Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of "The Influence of Brand Image on Purchase Decisions Supported by Green Marketing and Brand Ambassador Variables on Moringa processed products and the Effect of Green Marketing and brand ambassadors on Brand Image". The type of research used is quantitative research and is included in explanatory research which in this study aims to explain the relationship of a variable with other variables to test hypotheses. Researchers also use questionnaires to obtain the data needed in the study. To obtain data, researchers used questionnaires which were distributed to consumers who know and become consumers of Moringa. The results in this study indicate that the brand image variable has a significant or positive influence on consumer purchasing decisions. The green marketing variable does not have a positive influence on consumer purchasing decisions. The brand ambassador variable has a significant influence on the consumer purchasing decision variables. The green marketing variable has a positive influence on the brand image variable. Abstract

Tokopedia is an online retail platform that can be found and downloaded from the Playstore Web. This study examines the functional, social, and emotional effects of Trust on Purchase Intention among Tokopedia users. The study employs quantitative methodology, including gathering, evaluating, and presenting data in numerical rather than narrative form. The sample wore purposive Random Sampling. A total of 102 people were polled from Tokopedia's various user groups. Based on the findings, it is clear that Functional Value has no positive or substantial impact on Trust. Social value has a positive impact on Trust and is related to it. The emotional value has a favorable impact on the Trust and is related to it. Trust has a beneficial impact on purchasing intentions and is related to them. A one-tailed probability of higher than 0.5 indicates that practical value does not affect Purchase Intention as a Trust intervening variable. As a Trust intervening variable, a one-tailed probability smaller than 0.5 suggests that social value affects Purchase Intention. A one-tailed chance of less than 0.5, on the other hand, implies that emotional value influences Purchase Intention as a Trust intervening variable. Functional Value, Social Value, Emotional Value, Purchase Intention, and Trust are used in this study.

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak Electronic Word Of Mouth dan Celebrity Endorser terhadap Consumer Purchase Intention Smartphone merek Vivo melalui Brand Image sebagai variabel Mediasi (Studi pada konsumen smartphone Vivo di Yogyakarta). Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan sampel 100 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan cara menyebar kuesioner. Data analisis menggunakan SPSS versi 20. Kemudian data di uji menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian pada uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel electronic word of mouth (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand image (Z) memiliki nilai 0,001 < 0,05 dan celebrity endorser (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand image (Z) memiliki nilai 0,000 < 0,05 Variabel brand image (Z) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention (Y) memiliki nilai 0,018 < 0,05, kemudian variabel electronic word of mouth (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention (Y) memiliki nilai 0,001 < 0,05 dan celebrity endorser (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention (Y) memiliki nilai 0,000 < 0,05. Selain itu hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa brand image mampu berperan sebagai variabel mediasi pengaruh electronic word of mouth dan celebrity endorser terhadap purchase intention konsumen smartphone Vivo dengan menggunakan uji Sobel Test.

Abstract

ABSTRAK This study aims to test the Hedonic Shopping Value and Ultitarian Shopping Value Against E-loyalty through E-satisfaction. This research was conducted on 80 respondents at Sarjanawiyata Tamansiwa Yogyakarta University Students with respondents using or buying Facebook Marketplace products. The results of this study indicate: 1) Hedonic Shoppping Value has a significant positive effect on E-satisfaction, 2) Ultitarian Shoppping Value has a significant positive effect on E-satisfaction, 3) E-satisfaction has a significant positive effect on E-loyalty, 4) Hedonic Shopping Value has no effect significant positive on E-loyaty, 5) Ultitarian Shopping Value has no significant positive effect on E-loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and subjective norms on purchase intention through the attitude of OLX users (Case study: On UST Yogyakarta Students). The population in this study were all students of UST Yogyakarta who used the OLX application. The number of the study population is unknown. The sample in this study is part of the target population is all students of UST Yogyakarta. The results of this study indicate that Perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on attitude and purchase intention, Perceived ease of use has a positive and significant effect on attitude and purchase intention, Subjective norm has a positive and significant effect on attitude and purchase intention, Attitude has a positive and significant effect on purchase. intention.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the effect of service quality, information quality, system quality and trust on the interest in visiting the Gunung Kidul Purba Volcano tourism object. By knowing the magnitude of the influence of the variables studied, it is hoped that it can provide good recommendations to provide strategies for increasing tourist interest. to visit. The method in this study using the Accidental Sampling method. This research is a quantitative study, the sample in this study is 92 tourists who visit the ancient volcano tourism object. The data collection technique is done by using a questionnaire. The results of this study are that there is a positive and significant effect of service quality on visiting interest, information quality has no significant effect on visiting interest, system quality has a significant effect on visiting interest, trust does not have a significant effect on visiting interest. Simultaneously, service quality, information quality, system quality and trust have a simultaneous effect on visiting interest.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived credibility of product information, hedonic shopping motivation, personality and impulsive buying terhadap Online Buying Frequency dan impulsive buying pada produk UKM Kerajinan Logam Wirotocraft Kotagede Yogyakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu konsumen Kerajinan Logam Wirotocraft Yogyakarta yang berbelanja on line dengan 150 responden. Metode pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Analysis Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Perceived Credibility Of Product Information, Hedonic Shopping Motivation dan Personality berpengaruh positif terhadap Online Buying Frequency dan impulsive buying.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of customer experience and service quality on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable at The Praja Coffee & Resto. The data used in this study are primary data and quantitative research methods with a sample of 102 respondents. using a sampling technique in the form of accidental sampling. Data was collected by sending a questionnaire link that was sent online to respondents. The data were analyzed using the IBM SPSS application. The results showed that customer experience and service quality variables had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty and customer satisfaction. The customer satisfaction variable also has a significant positive effect on the customer loyalty variable. The customer satisfaction variable is able to mediate the customer experience and service quality variables on the customer loyalty variable.

Abstract

Shopee merupakan salah satu marketplace yang sudah familiar di Indonesia. Berdasarkan data persaingan toko online di Indonesia tahun 2019-2020, Shopee berhasil menempati posisi pertama dalam hal jumlah pengunjung. Hal ini disebabkan karena keamanan, kualitas informasi dan kepercayaan pada umumnya dapat menambah ataupun mengurangi niat beli konsumen terhadap suatu produk di aplikasi Shopee. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived security, information quality, terhadap trust serta dampaknya terhadap online purchase intention, kemudian pengaruh mediasi trust dalam hubungan antara perceived security dan information quality terhadap online purchase intention. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan teknik accidental purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 100 responden yang merupakan mahasiswa Universitas Sarjawiyata Tamansiswa. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan software SPSS18. Pengujian hipotesis untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel mediasi menggunakan Sobel test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Variabel Perceived security dan Information quality, berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Trust. Variabel trust mampu menjadi variabel mediasi antara Variabel Perceived security dan Information Quality terhadap variabel Online Purchase Intention.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of identifying and analyzing user attitudes and user intentions towards e-wallet service users on ShopeePay. With several related variables in this study, namely perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, behavioral intention as the dependent variable and attitude toward using as the intervening variable. The population in this study are ShopeePay service users, with a sample of 100 ShopeePay users as respondents. Data was collected using the questionnaire method. The test results in this study are perceived usefulness has a positive effect on behavioral intention, perceived ease of use has a positive effect on behavioral intention, attitude toward using has a positive effect on behavioral intention.
