Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand ambassador and brand image on purchasing decisions with trustworthiness as an intervening variable in the Yogyakarta Starcross distribution. the type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population used is the customer of the Starcross Yogyakarta distribution as many as 100 people. The sample used in this study is 100 customers using the sampling technique used is non-probability sampling using a data collection method using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression. Based on the results of this study, brand ambassadors have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, brand image has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, brand ambassadors have a significant positive effect on trustworthiness, brand image has a significant positive effect on trustworthiness, trustworthiness has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. In this case, trustworthiness as an intervening variable is able to mediate the relationship between brand ambassadors on purchasing decisions, and brand image on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of business location factors, price feasibility, and word of mouth on consumer decisions to watch in the cinema. This research is a quantitative research. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistical analysis, the classical assumption test consisted of normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests, and multiple regression tests. The results of the study show that (1) the location of the business has a positive effect on the decision to watch the cinema in Yogyakarta with a tcount = 2,985 with a p-value = 0.004 <0.05. (2) The feasibility of the price has a positive effect on the decision to watch the cinema in Yogyakarta with a value of tcount = 3,456 with a p-value = 0.001 <0.05. (3) Word of mouth has a positive effect on consumer decisions in cinemas in Yogyakarta with tcount = 3.277 with p-value = 0.001 <0.05. (4) There is a simultaneous influence of business location, price feasibility, and word of mouth have a positive effect on the decision to watch the cinema in Yogyakarta with a value of Freg = 79.970 with a p value (significance) of 0.000.

Abstract

This study is a quantitative study using survey methods so that the population in the study are customers who use the services of the NAAVAGREEN beauty clinic in Yogyakarta. In taking the sample using purposive sampling technique. Data collection uses a questionnaire method that has been tested for validity and reliability. This study uses a sampling technique by distributing questionnaires to take a sample of 100 people so that they can be tested for validity and reliability. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of utilitarian value on satisfaction, the effect of hedonic value on satisfaction, the effect of satisfaction on loyalty, the effect of utilitarian value on loyalty, the effect of hedonic value on loyalty. The sample in this study were 100 active students of the faculty of economics, University of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta who used the e-commerce shopee. The data collection method uses a questionnaire method via google form and is distributed using a purposive sampling technique. This research used data quality test, classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The data analysis in this study was carried out using the assistance of the SPSS program version 22. The results of this study indicate that utilitarian value has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, hedonic value has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on loyalty, utilitarian value has a positive and significant effect on loyalty. , and hedonic value has a negative and insignificant effect on loyalty.

Abstract

A business using the internet will have a great opportunity to develop. Business activity through popular internet media is called electronic commerce (e-commerce). There are lots of e-commerce that offer various kinds of goods needed by consumers. Starting from daily necessities or other additional items are widely offered in online shops. Some online shopping sites are even favored and have good ratings by consumers, one of which is Zalora Indonesia. This study aims to determine (1) the effect of Perceptions of Privacy on Trust (2) the effect of Perceptions of Security on Trust (3) the effect of Trust on Loyalty. The sample in this study was 100 respondents from the city of Yogyakarta who had shopped using the Zalora Indonesia e-commerce. The data collection method uses a questionnaire that is distributed using a purposive sampling technique. This study using the Data Quality Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression Test, and Hypothesis Test. The results of this study indicate (1) there is a positive and significant influence on Perceived Privacy on Trust (2) there is a positive and significant effect on Perceived Security on Trust (3) there is a positive and significant effect of Trust on Loyalty.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing and analyzing what could affect the loyalty of Shopee e-commerce users. With several variables contained in this study, namely, website quality, service quality, user satisfaction and loyalty. In this study, there is a population namely Shopee e-commerce users and customers. And sampled a number of 100 respondents who use and subscribe to Shopee e-commerce. In taking a sample in this study using a probability model sampling technique or random sampling. This technique is a sample return technique where each member of the population has an equal chance of being selected as a semple member. After processing the data with SPSS 20, this research shows that website quality and service quality have a positive effect on user satisfaction, and user satisfaction has a positive effect on loyalty. The results of these calculations show that the sig value is positive, therefore all variables are accepted because they have a positive influence. Abstract

This study aims to examine the Physical Aspects, Personality Interaction, Problem Solving, mediated by Customer Satisfaction against Customer Loyalty. The data used in this study used data obtained from questionnaires distributed to customers at Mirota Campus, DI Yogyakarta. The number of questionnaires distributed in this study to 220 respondents. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 25 program. The results of this study indicate (X1) Physical Aspects have a positive effect on (Z) Customer Satisfaction. (X2) Personality Interaction has a positive effect on (Z) Customer Satisfaction. (X3) Problem Solving has a positive effect on (Z) Customer Satisfaction. (Z) Customer Satisfaction directly has a positive effect on (Y) Customer Loyalty. (X1) Physical Aspects through (Z) Customer Satisfaction has a significant influence on (Y) Customer Loyalty. (X2) Personality Interaction through (Z) Customer Satisfaction has a significant influence on (Y) Customer Loyalty. (X3) Problem Solving through (Z) Customer Satisfaction has no significant effect on (Y) Customer Loyalty and service quality mediated by costumer satisfaction (Z) on costumer loyalty (Y) has a positive effect.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the influence of commitment, trust on customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty in Bento Kopi Yogyakarta. This research is quantitative research. The sample in this study is part of the target population, 100 respondents from Bento Kopi Yogyakarta customers, where the sample is determined by the Slovin formula. Data collection is done by using the method of collecting questionnaires or questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is a regression technique which is supported by the t-test and classical assumptions, the data that has been obtained is processed using SPSS 21. The results of this study indicate that the commitment variable has a positive effect on customer satisfaction based on the t-test with a value of 3,930 with a significance <0.05 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, the trust variable has a positive effect on customer satisfaction based on the t-test with a value of 8.163 with a significance <0.05 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, the customer satisfaction variable has a positive effect on customer loyalty based on the t-test with a value of 4.013 with a significance <0.05 so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, the commitment variable has a positive effect on customer loyalty based on the t-test with a value of 3.929 with a significance <0.05 so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, the trust variable has a positive effect on customer loyalty based on the test td with a value of 2.207 with a significance of <0.05 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

This research is survey research, with a quantitative approach. This study aims to determine the relationship between price perception variables, product quality variables, customer satisfaction, and consumer purchasing decisions by conducting a survey of Yogyakarta Indomaret customers. The sample was determined by the Slovin formula. The sampling technique used was simple accidental sampling using a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that the Price Perception Variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction based on the t experiment with a potential of 9.488 with a significance of <0.05 resulting in Ho being rejected and Ha accepted. Product quality has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction because based on the t-test of 2,973 with a significance <0.05, this results in Ho being rejected and Ha being accepted. The customer satisfaction variable has a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions as evidenced by the t-test with a value of 4.574 with a significance <0.05 which makes Ho rejected and Ha accepted. The price perception variable has a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions as evidenced by the t-test of 2.127 with a significance <0.05 which resulted in Ho being rejected while Ha was accepted. Product quality has a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions as evidenced by the t-test of 3.246 with a significance <0.05 which makes Ho rejected while Ha is accepted

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the variables that affect the marketing performance of MSME Coffee Shops in DIY. The independent variables consist of Market Orientation (X1), Learning Orientation (X2), and Product Innovation (X3). The dependent variable is marketing performance (Y).Samples taken are employees, managers and marketing management of UMKM Coffee Shops in DIY who have worked at UMKM Coffee Shops in DIY. The number of samples taken is 100 respondents using positive sampling technique. The analysis tool used is SPSS 20.Based on the results of the analysis and discussion using multiple regression analysis, it shows that market orientation, learning orientation and product innovation have a significant positive effect on marketing performance. Partially market orientation has a significant positive effect on marketing performance, learning orientation partially has no significant effect on marketing performance, while simultaneously product innovation d has a significant positive effect on marketing performanceKeywords: Market Orientation, Learning Orientation, Product Innovation, Marketing Performance
