Abstract

Label Halal merupakan salah satu hal yang sangat penting dicantumkan pada kemasan. label tersebut berguna untuk mengetahui apakah produk yang dihasilkan oleh produsen tersebut benar kehalalannya agar aman dikonsumsi oleh konsumen khususnya konsumen Muslim di Indonesia. Menurut Pasal 87 ayat 3 huruf e Undang-undang Nomor 18 Tahun 2012 yang menyebutkan bahwa pencantuman label pada kemasan pangan harus memuat keterangan mengenai halal bagi yang dipersyaratkan. Berdasarkan pasal tersebut maka diketahui bahwa label halal merupakan salah satu informasi yang dicantumkan pada kemasan. Namun faktanya hingga saat ini masih banyak produsen yang memproduksi produknya tidak mencantumkan label halal pada kemasan.

Abstract

AbstractKecombrang (Etlingera elatior) is one of the plant species of the Zingiberaceae family is widely used by the community as food and medicine. Not much research has been done on the morphological diversity of kecombrang plants in Aceh, so scientific information about these plants is still minimal. Therefore, this research needs to be carried out to enrich knowledge about these plants in the Aceh region. Sampling was conducted from January to April 2022 at three places in Central Aceh, Banda Aceh, Weh Island, and Simeulue Island. This research was carried out according to the survey method by roaming and direct collection. A total of 12 groves were collected from wild and cultivated area and observed for 43 characters consisting of quantitative and qualitative data. Based on these observations, two variations of the kecombrang plant have been found based on the color of the bracts, namely the red and pink variants. Based on morphological characters of vegetative organs, all samples of Etlingera elatior had a similarity distance coefficient from 67 to 86%. In addition, the kecombrang plants found in the highlands of Central Aceh have a larger size in leaf and inflorescent compared to samples from other locations.AbstrakKecombrang (Etlingera elatior) adalah salah satu jenis tumbuhan famili Zingiberaceae yang secara luas penggunaanya dikenal oleh masyarakat sebagai makanan dan obat. Belum banyak penelitian terkait keanekaragaman morfologi tumbuhan kecombrang di Aceh, sehingga informasi ilmiah tentang tumbuhan ini masih sedikit. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini perlu dilakukan untuk memperkaya pengetahuan tentang tumbuhan tersebut di daerah Aceh. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan pada bulan Januari hingga April 2022 di tiga tempat yaitu di Aceh Tengah, Banda Aceh, Pulau Weh, dan Pulau Simeulue. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode survei dengan cara jelajah dan pengumpulan langsung. Sebanyak 12 rumpun dikumpulkan dari kawasan liar dan budi daya dan diamati sebanyak 43 karakter yang terdiri dari data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Berdasarkan pengamatan tersebut, ditemukan dua variasi tanaman kecombrang berdasarkan warna braktea, yaitu varian merah dan merah jambu. Berdasarkan karakter morfologi organ vegetatif, seluruh sampel Etlingera elatior memiliki koefisien kemiripan dari 67 hingga 86%. Selain itu, kecombrang yang ditemukan di dataran tinggi Aceh Tengah mempunyai ukuran daun dan perbungaan yang lebih besar dibandingkan sampel dari lokasi lain.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Tematik Kewirausahaan di Kelurahan Solokpandan, Kecamatan Cianjur, Kabupaten Cianjur,berlangsung selama satu bulan memfokuskan pada pengembangan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) Ultra Mikro (Umi). Permasalahan yang ditemui di kelurahan Solokpandan adalah kurangnya kesadaran para pelaku UMKM UMi tentang kegunaan digital marketing, mereka beranggapan bahwa digital marketing hanya merupakan tempat untuk terjadinya transaksi. Tujuan KKN Kewirausahaan ini adalah untuk : memberikan pemahaman, bimbingan, dan pelatihan digital marketing. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan metode pelatihan dan pendampingan penggunaan digital marketing Hasil dari rangkain kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah pengembangan salah satu produk UMKM UMi Keripik Singkong. Pelaku UMKM UMi didampingi telah mempunyai akun digital marketing dengan desain kemasan dan foto-foto produk yang menarik. Pendampingan yang dilakukan telah mampu meningkatkan kesadaran tentang pentingnya ilmu pengetahuan dan pemanfaatan teknologi sehingga akan meningkatkan kepercayaan diri pelaku usaha untuk bersaing di pasar digital. ABSTRACTThe Entrepreneurship Thematic Community Service Program (CSP) in Solokpandan Village, Cianjur District, Cianjur Regency, was held for 1 month, focuses on developing Ultra Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (UMi-MSME) The problem encountered in Solokpandan sub-district was the lack of awareness of UMi-MSME about using of digital marketing, they thought that digital marketing is only a place for transactions. The objectives of this Entrepreneurship Community Service Program were to: provide understanding, guidance and training on digital marketing. This activity was carried out by training and mentoring methods in the use of digital marketing. The result of this series of service activities was the development of one of the UMKM UMi cassava chips products. The UMi-MSME was accompanied by having a digital marketing account with attractive packaging designs and product photos. The assistance provided has been able to increase awareness of the importance of science and the use of technology so that it will increase the confidence of business actors to compete in the digital market.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the hepatoprotective potential of ethanol extract of Mezzetia Parviflora Becc. stem bark. (EEKBM) on serum glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase (SGOT) and serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase (SGPT) levels in rats induced by toxic doses of paracetamol, as well as measuring the antioxidant concentration of EEKBM. The method used in this research was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 6 treatment groups and 4 replications. The test animals used were 24 individual male rats that were induced by hepatotoxicity with 1350 mg/kgBW of paracetamol on day 7, except for the normal control (K0) which was given distilled water. Test animals received treatment with distilled water in the negative control (K-), Hepa-Q as much as 11.34 mg/kgBW in the positive control (K+), EEKBM dose of 150 mg/kgBW (P1), dose of 300 mg/kgBW (P2), and a dose of 600 mg/kgBB (P3) for 14 days. Data on SGOT and SGPT levels were analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) with a significance level of 5% with the Tukey test as a further test. The results of the study showed that there was a significant difference (P<0.05) in the effect of giving EEKBM on SGOT and SGPT levels. Based on the research results, it was concluded that a dose of 150 mg/kgBB EEKBM has hepatoprotective potential. Spectrophotometric measurement results show that EEKBM has an IC50 value of 96.308 μg/mL, categorized as strong antioxidant activity

Abstract

This paper aims to examine Ibrahim Hosen's thoughts on the meaning and purpose of marriage and his contribution to the reform of marriage law in Indonesia. How Ibrahim Hosen's thinking about marriage is limited to the definition and purpose of marriage, how various thoughts exist and how the contribution of Ibrahim Hosen's thoughts to reforming marriage law in Indonesia is the problem of this research. This is a library research. The data analysis method used is content analysis. As a result, the definition of ownership in the marriage contract according to Ibrahim Hosen is not a contract to have a wife's body, making a wife an object by the husband. However, the right of ownership in the definition of marriage means the right to have the use of the husband against the wife, in addition to the haram husband who feels the pleasure of the wife. Based on this, it can be concluded that there is no patriarchal element in the definition of marriage as explained by the fiqh scholars. Ibrahim Hosen explained that marriage in Islam aims to build a prosperous household full of sakinah, mawaddah, and mercy. Therefore, linking the husband's obligation to provide for his wife with tamkin is clearly not right, because it seems as if the purpose of marriage is just a matter of sex. This thinking must be corrected by conducting a review, because the obligation to provide a living takes effect after the marriage contract occurs. Therefore, the provisions of Article 80 paragraph [5] KHI related to the relationship between husband and wife and tamkin, need to be revised.

Abstract

Bakteri Paenibacillus polymyxa merupakan agens hayati yang dapat bertahan, berasosiasi, dan terus berkembang pada perakaran tanaman. Jamur Trichoderma sp. merupakan agens hayati yang telah terbukti efektif untuk mengendalikan jamur dan bakteri perusak tanaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian agen hayati terhadap pertumbuhan dan kejadian penyakit moler tanaman bawang merah varietas Trisula. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kp. Senen RT/RW.02/02, Desa Nyalindung, Kecamatan Cugenang, Kabupaten Cianjur, bulan Maret – Mei 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) non faktorial dengan 4 taraf perlakuan diulang sebanyak 4 kali.Taraf perlakuannya yaitu A= Kontrol (Tanpa Perlakuan), B= Trichoderma sp dengan jumlah 50 gram/Polybag, C= Paenibacillus polymyxa dengan konsentrasi larutan 10 ml/l air, dan D= Trichoderma sp 50 gram/polybag + Paenibacillus polymyxa 10 ml/l air. Parameter yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah umbi per plot, berat basah umbi per plot, dan kejadian penyakit Moler. Hasil penelitian perlakuan terbaik adalah pemberian konsentrasi agen hayati Paenibacillus polymyxa 10 ml/l (C)  memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah umbi per plot, berat basah umbi per plot, dan kejadian penyakit Moler.

Abstract

This paper aims to examine the potential for disputes in the problem of joint property in marriage. Normatively, both Article 85 KHI and 86 paragraph {1} KHI and Article 171 letter e KHI have the potential for turbulence of law which has implications for social turbulence which leads to legal uncertainty itself. This research is a literature study (library research) with the data analysis method used is content analysis. The results of this study indicate that the legal norms contained in Article 85 KHI and 86 paragraph {1} KHI, as well as Article 171 letter e KHI, basically require an agreement as a form of manifestation of separation, possession of marital assets and legal actions that can be performed each party over their respective assets without neglecting their respective obligations in marriage, so that with an agreement on marital assets, the clustering of assets controlled by each party both on innate assets, gifts, inheritance and assets acquired by each party during the marriage become a stressing point in minimizing the potential for disputes while at the same time providing legal certainty when disputes occur both during the divorce phase and the death phase of one of the parties

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh perkembangan teknologi yang membawa dampak pada perekonomian suatu negara dan membawa masyarakat memasuki era ekonomi digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan strategi pemasaran produk yang dilakukan oleh UMKM Keripik Belut Citra Rasa dalam menghadapi tantangan pemasaran digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data yang diperoleh dari data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan pengamatan, wawancara, dokumentasi, kepustakaan, dan internet. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran produk yang dilakukan oleh UMKM Keripik Belut Citra Rasa dalam menghadapi tantangan pemasaran digital meliputi strategi menggunakan digital marketing yakni dengan memanfaatkan media sosial Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, dan WhatsApp Bisnis, serta memanfaatkan marketplace Tokopedia dan SiBakul Jogja. Strategi menggunakan bauran pemasaran 9P, yaitu product, price, place, promotion, people, process, psysical evidence, payment, dan packaging.

Abstract

Family well-being can be influenced by financial management within the family. Financial management is a series of steps to maximize income and minimize expenses, while ensuring sufficient funds to meet daily needs. A preliminary survey revealed that the financial literacy level of mothers in Margaluyu Village, Pangalengan District, remains low and needs improvement. They lack an understanding of financial planning and are not yet effectively managing household finances. This community service method uses Participatory Action Research and Service Learning. Both methods are used complementary. The Financial Management Seminar was held on July 28, 2025, in Margaluyu Village, Pangalengan District, with 31 seminar participants. The majority of people in the village are vegetable farmers and workers in other people's businesses, followed by various other professions. Therefore, the material presented is general and can be applied in various households. It began with the delivery of financial literacy material, followed by financial planning and household financial management. The activity went well and smoothly. The majority of participants expressed their satisfaction with this community service activity. The results of this activity showed that participants were able to understand the scale of priorities, as well as ways to carry out financial planning and household financial management. .

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the growing ethical crisis among students in schools and Islamic boarding institutions and to examine the role of the Qur’an, Sunnah, and the principles of ijtihad in revitalizing fiqh learning to foster a dignified educational culture. This study employs a library research approach by reviewing classical and contemporary fiqh literature to explore the foundational concepts of Islamic law and their relevance for strengthening models, methods, strategies, media, and evaluation in fiqh instruction. The findings indicate that increasing cases of violence against teachers, bullying, harassment, and the cult of charismatic figures are closely related to the weak internalization of Islamic legal values in fiqh learning and the low level of students’ religious literacy. The discussion reveals that the normative values of the Qur’an and Sunnah offer a moral framework that can serve as the basis for designing effective fiqh learning, while ijtihad provides opportunities to develop contextual, critical, and responsive instructional approaches suited to contemporary educational challenges. These findings highlight the need to reconstruct integrative fiqh learning capable of reducing moral degradation and creating safe, humane, and civilized learning environments. The impact of this study lies in offering a Qur’an–Sunnah–Ijtihad–based framework for fiqh education as a comprehensive solution to current ethical problems among students.
