Abstract

Background: The Covid-19 pandemic has led to a significant surge in the utilization of telemedicine applications. The measurement of the effectiveness and success of implementing telemedicine applications is demonstrated through patient satisfaction in their usage. Patient satisfaction is influenced by trust and service quality. Research on trust, service quality, and patient satisfaction in telemedicine is currently limited. Method: The research involves users of telemedicine applications who completed questionnaires. Data were analyzed using SmartPLS software. Results: The study included 128 respondents, with the majority of telemedicine users aged 18 to 25 years. Based on questionnaire results, most respondents agreed with questions regarding trust, service quality, and satisfaction in telemedicine usage. Model analysis revealed a significant relationship between trust, service quality, and patient satisfaction (P-value < 0.05; T-statistic > 1.96). Additionally, service quality played a mediating role in the influence of trust on patient satisfaction (P-value < 0.05; T-statistic > 1.96). Abstract

This classroom action research aims to investigate the effectiveness of Project-Based Learning (PBL) in enhancing students’ learning motivation in Class 4A at SDK PENABUR Kota Modern. The study was conducted over two cycles, using the Kemmis and McTaggart model, which includes planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, interviews, and documentation. Quantitative analysis involved descriptive statistics, Spearman correlation, Wilcoxon, and Mann-Whitney tests, while qualitative analysis included thematic analysis from interviews and observations. The results showed a significant increase in students’ learning motivation after the implementation of PBL, especially in extrinsic motivation and technology engagement, though intrinsic motivation remained relatively stable. Students responded positively to collaborative learning and the use of digital tools such as Google, YouTube, and Canva. However, challenges such as group conflicts and project duration were identified. The findings suggest that PBL, when effectively managed and supported by relevant technology, can serve as an impactful approach to boost students' motivation and foster 21st-century skills in primary education.

Abstract

This study presents the conceptual foundation and objectives of a storytelling training program that leverages Sundanese local wisdom as a pedagogical tool to enhance positive character development among early childhood learners. Employing participatory and practice-oriented methodologies, the training yielded significant improvements in educators’ understanding and instructional competencies, alongside observable benefits in children's character formation. The findings highlight the pedagogical value of integrating indigenous cultural values into early childhood education curricula as a strategic approach to cultivating morally grounded future generations. The urge for this initiative arises from the pressing need to instill positive character traits from an early age, particularly in the context of globalization, which poses a threat to the preservation of local cultural heritage. Prior research has underscored the critical role of local wisdom in character education. Within the contemporary educational discourse, there is an increasing emphasis on guarding traditional values while navigating global cultural shifts. This article particularly examines storytelling as a culturally responsive and effective pedagogical method for embedding Sundanese moral and ethical values into early childhood education, thereby fostering holistic character development.
