Abstract

ABSTRAK Penyerapan anggaran belanja Pemerintah Kota Bogor dalam beberapa tahun terakhir selalu mengalami keterlambatan penyerapan anggaran belanja, di mana dari data yang diambil dari selama periode 2011 sampai dengan 2018, rata-rata SiLPA Pemerintah Kota Bogor selalu lebih buruk dari rata-rata SiLPA Kabupaten dan Kota pada Provinsi Jawa Barat. Selain itu data antara tahun 2016 sampai dengan 2018 menunjukkan selalu terjadi keterlambatan penyerapan anggaran belanja dan deviasi antara jadwal penyerapan anggaran belanja yang sudah disusun dengan penyerapan anggaran belanja yang sesungguhnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merumuskan suatu strategi untuk memperbaiki kinerja penyerapan anggaran belanja Pemerintah Kabupaten Bogor dengan menggunakan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process. Berdasarkan hasil Analytical Hierarchy Process menunjukkan bahwa kendala utama dalam kegiatan perbaikan penyerapan anggaran belanja adalah intervensi internal maupun eksternal. Strategi utama untuk memperbaiki keterlambatan penyerapan anggaran belanja adalah peningkatan kualitas kegiatan perencanaan anggaran dan pengadaan barang jasa. Abstract

ABSTRAK Meningkatnya jumlah pengunjung kafe di Indonesia menunjukan bahwa tingkat gaya hidup yang semakin meningkat sedangkan tingkat ketertarikan membaca buku masyarakat Indonesia masih sangat rendah. Hal ini membuat para pelaku bisnis kafe untuk mengembangkan inovasi library café yaitu kafe yang menyediakan fasilitas membaca berbagai jenis buku. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis faktor. Hasil penelitian terdapat delapan faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen yaitu ketertarikan buku dan kenyamanan membaca, kualitas produk kopi dan kemudahan lokasi, kualitas pelayanan, daya tarik pribadi dan promosi, ketertarikan coffee, ramah lingkungan, fasilitas pendukung dan pengaruh kerabat. Abstract

Shrimp is one of the leading commodity of fishery sector in Indonesia because the number of export increasing the foreign exchange for this country. In globalization era, business has fierce competition, so that the quality is a keyword to succeed. Therefore, shrimp hatcheries must be certified. The objectives are to: (1) study the related Good Hatchery Practices (GHP) regulation, (2) Analyze the relationship of application of GHP on shrimp hatchery performances, (3) measure the performance of shrimp hatcheries, (4) identify the Gap of the application of GHP. Content analysis, multiple regression analysis and important-performance analysis (IPA) was used to process the data. Result of content analysis showed that there were no regulation contain the obligation that every farmer must be certified in order to control the seed shrimp quality. Result of multiple regression analysis revealed that the application of GHP had positive impact on shrimp hatchery performances and the most influence factors were food safety and environment. Important-performance analysis showed that the best performance was the availability of adequate production equipment. Average production after applied the GHP principles showed that production increased by 19%. Level of concordance between expectation and performance on hatcheries to meet customer satisfaction and consistency of GHP implementation showed a negative gap value by -1.118, overall performance on hatcheries have not meet customer satisfaction and inconsistent implementing GHP principles

Abstract

Fisheries is a prominent sector in Bogor District, in line with its vision to be the most advanced district in Indonesia by becoming the biggest producer of both decorative and consumable fish. Total production of consumable fish has reached 112.781 tons and production of decorative fish has reached 242.520.230 seeds. Kelompok Mitra Posikandu is a group of fish breeder which is located in Minapolitan Area, Bogor District. The group was established in August 2016 with 23 members. The newly established group has several potencies to grow and expand, hence need a research to be carrried out. Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE) methods were used in this research to analyze both internal and external factors. Alternative strategies for business expansion were explained with Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) method and further analyzed by using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP).

Abstract

Industri pariwisata di Indonesia mengalami pertumbuhan pesat dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Potensi wisata bahari, diantaranya wisata kapal, wisata alam dan ekowisata, wisata pantai dan snorkling, serta wisata bawah laut telah menjadikan wisata bahari menjadi salah satu pilihan utama para wisatawan saat ini. Kapal Wisata sebagai bagian dari wisata bahari adalah salah satu alternatif pilihan berwisata di Indonesia. Hal ini terlihat dari peningkatan jumlah Komunitas Open Trip yang tujuannya menikmati wisata kapal khususnya di Pulau Pahawang Lampung melalui Travel organizer sebagai penghubung dengan usahawan kapal wisata lokal. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu model bisnis yang tepat untuk mempercepat pengembangan bisnis usaha kapal wisata ini. Metode yang digunakan adalah memetakan kondisi usaha kapal wisata dengan model bisnis kanvas, kemudian melakukan analisis deskriptif, analisis kuantitatif yang terdiri dari matriks Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE), External Factor Evaluation (EFE), Internal-External (IE), matriks Strengths, Weakneses, Opportunities & Threats (SWOT) dan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk perbaikan model bisnisnya di masa mendatang. Hasil perhitungan IFE 2.053 dan hasil perhitungan EFE 3.025, maka dipetakan pada matriks IE pengembangan usaha posisi nilai tersebut berada pada sel II, yang berarti tumbuh dan kembangkan. Hasil dari penentuan prioritas strategi dengan AHP terfokus kepada empat unsur bisnis model kanvas, yaitu saluran, hubungan pelanggan, mitra usaha kunci dan aktivitas kunci, sehingga perlu ditambahkan alternatif strategi baru yang lebih relevan dan spesifik menurut kebutuhan usaha kapal wisata pada saat ini dan mendatang.

Abstract

Bank syariah berkontribusi pada sektor properti dengan memberikan pembiayaan kepemilikan rumah syariah (KPR Syariah). Produk pembiayaan kepemilikan rumah di bank syariah disebut Pembiayaan Griya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Mengidentifikasi profile nasabah yang memilih pembiayaan konsumer Griya Bank Syariah Indonesia; (2) Menganalisa hubungan antara karakteristik pribadi dengan faktor-faktor yang dipentingkan; (3) Menganalisis faktor-faktor lingkungan eksternal dan internal yang memiliki implikasi terhadap pertumbuhan pembiayaan konsumer Bank Syariah Indonesia; (4) Memformulasikan strategi bisnis yang sesuai dengan faktor lingkungan eksternal dan internal Bank Syariah Indonesia; dan (5) Menentukan prioritas strategi bagi pertumbuhan pembiayaan konsumer yang dapat diimplementasikan oleh Bank Syariah Indonesia. Bank Syariah yang dipilih untuk studi kasus ini adalah PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk., karena merupakan bank syariah terbesar di Indonesia dengan aset Rp371 triliun per September 2024. Lokasi sampel yang diambil adalah Kawasan Fatmawati Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah tabulasi silang, matriks SWOT, dan QSPM. Metode tabulasi silang digunakan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara karakteristik pribadi dengan faktor-faktor penting, dilanjutkan dengan analisis deskriptif dan kuantitatif yang terdiri dari matriks internal factor evaluation (IFE), matriks external factor evaluation (EFE), matriks internal-external (IE), matriks strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, dan threaths (SWOT). Hasil Matriks IE Bank Syariah Indonesia Area Fatmawati Jakarta berada pada kuadran IV dengan matriks IFE sebesar 3,077 dan matriks EFE sebesar 2,961. Hasil ini menempatkan strategi pemasaran pada sel IV yang disebut strategi pertumbuhan dan pembangunan, sel kuat untuk matriks IFE dan sel tinggi untuk matriks EFE. Dalam posisi ini, perusahaan dimungkinkan untuk melakukan strategi intensif dan strategi integratif.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of collaborative governance in literacy education empowerment programs within indigenous communities. The collaborative governance approach involves the central government, local government, institutions, and the community. The aim of this research is to describe the collaborative governance in the literacy education empowerment program within indigenous communities and analyze the factors affecting community participation and empowerment. Data was collected through a census, with a sample of 200 learners from three literacy education assistance-receiving institutions in the Indigenous Community. The approach used includes descriptive analysis and data analysis with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The research results indicate that collaborative governance has been established. Significant factors influencing the level of participation in this program are the level of collaboration, environmental support, optimization elements, and the characteristics of the community members. Factors significantly influencing the level of empowerment are the level of collaboration, environmental support, participation, and the characteristics of the community members, while optimization elements do not significantly affect empowerment. The research findings suggest that the program is running fairly well, although there are some challenges such as the availability of infrastructure, the lack of training for tutors, and funding sources solely from the central government budget.

Abstract

Tourist destination information is an important element in tourism promotion and marketing. The need for tourism facilities that can respond to problems related to the availability of tourism information and at the same time play a role in tourism promotion and marketing activities of a tourist destination requires the presence of a Tourism Information Center/TIC. Tourist Information Center (TIC) activities are service activities with the core being the delivery of tourist information. This research is exploring the three previous research conducted by Brady Cronin (2001), Gronroos (2000), and King (1987), which aims to investigate the optimization of TIC services. Sampling in this study was 175 respondents. Data processing uses SPSS and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) AMOS 24. Service users were predominantly male, with an age range of 26-35 years, and the majority of undergraduate education, occupational status was dominated by private employees. While natural wonders become the main choice of tourists and the length of stay between 8-14 days. The main purpose of tourists visiting the TIC to get tourism information and transportation information. Whereas the tourist objects most favored by tourists are natural wonders and adventure wonders. Furthermore, the results of TIC service analysis show that physical environment quality, interaction quality, outcome quality affect service user satisfaction, while E-Technology quality does not affect service user satisfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Cyrano Café is one of the restaurants in the city of Bogor. The rapid growth of culinary business increases competition in attracting consumers. Cyrano Café must increase efforts to give customers satisfaction and interest in repurchasing. The purpose of this study was to identify consumer characteristics, analyze the effect of product and service quality on customer satisfaction, analyze the influence of product and service quality on repurchase interests, analyze the effect of customer satisfaction on consumers; repurchasing interest at Cyrano Café. The sampling technique used the purposive method with a sample of 100 respondents. Data were analyzed descriptively and analytically using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with SmartPLS software. The results of the analysis show that product quality and service quality have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction and repurchase interest. This shows that the better the quality of the product and the quality of service, the better customer satisfaction and satisfied consumers have the desire to repurchase. Abstract

The development of the internet has brought significant changes to business activities, leading to the emergence of e-commerce. E-commerce continues to evolve and innovate, resulting in live commerce platforms, one of which is TikTok. The rising popularity of TikTok live commerce has caused a shift in consumer behavior, particularly in the skincare industry. This also creates new challenges for skincare businesses to achieve customer satisfaction and encourage repurchase intention. This study aims to understand the characteristics of TikTok users and how live streaming and promotions affect repurchase intention, with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. This quantitative research obtained primary data from questionnaires distributed to 130 respondents in the Jabodetabek area and analyzed using the SEM-PLS method. The results show that live streaming and promotions have a positive and significant impact on repurchase intention through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable.
