Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of teachers' teaching attitudes towards students' learning motivation and also to find out which teaching attitudes motivated students the most. This research is a quantitative research with Ex Post Facto method. Subjects in this study amounted to 274 students. Collecting data in this study in the form of a questionnaire. Based on the results of calculations from One Way Anova through the SPSS program, there are significant differences in the three teachers' teaching attitudes in influencing students' learning motivation with a significant value of 0.000 which is smaller than the significant level of 0.05. Real teaching attitudes with permissive teaching attitudes have a significant difference in influencing students' learning motivation, as evidenced by a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Authoritarian teaching attitude with permissive teaching attitude has a significant difference in influencing student learning motivation, as evidenced by a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. However, there is no significant difference between real teaching attitudes and authoritarian teaching attitudes in influencing learning motivation, as evidenced by a significant value of 0.126 > 0.05. Meanwhile, the teaching attitude of the teacher which has the greatest influence on students' learning motivation is the real teaching attitude with a value of 4.896. In the second place, there is an authoritarian teaching attitude that has an influence on students' learning motivation with a value of 3,624. And lastly, there is a permissive teaching attitude which has an influence on learning motivation with a value of -3.624.

Abstract

Background: The study in Asian and American-based surveillance data between Oct 18, 2011, and Aug 4, 2016 required 7428 patients with an estimated 2694 (36%) diagnosed laboratory-confirmed dengue, 2495 (34%) non-dengue and 2237 (30%) not inclusion criteria. The clinical signs and suspected dengue symptom address a few other diseases, thus laboratory confirmatory is best solution for diagnosis of dengue. Purpose: To determine the difference between clinical epidemiological and laboratory diagnosis of dengue hemorrhagic fever in Kebumen District. Methods: The study design was cross-sectional with 395 samples of suspected dengue disease during the 2023 period, such as DHF and DD in Kebumen District area health services. The DHF diagnostic was confirmed with positive laboratory test and studied to see differences of the clinical epidemiology and laboratory data. The data collection was carried out by reviewing medical documents from health centers and hospitals. Data were analyzed with chi square test and independent t test. Results: Clinical indicators proportion was higher for fever, 95.40% and much lower for bleeding 13.20%. The dominant contribution significant for clinical epidemiology indicator of DHF is muscle pain compared to bleeding and rash. The laboratory indicator   for platelet is low, hemoglobin normal and hematocrit   normal. The variable contributing significantly for DHF is platelet (β = 0.19) and comparison of hemoglobin (β = -0.09) and hematocrit (β = -0.06). Conclusion: Clinical indicators of DHF are higher for fever (95.40%), with muscle pain being the dominant factor. Laboratory indicators include low platelet count and normal hemoglobin and hematocrit.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana terapi musik mempengaruhi tingkat kecemasan atlet sebelum turnamen pada atlet Petanque FIK UNP. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh efektivitas terapi musik terhadap tingkat kecemasan atlet sebelum bertanding belum dapat ditentukan pada atlet petanque FIK UNP. Penelitian ini menggunakan model desain eksperimen semu dengan kelompok kontrol yang tidak setara. Teknik pengambilan sampel systematic sampling dengan jumlah sampel 20 atlet (10 atlet kelompok perlakuan dan 10 atlet kelompok kontrol). Skala kecemasan olahraga mengukur kecemasan. Untuk menilai perbedaan antara terapi musik pada kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol pada kecemasan, peneliti menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji normalitas dengan uji Kolmogrov-Smirnov, analisis homogenitas dengan uji Levene, dan uji t. Rata-rata skor kelompok perlakuan 52,15 dalam kategori kecemasan rendah, sedangkan skor rata-rata kelompok kontrol 56,72 dalam kategori kecemasan sedang. Nilai p untuk analisis t-test adalah 0,035 0,05 , menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara terapi musik dan kelompok kontrol pada kecemasan sebelum bertanding. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa terapi musik dapat mengurangi stres sebelum bertanding pada pemain petanque.

Abstract

This research aims to design and build a smart wardrobe based on the Internet of Things (IoT) equipped with color sensors and sound sensors. This cabinet is designed to make it easier for users to organize and find the clothes they want with the help of advanced technology. The color sensor will detect the color of the garment and allow the system to suggest a combination of garments that suit the user's preferences. Meanwhile, the voice sensor allows for control of the wardrobe through voice commands, providing convenience for users to access clothes without having to open the closet door manually. This smart cabinet uses microcontroller-based hardware connected to a mobile app to manage and monitor the status of cabinets. The integrated IoT system allows the cabinet to function automatically and respond quickly to the input received from the sensors. The results of this research are expected to produce more efficient devices for organizing and searching for clothes, as well as provide a more interactive and practical user experience. In addition, by optimizing IoT technology, this research aims to introduce a more sophisticated smart home concept, with a wardrobe as one of the elements that support the ease of daily life. Abstract

Permainan tradisional menjadi salah satu metode efektif untuk mendukung perkembangan ini, karena melibatkan aktivitas fisik sekaligus mengasah keterampilan sensorik, kognitif, sosial, dan olahraga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas permainan tradisional dalam meningkatkan motorik kasar anak pra-sekolah. Metode yang digunakan adalah tinjauan literatur (literature review) dengan menganalisis 11 jurnal ilmiah relevan yang dipilih berdasarkan kriteria tertentu, seperti fokus pada permainan tradisional dan pengaruhnya terhadap motorik kasar anak pra-sekolah. Pencarian artikel dilakukan melalui beberapa platform database ilmiah, yaitu Scopus, Google Scholar, dan ScienceDirect, dengan kurun waktu terbit tahun 2019-2024. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa permainan tradisional, seperti engklek dan bakiak, secara signifikan meningkatkan koordinasi, keseimbangan, serta kekuatan otot anak. Aktivitas ini melibatkan gerakan tubuh yang dinamis, yang merangsang perkembangan motorik kasar secara alami. Selain itu, permainan tradisional juga mendukung interaksi sosial anak dan pengembangan keterampilan kognitif melalui aturan sederhana dan kerja sama dalam bermain.

Abstract

Physical Education, Sports, and Health have an important role in developing students' motor skills, including the basic movement of the locomotor. However, challenges such as a lack of variety of learning methods and less attractive media often hinder the learning process. Research Objectives This article aims to review various literature related to the use of interactive video technology in learning basic locomotor movements in physical education at the elementary school level. Methods This study uses the literature review method by analyzing relevant articles, journals, and literature sources published in the last 10 years. The reviewed literature focuses on the development, implementation, and effectiveness of the use of interactive video media in learning basic locomotor motion. The results of the study show that interactive video technology has several advantages, such as providing clear visual demonstrations, improving students' understanding of the material, and encouraging active participation through interactive features such as quizzes or simulations. In addition, this media has been proven to be effective in improving student learning outcomes compared to conventional methods. Factors such as video design, teacher engagement, and the suitability of the material with the curriculum are important aspects that affect the success of implementation. The conclusion is that the use of interactive video technology in learning basic locomotor movements in physical education has a positive impact on the motivation, involvement, and learning outcomes of elementary school students. This study recommends the further development of interactive video-based learning media that is in accordance with the needs of students and the school curriculum

Abstract

This research was conducted on the basis of a lack of knowledge about the psychological characteristics of high school female futsal athletes in Bengkulu City. This study aims to determine the Psychological Characteristics of High School Female Futsal Athletes in Bengkulu City. This type of research is descriptive research with survey method.  The subjects of this study were all athletes who were active in the high school women's futsal club in Bengkulu City consisted of 3 schools namely SMAN 1 Bengkulu City, SMAN 6 Bengkulu City and SMAS Muhammadiyah 4 Bengkulu City which amounted to 57 athletes. Instruments and data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used was descriptive analysis with percentages. The results stated that the percentage of questionnaires in general was 56% good, the motivation aspect questionnaire was 65% very good, the self-confidence aspect questionnaire was 44% good, the anxiety control aspect questionnaire was 42% quite good, the mental preparation aspect questionnaire was 35% good, the teamwork aspect questionnaire was 46% very good, the concentration aspect questionnaire was 37% quite good and the interview was generally 54% good. It can be concluded that, aspects of the psychological characteristics of high school female futsal athletes in Bengkulu City that need to be improved and improved are aspects of anxiety control and concentration

Abstract

Endemic areas are risk factors for malaria transmission. The community who traveling to malaria endemic areas only 18.7% prepare malaria drugs. Behavior as a factor in reducing incidence of malaria. Eradicating malaria is very difficult to do because it is related behavior, environment and no vaccine as prevent malaria. The study objective to determine dominant factors of malaria prevention behavior in endemic areas. The study design with cross-sectional. The study population was students in at Respati University in. The sample size required was 78 samples. The independent variables include mosquito nets, repellents, mosquito coils, improved nutrition, and keeping fish. Dependent variable is endemic status. Data were analyzed with chi square and logistic regression. Majority of subjects no used mosquito nets 82.1%, no repellents 83.3%, no mosquito coils 79.5%, no nutritious 73.1%, no raise fish 75.6%. There were differences in the behavior of using mosquito nets between endemic and non-endemic areas p = 0.041, no differences used of repellents (p = 0.378), mosquito repellents (p = 0.519), no nutrition status (p = 0.842), and significant differences in raise fish (p = 0.003). Raising fish is more dominant factor contributing endemic areas (β = -2.12) compared mosquito nets (β = -1.530). The preventing for transmission of malaria based on the endemic area is mosquito nets and raising fish. The behavior of raise fish more dominant factor compared mosquito nets in endemic areas. Abstract

This study analyzes how nutritional status, physical fitness, and motor skills affect PJOK practical learning outcomes among 54 students at SDN 04 Kampung Olo, Padang. Using path analysis, BMI, fitness tests, and motor skill assessments were used to measure the variables, while learning outcomes were evaluated through PJOK performance. Nutritional status, physical fitness, and motor skills have a significant direct effect on the practical learning outcomes of physical education students in Padang City, with contributions of 37.8% (p = 0.006), 28.8% (p = 0.012), and 25.2% (p = 0.004), respectively. Nutritional status also has an indirect effect through physical fitness, contributing 7.3% (p for the path from nutritional status to physical fitness = 0.065; p for physical fitness to learning outcomes = 0.012) and through motor skills by 4.1% (p path from nutritional status to motor skills = 0.244; p from motor skills to learning outcomes = 0.004), although the influence through motor skills was less significant. Physical fitness had a significant indirect influence through motor skills by 21.1% (p = 0.000 and p = 0.004).

Abstract

Background: Dengue disease is still a problem in the world. Factors affecting population main importance for dengue transmission. The dengue cases severity 34.40% in Indonesia, and the study area is an endemic dengue. The study aimed to determine factors causing dengue transmission in the Kebumen district, Central Java Province.Subjects and Method: A cross-sectional study was conducted in 460 villages in Kebumen district, Central Java. The study was conducted in 2024 by taking dengue data from medical records in the period January 2023 to December 2023. The number of dengue cases during the study period was 395 cases that were diagnosed. The dependent variable is transmission zone. The status village transmission is a number of dengue cases> 2 cases in the village during the study based on medical records. The independent variables are children under 5 years, the incidence rate of dengue, the incidence rate area, the incidence rate density, and population age > 70 years (elderly). Data of dengue cases were obtained from medical record. The data were analyzed with an independent t-test, linear regression test, and survival test (Cox proportional hazards).Results: The incidence rate averaged 30.17 higher than the government standard, with 10 cases/ 100,000 population for each village, and was higher in March. The population, density, children under 5 years, elderly upper 70 years, incidence density, incidence case, incidence areas, and large no significant differences between village transmission and no transmission p≤0.050, and variable contributing to dengue transmission R2= 0.39 or 39.20%. The hazard time for infection (HR = 0.62; CI95%= 0.46 to 0.83).Conclusion: The zone is high risk for dengue transmission, 24.6% of the 460. The factors significantly related to dengue transmission in the village as population size, population density, children under 5 years, elderly upper 70 years, incidence density, incidence case, and incidence area contributing to dengue transmission, R2= 0.39. The main factor contributing to dengue transmission is incidence density, β= 69.95.
