Abstract

The automotive industry sector encounters challenges in the construction of connections between different materials. Hence, a breakthrough is needed in the automotive industry in manufacturing connections between different wall panel materials. Mixed adhesive materials for different materials are required and represent an innovation in the manufacturing process for joints of different materials due to the need for stiff and slightly ductile adhesives. This research aims to analyze the effect of using a sikahyflex-epoxy mixture adhesive in aluminum-composite joints on the shear tensile strength of the joints for the automotive industry. This research serves as an innovation in dissimilar material connection systems by developing the use of mixed adhesives and cocofiber aluminum-composite adherend materials with environmentally friendly and corrosion-resistant properties. The research material used aluminum 5083-cocofiber composite. The adherend surface was roughened employing sandpaper of #60, #80, and #150. The adhesive used the addition of sikahyflex adhesive to the epoxy adhesive with additional variations of 10%, 20%, 30%, and 40% sikahyflex. Connections between different materials with the single lap joint type refer to ASTM D1002. The roughness test results yielded the best roughness grade #150 on the surface of the aluminum adherend and coco fiber composite. The shear tensile test results by adding 40% sikahyflex adhesive, 0.4 mm adhesive thickness, and #150 sandpapering resulted in a 20% increase in shear tensile strength in the single lap joint of 2.51 N/mm2. The surface roughness enhanced the adhesive bond strength between mechanical interlocking adhesives and adherend. Meanwhile, the failure modes observed in macro observations included thin-layer cohesive failure, cohesive failure, two-stage failure, and stock-break failure modes. The SEM observation revealed that in the initial propagation of microcracking and voids, which mark the initial onset of adhesive failure, tearing took place, leading to a failure mode in the aluminum-composite coco fiber single overlap joint.

Abstract

Inovasi baru serat dari sabut kelapa dimanfaatkan untuk meningkatkan nilai ekonomis dari serat sabut kelapa, oleh karena itu dirancanglah pendayagunaan serat dari sabut kelapa untuk penguat komposit dengan material serat alam yang biodegradable. Hal ini untuk mendukung penggunaan komposit yang ramah terhadap lingkungan dan mengurangi penggunaan material komposit serat sintetis yang polutan. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis sifat mekanik pada komposit serat alam bermaterial serat dari sabut kelapa yang ramah lingkungan. Metode penelitian pembuatan komposit berpenguat serat dari sabut kelapa dilakukan treatment NaOH 15% selama 5 jam dan fraksi volume serat 10 %, 15 %, dan 20 %. Komposit  serat dari sabut kelapa dengan matriks UPRs 157 BQTN dengan hardener MEXPO. Pengujian mekanik dilakukan uji bending menggunakan standar ASTM D790 dan uji impak  menggunakan standar ASTM D5941.  Pengujian impak komposit serat alam menunjukkan ketangguhan impak komposit pada fraksi volume serat 20% dengan nilai 0.017588J/mm2. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan peningkatan fraksi volume serta berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kekuatan bending komposit serat dari sabut kelapa  dengan kekuatan optimum bending pada fraksi volume serat 10% dengan nilai 44,33N/mm2. Hal ini menunjukkan peningkatan fraksi volume serat dengan perendaman NaOH 15% akan meningkatkan sifat mekanik bending dan impak komposit. Perendaman NaOH memberikan pengaruh daya serap sabut kelapa terhadap matrik Unsaturated Polyester yang dapat meningkatkan daya rekat antara penguat serat dengan matrik sehingga meningkatkan sifat mekanik bending dan impak komposit. ABSTRACT The innovation of coco fiber is used to increase the economic value of coconut coir, therefore the utilization of coconut fiber for reinforcing composites with biodegradable natural fiber material is designed. This is to support the use of composites that are friendly to the environment and reduce the use of pollutant synthetic fiber composite materials. The research objective was to analyze the mechanical properties of natural fiber composites with environmentally friendly coconut fiber as material. The research method of making fiber-reinforced composites from coconut coir was carried out by 15% NaOH treatment for 5 hours and a fiber volume fraction of 10%, 15%, and 20%. Composite fiber from coconut coir with UPRs 157 BQTN matrix with MEXPO hardener. Mechanical testing is carried out using the ASTM D790 standard and the impact test using the ASTM D5941 standard. The impact test of natural fiber composites showed the impact toughness of the composite at a fiber volume fraction of 20% with a value of 0.017588 J/ mm2. The test results showed an increase in volume fraction and an effect on the increase in the bending strength of coconut fiber composites with the optimum bending strength at a fiber volume fraction of 10% with a value of 44.33N /mm2. This shows that the increase in fiber volume fraction by immersion in 15% NaOH will increase the bending mechanical properties and the impact of the composite. Soaking NaOH has an effect on the absorption power of coconut coir on the Unsaturated Polyester matrix which can increase the adhesion between the fiber reinforcement and the matrix thereby increasing the bending mechanical properties and impact of the composite.

Abstract

This research is a form of quantitative research to produce a model of performance improvement of auditors by conducting proof of Task Complexity variable, as well as Orgasization Commitment with expected indicator is the improvement of professionalism and decreasing of cases of code violation. The sample used was 133 junior auditors in Public Accounting Firm registered in IAPI East Java Compartment spread in 3 cities namely Surabaya, Sidoarjo and Malang. The research instrument is a questionnaire distributed directly to the respondents who were sampled in the study. By using Partial Least Square testing, the resulting model that the complexity of the task has a significant positive effect on audit performance, organizational commitment has no effect on audit performance.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of green accounting, eco-innovation, and environmental performance on corporate financial results, with green competitive advantage as a mediating variable. The research subjects included companies in the raw materials sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2022-2023 period. The method used was a quantitative approach with secondary data from the annual and sustainability reports of 46 companies, analysed using the partial least squares (SEM-PLS) structural equation modelling method. The results showed that the three main variables contributed significantly to the formation of green competitive advantage, but had no direct or indirect effect on financial performance. This finding suggests that a desire strategy does not have a short-term financial impact if it is not involved in a company's core activities. This novel research lies in the use of green competitive advantage as a mediating variable in the context of the raw materials industry sector, which has not been widely discussed in previous research in Indonesia. The implications of this research provide policy guidance for management and regulators in developing applicable green strategies. Limitations lie in the limited indicators, so it is recommended that future research use more diverse measures. Abstrak - Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pengaruh akuntansi hijau, inovasi ramah lingkungan, dan kinerja lingkungan terhadap hasil keuangan perusahaan, dengan keunggulan kompetitif hijau sebagai variabel mediasi. Objek penelitian mencakup perusahaan sektor bahan baku (bahan dasar) yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2022-2023. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data sekunder dari laporan tahunan dan keberlanjutan 46 perusahaan, dianalisis menggunakan metode structural equation modeling berbasis partial least squares (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel utama memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap pembentukan keunggulan kompetitif hijau, namun tidak memiliki pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung terhadap kinerja keuangan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi keinginan belum memberikan dampak finansial jangka pendek jika tidak terlibat dalam aktivitas inti perusahaan. Penelitian baru ini terletak pada penggunaan keunggulan kompetitif hijau sebagai variabel mediasi dalam konteks sektor industri bahan baku, yang belum banyak dibahas dalam penelitian sebelumnya di Indonesia. Implikasi penelitian memberikan arahan kebijakan bagi manajemen dan regulator untuk menyusun strategi hijau yang aplikatif. Keterbatasan terletak pada indikator yang terbatas, sehingga disarankan penelitian selanjutnya menggunakan ukuran yang lebih beragam.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian dan pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pengembangan e-book sebagai bahan terbuka BIPA berbasis budaya Jambi serta menguji kelayakan dan kebertermannya. Model pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model ADDIE yang dimodifikasi oleh Branch (2009) yang terdiri atas beberapa tahapan yaitu analisa (analisis), desain (desain), pengembangan (pengembangan), implementasi (implementasi), dan evaluasi (evaluasi). Namun penelitian ini hanya menerapkan tiga tahap awal, yaitu analisis, desain, dan pengembangan. Subjek penelitian meliputi dosen Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia yang berperan sebagai validator ahli materi dan ahli media, serta enam mahasiswa internasional di Universitas Jambi dengan kemampuan Bahasa Indonesia level 3. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, angket, dan analisis dokumen pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar yang dikembangkan masuk dalam kate-gori sangat valid, dengan persentase kelayakan 91,43% dari validasi media dan 92,2% dari validasi materi. Setelah perbaikan minor, bahan ajar diuji cobakan kepada enam mahasiswa internasional dan memperoleh tingkat keefektifan sebesar 94,1%, yang termasuk kategori sangat efektif. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar ini dapat mendukung pembelajaran BIPA dengan pendekatan budaya lokal secara efektif, menarik, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan mahasiswa internasional.

Abstract

Speech acts are one aspect of pragmatic studies. Speech acts are divided into several forms, one of which is locutionary. Locutionary act is a speech act performed by the speaker to convey something. The purpose of this study is to describe locutionary speech acts in the novel Arsana Behind the Glass by A.C. Agni. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The source of data in this study is Arsana's Novel Behind the Glass Window. The data collection technique used was document study with the researcher as the key instrument. Test the validity of using triangulation theory and persistence of researchers. The data analysis technique is content analysis. Based on the research, it can be concluded that the locutionary speech acts contained in the novel are directive, interrogative, and imperative. Practically the results of this study can help to understand speech acts in pragmatic studies.

Abstract

This study examines extracurricular management at SD Islam Al Azhar 34 Makassar. The focus of this study is: How is extracurricular management and the supporting and inhibiting factors that influence the success of Swimming and Dance extracurricular management at SD Islam Al Azhar 34 Makassar. The purpose of this study is to determine the management system for Swimming and Dance extracurricular activities at SD Islam Al Azhar 34 Makassar, including: planning, organizing, implementing, supervising and evaluating extracurricular activities as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors. This research approach is qualitative with a descriptive research type with research subjects including the Principal, Vice Principal for Student Affairs, and Extracurricular Supervisor. Data collection uses interviews, observation and documentation. The data obtained are analyzed through word reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that (1) Management of Extracurricular activities at SD Islam Al Azhar 34 Makassar in the Planning aspect is in accordance with Permendikbudristek No. 12 of 2024 concerning Curriculum in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education Level, and Secondary Education Level which includes: activity planning procedures, activity curriculum, and strategies for compiling extracurricular activities. Organization is carried out through a clear structure, involving all responsible persons. The division of tasks and responsibilities is carried out periodically to facilitate coordination. Management of funds, schedules, and facilities is coordinated, and supported by competent supervisors. Implementation Includes: implementation methods, activity schedules, and activity impacts. Supervision is carried out through a monitoring team that records student attendance and discipline. Development evaluation is in the form of activity reports divided into short-term and long-term. Evaluation of success will be seen through the report card scores of students' extracurricular activities given each month. (2) Supporting factors include the availability of facilities and infrastructure, competent implementing staff, and effective coordination. Inhibiting factors include ineffective time management and teacher discipline, limited substitute staff, and administrative constraints such as outstanding student payments. Abstract

Abstrack- Food court locations are placed in current visited places and usually many customer tables that are widely scattered there. It can be too slowly and inefficient ordering, both in terms of time and the process of delivering order because of difficulty of finding a customer table. Based on the explanation above, the authors make a design and build a table location information system in the food court using RFID based android applications. This system allows customers to inform the location of the table to food vendors using RFID. In designing hardware devices, a NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller is needed and for designing android software applications using APP Inventor. Google Firebase's realtime database platform was chosen to connect hardware and software devices. The measurement results from the design of this system show that the system is capable of producing precise RFID reading output with an accuracy level of 100% according to the location of the buyer's table. Meanwhile, the average delay obtained from this system is 0.81 seconds. This tool can read the RFID card without a barrier as far as 4.1 cm and cannot read the card if blocked by a metal material. Keywords: Food Court, RFID, NodeMCU ESP8266, App Invetor2, Firebase

Abstract

Waste management at the village level remains a significant challenge, particularly in Margoyoso Village, Salaman District, Magelang Regency. The previously established waste bank has become stagnant and inactive due to weak administrative systems, low community participation, and a lack of proper waste storage facilities. The Community Service Program (KKN) of Universitas Tidar, in collaboration with the Margoyoso Village PKK Mobilization Team, initiated efforts to revitalize the waste bank by developing administrative record books aimed at improving the documentation system and institutional governance of the waste bank. The implementation method used was a participatory approach through coordination, field observation, and the development and printing of seven types of administrative books, including: Meeting Minutes Book, Guest Book, Cash Book, Customer Waste Deposit Book, Member Register Book, Waste Sales Book, and Savings Master Book. A total of 294 books were distributed to the neighborhood (RT), hamlet, and village levels to support the reactivation of previously dormant waste bank activities. As a result, the waste bank institution began to show improvements in documentation, transparency, and operational readiness. This initiative serves as a foundation for strengthening community-based waste management in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the accounting treatment of fixed assets following the change in status of Malang State University to a State-Owned Legal Entity Higher Education Institution (PTNBH). This change in status requires a transition from Government Accounting Standards (SAP) to Financial Accounting Standards (SAK), particularly PSAK 16 and ISAK 35. The research focuses on the calculation of depreciation expenses for fixed assets as determined in the Initial Asset Value (IAV). Data was collected through interviews and documentation, which were then analyzed using a descriptive case study approach. The research results indicate irregularities in depreciation charges, both too high and too low, primarily caused by the calculation method in the SIMAK BMN system. To address this, a prospective approach in accordance with PSAK 25 was applied. This adjustment includes the establishment of new useful lives, new book values, and new depreciation bases. Significant differences in depreciation charges between 2022 and 2023 were also found, primarily due to corrections for past errors. This study emphasizes the importance of validating asset data and selecting appropriate accounting methods to support the transparency and accountability of PTNBH's financial statements
