This study aims to determine the effect of integrity, competence, and work discipline on the performance of employees of the Kantor Pengawasan Dan Pelayanan Bea Dan Cukai (KPPBC)Tipe Madya Pabean Tanjung Emas Semarang. The research population included all employees of the Office KPPBC Type Madya Tanjung Emas Semarang, totaling 205 people and 67 people were taken as a sample. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression statistical methods. The results showed: Integrity, Competence, and Work Discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Partially, integrity has a significant positive effect on employee performance, competence has a significant positive effect on employee performance and work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance.

Determination of tariffs using an activity based costing system is a very important decision in the home. The purpose of this study is to determine the rate of inpatient services based on an activity based costing system that can be applied in hospitals so that accurate cost information can be achieved. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, documentation. The results of this study indicate that the determination of rates with an activity based costing system is determined by several stages based on the activities used by each inpatient service so that it is an effective and efficient calculation method in determining the total cost of the product. The conclusion is that the determination of tariffs with an activity based costing system is an effective and efficient calculation method in determining the total cost of the product.

Globalisasi mempercepat perubahan, mengharuskan perusahaan di seluruh dunia untuk memenuhi tantangan masa depan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, gaya manajemen, dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Kedawung setia pada industri kardus. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan metode sampling jenuh yaitu sampel seluruh populasi sebanyak 42 karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa uji F (simultan) bersama-sama dengan variabel lingkungan kerja, gaya manajemen, dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan. Pada uji-t (parsial), variabel lingkungan kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, dan motivasi secara individual berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan.

This study aimed to quantitatively describe the variables of certification's impact, teachers' workability, work motivation, work commitment, and teacher performance on Vocational High School (SMK) teachers after the teacher certification program is implemented. This study uses quantitative methods to obtain measurable data that is descriptive, comparative and associative and to answer the problem formulation and research questions. The descriptive analysis of a portion of the research data resulted in research findings which show: (1) The impact of SMK teachers certification, workability which were developed from the pride, professionalism, and welfare aspects; obtain information that 34% are categorized as very good, 58% are in good category, 6% are in moderate category and 2% are in poor category, (2) workability which were developed from the aspects of pedagogical competence, professionalism, personality and social, obtain information that 32% are categorized as very good, 60% are good, 6% are moderate and 2% are in poor category, (3) teachers' work motivation which were indicated from the aspects of needs of achievement, existence and power, affiliation, self-actualization and independence, and growth expectations, obtained information that 24% are categorized as very good, 60% are in good category, and 16% are in moderate category, (4) work commitment of teachers which were developed from the aspects of affective commitment, continuity and normative, obtained findings that 26% are in very good category, 64% are good, and 10% are in moderate category, (5) the performance of SMK teachers which were developed from the aspects of fulfillment of the main duties, implementation of duties other than the main duties, and professional development, obtained information that 20% are categorized as very good, 64% are in good category, and 16% are in moderate category. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan secara kuantitatif variabel dampak sertifikasi, kemampuan kerja guru, motivasi kerja guru, komitmen kerja guru, dan kinerja guru SMK setelah mengikuti program sertifikasi guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif untuk memperoleh data terukur yang bersifat deskriptif, komparatif dan asosiatif. Hasil analisis secara deskriptif sebagian data hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Dampak sertifikasi guru SMK yang dikembangkan dari aspek kebanggaan, keprofesionalan dan kesejahteraan diperoleh informasi sebesar 34% termasuk kategori amat baik, 58% termasuk kategori baik, (2) kemampuan kerja guru yang dikembangkan dari aspek kompetensi pedagogis, professional, kepribadian dan sosial diperoleh informasi sebesar 32% termasuk kategori amat baik, 60% kategori baik, (3) motivasi kerja guru yang diindikasikan dari aspek kebutuhan berprestasi, eksistensi dan berkuasa, berafiliasi, aktualisasi dan kemandirian, dan harapan pertumbuhan diperoleh informasi sebesar 24% termasuk kategori amat baik, 60% termasuk kategori baik, (4) komitmen kerja guru yang dikembangkan dari aspek komitmen afektif, kontinuitas dan normatif diperoleh temuan sebesar 26% termasuk aktegori amat baik, 64% termasuk kategori baik, (5) kinerja guru SMK yang dikembangkan dari aspek pelaksanaan tugas pokok, pelaksanaan tugas di luar tugas pokok dan pengembangan keprofesionalan diperoleh informasi sebesar 20% termasuk kategori amat baik, 64% termasuk kategori baik.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of service quality, price, promotion and consumer purchasing decisions. The population in this study were all consumers at PT. Citilink Semarang Branch in 2024, totaling 58,249 people, while the sample taken using the Slovin formula resulted in 100 people. Sampling using accidental sampling. The data analysis method used is multiple regression. The results of the analysis show that hypothesis 1 (H1) that service quality has a positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions is proven. This means that the higher the quality of service, the higher the tendency of consumers to make decisions to purchase airline tickets. Hypothesis 2 (H2) that price has a positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions is proven. This means that the more affordable the price offered, the higher the tendency of consumers to make decisions to purchase airline tickets. Hypothesis 3 (H3) that promotion has a positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions is proven. This means that the more intense the promotion from the company, the higher the tendency of consumers to make decisions to purchase airline tickets.

Employee performance may be a critical criterion in determining a government institution's success during the era of increasingly active open service transformation.This study uses a quantitative approach and a straightforward, illustrative methodology to investigate employment.Validity Test: KMO-MSA 0.847 (qualified 0.5), Bartlett's Test crucial (p 0.05), and stacking compute esteem of 0.5 for all explanation items Unwavering quality test, representative execution (α 0.894), work environment (α 0.883), work inspiration (α 0.892), and work teaching (α 0.875) The comes about of measurable investigation appeared that work inspiration had a positive and noteworthy impact on the execution of representatives of the Surabaya City Wellbeing Office with a way coefficient of 0.486 (p 0.05). With a track coefficient of 0.534 (p 0.05), the results of the speculation test show that work instruction has a significant and favorable influence on representational execution. This study aimed to evaluate the genetic diversity and phylogenetic relationships among four rab-bit breeds raised in Central Java, namely Indonesian Local rabbit (LC), Hycole (HC), Hyla (HL), and New Zealand White (NZ), using mitochondrial D-loop region sequences. A total of 40 blood samples were collected from rabbits in three regencies in Central Java. DNA was extracted from each sample, followed by gene amplification, Sanger sequencing, and sequence analysis. A 906 bp fragment of the mitochondrial D-loop region was successfully amplified from all individuals. The overall genetic di-versity was found to be low, with mean values of k = 4.615, nucleotide diversity (π) = 0.00509 ±0.00092, and haplotype diversity (Hd) = 0.385 ± 0.070. Genetic distance analysis showed a close rela-tionship among the breeds, ranging from 0.00349 to 0.00610. Two haplotypes (A and B) were identi-fied, and both were shared across all breeds, indicating limited genetic differentiation. Phylogenetic tree reconstruction further demonstrated that the four breeds clustered closely together and were most likely derived from European lineages rather than distinct indigenous origins. In conclusion, rabbits raised in Central Java represent a genetically homogenous group with low diversity, highlighting the need for broader genetic resource management and conservation strategies to ensure long-term popula-tion sustainability.

The study’s objective was to estimate the association among various linear body measurements and body weights of adult Kacang goats. The data was obtained from 209 heads of adult Kacang Goat, compressed 78 bucks and 131 ewes. The morphological evaluation was performed by measuring body weight (BW), body length (BL), chest depth (CD), chest girth (CG), chest width (CW), and withers height (WH). Factor PROCEDURE was performed to estimate the principal component. The result of factor analysis was used to determine the independent variable for linear regression analysis. BW has a favorable correlation with CG, BL, CD, CW, and WH for bucks and ewes. PC 1 accounts for 55.62% of the variation in bucks, while PC 2 accounts for an additional 18.34%. PC 1 accounts for just 0.45% of the overall variation in ewes, whereas PC 2 accounts for 0.24%. The R-squared (R2) values for bucks and ewes in the regression equation with CG as the independent variable are 0.32 and 0.41, respectively. For both bucks and ewes, the regression equation with CW as the independent variable had a higher R2 of 0.52 and 0.20, respectively. For bucks and ewes, the regression equation'sR2 values are 0.54 and 0.44, respectively, with combined CG and CW acting as independent variables. This integrated approach to analyzing body measurements in Kacang Goats provides a robust foundation for making informed decisions in goat farming.

Magelang ducks (MD) are Indonesian local ducks and are known as dual-purpose type ducks which have high egg production, duck day production (DDP), and body weight size. Nowadays, the MD is selected to establish the pure line to advance the egg production trait in the Breeding and Rearing Center of Non-Ruminant Animals Banyubiru, Central Java. The mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) Dloop region, is highly polymorphic and could be used to analyze the population genetics. The present research aims to examine the impacts of continuous selection on population structure and genetic mutations on MD across two generations using the mtDNA D-loop region. Thirty-six blood samples from the second (G2) and third (G3) generations were examined using the sequencing method. The MEGA X and DnaSP software were applied to calculate the genetic diversity, genetic distance, and to generate a phylogenetic tree. The number of haplotypes (H), haplotype diversity (Hd), and Tajima's D are 26, 0.9746, and -1.46, respectively. The Fst value of MD is 0.156. The genetic distance among populations ranges from 0.0000 – 2.097. The UPGMA analysis constructs one clade in a phylogenetic tree between MD, Indonesian local Ducks, Indian Ducks, Vietnamese Ducks, and Chinese Ducks. The study found that the genetic variation and population structure did not significantly change between the second and third generations.
