Abstract

Abstrak  Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas Kepala sekolah dan guru dalam menerapkan kepemimpinan transformasional dan literasi digital guna memperkuat kualitas pembelajaran di SMPN 1 Tinggimoncong Kabupaten Gowa. Pelatihan dilaksanakan oleh tim dosen Universitas Negeri Makassar dengan melibatkan guru dan Kepala Sekolah. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup empat tahap utama, yaitu persiapan dan koordinasi, pelaksanaan pelatihan, pendampingan dan evaluasi, serta tindak lanjut penerapan di sekolah. Materi pelatihan meliputi penguatan peran kepemimpinan transformasional guru serta penerapan literasi digital melalui praktik penggunaan aplikasi Canva dan Google Classroom sebagai media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi.Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan guru terhadap kedua aspek tersebut. Guru menjadi lebih percaya diri dan kreatif dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi digital ke dalam pembelajaran, serta lebih mampu berperan sebagai pemimpin yang inspiratif, kolaboratif, dan adaptif terhadap perubahan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, 85% peserta menyatakan pelatihan ini sangat bermanfaat dan 15% menyatakan bermanfaat. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya memperkuat kompetensi individu guru, tetapi juga berkontribusi terhadap terciptanya budaya sekolah yang inovatif dan berorientasi pada transformasi pembelajaran digital.Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan transformasional, literasi digital, pengabdian kepada masyarakat

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan model pembelajaran Guided Inquiry berbantuan praktikum pada materi fluida statis guna memfasilitasi keterampilan proses sains siswa. Keterampilan proses sains meliputi kemampuan dasar seperti observasi, merumuskan hipotesis, melakukan eksperimen, menginterpretasikan data, serta menarik kesimpulan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimen dengan desain pretest-posttest kontrol group. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI IPA 1 dan XI IPA 2 di salah satu SMA, yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok: kelas eksperimen dengan model Guided Inquiry berbasis praktikum dan kelas kontrol dengan metode pembelajaran konvensional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa di kelas eksperimen mengalami peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan proses sains, terutama dalam aspek berpikir kritis dan pemecahan masalah melalui kegiatan praktikum seperti pengukuran tekanan hidrostatis dan prinsip Hukum Pascal. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan Guided Inquiry yang dipadukan dengan praktikum pada materi fluida statis efektif dalam membangun pemahaman konsep sekaligus meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains siswa. Dengan demikian, model ini direkomendasikan sebagai alternatif strategi pembelajaran aktif di kelas fisika. Kata kunci: Guided Inquiry, praktikum, fluida statis, keterampilan proses sains Abstrack This study aims to implement the Guided Inquiry learning model assisted by practicum on static fluid material to facilitate students' science process skills. Science process skills include basic skills such as observation, formulating hypotheses, conducting experiments, interpreting data, and drawing conclusions. The research method used is a quasi-experimental with a pretest-posttest control group design. The subjects of the study were students of grade XI IPA 1 and XI IPA 2 in one of the high schools, which were divided into two groups: an experimental class with a Guided Inquiry model based on practicum and a control class with conventional learning methods. The results showed that students in the experimental class experienced a significant increase in science process skills, especially in aspects of critical thinking and problem solving through practicum activities such as measuring hydrostatic pressure and the principle of Pascal's Law. These findings indicate that the Guided Inquiry approach combined with practicum on static fluid material is effective in building conceptual understanding while improving students' science process skills. Thus, this model is recommended as an alternative active learning strategy in physics classes. Keywords: Guided Inquiry, practicum, static fluid, science process skills.

Abstract

This study examinies the role of audit committee oversight quality on the quality of sustainability reports (SR) of energy sector companies in Indonesia. Using a quantitative research design and secondary data from annual reports and sustainability reports prepared in accordance with Global Reporting Initiative Standards. This study constructs an SR quality index based on the dimention of Theme/Topic completeness (adherence to material GRI indicators). The audit committee variable is proxied by the frequency of audit committee meetings during the fiscal years. The population includes all energy issuers (oil & gas, coal, electricity, renewable energy) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2021-2024, with the sample determined using purposive sampling techniques and obtaining a sample of 153. Estimation were conducted using regression analysis accompanied by statistical analysis, classical assimption tests, and hypotesting using SPSS statistic 26. The results indicate that a higher frequency of audit committee meetings has a positive impact on SR quality. This study contributes to the literature on sustainability reporting governance in developing countries like Indonesia and offers replicable measurement guidelines for regulator and practitioners.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of media exposure and investor pressure on the quality of sustainability reporting, as well as the role of audit committee oversight as a moderating variable in energy companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2021–2024. Data were obtained from annual reports and sustainability reports using purposive sampling, resulting in 268 samples. Multiple regression analysis with MRA testing was conducted. The results show that media exposure has a significant positive effect, while investor pressure has a negative effect. The role of audit committee oversight does not moderate the relationship between media exposure and sustainability reporting quality, but it does weaken the effect of investor pressure on sustainability reporting quality and can even change the direction of the coefficient to positive.

Abstract

Golok Ciomas merupakan salah satu warisan budaya takbenda khas Banten yang mengandung nilai sejarah, filosofi, dan sosial yang signifikan. Lebih dari sekadar alat atau senjata tradisional, golok ini merefleksikan identitas, kehormatan, serta simbol perlawanan masyarakat terhadap kekuatan kolonial. Penelitian ini bertujuan menelusuri sejarah dan asal-usul Golok Ciomas, mengkaji makna filosofis “kekuatan genggaman” yang meliputi aspek fisik, mental, dan spiritual, serta menguraikan kedudukan golok sebagai lambang kehormatan dalam struktur sosial masyarakat Banten. Selain itu, penelitian juga mencoba memetakan perubahan fungsi Golok Ciomas pada era kontemporer dan membandingkannya dengan berbagai senjata tradisional dari Nusantara maupun luar negeri.  Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan perspektif etnografi budaya. Lokasi penelitian berada di Kecamatan Ciomas, Kabupaten Serang, serta melibatkan museum, pasar tradisional, dan festival budaya sebagai sumber data tambahan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam dengan para empu, tokoh masyarakat, budayawan, dan generasi muda, serta studi literatur. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan semiotika dan antropologi simbolik, dengan validitas yang diperkuat melalui triangulasi sumber, metode, dan teori.  Hasil penelitian mengungkap bahwa Golok Ciomas memiliki garis sejarah panjang sejak zaman Kesultanan Banten, dan seiring waktu beralih fungsi dari alat pertanian serta senjata perlawanan menjadi artefak budaya sekaligus komoditas dalam industri ekonomi kreatif. Filosofi “kekuatan genggaman” mencerminkan nilai holistik yang menyatukan unsur jasmani, pikiran, dan spiritualitas, sambil menegaskan posisi golok sebagai simbol kehormatan serta solidaritas sosial. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya upaya pelestarian Golok Ciomas melalui kolaborasi antara empu, masyarakat, pemerintah, dan kalangan akademisi agar warisan budaya ini tetap hidup dan bermakna sebagai bagian dari identitas nasional.

Abstract

Neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR), an accessible biomarker derived from routine blood counts, has been associated with stroke severity and outcomes. However, its association with angiographically confirmed stenosis has not been fully established. The aim of this study was to investigate the correlation and association between the NLR and the severity of intracranial arterial stenosis assessed by digital subtraction angiography (DSA). An observational analytic study with a cross-sectional design was conducted. Patients with acute ischemic stroke who underwent DSA were included using a total sampling method. Eligible patients were aged >18 years, had ischemic stroke onset <14 days, and had no prior thrombolysis, endovascular treatment, or surgery for cerebral stenosis. Those with infection, hematological disorders, malignancy, or immunosuppression were excluded. NLR was calculated from complete blood count results at admission, while stenosis severity was quantified using the Warfarin–Aspirin Symptomatic Intracranial Disease (WASID) method. A total of 44 ischemic stroke patients who underwent DSA were included. Pearson correlation test revealed a strong positive correlation between NLR and the severity of intracranial arterial stenosis (r=0.671; p<0.001). In subgroup analysis, NLR showed a strong positive correlation with stenosis severity in the cerebral arteries (r=0.707; p<0.001), but not in the carotid arteries (r=0.434; p=0.182). One-way ANOVA revealed significant differences in NLR across stenosis severity groups (p<0.0001), with higher NLR in moderate and severe stenosis compared with mild stenosis (p=0.017 and p=0.0003, respectively). These findings suggest that NLR reflects the inflammatory burden contributing to vascular narrowing and may serve as a simple and widely available biomarker for identifying ischemic stroke patients with a higher burden of intracranial arterial stenosis, particularly in settings where access to advanced imaging is limited.

Abstract

Abstrak. Kegiatan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilaksanakan oleh tim dosen Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Makassar dengan judul “Pemanfaatan AI untuk Humas Sekolah dalam Membuat Konten Digital di Kabupaten Pangkep.” Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan tenaga Humas sekolah dalam memanfaatkan Artificial Intelligence (AI) guna mendukung kegiatan komunikasi publik dan promosi sekolah di era digital. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada Selasa, 30 September 2025, bertempat di SMA Muhammadiyah Pangkep, dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 10 orang staf sekolah yang terdiri atas guru dan tenaga Humas. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup pemberian materi, praktik langsung, serta sesi diskusi dan tanya jawab. Peserta dibekali keterampilan penggunaan ChatGPT untuk pembuatan teks promosi dan Canva untuk desain grafis serta pengelolaan media sosial sekolah. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta. Sekitar 80% peserta mampu menghasilkan konten digital berupa poster dan caption media sosial yang menarik, informatif, dan selaras dengan identitas sekolah. Kegiatan ini juga melahirkan rencana pembentukan komunitas tenaga Humas digital sebagai wadah kolaborasi dan pengembangan berkelanjutan antar sekolah di Kabupaten Pangkep. Luaran kegiatan meliputi modul pelatihan digital, template konten sekolah, laporan kegiatan, dokumentasi pelatihan, dan rencana keberlanjutan program. Melalui kegiatan ini, diharapkan sekolah dapat membangun citra positif, memperkuat komunikasi publik, dan menjadi pionir dalam penerapan teknologi AI di bidang kehumasan pendidikan. Kata Kunci: Artificial Intelligence, Humas Sekolah, Konten Digital, ChatGPT, Canva

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh suhu proses ekstrusi terhadap evolusi mikrostruktur/rekristalisasi, serta sifat mekanik paduan aluminium AA6061 melalui telaah literatur, analisis mikrostruktur, dan simulasi numerik Finite Element Method (FEM). Tiga sumber utama dianalisis, mencakup proses ekstrusi chip AA6061 komposit AA6061 RHA hasil solid-state recycling. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa ekstrusi pada suhu rendah didominasi oleh strain hardening yang meningkatkan kekuatan namun menurunkan keuletan dan menyebabkan ikatan antar-partikel kurang optimal. Sebaliknya, ekstrusi panas pada rentang 450-550°C memicu rekristalisasi dinamis yang menghasilkan butir halus, peningkatan fraksi batas butir sudut tinggi, serta distribusi mikrostruktur yang lebih homogen. Temuan ini diperkuat oleh simulasi FEM yang menunjukkan penurunan tegangan alir dan aliran logam yang lebih seragam pada suhu 500°C dengan kecepatan ram 1–2 mm/s, sehingga meningkatkan kualitas bonding antar-chip. Peningkatan sifat mekanik berupa kenaikan kekerasan, kekuatan tarik, ketahanan aus, dan umur lelah dilaporkan pada seluruh studi berbasis ekstrusi panas. Secara keseluruhan, ekstrusi panas terbukti memberikan performa mikrostruktural dan mekanik yang lebih unggul dibanding ekstrusi dingin, dan sangat efektif digunakan dalam proses daur ulang chip aluminium AA6061 secara metalurgi. Abstract: This study investigates the influence of extrusion temperature on the deformation mechanisms, microstructural evolution, and mechanical properties of AA6061 aluminum alloy through a comprehensive literature review, microstructural analysis, and Finite Element Method (FEM) simulations. Three primary sources were examined, including hot-extruded recycled AA6061 chips, AA6061 RHA composites. The findings show that low-temperature extrusion is dominated by strain hardening, which increases strength but reduces ductility and results in weak particle bonding with high porosity. In contrast, hot extrusion at 450–550°C activates dynamic recrystallization, producing refined grains, higher fractions of high-angle grain boundaries, and a more homogeneous microstructure. FEM simulations further confirm that billet heating at 500°C combined with a ram speed of 1–2 mm/s decreases flow stress, promotes uniform metal flow, and improves metallurgical bonding between chips. These microstructural improvements correlate with enhanced hardness, tensile strength, wear resistance, and fatigue life across all hot-extruded materials. Overall, hot extrusion provides superior mechanical performance and microstructural quality compared to cold extrusion, making it an effective approach for structural applications and metallurgical recycling of AA6061 aluminum chips.  Keywords: Hot Extrusion, Cold Extrusion, Dynamic Recrystallization, AA6061 Microstructure.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi pengembangan kompetensi pendidik sekolah dasar di era pembelajaran mendalam (deep learning). Kompetensi guru menjadi faktor utama dalam menciptakan pembelajaran bermakna dan berorientasi pada pengembangan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur terhadap sepuluh artikel ilmiah terbitan 2020–2025, dianalisi,s secara deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pengembangan kompetensi guru meliputi pelatihan berkelanjutan, supervisi akademik, kolaborasi melalui KKG, penguasaan teknologi digital, dukungan kelembagaan, dan publikasi ilmiah. Strategi tersebut berperan penting dalam membentuk guru profesional, reflektif, dan adaptif terhadap perubahan zaman. Dengan penerapan strategi yang tepat, guru diharapkan mampu menjadi agen perubahan yang menciptakan pembelajaran bermakna serta menghasilkan peserta didik yang kritis dan kreatif.

Abstract

The Intra-School Student Organization (OSIS) serves as a leadership laboratory for students and requires strong, competent human resources to act as agents of change within the school. This program aims to strengthen leadership values and shape positive behavior among OSIS members at SMK Al-Amanah through a Character Building Leadership approach combined with experiential learning methods. The activity was carried out on October 30, 2025, involving 42 OSIS members (core administrators and active members) through a series of interactive workshops, discussions, and educational games (outbound leadership games). The implementation method focused on three main simulations: Chain Sentences to train effective communication, Nail-in-the-Bottle to build team coordination, and Rubber Band Relay to develop focus and trust. Evaluation was conducted through behavioral observation during the games, value reflection, and pre-test and post-test trigger questions. The results of the activity indicate that experiential learning methods effectively enhanced participants’ understanding of responsibility, integrity, and teamwork. Qualitatively, participants showed significant improvement in group solidarity and organizational communication skills. It is concluded that the program successfully instilled positive leadership foundations and is recommended to be continued through weekly leadership coaching.
