Abstract

With the increasing public awareness of healthy lifestyles, the demand for organic agricultural products, especially vegetable products, currently continues to increase day by day. Therefore, it will require sufficient information and knowledge about the characteristics, preferences, and satisfaction of consumers with the attributes of organic vegetables to be used as a basis for understanding the needs for organic vegetable consumption. This study aimed to analyze consumer preference for organic vegetables and consumer satisfaction with organic vegetables' attributes. The data collection method used was the purposive sampling technique through distributing questionnaires to 140 respondents. Meanwhile, the data processing methods used in this study were conjoint analysis, IPA, and CSI. The result of the calculation of customer preference in this research showed that packaging was an indicator that had the highest level of importance at 28.99 percent. Hence, it needs innovation by describing the benefits and nutritional content of organic vegetables to increase consumer appeal. Based on IPA results, two attributes' performance had the highest priority to be improved by the company: affordable organic vegetable prices and organic vegetable discounts. Thus, the discounted prices are needed on specific days such as the Anniversary of the company and holidays. Furthermore, based on the CSI calculation results, the customers were considered satisfied with the performance of Top Buah Segar Cibubur. Abstract

PT Bumi Konawe Mining (PT BKM) is a company with foreign (Russian) investment which is working in the field of excavating and trading nickel ore overseas. So far, the company owns only one nickel location, in Indonesia, which is on Wowonii island, South East Sulawesi. Company works through local consultant, because the owners are foreigners, which makes local community not to trust them. So the aim of this research is to reveal which level of the CSR mechanism fails to deliver proper result. The goals for the research are (1) To analyze the satisfaction of local community members by CSR program of PT. BKM; (2) To analyze the Corporate Image of PT BKM; (3) To maintain analysis of multi- cultural communication of PT. BKM and describe its mechanism on the basis of their carrying out the CSR program. The method used in this research is quantitative method with a questionnaire and supported by qualitative data obtained through direct interviews with data and respondents using the guide questions. The tool used for the quantitative section is SEM (structural equation modeling). Research using significance level 0.05 or 95% confidence level. The research results reflect that age significantly influence CSR Program, which means the younger the age, the bigger the satisfaction of the CSR Program. CSR program also significantly influence the Perception of the Company by local community members, if the value of a CSR program increases, so does the value of Perception of the Company by local community members, represented by the Image of the Company and Cross-Cultural Communication.

Abstract

Program PUAP merupakan fasilitas bantuan modal bagi anggota Gabungan Kelompok Tani (Gapoktan). Purwakarta adalah salah satu kabupaten di Jawa Barat yang menerima program PUAP. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pemanfaatan dana PUAP, menganalisis dampak PUAP, mengevaluasi program bantuan, dan merumuskan program berdasarkan prospek keberlanjutan PUAP. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif untuk petani yang menerima dana PUAP dan yang tidak (NON PUAP). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata total input produksi petani PUAP lebih besar daripada petani NON PUAP. Tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara total biaya rata-rata yang dikeluarkan oleh petani PUAP dan petani NON PUAP. Tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara pendapatan bersih petani PUAP dan petani NON PUAP. Program bantuan diberikan oleh penyuluh pertanian, penyuluh pertanian lepas lepas harian (THL-TBPP), Pengawas Mitra Petani (PMT) dan Agen Saprodi. Implikasi kebijakan yang dapat dirumuskan untuk keberlanjutan program PUAP di Kabupaten Purwakarta adalah: 1) Pembinaan lembaga usaha pangan masyarakat; 2) DAK Reguler Bidang Pertanian Sektor Ketahanan Pangan (DAK 2019); 3) Program peningkatan kesejahteraan petani; 4) Pemberdayaan kelompok pengembangan usaha dan pengolahan hasil pertanian; 5) Program Peningkatan Pemasaran Produk Pertanian; 6) Pendampingan Kegiatan Peningkatan Produksi Tanaman Padi; 7) Peningkatan Kapasitas penyuluh pertanian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh dari regulasi, sistem pengawasan, kepala desa serta pendamping desa terhadap kinerja pengelolaan dana desa di Kabupaten Bogor. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 51 responden yang dipilih berdasarkan metode purposive sampling dan terdiri dari perangkat desa (Kepala Desa, Sekretaris Desa, Kepala Seksi/Kepala Urusan), masyarakat desa, pendamping desa serta perwakilan pemerintah daerah yang menangani pembinaan dan pengawasan Desa pada Kabupatan Bogor. Data dianalisis menggunakan instrumen skala Likert dan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel regulasi, sistem pengawasan, kepala desa serta pendamping desa berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keberhasilan pengelolaan dana desa jika diuji bersamaan (uji F), namun hanya variabel regulasi yang berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pengelolaan dana desa di Kabupaten Bogor jika dilakukan uji parsial (uji t). Nilai adjusted R-square yaitu sebesar 0,442 atau 44,2% yang berarti bahwa 44,2% variabel kinerja Pengelolaan dana desa dapat dijelaskan oleh keempat variabel independen yaitu regulasi, sistem pengawasan, kepala desa, dan pendamping desa, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 55,8% dijelaskan oleh variabel independen lain di luar model yang di teliti

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan keterlambatan dalam penyerapan anggaran belanja Pemerintah Kota Bogor supaya dapat dirumuskan suatu strategi untuk meningkatkan kinerja penyerapan anggaran. Pencarian variabel yang membentuk faktor-faktor penyebab dilakukan dengan pengamatan langsung dan pencarian data pustaka. Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) digunakan untuk mencari faktor-faktor utama yang diekstraksi dari variabelvariabel pembentuk faktor. Pencarian strategi alternatif untuk meningkatkan kinerja penyerapan anggaran dilakukan dengan menggunakan Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Analisis EFA menemukan lima faktor utama yang menyebabkan keterlambatan dalam penyerapan belanja anggaran, yaitu faktor dalam kegiatan perencanaan anggaran, faktor dalam peraturan pemerintah dan birokrasi, faktor kondisi kerja, faktor yang mempengaruhi kegiatan keuangan dan pencairan anggaran Pemerintah, dan sumber daya manusia aparatur sipil negara (ASN). Analisis AHP menunjukkan bahwa dari lima Perangkat Daerah yang berperan sebagai key-leader dalam meningkatkan kinerja penyerapan anggaran adalah 2 Sekretariat Daerah. Hambatan utama dalam meningkatkan penyerapan anggaran adalah intervensi internal dan eksternal. Strategi utama untuk memperbaiki keterlambatan dalam pengeluaran adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas perencanaan anggaran dan pengadaan barang jasa.

Abstract

Beef price in Jakarta has increasing trends caused by the long chain distribution. The big gap of beef price between producer and consumer showed the distribution chains are less efficient. The objectives of this research to study of distribution channels, marketing margin, the efficiency of marketing and price transmission elasticity of beef in Jakarta. The analytical methods used include margin distribution approach and Cobb Douglas function. Based on the observations, beef and beef cattle distribution channel in traditional markets are: small farmer / beef cattle importir, feedlot industry, regional wholesaler, butcher, slaughter house, grocer, and small retailer. Meanwhile on the modern market are: beef cattle importir/breeding farm and local cattle feedlotter, feedlot industry, slaughter company + beef supplier and modern market stores. Pattern one of live cattle distribution channel has higher marketing margins from small farmer to regional wholesaler and to the butcher with value of 69.73%. The highest marketing margin value of meat distribution is in pattern two from the slaughter company and beef supplier to modern market, then to consumer with value of 39%. Marketing efficiency value to the traditional market beef was 3.47%, meanwhile to the modern market stores was 16.11%. The price transmission elasticity in the six regions of the beef cattle supplier on the meat price at the retail level in Jakarta were 0.788 (Jawa Tengah), 0.923 (Jawa Timur), 0.943 (Jogjakarta), 0.751 (Lampung), 0.762 (NTB), and 0.767 (NTT).Keyword: beef cattles, beef distribution, marketing margin, markerting efficiency, price transmition elasticity

Abstract

Development of organic vegetables in Bogor is still having problems. One is the failure to maintain market confidence. Failure  is reflected in the behavior of consumers who are reluctant to buy organic product prevent consumers to buy back the organic products. This shows people confidence to attributes and benefits of organic products (organic vegetables) are not able to meet theor needs and create satisfaction in the minds of consumers so that customer loyalty can be realized. This study aimed to asses the effect of organic vegetable product quality to customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction to customer loyalty in Bogor city. The results of this study indicate that the quality of organic vegetable products directly gives positive and significant effect to customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction directly gives positive and significant effect to customer loyalty; and the quality of organic vegetable product through customer satisfaction indirectly gives positive and significant effect to customer loyalty. The quality of the product directly gives positive effect to customer loyalty, but it's not significant.Keywords : customer loyalty  customer satisfaction, organic vegetables, product quality, Structural Equation Modeling

Abstract

Family resilience is needed to support its members to face challenges and prevent them from risks of the problems around them. Although the concept of family resilience has been mentioned in Law No. 52/2009 on Population Growth and Family Development, universal indicators to understand the level of family resilience have not been available yet. This study aims to (i) analyze the category of family resilience between intact and single families; (ii) test the reliability and validity of family resilience indicators; and (iii) examine the effect of family structure towards family resilience. This paper used data from the study of the Ministry of Women Empowerment and Child Protection in collaboration with the Center for Gender and Children's Studies LPPM-IPB in 2015 in Bogor Regency. Reliability and validity tests indicate family resilience indicators that used in this study are reliable and valid. Also, intact families is more resilient than single families, both of each component and in total. These findings indicate the significant effect of family structure on total family resilience. Future research is recommended to test the validation of a broader scope of family resilience indicators that look at the different demographic and socio-economic conditions of the regions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor dalam manajemen pengaduan pelayanan kesehatan di 21 Puskesmas Kota Tangerang Selatan. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan  metode purposive  sampling yaitu  sebanyak 5 orang responden pasien/keluarga pasien rawat inap untuk setiap puskesmas dan 1 responden internal (Kepala Puskesmas/Kepala Tata Usaha Puskesmas) untuk setiap puskesmas. Kuisioner yang  terkumpul diolah  menggunakan metode Pearson Chi Square dan Metode Regresi Logistik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) menganalisis keluhan yang dihadapi masyarakat dan menganalisis kinerja manajemen pengaduan puskesmas di Kota Tangerang Selatan; (2) menganalisis faktor-faktor apa yang mempengaruhi terlaksananya manajemen pengaduan masyarakat yang efektif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian rendahnya kinerja penanganan pengaduan di pelayanan kesehatan puskesmas Kota Tangerang Selatan karena kurang responsifnya manajemen mengelola keluhan-keluhan penting terkait masalah berikut ini, yaitu: (1) masalah kenyamanan fasilitas kamar mandi dan ruang tunggu; (2) masalah tenaga medis belum sesuai pelayanannya; (3) masalah keterbatasan jumlah tenaga medis; (4) masalah kebersihan lingkungan puskesmas dan; (5) masalah pungutan biaya bagi pasien. Adapun faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja manajemen pengaduan di Puskesmas Kota Tangerang Selatan adalah faktor “Manajemen Data Pengaduan”

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of halal certification and entrepreneurial marketing on the successful small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) of processed food products and investigate the dominant factors affecting the successful business of food products. A quantitative method supported by Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) is employed to conduct this research. Seventy-one respondents from SMEs actors of food products registered in the Institute for the Study of Food, Drugs, and Cosmetics of the Indonesian Ulema Council (LPPOM MUI) of Riau Province and had the halal certification became the research sample. They are selected using a purposive sampling technique. This research reveals that halal certification positively affects a successful enterprise, while entrepreneurial marketing, directly and indirectly, positively affect a successful business. In addition, entrepreneurial marketing positively affects halal certification. It interprets that halal certification and entrepreneurial marketing are the significant factors determining the successful enterprise of food products. Furthermore, the dominant factors affecting the successful business of processed food products are the certainty of material quality based on the halal concept and consumer preference (halal certification), the level of ability to weave the relation with government (entrepreneurial marketing), and marketing performance (successful business). So, halal certification and entrepreneurial marketing are the essential factors that have to be considered by entrepreneurs to achieve a successful enterprise of food products.
