Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh metode pembelajaran bermain peran terhadap keterampilan komunikasi siswa dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Metode konvensional yang bersifat statis sering kali kurang mendukung pengembangan komunikasi siswa secara optimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan metode kuisioner, wawancara, dan pengamatan langsung. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu siswa sekolah dasar kelas 1 jenjang sekolah dasar serta perancangan penelitian yang melibatkan pemilihan desain penelitian yang paling sesuai Kuisioner digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang menghambat kemampuan komunikasi siswa, sementara wawancara dan pengamatan mendalam membantu memvalidasi data kuantitatif. Hasil wawancara menunjukkan bahwa metode bermain peran secara positif mempengaruhi motivasi dan minat siswa terhadap pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Luaran dari penelitian ini adalah artikel yang dipublikasikan di Jurnal Nasional Terakreditasi. Penelitian ini berada pada Tingkat Kesiapterapan Teknologi (TKT) level 1 dan diharapkan dapat dikembangkan hingga level 9. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mengatasi keterbatasan metode pembelajaran konvensional dan berkontribusi pada peningkatan keterampilan komunikasi siswa di kelas Bahasa Indonesia.

Abstract

Lawela Selatan Village, located in South Buton Regency, is a predominantly Muslim community that also receives government funding. To sustain the village's economy, the establishment of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) has been crucial. Given the growing prominence of Islamic economics in Indonesia's business landscape, it is vital to explore its application within BUMDes. This endeavor aims to equip all participants, especially BUMDes management, with fundamental knowledge and comprehension of Islamic economics. The implementation of charitable activities proceeded smoothly without any notable obstacles. The BUMDes in South Lawela Village, Batauga Subdistrict, South Buton Regency, is known as BUMDes Cahaya Baru and encompasses service-oriented enterprises such as equipment rental, wedding decoration, building materials, trading companies, and the tourism sector. Furthermore, there are untapped regional potentials that present promising development opportunities. Prioritizing the development of local potentials is of utmost importance, particularly in reinforcing BUMDes based on the Sharia system due to the predominantly Muslim population. The objective of the service team is to impart knowledge to BUMDes management, specifically focusing on the advancement of Sharia-based BUMDes.

Abstract

Employees have a very important role, where they must spare their energy and thoughts to achieve company goals. The management of corporate culture is directed to the ability to encourage company performance through improving employee performance. The purposes of this study are to examine and analyze the effect of organizational culture and competence on organizational commitment, employee performance, and employee performance. The population and the respondents were 76 people in the Karangasem Regency Government. This study used the SEM analysis with SmartPLS 3.0 program. The findings indicate that organizational culture has a positive effect on organizational commitment and employee performance. Competence affects both the organization's commitment and employee performance positively. Organizational commitment also affects the performance of employees positively and and mediate the relationship between organizational culture and competence on employee performance.

Abstract

I Gede Modara (1770), nicknamed I Gede Mersadi, was a pioneer of the Kamasan wayang painting, which is now called classical balinese painting. Kamasan wayang paintings are very bound by standards and provisions that are binding and standard, used for offerings and enlightenment to the people. One of the works left by Modara enlightenment painting, entitled "Pemuteran Gunung Mandara Giri" is made in the form of parba on wood, using balinese colors, now in very poor condition, not taken care of properly, and has not received attention from the government so that it gives the impression of being very neglectful of the heritage history. In fact, this work is a work that has a high reputation as an art historical heritage which is very important when future generations want to trace the civilization and development of balinese classical painting. Departing from this phenomenon, it is interesting to be used as research "Preservation of I Gede Modara's Painting with the title Screening of Mount Mandara Giri". The analytical approach used the concept of theory and method of preservation. Preservation relates to preservation, development and empowerment to create new or renewable products. In the discussion, discussing: 1) conservation measures, 2) development of creative industries, 3) community empowerment and expanding employment opportunities.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan busana bergaya dramatic glamour yang terinspirasi dari tradisi siat sarang yang berasal dari desa selat, kecamatan selat, kabupaten Karangasem. Siat sarang adalah sebuah tradisi penolak bala yang dilaksanakan serangkaian dengan upacara ngusaba dimel (dodol) bertujuan untuk meminta kesuburan serta terhindar dari segala kekuatan negatif yang dapat menggangu jalanya upacara. Keunikan tradisi ini menjadikan inspirasi sebagai ide pemantik dalam menciptakan karya busana ready to wear, ready to wear deluxe, dan haute couture . Dengan mengunakan teknik digital printing, manipulation textile, embroidery, beading, dan makrame, sebagai perwujudan dari keyword yang dipilih yaitu sarang, gambar mahluk bhuta kala, sore hari dan tali persaudaraan sesuai dari visual, filosofis serta keunikan lain dari tradisi siat sarang. Selain itu juga menciptakan sebuah brand yang bernama Unique Hand dilengkapi dengan name card, prise tag, paper bag, dan paper boks yang sesuai dengan karakter dari Brand Unique Hand melalui strategi promosi, pemasaran, branding, dan penjualan dengan system bisnis model canvas. Metode penciptaan yang digunkan adalah analogi dan frangipani. Frangipani adalah delapan tahapan penciptaan meliputi Design Brief, Research and Sourcing, Design Development, Sample,Prototype, Dummy, Final Collection Promoting, Branding, Sale, Production, The Business. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa untuk melestarikan dan memperkenalkan budaya lokal yang kita miliki bisa melalui apapun salah satunya melalui desain fashion.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara kepulauan memiliki beragam peninggalan bersejarah dalam bidang seni dan budaya salah satunya Pulau Bali. Bali memiliki arsitektur bangunan yang sangat khas akan filosofi dan juga unsur budaya yang melekat, yaitu bangunan Bale Kertha Gosa dengan filosofi namanya. Bale Kertha Gosa memiliki lukisan pada langit-langit atapnya bercerita kehidupan rakyat Bali dengan gaya lukis Kamasan. Bale Kertha Gosa berada di Taman Kertha Gosa, wilayah komplek kerajaan yang terletak di Bali bagian ujung timur laut tepatnya di kabupaten Klungkung. Dari keunikan arsitektur serta makna lukisan pada Bale Kertha Gosa menjadi sumber ide penciptaan karya busana tugas akhir yang diwujudkan ke dalam busana dengan kesulitan bertahap yaitu : ready to wear. Ready to wear deluxe dan haute couture. Bale Kertha Gosa diimplementasikan dengan teori analogi dari beberapa kata kunci yaitu: lukisan wayang kamasan, ijuk, ornamen, tiang, pagar dan batu padas. Landasan penciptaan karya busana ini menggunakan 8 tahapan penciptaan Frangipani yang di ambil dari disertasi : Tjok Istri Ratna Cora Sudharsana, tahun 2016, yaitu dari ide pemantik (design brief), riset dan sumber (research and sourching), pengembangan desain, sampel (design development), sample, prototype and construction), dan produksi (production), bisnis (business).Hasil penciptaan ini diharapkam dapat menambah kepustakaan khususnya pada bidang fashion mengenai analogi bangunan Bale Kertha Gosa yang diimplementasikan ke dalam wujud busana exotic dramatic dengan menggunakan nama brand “MbyM” dan strategi Business Model Canvas (BMC) dalam menjalankan usaha lebih terstruktur.

Abstract

The purpose of writing 'The Patterns of Wayan Sujana Suklu's Art Workshop' is in an effort to bring the artistic arts that have been designed by the author into the midst of society. The tendency of today's society to want art activities as an effort to meet the needs of self-actualization, and to feel the art process. The forms of art workshops that are typical of the medium and applied aspects are important both practically and theoretically. Why is it necessary to write an art workshop, what are the forms and stages of the art workshop process, then the experience gained from the art workshop process, these three things become topics in writing. Supporting theories and concepts include Nicolas Bourriaud's Relational Aesthetics and the formal principles of art by De Witt H. Parker. In this paper, three patterns of art workshops are presented, namely: Line and Color Repetition, Drawing on Novel, Bamboo Flaxi and Strong.

Abstract

This MBKM Independent Project report, bearing the title "Leaves Timbul in the Expression of Fine Artwork" departs from an embossed tree located in the studio of Kaki Bisma Batan Timbul which inspired the writer to create works of art. The problem is how to visualize the leaves appearing in each work. In visualizing the author uses methods and techniques obtained from the MBKM process. The purpose and benefits are to develop the writer's creativity in expressing imaginary forms as well as images/photos that are edited according to the needs of the author in the work process, the author chooses I Ketut Budiana himself who is a favorite artist and uses his creation method which includes several stages, namely, reflection, research. foundation, exploration, experimentation, execution, completion. From this process the author produced 6 works entitled: 1) "Life", 2) "Science", 3) "Mother Earth". 4) "Ngangon Kebo", 5) "Faithful Animals", 6) "Sidakarya Mask". It can be concluded that the author created works based on his interest in embossed leaves, with ideas originating from phenomena captured in the Kaki Bisma Batan Timbul studio and reading reference sources from the internet. campus, To be realized in the form of 2 dimensions and 3 dimensions From all these processes, it is expected to find identity in the work.

Abstract

The arrangement of an exhibition space is the main focus raised in the writing of this thesis with the title "Spatial Arrangement of Cross-border Art Exhibitions" from an observation of spatial arrangement in the previous exhibition "Makna Murni; Two Sides” in terms of spatial planning, display, lighting and circulation which is carried out without being organized. From these problems the author finally wrote an article which contained procedures for designing exhibition space arrangements, room and work lighting, work display, and circulation of exhibition visitors and also discusses making spatial planning not only display and arrange the room but also manipulate the mood of exhibition visitors so that they get the impression when visiting the exhibition that the author designed, the purpose of this thesis work is to provide an understanding of spatial arrangement, work, light and visitor circulation and also Hopefully it will be useful in the arrangement of exhibition space. The design of this art exhibition was carried out at the Arshika hotel, an exhibition room with a different type and using natural and artificial lighting to illuminate the works on display.
