Abstract

This service activity aims to improve the quality of learning at SD Inpres Morowa through the use of the wordwall platform. The approach used in this activity is the service learning approach. The aim of this approach is to ensure the transfer of knowledge about wordwalls to students goes well. The research method used is knowledge transfer by involving students as active participants in introductory activities. The results of this research prove that through a service learning approach, students are not only active in carrying out assignments but are also actively involved in various games and quizzes provided by the Wordwall platform. This has a positive impact on increasing student learning motivation and student learning outcomes. Apart from that, with variations in learning methods using Wordwall, students' interest in learning increases. Students show higher motivation to participate in learning and participate actively in class activities.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the development of digital literacy-based learning videos mitigating flood and landslide disasters that meet valid and effective criteria. This type of research is research and development (R&amp;D) with the DDD-E development model consisting of the stages of decide, design, develop, and evaluate. The subject of this study consisted of 2 validators, 1 educator and 22 students of class VII Junior High School Negeri 1 Masamba. The determination of the validity criteria of the magazine uses the aiken V index test with three components of material expert assessment criteria, namely material, presentation, and language aspects, as well as three media expert assessment criteria namely display, sound and text, and presentation. The results of this study showed that the video met the validity criterion with aiken index values V= 0.83 and V=0.81. The effectiveness rate of the magazine showed that 79% of the overall number of learners and 100% of educators responded very positively after using the magazine. In addition, learning results obtained by learners after using digital literacy-based learning videos based on flood and landslide disaster mitigation were obtained 100% of learners obtained learning knowledge above KKM and in test analysis t-1 samples obtained a significant value of 2 tailed < 0,05. Based on these data it can be concluded that digital literacy-based learning videos of flood and landslide disaster mitigation are valid and effective.

Abstract

This research aims to examine how leadership influences the performance of BUMDes Directors, mediated by Affective Commitment and Policy Implementation. BUMDes is a strategic business entity for the economic development and welfare of village communities.The study surveyed 253 advanced-category BUMDes directors in Riau Province, using SEM-PLS analysis. The findings indicate that leadership has a significant positive influence on Affective Commitment and Policy Implementation by the directors. Effective leadership shapes directors' affective commitment and encourages active participation in policy implementation and goal achievement. Leadership also directly influences BUMDes director performance, mediated by Affective Commitment and Policy Implementation. These findings highlight the vital role of leadership in enhancing BUMDes director performance through affective commitment and policy implementation. The research implications can guide decision-making and policy improvement related to BUMDes, as well as contribute to literature on the role of BUMDes in sustainable village development.

Abstract

This study aims to provide understanding and legal counseling regarding child abuse in Singkawang City, West Kalimantan, with a focus on bullying, sexual violence, and child marriage. The counseling activity was carried out by the Faculty of Sharia at IAIN Pontianak at MAN Kota Singkawang and SMAN 2 Kota Singkawang in 2023. The implementation method consisted of three stages: preparation and administrative processes, field activities, and reporting the results. The delivery of the material was conducted through an interactive model and dialogue, interspersed with clips from the film A Silent Voice and reflections on the song Satu Satu. The results of the activity showed that participants gained an understanding of perpetrators, victims, and witnesses in cases of child abuse, as well as appropriate prevention and reporting mechanisms. Feedback from participants revealed that bullying and sexual violence are relevant issues in the school environment, with the main focus on prevention starting from oneself and the importance of building a healthy, equal, and inclusive friendship environment.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the optimization of PNAs for asset protection by integrating the principles of maqashid sharia, which emphasize the protection of religion, life, intellect, progeny, and wealth. The high divorce rates in Indonesia, mainly due to online gambling, highlight the vulnerability of asset protection at the beginning of marriage and underscore the importance of prenuptial agreements (PNAs). This research uses a qualitative approach with normative juridical analysis methods. Secondary data was obtained through critical analysis of related literature, including the Indonesian Marriage Law, previous academic studies, and other legal documents related to the PNA. The descriptive-analytical method is used to evaluate the effectiveness of PNA in protecting assets based on maqasid sharia principles. The main question addressed is how PNAs can be effectively utilized to safeguard personal assets and reduce conflicts within marriage. This study critically analyzes Law No. 16/2019 Indonesian Marriage Law and suggests improvements to enhance the effectiveness of PNAs. The analysis reveals that detailed provisions on the content of PNAs, simplification of the legalization process, mandatory legal consultation, and enhanced public education are essential for optimizing asset protection. The findings underscore the necessity of PNAs in providing legal certainty, promoting justice, and ensuring the welfare of both parties in marriage, aligning with the maqashid sharia principles. This research contributes to the existing literature by offering a new perspective on applying Maqashid sharia in PNAs and provides practical guidelines for drafting effective and Sharia-compliant PNAs.

Abstract

Strategy and innovation in business are activities that must be consistently carried out so that business people are still able to compete in an increasingly creative and complex industry. The accuracy of business people in understanding interactions within the scope of the market in question is a fundamental part in shaping the idea of strategy and innovation in business. The central role of product innovation strategies in efforts to improve competitiveness and good market orientation planning is the author's motive for conducting a study in the Bandung Regency was to validate the hypotheses regarding the impact of product innovation strategies and market orientation on competitive advantage in business markets. The utilized a qualitative approach and employed a survey research design for investigation. The population and sampling data used were 80 respondents. The findings indicated that the hypothesis regarding the effect of product innovation strategies exerts a substantial influence on improving quality of product competitiveness in the market and providing opportunities for excellence in market competition. While market orientation does not yield a notable impact.

Abstract

Tumbuhan memiliki bentuk daun yang beraneka ragam. Daun yang gugur hanya akan mengotori lingkungan sekitar dan dapatmengurangi keindahan tempat tersebut. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini mendorong kreativitas anak serta memperluas pemahaman mereka tentang manfaat tumbuhan disekitarnya. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan diSDN 24 Pandang-Pandang desa Bonto Tiro kecematan Sinoa kabupaten Bantaeng yang berjumlah 13 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan observasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah siswa terlibat aktif selama pelaksanaan kegiatan berlangsung serta dapat mempraktekan apa yang telah dijelaskan sebelumnya dan meningkatkatnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan siswa, dengan memanfaatkan bahan-bahan alami dari sekita siswa menjadi sadar bahwa pentingnya menjaga lingkungan sekitar.

Abstract

This study examines Muhammad Basiuni Imran's views on determining the beginning of the lunar month as outlined in his book entitled Ḥusn al-Jawāb ‘an Itsbāt al-Ahillah bi al-Ḥisāb. He emphasized that differences between rukyat (moon sighting) and ḥisāb (astronomical calculation) should not divide Muslims. Imran argued that using ḥisāb to determine the start of fasting and Islamic holidays is valid in Islam, as it offers a systematic and reliable approach. This library study uses primary and secondary sources, with data collected through interviews and documentation and analyzed using a descriptive-analytical method. The study reveals two key findings. First, Muhammad Basiuni Imran favored ḥisāb over rukyat for determining the lunar month, as it provides greater accuracy, such as precisely locating the crescent and setting prayer times using clocks. Second, his views were shaped by his teachers, including Rashid Rida from Egypt, Ahmad Khatib Al-Minangkabawi, and Shaykh Tahir Jalaluddin, a pioneer of ḥisāb in the Nusantara.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar Kampus di Program Studi Pendidikan Fisika UIN Alauddin Makassar, untuk mendeskripsikan dampak dari implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka di Program Studi Pendidikan Fisika UIN Alauddin Makassar, untuk mengetahui hambatan yang dihadapi dalam mengimplementasikan Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka di Program Studi Pendidikan Fisika UIN Alauddin Makassar, dan untuk mengetahui upaya yang harus dilakukan Program Studi Pendidikan Fisika UIN Alauddin Makassar dalam mengembangkan Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka untuk menghadapi era disrupsi dan era society 5.0. Penelitian implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka dalam menghadapi era disrupsi dan era society 5.0 di Program Studi Pendidikan Fisika UIN Alauddin Makassar merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan untuk menjawab rumusan masalah yang menjadi fokus penelitian adalah Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka di Program Studi Pendidiksn Fisika UIN Alauddin Makassar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program kurikulum Merdeka Belajar Kampus merdeka yang diimplementasikan di Program Studi Pendidikan Fisika UIN Alauddin Makassar mencakup dua bentuk yaitu pertukaran pelajar dan magang. Dampak positif dari kurikulum Merdeka Belajar Kampus merdeka meningkatkan keterampilan teknologi, meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi dan cara mengajar mahasiswa. Hambatan yang dihadapi yaitu keterbatasan saran dan prasarana serta kesulitan dalam proses persuratan. Dan upaya yang dilakukan dalam mengembangkan kurikulum yaitu terus membangun kerja sama dengan kampus se-PTKIN dan melakukan evaluasi secara berkala setiap semester.

Abstract

Desa Pambang Baru merupakan salah satu desa yang berada di pesisir pulau Bnegkalis tepat nya Kecamatan Bantan Dimana Rata - rata Masyarakat memiliki lahan Pertanian Kelapa sebagai Sumber Panghasilan yang diolah menjadi kopra  dan sabut Kelapa diolah Menjadi Bahan Tanam, untuk mengembangkan bidang pertanian salah satunya kelompok tani milenial yang mengembang kan budidaya cabe. Saat ini mereka menanam lebih kurang 15.000 batang cabe, kondisi tanah di daerah tersebut adalah gambut. Kelemahan tanah gambut adalah tidak terlalu menyimpan air atau cepat kering sehingga memerlukan media tanam yang bisa menahan air lebih lama salah satu nya menggunakan cocopeat. Menurut Nadia (2023) Kapasitas simpan air sebesar 83,90%, nilai daya serap air sebesar 91,47%, nilai kadar air sebesar 92,4%, nilai pH sebesar 6,50. Dengan data tersebut petani yakin bahwa cocopeat bisa menjadi media tanam untuk mengimbangi atau mencampur dengan tanah gambut
