalindung, Kecamatan Cugenang, Kabupaten Cianjur, bulan Maret – Mei 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) non faktorial dengan 4 taraf perlakuan diulang sebanyak 4 kali.Taraf perlakuannya yaitu A= Kontrol (Tanpa Perlakuan), B= Trichoderma sp dengan jumlah 50 gram/Polybag, C= Paenibacillus polymyxa dengan konsentrasi larutan 10 ml/l air, dan D= Trichoderma sp 50 gram/polybag + Paenibacillus polymyxa 10 ml/l air. Parameter yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah umbi per plot, berat basah umbi per plot, dan kejadian penyakit Moler. Hasil penelitian perlakuan terbaik adalah pemberian konsentrasi agen hayati Paenibacillus polymyxa 10 ml/l (C)  memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah umbi per plot, berat basah umbi per plot, dan kejadian penyakit Moler.

Abstract

This study aims to compare hepatoprotector potency of the ethanol extract of sugar apple (A. squamosa) stem bark (EESSB) against the enzyme activity of SGOT and SGPT in rats induced by toxic doses of paracetamol. The method used in this study is Completely Randomized (CRD) consisting of 6 treatment groups and 3 replications. The parameters that are being observed in this study are phytochemical, antioxidant, clinical symptoms, macroscopic, SGOT and SGPT rats. Data were analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) with a significant level of 5% with the Duncan test as a follow-up test. The clinical and macroscopic symptoms of rat liver including changes in color, surface structure and consistency as well as relative organ weight. Data were analyzed using ANOVA significant level 5% and Duncan's test as a follow-up test.  Extracts contains alkaloid, steroid and phenolic compounds. The results showed that there was a significant difference (P <0.05) in the levels of SGOT and SGPT after giving ethanol extract of stem bark A.squamosa (EESSB). Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that all EESSB doses had the potential to reduce the levels of AST and ALT in paracetamol induced rats. The results showed that there was a significant difference (P <0.05) in the macroscopic changes in the liver based on changes in color and degree of liver damage. Relative organ weight had no significant effect (P> 0.05). The ethanol extract of  A. squamosa (EESSB) stem bark has the potential to be a hepatoprotector, however a dose of 150 mg/kg BW is a more effective dose as a hepatoprotector against paracetamol.

Abstract

Breast cancer is one of the highest known causes of death in Indonesia, especially for women. Pogostemon cablin Benth is one of the Aceh's endemic herbal plants that has been studied to have potential such as anti-inflammatory, antiproliferative, antioxidant, antimicrobial, and proapoptotic. Network pharmacology approach was conducted to explore and analyze the potential of P. cablin as an anti-breast cancer. P. cablin plant compounds were obtained from GCMS and breast cancer genes data were obtained from OMIM, GeneCard, and DisGeNet databases. Target proteins and pathways involved were identified using STRING-DB and Metascape. Network analysis was performed using Cytoscape. A total of 65 plant compounds with 554 target proteins and 1854 disease genes were obtained. Based on the results of combining protein targets using Venn diagrams, 138 overlapping proteins between drug compounds and breast cancer disease targets were identified. Based on KEGG and GO analysis, P. cablin is known to have potential in breast cancer treatment/therapeutic mechanisms. Based on the "compound-protein target-pathway" multi-target mechanism, pogostol; 1H-Cycloprop[e]azulen-7-ol, decahydro-1,1,7-trimethyl-4-methylene-, [1ar-(1aα,4aα,7β,7aβ,7bα)]-; 3-Hexen-1-ol, 2,5-dimethyl-, acetate, (Z)-, 5β,7βH,10α-Eudesm-11-en-1α-ol; Acetic acid, 3-hydroxy-6-isopropenyl-4,8a-dimethyl 1,2,3,5,6,7,8,8a-octahydronaphthalen-2-yl ester; and Humulenol-II interacts with proteins that play a significant role in breast cancer, which are MAPK1, EGFR, TNF, AKT1, and JAK2. Hence, it can be concluded that P. cablin has good potential to be a source of therapeutic treatment against breast cancer. However, it needs to be tested clinically to further determine the effects of this P. cablin compound.

Abstract

This paper aims to examine the potential for disputes in the problem of joint property in marriage. Normatively, both Article 85 KHI and 86 paragraph {1} KHI and Article 171 letter e KHI have the potential for turbulence of law which has implications for social turbulence which leads to legal uncertainty itself. This research is a literature study (library research) with the data analysis method used is content analysis. The results of this study indicate that the legal norms contained in Article 85 KHI and 86 paragraph {1} KHI, as well as Article 171 letter e KHI, basically require an agreement as a form of manifestation of separation, possession of marital assets and legal actions that can be performed each party over their respective assets without neglecting their respective obligations in marriage, so that with an agreement on marital assets, the clustering of assets controlled by each party both on innate assets, gifts, inheritance and assets acquired by each party during the marriage become a stressing point in minimizing the potential for disputes while at the same time providing legal certainty when disputes occur both during the divorce phase and the death phase of one of the parties

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh perkembangan teknologi yang membawa dampak pada perekonomian suatu negara dan membawa masyarakat memasuki era ekonomi digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan strategi pemasaran produk yang dilakukan oleh UMKM Keripik Belut Citra Rasa dalam menghadapi tantangan pemasaran digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data yang diperoleh dari data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan pengamatan, wawancara, dokumentasi, kepustakaan, dan internet. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran produk yang dilakukan oleh UMKM Keripik Belut Citra Rasa dalam menghadapi tantangan pemasaran digital meliputi strategi menggunakan digital marketing yakni dengan memanfaatkan media sosial Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, dan WhatsApp Bisnis, serta memanfaatkan marketplace Tokopedia dan SiBakul Jogja. Strategi menggunakan bauran pemasaran 9P, yaitu product, price, place, promotion, people, process, psysical evidence, payment, dan packaging.

Abstract

Family well-being can be influenced by financial management within the family. Financial management is a series of steps to maximize income and minimize expenses, while ensuring sufficient funds to meet daily needs. A preliminary survey revealed that the financial literacy level of mothers in Margaluyu Village, Pangalengan District, remains low and needs improvement. They lack an understanding of financial planning and are not yet effectively managing household finances. This community service method uses Participatory Action Research and Service Learning. Both methods are used complementary. The Financial Management Seminar was held on July 28, 2025, in Margaluyu Village, Pangalengan District, with 31 seminar participants. The majority of people in the village are vegetable farmers and workers in other people's businesses, followed by various other professions. Therefore, the material presented is general and can be applied in various households. It began with the delivery of financial literacy material, followed by financial planning and household financial management. The activity went well and smoothly. The majority of participants expressed their satisfaction with this community service activity. The results of this activity showed that participants were able to understand the scale of priorities, as well as ways to carry out financial planning and household financial management. .

Abstract

Pembelajaran fiqih memiliki posisi strategis dalam membentuk kemampuan peserta didik memahami sumber hukum Islam, khususnya Al-Qur’an, Sunnah, dan ijtihad, namun praktik di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa proses pembelajaran masih cenderung bersifat tekstual dan berpusat pada guru sehingga belum optimal mengembangkan penalaran hukum, kemampuan analisis dalil, serta keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis model, metode, strategi, media, dan evaluasi pembelajaran yang relevan dengan karakter materi fiqih melalui studi pustaka terhadap buku fiqih, literatur metodologi pengajaran, jurnal pendidikan Islam, serta penelitian-penelitian terkini mengenai inovasi pedagogis. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan dengan pendekatan deskriptif-kritis untuk memetakan kesesuaian perangkat pembelajaran dengan karakter materi fiqih yang bersifat normatif, daliliah, dan argumentatif, namun tetap menuntut pemahaman kontekstual. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran seperti inquiry, problem based learning, dan cooperative learning efektif digunakan karena memberi ruang bagi eksplorasi dalil, argumentasi hukum, dan diskusi kolaboratif. Metode pembelajaran berupa studi kasus, diskusi, tanya jawab, dan analisis ayat-hadis lebih mampu menumbuhkan pemahaman mendalam dibanding ceramah konvensional. Media digital seperti infografis, video syarah hadis, dan aplikasi Qur’an–Hadis mempermudah visualisasi struktur hukum Islam. Evaluasi autentik seperti portofolio, studi kasus, dan proyek dinilai lebih representatif menggambarkan kemampuan siswa dalam memahami dan menerapkan konsep fiqih. Simpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pembelajaran fiqih perlu dirancang secara integratif, kontekstual, dan dialogis agar mampu memperkuat literasi Qur’ani, Hadisi, serta kompetensi ijtihad dasar pada peserta didik, sekaligus meningkatkan relevansi pembelajaran terhadap kebutuhan zaman.
