Abstract

This research was written using data collection techniques using questionnaires, as a technique of collecting data using a list of questions compiled by the author and submitted to the respondents, namely employees to answer the questions that have been provided. The results of these statistical calculations can lead to the conclusion that leadership has a strong influence on the work discipline of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Kampung Tax contributed 46.77%. The relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable forms the equation Y = 23.618+ 0.180X1+ 1.089X2. This equation shows that leadership is directly proportional to the work discipline of employees of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Kampung Tax which means the better the leadership, the more self-disciplined employees of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Kampung Tax will be increased.

Abstract

Penilaian terhadap guru berprestasi di SMK Negeri 2 Luwu Utara sering kali terhambat oleh subjektivitas dan ketidakteraturan data. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Tahapan penelitian mencakup identifikasi masalah, pengumpulan data, perancangan sistem berbasis web, implementasi metode SAW, dan pengujian sistem. Sistem ini menilai guru berprestasi berdasarkan empat kriteria utama: kompetensi pedagogik, kepribadian, sosial, dan profesional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi metode SAW meningkatkan transparansi, efisiensi, dan akurasi dalam proses penilaian, sehingga mengurangi waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk pengambilan keputusan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan gaya bahasa dalam lirik lagu album Markers and Such Pens Flashdisk karya Sal Priadi, mengidentifikasi jenis-jenis gaya bahasa yang digunakan, serta menganalisis pemanfaatannya sebagai materi ajar teks eksposisi di SMK Negeri 3 Sukoharjo. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa analisis dokumen dan wawancara. Data diperoleh dari lirik lagu sebagai sumber primer, serta artikel dan wawancara dengan guru dan siswa sebagai sumber sekunder. Analisis dilakukan dengan teknik model mengalir dan validitas data diuji melalui triangulasi teori dan sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya bahasa seperti metafora, personifikasi, hiperbola, repetisi, paradoks, dan ironi memperkuat makna serta nilai estetis lirik lagu. Selain itu, unsur kebahasaan tersebut berpotensi besar untuk dimanfaatkan dalam pembelajaran teks eksposisi karena dapat membantu siswa memahami struktur teks, menganalisis penggunaan bahasa, serta mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kreatif.

Abstract

Adhesives are an alternative to many joints because they are cost-effective, corrosion-resistant, neat, and strong for low-load construction such as window/door frames. Aluminum material is rigid but deformable, making it prone to cracks in the adhesive joint area. The addition of sikaflex was chosen because it is a low stiffness and elastic adhesive that bonds well to metals, ceramics, and plastics. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of adding sikaflex to epoxy adhesives with a percentage of 15%, 25%, and 35% on the shear tensile strength of aluminum single lap joints. The surface of the adherend was given a roughness treatment by sandblasting method to improve the mechanical interlocking between the adherend and the adhesive.  The sandblasting roughness test before treatment was 0.50 µm to 2.90 µm. Shear tensile test results of sandblasted specimens increased in all mixed adhesive variations. The highest strength mixed adhesive with composition 15%SF: 85%EP. Visual observation showed mixed failure mode between cohesive failure and adhesive failure occurred in all mixed adhesive variations.

Abstract

The thermal spray aluminum (TSA) coating method is used to prevent damage to the metal surface and improve the quality of the metal surface by bonding the coating. The coating standard has a minimum thickness of 80-100 µm. According to AWS C2.23M/C2.23, NACE N0.12, SSPC CS-23, coatings submerged in seawater will experience a decrease in coating thickness of 20 µm. This study aims to examine the effect of air pressure in the thermal spray coating process on AISI 1020 steel on the bond strength of the coating to the base metal. The research was conducted using air pressure variations of 3 Bar, 3.5 Bar, and 4 Bar. Furthermore, dry film thickness, pull off adhesive, and bending tests were conducted. The dry film thickness test results show that the higher the air pressure, the coating thickness increases. The results of the pull off adhesive test show that the higher the air pressure the bonding strength of the coating also increases. The bending test results show results that are in accordance with standard practice item No.21100 where there are no cracks and small cracks are still allowed.

Abstract

Vehicle construction requires strong joints to connect various materials. Many connections are made by welding, riveting, and adhesive bonding. Adhesive bonding has the advantages of efficiency, corrosion resistance, and ease of application. This research aims to analyze the effect of using sikaflex (SK) - epoxy (EP) mixed adhesive on the shear tensile strength of single lap joint aluminum. The material used was aluminum 5083 and sika flex and epoxy adhesives with an adhesive thickness of 0.4 mm, as well as variations in surface pattern treatment. The results showed that the highest tensile strength and modulus of elasticity in the variation of 10% SK: 90% EP with surface pattern 90º cross-type amounted to 2.34 MPa and 79.29 MPa. The highest strain was in the variation of 30% SK and 70% EP composition with a 0º horizontal surface pattern of 0.0466. The failure modes that occur are cohesive failure and thin-layer cohesive failure.

Abstract

Composite is a material made from two or more combined substances that are bound together. Typically, biomaterials are made of metals. However, metals have a high elastic modulus, which leads to stress shielding, and they are expensive because metals are non-renewable materials. This study aims to analyze the mechanical strength of composites made from ramie fiber, hydroxyapatite, and UHMWPE as a potential non-metallic biomaterial, with variations in composition of 13%: 0%: 87%, 6.5%: 6.5%: 87%, and 0%: 13%: 87%. The composites were manufactured using a hot press at a temperature of 190°C, pressure of 100 bar, and a holding time of 15 minutes. The test results showed the composite containing 13% ramie fiber having the highest impact toughness and tensile strength values of 0.055 J/mm² and 10.75Mpa.

Abstract

A research on hematological performances and body immunity of catfish ‘sangkuriang’ (Clarias gariepinus, Burch.) fed on diets containing different levels of organic chromium was conducted.  Three thousands of experimental fishes with their body weight varied from 6 to 7 grams were reared for 40 days in (2x1x1)-m3 of plastic-lining wooden tanks.  The stocking density used was 200 fishes per tank.  The tanks, with a total number of 15 tanks, were connected to each others and to a filtration concrete pond of (5x1x1) m3 to become a semi-closed water system.  The filtered water was pumped up to an every single tank through 1”-PVC pipe as an inlet.  The pipe of each tank was facilitated by a tap to enable controlling its water flow.  During the fish rearing period, a daily siphon was done to clean the fish fesses out from the system.  Diets containing 5 different levels of organic chromium, i.e. 0, 1.5, 3.0, 4.5, and 6.0 ppm of Cr+3, were fed to the experimental fish  thirth a day at satiation.  Each unit of treatment was replicated 3 times.  At the end of rearing period, variables i.e. leucocytes, erythrocytes, hemoglobin, and blood  glucose levels at fasting state were measured for the each treatment.  Results showed that the fish fed on dietary organic chromium tended to improve its body immunity and decrease its total account of leucocytes and its blood glucose level.  Bloods of the fish with dietary organic chromium also tended to contain lower erythrocytes, hemoglobin, hematocryte, and thrombocytes levels than those of the control (i.e. the fish fed on a diet without organic chromium).  The fish which consumed a diet containing 1.5 ppm of Cr+3 showed better hematological performances. Keywords: Hematology, Immunity, Blood glucose, Chromium, Catfish, Sangkuriang, Clarias

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to provide empirical evidence on the effect of profitability, sales growth leverage, and political connections on tax avoidance in energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2018-2022. Through the purposive sampling technique, 230 observations were obtained, which became the research sample. In addition, this research uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis techniques as the research method. Based on the research conducted, the results obtained that profitability and sales growth have no effect on tax avoidance. Another case with leverage which has a positive effect, while political connections have a negative effect on tax avoidance. The implication of this research is that companies are not expected to abuse special facilities derived from political connections for tax avoidance efforts. Keywords: Tax Avoidance, Profitability, Leverage, Sales Growth, Political Connections ABSTRAK Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini untuk memberikan bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh profitabilitas, leverage pertumbuhan penjualan, dan koneksi politik terhadap penghindaran pajak pada perusahaan sektor energi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2018-2022. Melalui teknik purposive sampling, diperoleh 230 observasi yang menjadi sampel penelitian. Selain itu, penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda sebagai metode penelitiannya. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh hasil profitabilitas dan pertumbuhan penjualan tidak berpengaruh terhadap penghindaran pajak. Lain halnya dengan leverage yang berpengaruh positif, sedangkan koneksi politik berpengaruh negatif terhadap penghindaran pajak. Implikasi dari penelitian ini, yaitu perusahaan diharapkan tidak menyalahgunakan fasilitas khusus yang berasal dari koneksi politik untuk upaya penghindaran pajak. Abstract

Program sekolah penggerak meruapakan usaha peningkatan kualitas Pendidikan. Program ini bertujuan untuk mendorong satuan pendidikan  melakukan transformasi diri untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi Program Sekolah Penggerak di SMP Negeri 36 Makassar, dengan fokus pada lima intervensi utama, pemilihan tema berbasis Profil Pelajar Pancasila dan pengembangan kurikulum. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan lima intervensi utama telah berhasil diterapkan dengan baik, didukung oleh pelatihan guru, perencanaan berbasis data, dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Sementara, Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila mengintegrasikan budaya local sebagai tema utama. dan Pengembangan Kurikulum dilakukan secara partisipatif dan fokus pada kebutuhan para peserta didik. Namun, masih ditemukan sejumlah tantangan, seperti keterbatasan literasi digital guru dan perlunya penguatan pendampingan secara intens oleh pemerintah. Maka perlunya pelatihan secara berkelanjutan serta penguatan evaluasi proyek P5.
