Abstract

AbstractThe focus of this research is the principal academic supervision in order to develop teacher performance in SMP Negeri 1 Sekayam with research questions focused on: how is the planning, implementation, evaluation, and implementation of the response of teachers to the academic supervision programs, and whether the factors supporting and inhibiting academik supervision programs conducted by the principal at SMP Negeri 1 Sekayam?. To answer these questions, the researchers used descriptive research approaches and case study research. In collecting the data, the researchers as the key instruments, using the techniques of participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documents. The collected data were analyzed by using descriptive qualitative analysis . Research findings conclude that: (1) Planing academic supervision by the principal is not complete as the demands of administrative and academic supervision planning theoretical concepts. (2) The implementation of academic supervision by the principal using individual supervision techniques through class visits (3) Measure of success seen from the increasing performance of the teacher. (4) The majority of teachers responded positively to the academic supervision is carried out by the principal. (5) factors Supporting the education of human resources suggests that there is good cooperation while inhibiting factor for senior teacher sometimes appear fed up with academic supervision is carried out by the principal. Keywords: Academic Supervision, Principal, Guidance, Teacher Performance.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aimed to determine the increase in fine motor development in art learning through finger painting techniques in children aged 5-6 years in Southeast Pontianak Islamiyah Kindergarten. The general objective in this study was to describe the learning of painting through finger painting techniques to improve fine motor development in children aged 5-6 years. The research method used was descriptive with a qualitative approach and type of case study research. The data sources of this study included 1 teacher and child group B3 in Islamiyah, which amounted to 16 people as subjects. After data is collected, data is presented to draw conclusions. From the results of the study, it was found that painting through finger painting techniques to improve fine motor development had increased, namely that children could flex their fingers. both with 75% BSH and 25% BSB results. exploring the percentage of MB 37.5%, BSH 43.75% and BSB 18.75%, and children can also do neat activities from the results of the percentage of MB 25%, BSH 68.75% and BSH 6.25%. Increased learning activities in children's fine motor development is to stimulate the child's small muscles such as fingers and stimulate eye and hand coordination.Keywords: Learning art painting, finger painting technique and increasing fine motor development

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperbaiki proses belajar mengajar guru dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar anak. Metode deskriptif. Bentuk penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK Penggumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, teknik wawancara dan teknik studi dokumentasi. Penggumpulan data panduan observasi, panduan wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis  data yaitu interaktif model dengan tahap-tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan / verifikasi. Subjek penelitian guru dan anak yang berusia 5-6 tahun. Pengumpul data teman sejawat. Secara khusus menyimpulkan (1) kemampuan merencanaankan pembelajaran siklus I sebesar 70 kategori baik; pada siklus II sebesar 88.75 kategori sangat baik. (2) kemampuan melaksanakan pembelajaran siklus I sebesar 75 katergori baik; pada siklus II sebesar 80 kategori sangat baik. (3) Peningkatan karakter peduli lingkungan pada anak usia 5-6 tahun pada siklus I sebesar 70.83% kategori baik; siklus II sebesar 87.5% kategori berkembang sangat baik.   Kata kunci: Pembelajaran Outdoor Peduli Lingkungan Abstract: This study aims to improve teaching and learning processes of teachers in improving learning outcomes of children. Descriptive method, form of classroom action research (PTK). The couletion data using observation, interview techniques and engineering documentation. guide data coulaction observation, interview, and documentation. Analysis of the data that is interactive model of the stages of data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions / verification. The research subject teachers and children aged 5-6 years. Data collectors peers. Specifically concluded (1) the ability of learning plan first cycle of 70 categories of good; on the second cycle of 88.75 very good category. (2) ability to carry out the learning cycle I was 75 katergori good; on the second cycle of the 80 categories is very good. Abstract

Pendidikan anak usia dini merupakan wahana pendidikan yang sangat fundamental dalam memberikan kerangka dasar terbentuk dan berkembangnya dasar-dasar pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan pada anak. Keberhasilan proses pendidikan pada masa ini tersebut menjadi dasar untuk proses pendidikan selanjutnya. Proses pembiasaan dalam pendidikan merupakan hal yang penting terutama bagi anak-anak usia dini. Anak-anak belum menyadari apa yang disebut baik dan tidak baik dalam arti susila. Ingatan anak-anak belum kuat, perhatian mereka lekas dan mudah beralih kepada hal-hal yang terbaru dan disukainya. Dalam kondisi ini mereka perlu dibiasakan dengan tingkah laku, keterampilan, kecakapan dan pola pikir tertentu. Berdasarkan  pengamatan peneliti yang juga guru pada kelas tersebut, terdapat 21 anak dari 25 anak (84%) mengalami kesulitan dalam menyimpan sepatu di tempatnya, terdapat 18 anak dari 25 anak (72%) mengalami kesulitan dalam  membuka bekal sendiri, terdapat 15 anak dari 25 anak (60%) yang mengalami kesulitan dalam mengembalikan mainan pada tempatnya setelah di gunakan. Kata Kunci: Kemandirian, Metode, Pembiasaan  Abstract : Early childhood education is a vehicle for education is fundamental in providing the basic framework is formed and the development of basic knowledge, attitudes and skills in children. The success of the educational process at this time is the basis for the further education process. Habituation process in education is important, especially for children early age. Children are not aware of what is good and not good in a moral sense. The memory of the children have not been strong, their attention quickly and easily switch to the latest stuff and the likes. In this condition they need to be familiarized with the behavior, skills, aptitude and a certain mindset. Based on the observations of the researcher who is also a teacher in the classroom, there are 21 children of 25 children (84%) had difficulty in storing the shoes in place, there are 18 children of 25 children (72%) had difficulty in opening their own lunch, there were 15 children from 25 children (60%) who have difficulty in returning the toy in place after use. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, metode, media, perilaku belajar anak, faktor penghambat, upaya guru dalam mengatasi hambatan, serta evaluasi yang dilakukan guru dalam pengenalan peran gender dalam pembelajaran pada anak usia 5-6 tahun di Taman Kanak-kanak Permata Bunda Pontianak Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 2 guru dan 27 anak kelas B. Perencanaan pembelajaran disusun guru cukup baik. Metode yang digunakan ada 4 yaitu, pembiasaan, bercerita, bercakap-cakap dan sosiodrama. Media yang digunakan adalah media gambar. Perilaku belajar anak  yang berubah diantaranya anak mampu mengklasifikasikan dirinya dan anak mengerti cara berpenampilan yang tepat sebagai laki-laki dan perempuan. Faktor penghambat yang dihadapi guru yaitu perilaku stereotype peran gender yang sudah membudaya, serta terbatasnya waktu dan media pembelajaran. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengenalan peran gender dalam pembelajaran cenderung mengacu kepada Permendiknas Nomor 58 Tahun 2009 dan secara keseluruhan sudah diterapkan dengan baik. Kata kunci: Peran Gender, Usia 5-6 Tahun Abstract: This study aimed to describe the planning, methods, media, children's learning behavior, inhibiting factors, the efforts of teachers in overcoming obstacles, and evaluation of teachers in the introduction of gender roles in learning in children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Permata Bunda East Pontianak. This research uses descriptive method with qualitative approach. Samples were 2 teachers and 27 children class B. Learning plan teachers prepared good enough. The method used there are 4, namely, habituation, storytelling, converse and sociodrama. The media used is media images. Children learn behavior change among children are able to classify themselves and children understand the proper way dressed as men and women. Inhibiting factors faced by teachers, behavioral stereotypes are already entrenched gender roles, and the limited time and learning media. From the results of this study indicate that the introduction of gender roles in learning tends to refer to Permendiknas Number 58 Year 2009 and overall has been implemented well. Kata kunci: Gender roles, Age 5-6 Years

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kreativitas melalui metode bermain dengan barang bekas pada anak usia 5-6 tahun di Taman Kanak-kanak AD-Durunnafis Sungai Rengas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Sampel penelitian adalah 18 siswa. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa aspek membuat mainan dari media bahan barang bekas, anak yang sangat terampil diperoleh persentase 83,33% atau mengalami peningkatan 22,22%, sedangkan pada aspek melakukan eksplorasi bentuk mainan dengan ide sendiri, anak yang sangat terampil diperoleh persentase 77,78% atau mengalami peningkatan sebesar 33,34 dan pada aspek menceritakan cara membuat mainan dari berbagai bahan barang bekas, anak yang sangat terampil diperoleh persentase 83,33% atau mengalami peningkatan sebesar 33,33%. Kata Kunci : Kreativitas, Metode Bermain dengan Barang Bekas.  Abstract: This study aims to determine the enhancement of creativity through playing with thrift method in children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten AD-Durunnafis Rengas River. The research method used was action research (PTK). The study sample was 18 students. The results of the data analysis showed that aspects of media material made ​​toys thrift, highly skilled child obtained a percentage of 83.33% or an increase of 22.22%, while the exploration aspect of the shape toy with the idea of ​​his own, highly skilled child gained 77 percentage , 78% or an increase of 33.34 and in the telling aspect of how to make toys of various materials used goods, highly skilled child obtained a percentage of 83.33% or an increase of 33.33%. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, faktor pendukung, serta kendala yang dihadapi guru dalam menerapkan pembelajaran model sentra balok pada anak usia 5-6 tahun di Taman Kanak-kanak Mujahidin 1 Pontianak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 2 guru sentra balok dan anak kelompok B3. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran model sentra balok cenderung mengacu kepada Permendiknas No 58 Tahun 2009 dan sudah diterapkan dengan baik. Dalam penerapan pembelajaran model sentra balok guru sudah melaksanakan pembelajaran sesuai dengan langkah-langkah pembelajaran model sentra dan anak-anak pun sudah membangun bangunnnya dari balok sesuai dengan tahap perkembangan anak dalam bermain balok. Adapun faktor pendukung kegiatan pembelajaran di sentra balok dapat berjalan dengan lancar dikarenakan media balok dan aksesoris pendukungnya banyak. Selain itu juga kendala yang dihadapi oleh guru yaitu pendeknya konsentrasi anak dalam menerima pelajaran dan aksesoris orang-orangan yang jumlahnya sedikit. Kata kunci: Penerapan Pembelajaran, Sentra Balok, Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun.  Abstract: This study aimed to describe the planning, implementation, evaluation, contributing factors, and the constraints faced by teachers in implementing the learning model of the central beam in children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Mujahidin 1 Pontianak. This study used a descriptive method with qualitative approach. The sample was 2 teacher and child center beam B3 group. From the results indicate that the application of learning peneitian center beam models tend to refer to the Ministerial Regulation No. 58 of 2009 and has been implemented well. In the application of models of learning centers already implementing learning teacher beam in accordance with the model measures of learning centers and children were already building bangunnnya of the beam according to the developmental stage of the child in playing blocks. The factors supporting the learning activities in the center of the beam can be run smoothly due to the media supporting beams and lots of accessories. In addition, the constraints faced by the teacher in the child's concentration in short lessons and accessories receive the puppets are few in number. Keywords:. Abstract

AbstractTo make a quality school requires a process by providing a best service and quality to customers. provision  of service at  school depend on the ability of a leader who called Principal. The principal has a very important role in influencing his subordinates to be able to work together on achieving the goal that has been settled. Provision   of quality service  at school is very coveted by all citizens of the school and community. Provision of service  at school is one  of form  of the needs of citizens  at school and surrounding communities  in increasing the needs of school facilities and infrastructure. The  factors that can affect the quality of school services in an effort to make a quality school in this research, that is principal leadership and teacher motivation. The  aim of this research to determine the influence of principal’s leadership and teacher’s motivation toward  the quality of State Vocational High School service in Subrayon 1 Sambas Regency.This research suggest 1) to give maximum result in quality school management by giving service to customer, 2) to crate qualified graduates, in teaching and learning process at school, the teacher should give the best service and learning motivation to the  students. 3) principals, teachers and staffs that exist in the school environment provide treatment in serving students, parents and community that priority to customer service satisfaction in the form of prime service. 4) in this research has explained that the quality of service provided by the principal to customers and  teachers motivation to the students in learning will be affect to the quality of the school.      Keywords : Principal’s Leadership, Teacher’s Motivation, quality

Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kontribusi supervisi akademik kepala sekolah, pengawas sekolah, terhadap  profesionalitas  guru dalam mengelola proses pembelajaran di SMP Negeri kecamatan Sungai Raya Kabupaten Kubu Raya.Penelitian ini juga menggunakan pendekatan Kuantitatif dengan rancangan non eksperimen. Subyek penelitian ini adalah semua guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Sungai Raya Kabupaten Kubu Raya yang berjumlah sebanyak 64 orang guru PNS yang mempunyai masa kerja diatas 5 Tahun. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Supervisi Pengawas Sekolah terhadap Profesionalitas Guru, Supervisi Akademik Kepala Sekolah yang mempuyai kontribusi yang signifikan dengan Profesionalitas Guru sebesar 00,50%. Hasil Uji F, pada penelitian ini F   <  F   ( 9,031< 3,145 ) Ho ditolak. Kata Kunci : Kontribusi Supervisi Akademik, Profesionalisme Guru Abstract : This study aims to determine how large the contribution of academic supervision of the school principal, school superintendent, to the professionalism of teachers in managing the learning process in SMP subdistrict Sungai Raya Kubu Raya. This study also uses a quantitative approach with a non-experimental design. The subjects of this study were all teachers Junior High School in Sungai Raya Kubu Raya, amounting to as much as 64 civil servant teachers who have tenure of more than 5 years. The results of this study indicate that supervision is not correlated with the School Supervisor Teacher Professionalism, just Supervision Academic Principal significant association with Teacher Professionalism of 00.50%. F test results, in this study the F <F (9.031 <3.145) Ho is rejected. The following recommendations: 1) The Principal needs to further intensify the activities of the Academic Supervision to teachers in a systematic and programmed. 2) supervision activities in schools that had been entrusted to the supervisor should be submitted to those who truly qualify in their fields, both in terms of education as well as a comprehensive understanding of the function of strategic supervision activities. 3) Along with the development and the demands of an increasingly global world, more and more teachers should push yourself to continue to develop professionalism, both from academic and educational aspects and the quality of teaching skills. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi pentingnya meningkatkan motivasi anak untuk makan sayuran pada anak sejak usia dini, permainan cooking class merupakan salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan, adapun cara yang dilakukan dengan cara anak diajak langsung dalam proses kegiatan memasak sayuran. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah anak yang berjumlah 17 orang dan lokasi yang telah digunakan sebagai penelitian adalah RA Al-Muhajirin Rasau Jaya. Hasil penelitian adalah peningkatan motivasi anak untuk makan sayuran dapat dilakukan melalui metode bermain permainan cooking class pada anak usia 5-6 tahun. Kata Kunci : Motivasi makan sayuran, permainan cooking class  Abstract : The background of this research is the importance of increasing the motivation of a child to eat vegetables to children at an early age, game cooking class is one way to do, As for how that is done in a way children are invited directly in the process of cooking vegetables. The method used in this research is descriptive method and form of research is Classroom Action Research. Subjects in this study were children who totaled 17 people and locations that have been used as research is RA Al-Muhajirin Rasau Jaya. The result of the research is to improve the child's motivation to eat vegetables can be done through the method of playing the game cooking class in children aged 5-6 years.
