Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Adaptive Selling Behavior and Customer Orientation against Salesperson Performance through Relationship Quality. This research was conducted in 145 respondents sales in AHASS Yogyakarta. The results of this study show: 1) Adaptive selling behavior significant positive effect on Relationship Quality, 2) Customer Orientation Significant positive effect on Relationship behavior, 3) Relationship quality significant positive effect on Salesperson Performance, 4) Adaptive Selling Behavior significant positive effect on Salesperson Performance, 5) Customer Orientation significant positive effect on Salesperson Performance,.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect  of Perceived Usefullness, Perceived Ease Of Use, Subjective Norm against Purchase Intention through Attitude. This research was conducted in 100 respondents to Yogyakarta Digital warehouse consumers with respondents who bought digital warehouse products. The results of this study show: 1) Perceived usefullness significant positive effect on Attitude, 2) Perceived Ease Of Use Significant positive effect on Attitude, 3) Subjective Norm significantly positive effect on Attitude, 4) Attitude has not significant positive effect on Purchase Intention, 5) Perceived Usefullness significant positive effect on Purchase Intention, 6) Perceived Ease Of Use significantly positive effect on Purchase Intention, 7) Subjective Norm has not significant positive effect on Purchase Intention

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to understand the effect of product innovation, endorsements and brand image related to brand awareness and reputation for affirmative purchasing decisions on Solo Medicinal Products Fountain. Data were collected using random sampling. Sample size is 200, and 165 questionnaires were returned. The results showed that product innovation and reputation and a significant positive effect on brand image, reputation and endorsement and significant positive effect on brand awareness, brand image and brand awareness positivelyeffect to purchase intentions, purchase intentions positive and significant effect on the stability of the purchasing decision.Findings: The updates of this research are the research model in terms of purchase intention is then forwarded to the stability variable purchase decision. Usually during this study only stop on purchase intentions on steadiness or stop buying decision but did not begin with the intention ofbuying. Though stability begins with the decision to buy should purchase intention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Le Minerale's new drinking water product design on consumer response and consumer loyalty. This study includes causal research, namely research that finds and describes a causal relationship between the Le Minerale retailer population. The data collection technique used the observational method by distributing questionnaires. Types and sources of data using primary data, validity and reliability are used to test the questionnaire. After the data is collected, the model test and hypothesis test are carried out. SPSS was used for data analysis. The results of this study, the new product design variable has a significant positive effect on cognitive response. New product design has a significant positive effect on affective response. Cognitive response and affective response have a positive and significant effect on behavioral brand loyalty. New product design has an effect on behavioral brand loyalty through cognitive response. New product design affects behavioral brand loyalty through affective response.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh adaptive selling yang terdapatpadaword of mouth melalui Custumer owned loyalty dan loyalty to the service provider pada Hotel Respatih Kasih.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik accidental purposive sampling. Berdasarkan teknik pengambilan sampel, maka didapat sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Alat uji analisis data yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini dengan memakai Uji Regresi Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Adaptive selling berpengaruh positif terhadap Custumer owned loyalty, variabel Custumer owned loyalty berpengaruh positif terhadap Loyalty to the Service Provider, variabel Custumer owned loyalty berpengaruh positif terhadap Word of Mouth, dan variabel Loyalty to the Service Provider berpengaruh positifterhadap Word of Mouth.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the "Effect of Promotion, Price Perception and Experience on Loyalty with Satisfaction and Trust as Intervening Variables".The sample of this study was 140 Shopee users in Yogyakarta using questionnaires which were distributed using purposive sampling technique. The research results show (1) there is a positive and significant effect of promotion on satisfaction, (2) there is a positive and significant effect of price perception on satisfaction, (3) there is a positive and significant effect of experience on trust, (4) there is a positive and significant effect on satisfaction with loyalty, (5) There is a positive and significant effect of trust on loyalty, (6) there is a positive and significant influence of promotion on loyalty through satisfaction, (7) there is a positive and significant effect on perception towards loyalty through satisfaction, and (8) there is a positive and significant influence of experience on loyalty through trust from Shopee users in Yogyakarta.Keywords : Promotion, Price Perception, Experience, Satisfaction, Trust, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dalam bentuk kuesioner yang disebarkan menggunakan tautan kuesioner sebanyak 108 responden dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel ‘Purposive Sampling. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Uji Kualitas Data, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji Regresi Berganda dan Uji Hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan (1) Variabel kelayakan harga berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. (2) Variabel word of mouth berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (3) variabel brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, (4) Variabel experiental marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menguji Pengaruh Citra Merek, Kelayakan Harga, Dan Kualitas Produk Terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen Bobatime di Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunkaan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling. Menggunakan 75 responden dengan karakteristik (usia, jenis kelamin, berapa banyak pembelian) sebagai subjek penelitian. Aplikasi SPSS 20.0 telah mambantu untuk menguji hasil dari penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Citra Merek, Kelayakan Harga, dan Kualitas Produk secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Beli konsumen Bobatime, Citra Merek tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Beli konsumen Bobatime, Kelayakan Harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Beli konsumen Bobatime dan Kualitas Produk berpengaruh terhadap Minat Beli konsumen Bobatime

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh persepsi harga, terhadap citra merek, (2) pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap citra merek, (3) pengaruh citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian, (4) pengaruh persepsi harga terhadap keputusan pembelian, (5) pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 126 responden di Yogyakarta yang pernah atau saat ini sedang menggunakan smartphone Xiaomi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan Persepsi Harga terhadap Citra Merek (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Kualitas Produk terhadap Citra Merek (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Citra Merek terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (4) terdapat tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan Persepsi Harga terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (5) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Kualitas Produk terhadap Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh Kelayakan Harga terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen; (2) pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen; (3) pengaruh Kelayakan Harga terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen; (4) pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen; (5) pengaruh Kepuasan Konsumen terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 160 konsumen/pelanggan JNE yang berdomisili di Yogyakarta. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dengan teknik pengambilan sampel Non Probability Sampling dengan menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling. Dalam penelitian ini memanfaatkan SPSS 25 untuk melakukan Uji Kualitas Data, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji Hipotesis dan Uji Sobel Test. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Kelayakan Harga terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen; (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen; (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Kelayakan Harga terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen; (4) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen; (5) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Kepuasan Konsumen terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen.
