Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to make a synthesis of legal protection and efforts to fight violence against teachers that currently occurs, through the presence of the state and professional organizations in it. This research method is literature, which is conducted by carefully examining the relevant literature to determine its usefulness, reliability, and authority with respect to legal protection and violence against teachers. To conclude the results of data analysis, it is carried out by summarizing important aspects of the literature that are the focus and objectives of the study. Conduct an evaluation of the current state of the reviewed literature. Identify significant deficiencies or gaps in existing knowledge. Then proceed to outline areas for future study. Finally, linking the research results with other relevant sources. The results of this study show that the state needs to be present in the prevention and improvement of various bureaupathologies (bureaucratic diseases) to improve the handling of potential violence against teachers. Bureaucratic reform is needed to the extent that it touches on preventing violence against teachers. Teacher professional organizations should be able to reach all teachers. That reported and unreported incidents can be traced to anticipate various damages. Ultimately action can be taken generated by teachers and schools, and stress faced by teachers and students.Keywords: Legal protection, violence against teachers, the state, professional organizations.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan membuat sintesis mengenai perlindungan hukum dan upaya melawan kekerasan terhadap guru yang saat ini terjadi, melalui kehadiran negara dan organisasi profesi didalamnya. Metode penelitian ini ialah literatur, yang dilakukan secara hati-hati memeriksa literatur yang relevan untuk menentukan kegunaan, keandalan, dan otoritasnya sehubungan dengan perlindungan hukum dan kekerasan terhadap guru. Untuk membuat kesimpulan hasil analisis data, dilakukan dengan meringkas aspek-aspek penting dari literatur yang menjadi fokus dan tujuan penelitian. Melakukan evaluasi keadaan literatur yang ditinjau saat ini. Mengidentifikasi kekurangan atau kesenjangan yang signifikan dalam pengetahuan yang ada. Kemudian dilanjutkan membuat garis besar area untuk studi masa depan. Terakhir, menghubungkan hasil penelitian dengan sumber lain yang relevan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan negara perlu hadir dalam pencegahan dan perbaikan berbagai bureaupathologies (penyakit birokrasi) untuk memperbaiki penanganan potensi kekerasan kepada guru. Reformasi birokrasi diperlukan sampai menyentuh pencegahan kekerasan terhadap guru. Organisasi profesi guru mestinya dapat menjangkau semua guru. Bahwa insiden yang dilaporkan maupun yang tidak dilaporkan, dapat ditelusur untuk dilakukan upaya-upaya antisipasi dari berbagai kerusakan. Pada akhirnya dapat diambil tindakan yang dihasilkan oleh guru dan sekolah, dan stres yang dihadapi oleh guru dan siswa.Kata kunci: Perlindungan Hukum, Kekerasan Terhadap Guru, Negara, Organisasi Profesi

Abstract

Untuk menjadi guru inspiratif, semua ciri tersebut di atas, perlu dibungkus dengan pikiran yang terus tumbuh. Melalui banyak waktu dan usaha, kecerdasan dan pengetahuan guru terus terasah untuk tumbuh. Guru perlu sadar bahwa usaha memengaruhi hasil, sehingga guru perlu menghabiskan lebih banyak waktu untuk berlatih atau belajar. Masyarakat Indonesia yang beragam dan multikultural, sangatlah penting bagi guru untuk memasukkan pengajaran responsif budaya di kelas pembelajaran. Kesadaran multikultural dalampendidikan dibangun melalui guru inspiratif.

Abstract

Abstract: Non-formal institutions are now starting to be in demand by many people, especially to developpotential both academic and non-academic aspects. Football schools (SSB) are non-formalinstitutions that are in demand by students ranging from children to adults. This study aims toidentify the UNIBRAW 82 Malang football school training program (SSB). Thisresearch uses aqualitative discriptive approach that takes data based on interviews, observations anddocumentation. The subjects used include three people, namely: three students, a trainer, anadministrator and three parents of students. This study shows that the right training program atUNIBRAW 82 football school is very influential on team performance. Themanagement function isimplemented in football schools where data is collected in the form of planning, organizing andcontrolling. Football school coaches are responsible for drawing up training plans based on the PSSIcompetition calendar. To ensure that the coach knows the athlete's ability with initial measurementsand that the athlete will adjust the training load of the exercise program made, the coach, parentsand students work together to create the training program. The mechanism of creating a trainingprogram is the way coaches, learners and parents work together to create and select a trainingprogram that fits the game plan.Keywords: Quality Assurance, Non-Formal Institutions, Football Schools, Training ProgramsAbstrak: Lembaga non formal saat ini mulai diminati oleh banyak masyarakat, terutama untukmengembangkan potensi baik segi akademis maupun non akademis. Sekolah sepak bola (SSB)merupakan lembaga non formal yang diminati oleh peserta didik mulai dari usia anak-anak sampaidewasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi program Latihan sekolah sepak bola (SSB)UNIBRAW 82 Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif diskriptif yang pengambilandata berdasarkan pada wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Adapun subjek yang digunakanmeliputin tiga orang yaitu: tiga peserta didik, seorang pelatih, seorang pengurus dan tiga orang tuapeserta didik. Pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa program latihan yang tepat di sekolah sepakbola UNIBRAW 82 sangat berpengaruh pada prestasi tim. Tiga fungsi manajemen diterapkan disekolah sepak bola tempat data dikumpulkan berupa perencanaan, pengorganisasian, danpengendalian. Pelatih sekolah sepak bola bertanggung jawab menyusun rencana latihan berdasarkankalender kompetisi PSSI. Untuk memastikan bahwa pelatih mengetahui kemampuan atlet denganpengukuran awal dan bahwa atlet akan menyesuaikan beban latihan dari program latihan yangdibuat, maka pelatih, orang tua dan peserta didik bekerja sama untuk membuat program latihantersebut. Mekanisme pembuatan program latihan adalah cara pelatih, peserta didik dan orang tuabekerja sama untuk membuat dan memilih program latihan yang sesuai dengan rencanapertandingan.Kata kunci: Penjaminan Mutu, Lembaga Non Formal, Sekolah Sepak Bola, Program Latihan

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology in the digital era provides great opportunities for school administrators to improve the efficiency of data management and improve school administration services. This article uses a descriptive qualitative approach by referring to published articles and journals to find out more about how school administration personnel utilize existing technological developments, so as to optimize information management systems and maximize administrative processes in schools. With this approach, it can be seen that there are many opportunities for school administration personnel in terms of improving administrative services in an educational institution.

Abstract

Abstract The research objective is to synthesize educational management & educational leadership. This research method is literature, the type used is traditional review. Search and compile library data using the Publish or Perish operator. Once the relevant literature has been collected, organize the retrieved articles systematically. After literature collection, the data analysis stage involves several techniques. Start by synthesizing information gathered from selected articles to identify common themes, trends, and theoretical frameworks relevant to educational management and leadership. The research results show that educational management includes a variety of components, each of which plays an important role in effective bureaucracy and educational institutions. One type of fundamental component is structural, which includes aspects such as organizational hierarchy, physical infrastructure, and resource allocation. Structural components form the framework within which educational bureaucracies operate, determining how tasks are delegated, facilities are used, and budgets are managed. Educational leadership consists of various components that are integral to fostering a positive learning environment and driving institutional success. One type of important component is visionary leadership, which involves establishing a compelling vision for the future direction of an educational institution. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian untuk mensintesiskan manajemen pendidikan & kepemimpinan pendidikan. Metode penelitian ini yaitu pustaka, jenis yang digunakan adalah traditional review. Pencarian dan pengmuplan data pustaka dengan memanfaatkan operator Publish or Perish. Setelah literatur yang relevan dikumpulkan, atur artikel yang diambil secara sistematis. Setelah pengumpulan literatur, tahap analisis data melibatkan beberapa teknik. Mulai dengan mensintesis informasi yang dikumpulkan dari artikel-artikel terpilih untuk mengidentifikasi tema-tema umum, tren, dan kerangka teoritis yang relevan dengan manajemen dan kepemimpinan pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan manajemen pendidikan mencakup beragam komponen, yang masing-masing memainkan peran penting dalam birokrasi dan lembaga pendidikan yang efektif. Salah satu jenis komponen mendasar adalah struktural, yang mencakup aspek-aspek seperti hierarki organisasi, infrastruktur fisik, dan alokasi sumber daya. Komponen struktural membentuk kerangka di mana birokrasi pendidikan beroperasi, menentukan bagaimana tugas didelegasikan, fasilitas digunakan, dan anggaran dikelola. Kepemimpinan pendidikan terdiri dari berbagai komponen yang merupakan bagian integral untuk menumbuhkan lingkungan belajar yang positif dan mendorong keberhasilan institusi. Salah satu jenis komponen penting adalah kepemimpinan visioner, yang melibatkan penetapan visi yang meyakinkan untuk arah masa depan lembaga pendidikan.

Abstract

Abstract The aim of this literature research is to identify the roots of terms, development of studies, and trends in educational leadership and learning leadership. A review was carried out on the literature with the keywords educational leadership and learning leadership, on various databases. For search purposes in the database, publish or perish is used. The research results show that the term educational leadership has its roots in the broader field of education and leadership studies, which is drawn from various scientific disciplines such as psychology, sociology, management, and organizational behavior. The term instructional leadership has deep roots in educational psychology, human development, and organizational learning theory. The development of educational leadership studies can be traced back to the late 19th and early 20th centuries, coinciding with the rise of formal schooling and the need for effective school administration. The development of learning leadership studies reflects the increasing recognition of the importance of the learning process in educational environments and organizational contexts. Several trends have emerged in the study of educational leadership and learning, reflecting shifts in educational paradigms, advances in technology, and the evolving needs of society. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian literatur ini untuk mengidentifikasi akar istilah, perkembangan kajian dan tren kepemimpinan pendidikan dan kepemimpinan pembelajaran. Tinjauan dilakukan pada literatur dengan kata kunci kepemimpinan pendidikan dan kepemimpinan pembelajaran, pada berbagai pangkalan data. Untuk keperluan pencarian pada pangakalan data digunakan publish or perish. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan istilah kepemimpinan pendidikan berakar pada bidang pendidikan dan studi kepemimpinan yang lebih luas, yang diambil dari berbagai disiplin ilmu seperti psikologi, sosiologi, manajemen, dan perilaku organisasi. Istilah kepemimpinan pembelajaran berakar kuat pada psikologi pendidikan, perkembangan manusia, dan teori pembelajaran organisasi. Perkembangan studi kepemimpinan pendidikan dapat ditelusuri kembali ke akhir abad ke-19 dan awal abad ke-20, bertepatan dengan kebangkitan sekolah formal dan kebutuhan akan administrasi sekolah yang efektif. Perkembangan studi kepemimpinan pembelajaran mencerminkan semakin besarnya pengakuan akan pentingnya proses pembelajaran dalam lingkungan pendidikan dan konteks organisasi. Beberapa tren telah muncul dalam studi kepemimpinan pendidikan dan pembelajaran, yang mencerminkan pergeseran paradigma pendidikan, kemajuan teknologi, dan kebutuhan masyarakat yang terus berkembang.

Abstract

The role of administrative staff in school management in the digital era is still relatively minimal. The role of administrative staff is an important part of the school management system, which is often overlooked. In the digital era, this role is even more important as they have to help operate various digital systems that support school management. The purpose of this study is to describe the multifaceted role of administrative staff in utilizing technology to improve the quality of school management. This research uses the desk research method and focuses on analyzing literature and secondary materials related to the research topic. The data source of this research is literature or documents relevant to the research topic. The data used is secondary data that already exists and is available to the public. Data analysis is carried out through the process of reading, synthesizing, and understanding the information contained in the data sources. The adoption of digital technology in school management leads to increased efficiency, better decision-making, increased transparency and improved quality assurance, while it also presents challenges that need to be addressed for successful adoption. The important role of administrative staff in utilizing technology to improve school management, enhance decision-making, and ensure quality education, ultimately leading to better outcomes for students and the institution as a whole.

Abstract

The Principal has a role in shaping the performance of School Administration Personnel, especially in carrying out dual duties as school operators, the dual tasks received by TAS often add to the workload and responsibilities quite large, so it requires an effective managerial strategy from the principal including improving competence through training, clear division of tasks, and the implementation of a periodic supervision and evaluation system. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method to analyze the principal's efforts in shaping TAS performance, by using literature studies to understand what is known about the topic, as well as identify gaps in knowledge, and help researchers formulate questions or hypotheses more sharply. The purpose of this study is to find out the strategies and efforts of school principals in dealing with the determination of dual tasks given to TAS, which will later find several strategies and steps for school principals in supporting TAS performance. The results of this study will show the strategy of school principals in shaping TAS performance in carrying out dual tasks such as, improving TAS performance through the leadership role of the principal, time management and division of labor priorities, improving performance through training and development, and creating a supportive work environment.

Abstract

This study analyzes the management role of school administrative personnel in improving operational efficiency. Results show that effective documentation and financial management increase transparency and support decision-making. In addition, efficient timetabling helps maximize the use of time and resources and enables students to engage in a variety of activities. Good resource management creates a conducive learning environment while effective communication between the school, parents and the community strengthens support for the education program. The implementation of information technology and data-driven management, such as the use of ICT and Lean Six Sigma, is proven to significantly improve the efficiency of school operations. The high quality of administrative services has a positive impact on student and parent satisfaction, contributing to the school's reputation. This study concludes that strengthening the role of administrative personnel is crucial to achieving better educational goals and recommends professional training as a priority for school management.

Abstract

abstract : Problems that arise regarding the quality of education require educational institutions to be able to overcome various existing challenges. Educational institutions continuously improve quality with the aim that educational goals can be realized. The purpose of writing this article is to find out the efforts made by schools to achieve quality education. The research method used is a qualitative approach. Data were obtained through direct interviews based on information from sources who are experts in the field studied. The results showed that improving the quality of education in an institution is very important. Efforts to improve quality in educational institutions are carried out by improving quality in various aspects that support the smooth running of educational activities. The quality improvement in question is in the areas of curriculum, human resources, school facilities and infrastructure, and students. In addition, the role of the school principal is considered important in improving the quality of educational institutions, especially the role of the principal in managerial and supervisory matters.abstrak : Permasalahan yang timbul mengenai mutu pendidikan menuntut lembaga pendidikan untuk mampu mengatasi berbagai tantangan yang ada. Lembaga pendidikan secara terus-menerus melakukan peningkatan kualitas dengan tujuan agar tujuan pendidikan dapat terwujud. Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini yaitu untuk mengetahui usaha yang dilakukan sekolah untuk mencapai mutu pendidikan. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan jenis pendekatan kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui kegiatan wawancara secara langsung berdasar informasi narasumber yang ahli pada bidang yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa peningkatan mutu pendidikan pada suatu lembaga sangat penting dilakukan. Upaya peningkatan mutu di lembaga pendidikan dilakukan dengan meningkatkan kualitas pada berbagai aspek yang mendukung lancarnya kegiatan pendidikan. Peningkatan mutu yang dimaksud yaitu pada bidang kurikulum, SDM, sarana dan prasarana sekolah, dan peserta didik. Selain itu, peran kepala sekolah dinilai penting dalam peningkatan mutu pada lembaga pendidikan terutama peran kepala sekolah dalam hal manajerial dan supervisor.
