Abstract

ABSTRACT There are four purposes of the act of saying Najwa Shihab in this research. First, describe the act of speech illocution. Second, describe the strategy of speech acts. And third, describes the principle of politeness. This research type is qualitative research by using descriptive method. The data of this research is Najwa Shihab's speech which is in the form of words in Mata Najwa Speech title in the 100-day Anies-Sandi episode. The instrument is the researcher himself. Data collection techniques there are three. First, the researchers downloaded the first Mata Najwa video titles in the 100-day Anies-Sandi episode in the Official Najwa Shihab account on youtube.com. Secondly, Najwa Shihab's speech data is transcribed. And thirdly, the researcher performs inventory of data. The next step is to analyze the research data through the following techniques. First, classify the data based on politeness. Second, to analyze the data obtained. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is (1) to find out the level of writing skills the text of the report on the results of observation Class VII students of SMP Negeri 34 Padang  without using the technique think talk  write . (2) to find out the level of writing skills text reports the results of an observation grade VII SMP Negeri 34 Padang the field by using the techniques think talk write. (3) analyse the influence of the techniques think talk write against writing skills text reports the results of an observation grade VII SMP Negeri 34 Padang. Type of this research is quantitative with the method of experimentation. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose research of this describe the impact of the discovery learning aided the media images glow of skill write the text short story class VII SMP Negeri 2 Kota Solok. This type of this study is quantitative methods of experimentation. The result of this research there were three, which is (1) the skill of the text short story class VII SMP Negeri 2 Kota Solok before using the model discovery learning aided the media image series are at sufficient qualifications (C) with an average of 60,59, (2)the skill of writing text short story class VII SMP Negeri 2 Kota Solok after using the model discovery learning aided the media image series is in the qualifications either (B) whit an average 78,89, (3) the skill of writing text story class VII SMP Negeri 2 Kota Solok after using the model discovery learning aided the media image glow is better than before using the model discovery learning aided the media image. Kata kunci: pengaruh, discovery learning berbantuan media gambar berseri, teks cerpen

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the form of speech act directive, story strategy, politeness, and student's response in teaching and learning process in Ix class of SMP Negeri 2 Ampek Angkek. The type of this research is qualitative descriptive This research was conducted in class IX SMP Negeri 2 Ampek Angkek. Subjects in this study were Indonesian language teachers SMP Negeri 2 Ampek Angkek, Mrs. Desni Yurza and students of class IX SMP Negeri 2 Ampek Angkek. Instruments in this research is the researcher himself. The data that have been collected is analyzed by classifying the data of speech acts directive, srtategi speak, politeness, and student response in teaching and learning process. Based on the research result, it is concluded four things. First, the speech act of the Indonesian language teacher directive in class IX SMP 2 Ampek Angkek can be said is good. Second, the strategy of speaking Indonesian teachers in class IX SMP Negeri 2 Ampek Angkek still needs to be improved. Third, the principle of language-related politeness in the class IX SMP Negeri 2 Ampek Angkek needs to be improved. Fourth, the response of students in class IX SMP Negeri 2 Ampek Angkek to the speech acts of teachers has not happened a good response. Kata kunci: direktif, strategi, kesantunan, respon siswa.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This article was written to see the correlation of vocabulary understanding of education with the skills of writing expositional text of grade X students of SMK Negeri 1 Payakumbuh. This research data in the form of score test result of vocabulary comprehension of field of education and score of skill of writing exposition text. The data is obtained through two types of tests, ie objective tests to measure the vocabulary understanding of the field of education and performance tests to measure the skills of writing expository texts. Based on the results of data analysis can be concluded that there is a significant correlation between the correlation of vocabulary understanding of education with the skills of writing expositional text of students of Class X SMK Negeri 1 Payakumbuh at 95% significant level with dk = n-1. Based on the t-test the hypothesis is accepted because t count> t table is 16.21> 1.67. Kata kunci: korelasi, kosakata, menulis, teks eksposisi

Abstract

There are four aims of the reseaech. First, to decribe how is the way to communicate toward the lecture. Second, to describe the principle of languange politeness in sending SMS to the lecturer. Third, to describe the scale of students languange politeness in sending SMS. Fourth, to describe the politeness of student’s languange SMS toward lecturer. This reseaech used qualitative research which   used   descriptive   methode.   It   was   done   at   Universitas   Mahaputra Muhammad Yamin Solok. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is three. First, describe the mastery of the vocabulary environment in class VII Padang Panjang Middle School 2. Second, describe the text writing skills of class VII students at Padang Panjang Middle School 2. Third, describe the contribution of mastery of environmental vocabulary to the text writing skills of seventh grade students at Padang Panjang Middle School 2. This type of research is quantitative with descriptive method. The design used in this study is the design contribution. The results of this study are three. First, mastery of vocabulary in class VII Padang Panjang SMP Negeri 2 has good qualifications (B) with an average score of 78.48. Second, the text writing skills of class VII students of Padang Panjang Middle School 2 are in good qualification (B) with an average score of 76.49. Third, there is a contribution to mastery of environmental vocabulary on the text writing skills of seventh grade students at Padang Panjang Middle School 2 at 59.44%. Kata kunci: Kontribusi, Kosakata Bidang Lingkungan, Menulis, Teks Deskripsi

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to describe the realization of the continuity of the educational status of Indonesian Language student speech is State University of Padang in interviews for talk show type of serious discussion. This type of research is qualitative research using descriptive method. The purpose of the descriptive is to describe, describe or depict a systematic, factual, and accurate about the facts, properties, as well as the relationship of the phenomena investigated. This research data is a fact of learning skills for survival in the realization of interviews talk show type of serious discussion and speech in the transcript of the interview performance containing acts of both direct delivered the interviewer as a student of Indonesian Language Education Status. The results of the research there is realization of the continuity of students ' skill in speech taped as much as 92.33%, with the imperative mood-imperatives as much as 3 speech by 0.74%, percentage of forms-mode interrogative-interrogative as much as 297 speech with 73.52% percentage, and declarative mode-form declarative as much as 73 speech with percentage of 18.07%. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the realization of the continuity of the educational status of Indonesian Language student speech is State University of Padang in skill type talk show taped for serious discussion already realized with either. Kata kunci: Relisasi, Tindak Tutur Langsung, Keterampilan Berwawancara, Gelar Wicara  Tipe                  Serious Discussion

Abstract

The purposes of study were to  (1) describe the forms of speech acts of illocution, (2) to describe the function of speech acts of illocution, and (3) to describe the narrative strategy used in the Summary Antim of Youth Teens of 2015. This type of research is qualitative by using descriptive method. The result of the research shows (1) The form of the act of speech illocution found that is representative, expressive directive, competetive declaration, convivial kolabotatif and conflict (3) strategy found that consist of speech act strategy speak frankly without without preamble tend to be used in context of utterance which is spoken by persons of equal standing and age. A straightforward, no-nonsense strategy of positive politeness tends to be used in the context of the speech that a younger character tells a younger character. The strategy of telling frankly without preamble to speak negatively tended to be told by an older figure to a younger character, already familiar in public.
