Abstract

This study uses a survey method conducted on Lazada consumers in Karanganyar to obtain primary data. The population of this study includes all consumers who shop on Lazada, the exact number is unknown. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method from 100 respondents. The data analysis techniques used were multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test and determination coefficient test. The results of validity tests and reliability tests that all statements regarding product reviews, discounts, transaction security and purchase decisions are declared valid and reliable. The results of the classical assumption test showed that all variables passed the test of multicollinearity, autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity and normality with normal distribution. The results of the linear regression analysis show that the variables of product reviews, discounts and transaction security have a positive influence on Lazada's purchase decisions. The results of the t-test showed that product reviews had a significant effect on Lazada's purchase decisions, discounts had a significant effect on purchase decisions, and transaction security did not have a significant effect on Lazada's purchase decisions. The results of the F test show that the regression model used is correct. The results of the determination coefficient test showed that the contribution of the influence of the independent variable on the bound variable was 47.3%, the remaining 52.7%.

Abstract

Klewer market is the largest textile market in the city of Solo. Klewer market is located next to the Surakarta palace. The aim of this research is to analyze the significance of the influence of comfort, price and product quality on consumer satisfaction shopping at the Surakarta Klewer market. This research uses qualitative data and quantitative data. The data source uses primary data. The population in this research is consumers who shop at the Surakarta klewer market, the exact number of which is not known. The number of samples used in this research is 120 people. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, literature study and observation. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis in this study were Y = 3,229 + 0,191 X1 + 0,165 X2 + 0,186 X3. The results of the t test show that the variables of comfort, price and product quality have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction shopping at the Klewer market in Surakarta. The results of the F test in this study have a calculated F value of 29.124 with a significance value (p, value) of 0.000 < 0.05, so Ho rejected and Ha accepted, which means the model used is correct to predict the influence of the independent variables (price convenience and product quality) on the dependent variable (consumer satisfaction). The coefficient of determination test result (R²) for this model is 0.415 or 4.15%, which means the influence of comfort, price and product quality on consumer satisfaction while the remaining 58.5% is influenced by other variables outside this research. The results of the research show that Comfort has a significant influence on consumer satisfaction shopping at the Surakarta Klewer market. Price has a significant influence on consumer satisfaction shopping at the Surakarta Klewer market. Product quality has a significant influence on consumer satisfaction shopping at the Surakarta Klewer market.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of perceived product quality, brand image and word of mouth on purchasing decisions for Skintific care products. The population in this study were consumers who had purchased Skintific products with a sample of 130 people with the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and determination coefficient test. The results of the analysis state that perceived product quality, brand image and word of mouth have a positive effect on purchasing decisions for Skintific care products through Shopee e-commerce in Surakarta. Hypothesis testing obtained that perceived product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Skintific care products through Shopee e-commerce in Surakarta. Brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Skintific care products through Shopee e-commerce in Surakarta. Word of mouth has an insignificant effect on purchasing decisions for Skintific care products through Shopee e-commerce in Surakarta. The F test states that the research model of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is correct. The coefficient of determination test shows that perceived product quality, brand image and word of mouth are able to explain purchasing decisions by 43.2%.

Abstract

Kota Medan terdapat sekitar 20 universitas yang dimana adanya keberadaan kampus-kampus tersebut memiliki daya tarik bagi calon mahasiswa yang berada di dalam maupun di luar kota Medan salah satunya adalah Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU). Pada kawasan di sekitar kampus terkhusus pada jalan-jalan yang dekat dengan kawasan kampus mengalami banyak perkembangan dan perubahan yang dapat mempengaruhi pembentukan tipologi kawasan studentifikasi. Perubahan dan perkembangan yang terjadi baik di bagian Utara, Selatan, Barat maupun Timur sangat terlihat dan menjadikan daerah di sekitaran kampus tersebut menjadi pilihan mahasiswa yang berasal dari luar kota untuk menetap. Pada kawasan Universitas Sumatera Utara terdapat perubahan pada kawasan studentifikasi khususnya yang berpengaruh pada commercial property value (nilai property komersial). Perubahan nilai properti komersial pada kawasan studentifikasi di Sekitar Universitas Sumatera Utara dipengaruhi oleh jarak dan pelayanan yang diberikan oleh pemilik property komersial. Tipologi kawasan studentifikasi berdasarkan jarak berkembang sesuai dengan kebutuhan mahasiswa. Kebutuhan mahasiswa tersebut dapat digolongkan menjadi kebutuhan primer, sekunder dan tersier.

Abstract

Studentifikasi merupakan perubahan sosial, budaya, ekonomi dan fisik suatu wilayah yang dipengaruhi oleh adanya lokasi pendidikan pada wilayah tersebut, dan terkait dengan perpindahan manusia di dalamnya. Kawasan Studentifikasi Kedungmundu Semarang yang mencakup Kelurahan Sambiroto, Kelurahan Kedungmundu dan Kelurahan Sedangmulyo memiliki perubahan kawasan yang salah satunya disebabkan aktivitas pergerakan manusia. Aktivitas pergerakan manusia tersebut akan mempengaruhi place value dalam kawasan studentifikasi dengan adanya perubahan ekonomi dan fisik suatu wilayah. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur intensitas pergerakan masyarakat melalui place mapping di Kelurahan Sambiroto, Kelurahan Kedungmundu, dan Kelurahan Sendangmulyo atau yang disebut sebagai kawasan Studentifikasi Kedungmundu Semarang. Pergerakan masyarakat di Kawasan Studentifikasi Kedungmundu Semarang berpengaruh terhadap aktivitas ekonomi berupa perdagangan dan jasa, diantaranya untuk membeli barang/jasa untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup mereka pada masa pasca pandemi. Dengan hasil place mapping yang menunjukkan intensitas pergerakan yang tertinggi, yakni berjumlah 367 jiwa/jam di perdagangan dan jasa pada hari kerja (weekdays) pada waktu siang hari pukul 12.00-13.00 WIB.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the significance of the influence of brand ambassadors, brand image and price perceptions on purchasing decisions for Emina cosmetic products in Surakarta. This research is a survey with data types using qualitative and quantitative data. Data sources use primary data and secondary data. The population in this research are all consumers who use Emina products in Surakarta. The total research sample was 100 people with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test. The research results show that brand ambassadors have a significant influence on purchasing decisions for Emina cosmetic products in Surakarta, brand image has no significant influence on purchasing decisions for Emina cosmetic products in Surakarta and price perceptions have a significant influence on purchasing decisions for Emina cosmetic products in Surakarta. The F test results show a calculated F value of 38.275 with a significance value (p-value) of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination test result (adjusted R2) is 0.530, meaning that the contribution of the independent variables to the dependent variable is 53%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the significance of the influence of product quality, promotion, and price on purchasing decisions of Apay Store Solo consumers. This study is a survey of Apay Store Solo consumers. The types of data used are qualitative and quantitative data. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. The population in this study were Apay Store Solo consumers. The number of samples used in this study was 100 people. The sampling technique used the purposive sampling method, namely samples selected with certain considerations. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, literature studies and observations. Data analysis used multiple linear regression tests, t tests, F tests and determination coefficient tests Based on the statistical data analysis of the validity test and reliability test of the indicators in this study are valid and the variables are reliable. In the classical assumption test of the multicollinearity free regression model. The results showed that product quality did not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, promotion did not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, price had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of the F test show a calculated F value of 43.716 with a significance value of p-value 0.000 <0.05, which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The results of the determination coefficient are 0.564, meaning that the influence given by the independent variables, namely product quality, promotion and price on the dependent variable, namely purchasing decisions, is 56.4%. The rest (100% - 56.4%) = 43.6% is explained by other variables out]side the model.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of service quality, promotion, and trust on the buying interest of Shopee users in Klego Boyolali. The research sample consists of 100 people who shop online on Shopee. The research uses purposive sampling technique. The research instrument test was conducted with validity and reliability tests, resulting in all questionnaire items for all variables being valid and reliable. The classical assumption test is conducted before performing inductive analysis, with results passing for all classical assumption tests, including multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, and normality test. The research analysis methods include descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination. The results of the descriptive analysis show that respondents rated the variables of service quality, promotion, and trust as very good, and rated buying interest as high. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis yielded regression equations Y = 1.506 + 0.118 X1 + 0.434 X2 + 0.805 X3 + e, indicating that service quality, promotions, and trust have a positive effect on buying interest. The t-test results indicate that service quality does not have a significant effect on purchase intention with a p-value of 0.290 > 0.05, while promotion has a p-value of 0.006 < 0.05 and trust has a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05, both significantly affecting buying interest. The F-test results show that this regression model has a calculated F value of 61.530 with a significance value (p-value) of 0.000 < 0.05, thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning the regression equation model is accurate. The result of the coefficient of determination (adjusted R²) shows that the coefficient of determination for this model is 0.647, meaning that the contribution of the independent variables X1 (Service Quality), X2 (Promotion), and X3 (Trust) to Y (Buying Interest) is 64.7%. The remaining 35.3% (100% - 64.7%) is explained by other variables outside the model, such as price, brand image, and risk service

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of competency certification in improving the quality of employees in the hotel front office department in the Priority Tourism Destination area of Bromo, Tengger, Semeru (DPP-BTS). In the hotel industry, improving service quality is an important focus to ensure guest satisfaction. In the midst of increasingly fierce competition, competency certification has been identified as a factor that has the potential to strengthen employee qualifications and performance, especially in the front office. The research method was carried out through a case study approach on a number of front office officers in superior hotels. Data collection was carried out through surveys, interviews and observations, to evaluate the level of competency related to certification and its impact on improving the quality of services provided by employees. The analysis's findings demonstrate that competence certification significantly raises the caliber of workers at the hotel front desk division. These findings indicate that employees who have been certified have a greater level of skill, knowledge and understanding of the best principles in providing service to guests, which in turn has a positive impact on guest satisfaction and experience. The implication of this research is that investment in competency certification for front office employees can be considered as an important strategy for hotel management to improve service quality. Practical recommendations include the development of more targeted certification programs, support from management for employee career development, and the integration of certification-related competencies into daily work practices in hotel front office departments. In conclusion, this research emphasizes the important role of competency certification in improving the quality of employees in hotel front offices, as well as offering valuable insights for decision makers in designing human resource development strategies to improve the quality of hotel services.

Abstract

. This research aims to analyze the significance of the influence of online customer reviews, discounts and live streaming on Tokopedia e-commerce purchasing decisions in Surakarta. The types of data used are quantitative data and qualitative data. The data sources in this research are primary and secondary data. The population in this study is the unknown number of Tokopedia e-commerce users. The sampling method is purposive sampling or sampling with certain characteristics with a sample size of 100 people. The data analysis methods used are descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination test (R2) The questionnaire has been tested for validity and reliability, the results are valid and reliable, and meets the classical assumption test. The results of this research using multiple linear regression analysis show that online customer reviews, discounts, and live streaming have a significant influence on purchasing decisions for Tokopedia e-commerce purchases in Surakarta..
