Abstract

The knowledge and skills of workers acquired through training have become essential in dealing with the increasingly rapid changes in technology, products, and systems. The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship between training and employee performance in a company. In the review presented in this article, the focus is mainly on research published in many reputable national and international journals that is in accordance with the studies in this article, namely human resource management. A type of qualitative research, a type of literature research, is a systematic review of the literature using the appropriate methodological approach. It is used inductively so that it does not raise further questions. This study provides a review of the literature on employee training and its effect on performance in firms and develops and proposes a framework for analyzing training and corporate performance issues to assess the strengths and weaknesses of many previous studies (e.g., research design, variable measurement, and firm performance or estimation methods), to suggest directions for future research, and to improve the accuracy of the results of future research on this topic.

Abstract

The potential of human resources owned, companies in Indonesia have challenges in managing human resources, especially the millennial generation. The increasing growth and development of companies in Indonesia has a positive impact on society by expanding employment opportunities so that it will reduce the unemployment rate. One of the efforts to retain employees is that companies must pay attention to career development for each of their employees, especially for millennial generation employees who have good performance. There are several problems in the career development process in the company that is the object of research, millennial generation employees who cannot develop their careers in the company where they work, even though employees feel they have done a good job. The research methods in this study were e-learning and interview methods as well as giving questionnaires to research subjects. The research subjects in this study were millennial generation employees at Bank Central Asia (BCA). Learning is both a strategy and a solution for an organization/company as well as individuals to adapt and take effective action to create a competitive advantage. Companies need to improve the performance of their employees in order to excel and be successful in achieving the organization's strategic goals. PT Bank BCA realizes that development and training are efforts to create quality human resources. Thus, e-learning is one of the learning methods used in development and training for the millennial generation.

Abstract

Several previous studies with the main problem of teacher performance in terms of infrastructure and work environment factors generally used regression analysis techniques, which only studied the direct effect of infrastructure and work environment on teacher performance. The novelty of this research is the development of instruments using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) measurement model, namely developing constructs from performance variables, infrastructure and work environment, through theoretical validation through experts and empirical validation using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) techniques. Seeing the important role of infrastructure and work environment on teacher performance, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of infrastructure and work environment on teacher performance. This study used a quantitative approach using survey methods with the analytical techniques used, namely instrument development using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) measurement model, and multiple linear regression. The population in this study were high school teachers throughout Tangerang. Respondents were taken based on 20 schools in Tangerang and each school took several samples, and it was obtained as a whole that the sample obtained was 200 respondents. The result of this study is all independent variables has a positive and significant effect toward dependent variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the development of teacher professionalism as a result of the principal's academic supervision activities. The research methodology employed is a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive approach. Observation, interviews, and documentation studies were used as data gathering methods. Also, a qualitative analysis was performed while the activities of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion-making were in progress. The findings of this investigation suggest that school principals as supervisors have attempted to develop the potential and competence of teachers through teacher certification program activities which are attended by most teachers. The coaching program carried out by school principals for teachers consists of academic supervision activities, training (education and training), workshops, work meetings, PKG (teacher performance assessment), PKB (continuous professional assessment), technical guidance, and seminars. The outcomes of the teacher academic supervision activities carried out by the school principal show that the teacher development program activities through academic supervision activities have been progressing well. The problem preventing the principal's academic supervision from being put into effect is the learning method which is still teacher-centered so that it is monotonous and students become passive. The principal's strategy for achieving effective academic supervision is to conduct class observations and assign assignments to the teacher so that the teacher's academic abilities can be seen.

Abstract

Tujuan paper ini adalah untuk menjelaskan tantangan pada pembelajaran yang berbasis pada teknologi informasi pada era disrupsi serta kesiapan Indonesia dalam menghadapi tantangan tersebut dengan menciptakan sistem pembelajaran yang berbasis pada teknologi informasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka atau analisa konten dalam mengelaborasi temuan penelitian. Hasil temuan penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Untuk menghadapi berbagai tantangan yang ada di bidang pendidikan era disrupsi di Indonesia, diperlukan peningkatan keterampilan serta kemampuan dibidang teknologi melalui pendidikan dengan menciptakan operator pendidikan yang handal sebagai pendukung kemajuan pendidikan yang ada pada era teknologi informasi di negara Indonesia dalam menghadapi Industri 4.0 yang senantiasa berkembang pesat. Inovasi massif pada pendidikan di Indonesia saat ini diperlukan untuk menjawab tantangan dan kebutuhan masa yang terus terjadi perubahan, khususnya di era Revolusi Industri 4.0. Era ini membawa pengaruh yang begitu banyak di berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk di bidang pendidikan. Oleh karenanya lulusan intitusi pendidikan kita di indonesia wajib memiliki keterampilan abad 21 dalam menghadapi kebutuhan, tuntutan serta tantangan baru yang sebelumnya belum pernah muncul. Supaya bisa bersaing di era disrupsi ini diperlukan inovasi serta pembaharuan pada sistem, kemampuan SDM, kurikulum, prasarana dan sarana, etos kerja, tata kelola, budaya serta lainnya. Jika tidak dilakukan maka pendidikan bakal semakin usang serta tertinggal. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan sejumlah langkah konkret pada pendidikan di Indonesia agar dapat bersaing di zaman ini termasuk dengan ikut mendisrupsikan diri.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kajian ini ialah untuk mengidentifikasi dampak kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan spiritual, serta pengelolaan konflik pada stres kerja guru di Madrasah. Metode yang dipergunakan ialah pengumpulan data primer melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisa data dijalankan dengan memakai analisa deskriptif serta analisa inferensial (analisa jalur). Hasil kajian memperlihatkan jika (1) kecerdasan emosional secara langsung memberi pengaruh positif serta signifikan pada pengelolaan konflik di Madrasah . (2) kecerdasan spiritual secara langsung memberi pengaruh positif serta signifikan pada pengelolaan konflik di Madrasah . (3) kecerdasan emosional secara langsung memberi pengaruh negatif serta signifikan pada Stres kerja guru di Madrasah . Abstract

At present, the school is experiencing difficulties processing the results of student academic achievement for the specialization process for high school students. The currently running student interest process still uses a manual system by calculating the subject value of each student and then grouping the results of the calculation of each student's value into science or social studies interest groups in accordance with the requirements imposed by the school. For that, we need a solution that can overcome these difficulties. The author develops the application using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, which consists of the requirements planning phase, the design phase, the construction phase, and the implementation phase. At the construction stage, the K-Means algorithm is implemented in data mining technology to classify student academic achievement results into science and social studies interest groups. The results of making this application are intended for the school, especially the homeroom teacher, so that it can be an alternative solution or advice in making decisions for student specialization.

Abstract

Social Marketing adalah penerapan prinsip dan teknik pemasaran pada upaya-upaya melakukan perubahan sosial yang positif, misalnya kampanye bahaya merokok, peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat dalam program keluarga berencana (KB), penyadaran masyarakat untuk tidak membuang sampah di sungai, dan penggunaan kondom untuk hubungan seks yang aman. Tujuan dari diterapkan social marketing atau pengabdian ini adalah tidak untuk menghasilkan keuntungan tapi untuk mencapai tujuan dan kesuksesan sosial. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan survei dan observasi. Adapun hasil dari pengabdian ini yaitu kita dapat mengetahui jika suatu promosi sangat penting dilakukan terutama pada UMKM di era digital. Kegiatan yang kami lakukan untuk mengembangkan usaha UMKM tersebut yaitu dengan mendaftarkan UMKM ini kepada e-commers pesan antar, membuat brosur untuk promosi, memasang baliho, membuatkan daftar menu, membuatkan logo usaha dan juga dengan membantu dalam mempromosikannya.

Abstract

Di Indonesia, UMKM atau Usaha kecil  sangatlah banyak. UMKM atau Usaha kecil dan Menengah merupakan usaha ekonomi yang produktif, usaha ini berdiri sendiri oleh perorangan atau badan usaha yang bukan merupakan anak. Social Marketing bisa dijadikan salah satu solusi bagi UMKM di Indonesia yang memiliki beberapa kendala namun mereka masih belum mengerti cara mengatasi kendala tersebut. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh warung Dearasy ini terutama dari tempat berjualan yang kurang rapi, kejelasan menu makanan, dan atap dari warung yang hanya ditutupi oleh plastik saja. Hasil dari pengabdian kali ini adalah mengetahui jika tempat, Brand positioning, dan layanan merupakan komponen penting untuk menarik perhatian konsumen.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the educational messages related to character education and environmental conservation in the film The Lion King (1994). Using a qualitative research design and content analysis, the film's narrative structure, dialogue, and visual elements were analyzed to identify key themes and sub-themes related to character education and environmental conservation. The results reveal that The Lion King contains important educational messages related to responsibility, leadership, respect for nature, and the interconnectedness of all living things. These findings highlight the potential of films as a tool for promoting positive values and education. The study's implications for education and media literacy are discussed, emphasizing the importance of incorporating media into educational curricula to enhance students' understanding of important concepts and foster critical thinking and analysis skills. Overall, this study shows that films, such as The Lion King, can be a valuable tool for promoting positive values and education, especially for character education and environmental conservation. The findings suggest that educators can use media content analysis as a means to identify and analyze the educational messages embedded in films, and incorporate these messages into educational curricula to enhance students' learning and development.
