Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi promosi yang dilakukan bengkel Auto2000 Bekasi Timur, dan mengidentifikasi strategi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan pencapaian Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Auto2000 Bekasi Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yakni wawancara dengan kepala bengkel, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yaitu: 1) Bentuk kegiatan promosi yang dilakukan Auto2000 Bekasi Timur meliputi: a) iklan: Auto2000 Digiroom, Whatsapp Blast, Instagram, poster/pamflet; b) promosi penjualan: paket servis GBSB/FPC/T-Care, promo servis. c) acara dan pengalaman: kopdar komunitas mobil Toyota, dan talkshow (offline di bengkel & online via Instagram); d) hubungan masyarakat dan publisitas: Auto2000 Goes to Residen; e) penjualan personal: service advisor, THS technician, dan petugas MRA; f) pemasaran langsung: petugas MRA baik melalui pesan Whatsapp ataupun via telepon; g) pemasaran interaktif: talkshow live via Instagram @auto2000bekasitimurofficial; h) pemasaran mulut ke mulut: karyawan bengkel dan pelanggan bengkel. 2) Evaluasi hasil Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Auto2000 Bekasi Timur tahun 2022: hasil pencapaian KPI tiap bulan pada 2022 baik unit entry, CPUS, maupun revenue dapat mencapai target. Pencapaian tertinggi terhitung pada bulan Juli 2022 dengan akumulasi pencapaian mencapai 409,52% dari 300% target, dikarenakan banyaknya promo servis yang ada di bulan tersebut sehingga menarik minat pelanggan untuk datang ke bengkel.   Abstract This study aims to describe the promotion strategy carried out by the East Bekasi Auto2000 workshop and identifying the right strategy to increase the achievement of the East Bekasi Auto2000 Key Performance Indicator (KPI). This research is a descriptive research. Data collection methods used are interviews with the head of the workshop, participatory observation, and documentation. The results of the research are: 1) The forms of promotional activities carried out by Auto2000 East Bekasi include: a) advertisements: Auto2000 Digiroom, Whatsapp Blast, Instagram, posters/pamphlets; b) sales promotions: GBSB/FPC/T-Care service packages, service promos. c) events and experiences: kopdar Toyota car community, and talk shows (offline at the workshop & online via Instagram); d) public relations and publicity: Auto2000 Goes to Resident; e) personal sales: service advisors, THS technicians, and MRA officers; f) direct marketing: MRA officers either through Whatsapp messages or via telephone; g) interactive marketing: live talk show via Instagram @auto2000bekasitimurofficial; h) word of mouth marketing: workshop employees and workshop customers. 2) Evaluation of the results of the East Bekasi Auto2000 Key Performance Indicator (KPI) in 2022: the results of achieving KPIs every month in 2022 both unit entry, CPUS, and revenue can reach the target. The highest achievement was in July 2022 with an accumulated achievement of reaching 409.52% of the 300% target, due to the many service promos in that month that attracted customers interest in coming to the workshop.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian bertujuan untuk: (1)Mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan e-modul terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar mata kuliah teori teknologi sepeda motor PTO angkatan 2022 FT UNY (2) Mengetahui perbandingan keefektifan antara pembelajaran untuk kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen setelah diterapkan e-modul pembelajaran teknologi sepeda motor. Penelitian dilakukan di Departemen Pendidikan Teknik Otomotif FT UNY. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode quasi-eksperiment desain pretest posttest dengan subjek penelitian mahasiswa JPTO semester 2 angkatan 2022 sebanyak 91 mahasiswa. Validasi instrumen dilakukan dengan (expert judgment). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan pretest-postest dan dilakukan pengujian normalitas dan juga homogenitas. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji Mann-Whitney U-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Adanya pengaruh e-modul pembelajaran terhadap nilai hasil belajar. Hal yang dapat diketahui dari hasil pembelajaran pada kelas eksperimen yang telah diberikan perlakukan dalam pembelajaran menggunakan e-modul pembelajaran yang mengalami peningkatan nilai rata-rata 37,03 dan naik menjadi 48,28. (2) Terdapat perbedaan keefektifan penerapan pembelajaran mahasiswa antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol setelah penerapan e-modul pembelajaran teori teknologi sepeda motor. Dapat diketahui dari selisih nilai kelas eksperimen 11,25 dan selisih skor kelas kontrol 1,67. Hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan Mann-Whitney U-Test, kesimpulannya bahwa memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar, dengan nilai sig.= 0,003 < 0,05. Kata Kunci : Media pembelajaran; E-Modul; Teknologi Sepeda Motor ABSTRACT The study aims to: (1) Determine the effect of using e-modules on increasing learning outcomes in PTO motorcycle technology theory courses class of 2022 FT UNY (2) Knowing the effectiveness comparison between learning for the control class and the experimental class after applying the bicycle technology learning e-module motorcycle. The research was conducted at the Department of Automotive Engineering Education, Faculty of Engineering, UNY. This type of quantitative research uses a quasi-experimental method with a pretest posttest design with 91 students as research subjects in semester 2 of JPTO students, class of 2022. Instrument validation was carried out by (expert judgment). Data collection techniques used pretest-posttest and normality and homogeneity tests were carried out. Hypothesis testing using the Mann-Whitney U-Test. The results of the study show that: (1) There is an influence of e-learning modules on the value of learning outcomes. It can be seen from the learning outcomes in the experimental class that have been given treatment in learning using e-learning modules which experienced an increase in the average value of 37.03 and then rose to 48.28. (2) There are differences in the effectiveness of the application of student learning between the experimental class and the control class after the application of the e-module learning the theory of motorcycle technology. It can be seen from the difference in the value of the experimental class 11.25 and the difference in the score of the control class 1.67. The results of the hypothesis test using the Mann-Whitney U-Test, the conclusion is that it has a significant influence on learning outcomes, with a value of sig. = 0.003 <0.05. Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai seberapa efektif penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis virtual reality (VR) dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik program pelatihan mekanik alat berat di United Tractors School Jakarta, khususnya pada materi maintenance excavator PC 200-8 M0. Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari kebutuhan akan metode pembelajaran inovatif dalam pendidikan vokasional yang menghadapi keterbatasan sarana praktik dan risiko keselamatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pre-eksperimental dengan desain one-group pretest-posttest pada 14 peserta program upskilling dan reskilling. Instrumen penelitian meliputi tes pilihan ganda dan kuesioner persepsi peserta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan nilai rata-rata dari pretest (58,29) ke posttest (87,29) dengan nilai gain score 0,67 (kategori sedang). Uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah penggunaan media VR (p = 0,001). Respon peserta juga menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan tinggi terhadap efektivitas media dari segi konten, penyampaian materi, dan relevansi industri. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa media pembelajaran VR cukup efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar dan keterlibatan peserta secara kognitif dan afektif. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan lanjutan dengan pendekatan eksperimen yang lebih kuat dan cakupan peserta yang lebih luas untuk generalisasi hasil yang lebih mendalam. Kata kunci: virtual reality; hasil belajar; pendidikan vokasional; maintenance excavator; media pembelajaran Abstract This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of virtual reality (VR)-based instructional media on the learning outcomes of students enrolled in the heavy equipment mechanic training program at United Tractors School Jakarta, specifically on the maintenance of the PC 200-8 M0 excavator. The background of this study stems from the need for innovative learning methods in vocational education, which often face limitations in terms of practical facilities and safety risks. This research used a pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design involving 14 participants from upskilling and reskilling programs. The instruments used included multiple-choice tests and participant perception questionnaires. The results showed a significant improvement in average scores from pretest (58.29) to posttest (87.29), with a gain score of 0.67 (moderate category). The Wilcoxon test revealed a statistically significant difference between the pre- intervention and post-intervention VR learning scores (p = 0.001). Participants also expressed high satisfaction with the media’s content quality, delivery, and industrial relevance. This study concludes that VR-based learning media are reasonably effective in enhancing both cognitive and affective engagement. The study recommends further research using stronger experimental designs and broader participant coverage to enable more comprehensive generalizations.
