Abstract

The Principal has a role in shaping the performance of School Administration Personnel, especially in carrying out dual duties as school operators, the dual tasks received by TAS often add to the workload and responsibilities quite large, so it requires an effective managerial strategy from the principal including improving competence through training, clear division of tasks, and the implementation of a periodic supervision and evaluation system. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method to analyze the principal's efforts in shaping TAS performance, by using literature studies to understand what is known about the topic, as well as identify gaps in knowledge, and help researchers formulate questions or hypotheses more sharply. The purpose of this study is to find out the strategies and efforts of school principals in dealing with the determination of dual tasks given to TAS, which will later find several strategies and steps for school principals in supporting TAS performance. The results of this study will show the strategy of school principals in shaping TAS performance in carrying out dual tasks such as, improving TAS performance through the leadership role of the principal, time management and division of labor priorities, improving performance through training and development, and creating a supportive work environment.

Abstract

This study analyzes the management role of school administrative personnel in improving operational efficiency. Results show that effective documentation and financial management increase transparency and support decision-making. In addition, efficient timetabling helps maximize the use of time and resources and enables students to engage in a variety of activities. Good resource management creates a conducive learning environment while effective communication between the school, parents and the community strengthens support for the education program. The implementation of information technology and data-driven management, such as the use of ICT and Lean Six Sigma, is proven to significantly improve the efficiency of school operations. The high quality of administrative services has a positive impact on student and parent satisfaction, contributing to the school's reputation. This study concludes that strengthening the role of administrative personnel is crucial to achieving better educational goals and recommends professional training as a priority for school management.

Abstract

abstract : Problems that arise regarding the quality of education require educational institutions to be able to overcome various existing challenges. Educational institutions continuously improve quality with the aim that educational goals can be realized. The purpose of writing this article is to find out the efforts made by schools to achieve quality education. The research method used is a qualitative approach. Data were obtained through direct interviews based on information from sources who are experts in the field studied. The results showed that improving the quality of education in an institution is very important. Efforts to improve quality in educational institutions are carried out by improving quality in various aspects that support the smooth running of educational activities. The quality improvement in question is in the areas of curriculum, human resources, school facilities and infrastructure, and students. In addition, the role of the school principal is considered important in improving the quality of educational institutions, especially the role of the principal in managerial and supervisory matters.abstrak : Permasalahan yang timbul mengenai mutu pendidikan menuntut lembaga pendidikan untuk mampu mengatasi berbagai tantangan yang ada. Lembaga pendidikan secara terus-menerus melakukan peningkatan kualitas dengan tujuan agar tujuan pendidikan dapat terwujud. Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini yaitu untuk mengetahui usaha yang dilakukan sekolah untuk mencapai mutu pendidikan. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan jenis pendekatan kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui kegiatan wawancara secara langsung berdasar informasi narasumber yang ahli pada bidang yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa peningkatan mutu pendidikan pada suatu lembaga sangat penting dilakukan. Upaya peningkatan mutu di lembaga pendidikan dilakukan dengan meningkatkan kualitas pada berbagai aspek yang mendukung lancarnya kegiatan pendidikan. Peningkatan mutu yang dimaksud yaitu pada bidang kurikulum, SDM, sarana dan prasarana sekolah, dan peserta didik. Selain itu, peran kepala sekolah dinilai penting dalam peningkatan mutu pada lembaga pendidikan terutama peran kepala sekolah dalam hal manajerial dan supervisor.

Abstract

Abstract: The research objective is to synthesize educational management educational leadership. This research method is literature, the type used is traditional review. Search and compile library data using the Publish or Perish operator. Once the relevant literature has been collected, organize the retrieved articles systematically. After literature collection, the data analysis stage involves several techniques. Start by synthesizing information gathered from selected articles to identify common themes, trends, and theoretical frameworks relevant to educational management and leadership. The research results show that educational management includes a variety of components, each of which plays an important role in effective bureaucracy and educational institutions. One type of fundamental component is structural, which includes aspects such as organizational hierarchy, physical infrastructure, and resource allocation. Structural components form the framework within which educational bureaucracies operate, determining how tasks are delegated, facilities are used, and budgets are managed. Educational leadership consists of various components that are integral to fostering a positive learning environment and driving institutional success. One type of important component is visionary leadership, which involves establishing a compelling vision for the future direction of an educational institution.Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian untuk mensintesiskan manajemen pendidikan kepemimpinan pendidikan. Metode penelitian ini yaitu pustaka, jenis  yang digunakan adalah traditional review. Pencarian dan pengmuplan data pustaka dengan memanfaatkan operator Publish or Perish. Setelah literatur yang relevan dikumpulkan, atur artikel yang diambil secara sistematis. Setelah pengumpulan literatur, tahap analisis data melibatkan beberapa teknik. Mulai dengan mensintesis informasi yang dikumpulkan dari artikel-artikel terpilih untuk mengidentifikasi tema-tema umum, tren, dan kerangka teoritis yang relevan dengan manajemen dan kepemimpinan pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan manajemen pendidikan mencakup beragam komponen, yang masing-masing memainkan peran penting dalam birokrasi dan lembaga pendidikan yang efektif. Salah satu jenis komponen mendasar adalah struktural, yang mencakup aspek-aspek seperti hierarki organisasi, infrastruktur fisik, dan alokasi sumber daya. Komponen struktural membentuk kerangka di mana birokrasi pendidikan beroperasi, menentukan bagaimana tugas didelegasikan, fasilitas digunakan, dan anggaran dikelola. Kepemimpinan pendidikan terdiri dari berbagai komponen yang merupakan bagian integral untuk menumbuhkan lingkungan belajar yang positif dan mendorong keberhasilan institusi. Salah satu jenis komponen penting adalah kepemimpinan visioner, yang melibatkan penetapan visi yang meyakinkan untuk arah masa depan lembaga pendidikan.

Abstract: The implementation for academic development and the quality of Kindergarten (TK) institutions in Indonesia are very diverse. This study aims to determine the academic development strategy and the quality of the Muslimat NU 43 Kindergarten (TK) in Malang City. The approach method used in this study is a qualitative case study type. The data collection technique uses interviews and observation. Research results related to academic development strategies and institutional quality of Muslimat NU 43 Kindergarten (TK) Malang City. TK Muslimat NU 43 Malang City has carried out several strategies for academic development and improving the quality of academic services. Some of the strategies undertaken include: Improving the quality of teachers; Improvement of facilities and infrastructure; Better curriculum development. In improving the quality of academic services, TK Muslimat NU 43 has also carried out several strategies such as providing tutoring services for students; Improving communication with parents of students; Improving school administration services.Abstrak: Implementasi pengembangan akademik dan kualitas lembaga Taman Kanak-Kanak (TK) di Indonesia sangat beraneka ragam. Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  mengetahui implementasi pengembangan akademik dan kualitas terhadap mutu lembaga Taman Kanak-Kanak (TK) Muslimat NU 43 Kota Malang. Implementasi yang berupa (1) mengadakan ekstrakurikuler, dimaksudkan untuk menambah dan mengembangkan potensi peserta didik; (2) ekstrakurikuler bahasa Inggris dan Jawa; (3) drum band; dan lainnya, yang dapat meningkatkan mutu TK Muslimat NU 43 Kota Malang. Metode  pendekatan  yang  digunakan  dalam  penelitian  ini  adalah kualitatif dengan jenis studi  kasus. Adapun teknik pengumpulan datanya yaitu menggunakan wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian terkait implementasi pengembangan akademik dan kualitas lembaga Taman Kanak-Kanak (TK) Muslimat NU 43 Kota Malang. TK Muslimat NU 43 Kota Malang telah melakukan beberapa implementasi pengembangan akademik dan peningkatan kualitas layanan akademik. Beberapa implementasi yang dilakukan antara lain: peningkatan kualitas guru; peningkatan fasilitas dan sarana prasarana; pengembangan kurikulum yang lebih baik. Dalam peningkatan kualitas layanan akademik, TK Muslimat NU 43 juga telah melakukan beberapa strategi seperti menyediakan layanan bimbingan belajar bagi siswa; meningkatkan komunikasi dengan orang tua siswa; meningkatkan pelayanan administrasi sekolah.

Abstract

Work discipline greatly affects the performance results of an organization. Schools as an organization have school administration personnel who serve all administrative matters in the school. The question in this article research is how much effect does work discipline have on the performance results of school administration personnel (TAS)?, To answer this question, the researcher uses the SLR method and collects literature (material materials) sourced from books, journals, and other sources. As a result, work discipline has a great influence on the performance results of school administration personnel (TAS). A school administration staff (TAS) who has high work discipline has a very important role, indirectly will have a positive effect on school operations and support the smooth operation of the school.

Abstract

Persaingan antar lembaga pendidikan semakin ketat seiring berkembangnya zaman dan adanya tuntutan masyarakat akan pendidikan yang berkualitas menuntut lembaga pendidikan untuk terus berinovasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa agar dapat bertahan dalam persaingan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan (1) proses manajemen school empowering program, (2) konten school empowering program, (3) faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat dalam pelaksanaan school empowering program, (4) upaya dalam mengatasi hambatan dalam pelaksanaan school empowering program, (5) implikasi school empowering program. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi multi kasus. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) proses manajemen school empowering program sudah dilaksanakan meliputi tahap perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan, (2) konten school empowering program terdiri dari beberapa jurusan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didik, (3) faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat dalam pelaksanaan school empowering program berasal dari pihak sekolah dan faktor internal siswa, (4) upaya dalam mengatasi hambatan dalam pelaksanaan school empowering program dilaksanakan dengan baik untuk memaksimalkan pembelajaran siswa, (5) implikasi school empowering program yaitu meningkatkan keterampilan dan life skill siswa, meningkatkan minat calon peserta didik, dan menunjang branding sekolah.

Abstract

AbstractThis article discusses effective tactics in educational supervision management aimed at improving teacher performance. The main objective is to identify methods that educational administrators can use to organize and implement effective supervision, as well as measure its impact on teacher performance. The methods used include literature searches to identify best practices in educational supervision management, as well as case studies to evaluate the implementation of certain tactics. The research results show that the use of certain tactics in educational supervision management can significantly improve teacher performance. Some of the effective tactics identified include the development of a clear and structured supervision framework, strong collaboration between administrators and teachers, providing constructive feedback, and the use of technology in the supervision process. In addition, the success of these tactics also depends on the strong commitment of all relevant parties, including administrators, teachers, and students.Keywords: Education Management; Supervision Management; Teacher PerformanceAbstrakArtikel ini membahas taktik efektif dalam manajemen supervisi pendidikan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru. Tujuan utama adalah untuk mengidentifikasi metode yang dapat digunakan oleh para administrator pendidikan untuk menyusun dan melaksanakan supervisi yang efektif, serta mengukur dampaknya terhadap kinerja guru. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penelusuran literatur untuk mengidentifikasi praktik terbaik dalam manajemen supervisi pendidikan, serta studi kasus untuk mengevaluasi implementasi taktik tertentu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan taktik tertentu dalam manajemen supervisi pendidikan dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan kinerja guru. Beberapa taktik efektif yang diidentifikasi termasuk pengembangan kerangka supervisi yang jelas dan terstruktur, kolaborasi yang kuat antara administrator dan guru, pemberian umpan balik yang konstruktif, serta penggunaan teknologi dalam proses supervisi. Abstract

This article discusses the role of training in managing Human Resources (HR) in schools and its impact on the quality of administration. Through a qualitative research method with a literature study approach, this study identified four main outcomes: (1) improved administrative skills that support task effectiveness; (2) positive impact of training on the motivation and performance of administrative personnel; (3) effectiveness of data-based decision-making; and (4) improved team coordination and interdepartmental communication. The findings suggest that training improves technical skills and creates a more harmonious and productive work environment. This article is expected to provide insights for school managers and administrative staff in optimizing HR management to improve the quality of education.

Abstract

This literature research aims to identify the roots of terms, development of studies, and trends in educational leadership and learning leadership. A review was carried out on the literature with the keywords educational leadership and learning leadership, on various databases. For search purposes in the database, publish or perish is used. The research results show that the term educational leadership has its roots in the broader field of education and leadership studies, which is drawn from various scientific disciplines such as psychology, sociology, management, and organizational behavior. The term instructional leadership has deep roots in educational psychology, human development, and organizational learning theory. The development of educational leadership studies can be traced back to the late 19th and early 20th centuries, coinciding with the rise of formal schooling and the need for effective school administration. The development of learning leadership studies reflects the increasing recognition of the importance of the learning process in educational environments and organizational contexts. Several trends have emerged in the study of educational leadership and learning, reflecting shifts in educational paradigms, advances in technology, and the evolving needs of society.
