Abstract

Kesalahan dalam pembentukan konsep matematika sering dilakukan oleh siswa. Diperlukan bantuan berupa scaffolding untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Penelitian dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif ini bertujuan menganalisis kesalahan siswa dalam mengkonstruksi konsep bangun datar dengan pemberian scaffolding. Subjek penelitian yaitu empat siswa kelas VII salah satu SMP di Jembe, yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Subjek tersebut mempunyai kriteria melakukan banyak kesalahan dan memiliki keterampilan komunikasi lisan yang baik. Instrumen penelitian berbentuk soal tes. Teknis analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan scaffolding conceptual development sesuai untuk mengatasi kesalahan konstruksi konsep pada indikator pseudo contruction "Benar" pseudo contruction “Salah”. Scaffolding explaning tepat untuk indikator lubang konstruksi dan Mis-analogical Construction, sedangkan scaffolding reviewing tepat untuk indikator mis-logical contruction. Hasil pemberian scaffolding tersebut menunjukkan bahwa penerapan scaffolding yang sesuai dapat memperbaiki kesalahan kontruksi konsep yang dilakukaan oleh peserta didik. Mistakes in forming mathematical concepts are often made by students. Assistance in the form of scaffolding is needed to overcome this problem. This research using a descriptive qualitative method aims to analyze students' errors in constructing the concept of flat shapes by providing scaffolding. The research subjects were four class VII students from one of the junior high schools in Jembe, who were selected using a purposive sampling technique. This subject has the criteria of making many mistakes and having good oral communication skills. The research instrument is in the form of test questions. Technical data analysis is carried out by data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that scaffolding conceptual development is suitable for overcoming conceptual construction errors in the "Correct" pseudo construction and "Incorrect" pseudo construction indicators. Scaffolding explaning is appropriate for construction hole indicators and Mis-analogical Construction. Meanwhile, scaffolding reviewing is appropriate for indicators of mis-logical construction. The results of providing scaffolding show that applying appropriate scaffolding can correct concept construction errors made by students.

Abstract

Kemampuan literasi numerasi siswa SMP masih rendah. Diperlukan media untuk memfasilitasi peningkatan literasi numerasi, misalnya dengan E-booklet berbasis matematika realistik. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan proses pengembangan dan validitas, serta kepraktisan efektivitas pengembangan E-Booklet berbasis matematika realistik terhadap kemampuan literasi matematis siswa. Model penelitian dan pengembangan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Penelitian dilakukan pada salah satu SMPN di Siliragung. Subjek penelitian dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, kuesioner, dan tes. Analisis data menggunakan uji-t untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan literasi matematis siswa. Hasil penelitian ini berupa e-booklet berbasis matematika realistik pada materi perbandingan dengan kriteria valid dengan rerata presentase validitas sebesar 93%. E-booklet ini dinyatakan praktis digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran dengan perolehan rerata kepraktisan sebesar 80% dan dinyatakan efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan literasi matematis siswa. E-booklet berbasis matematika realistik memenuhi kevalidan, kepraktisan dan keefektifan sehingga layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. The numeracy literacy ability of junior high school students is still low. Media is needed to facilitate the improvement of numeracy literacy, for example with realistic mathematics-based E-booklets. This study aims to describe the development process and validity, as well as the practicality of the effectiveness of developing realistic mathematics-based E-Booklets on students' mathematical literacy abilities. The research and development model in this study uses the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The study was conducted at one of the junior high schools in Siliragung. The research subjects were selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected through interviews, questionnaires, and tests. Data analysis used the t-test to determine the improvement of students' mathematical literacy abilities. The results of this study were in the form of realistic mathematics-based e-booklets on comparative material with valid criteria with an average validity percentage of 93%. This e-booklet was declared practical to use in the learning process with an average practicality of 80% and was declared effective in improving students' mathematical literacy abilities. Realistic mathematics-based e-booklets meet validity, practicality and effectiveness so they are suitable for use as learning media.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the percentage of literacy questions in the competency test in the Mathematics Textbook for Class X based on PISA. The research was conducted using qualitative methods based on PISA levels. The object of the research was a class X mathematics book. The results showed that the book contained 88% literacy questions, with 8% of the questions being at level 1 of PISA, 31% being at level 2, 29% being at level 3, 21% being at level 4, 8% being at level 5, and 3% being at level 6

Abstract

Pseudo-thinking occurs when students believe something is true or false when it is not entirely true or false. This research aims to study students' pseudo-thinking process in solving mathematics problems in terms of learning styles. Data was obtained using learning-style questionnaire instruments, written tests, and interviews. The method of data analysis applied in this study used the Miles and Huberman model. These research’ outcomes demonstrate that 1) students with visual learning styles in solving mathematics problems are more about remembering what they have seen, such as looking at books and blackboards, visual students experience pseudo-true and pseudo-false, 2) students with auditory learning styles in solving mathematics problems are more about remembering what they hear, such as listening to explanations from the teacher, auditory students experience pseudo-false, and 3) kinesthetic learning style students in solving mathematics problems are more about remembering from people's examples and then practicing and remembering how to do it before, kinesthetic students experience pseudo-false.         Keywords: pseudo thinking, solving mathematics problems, learning styles. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/jpmipa/v25i2.pp601-619

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine (1) the level of attainment of the National Education Standards, (2) the level of the principal's distributif leadership, (3) the level of entrepreneurial leadership of school principals, (4) the influence of the principal's distributif leadership on the achievement of the National Education Standards, (5) the influence of leadership. entrepreneurship of school principals on the achievement of National Education Standards, (6) the influence of distributif leadership and entrepreneurship of school principals together on the achievement of National Education Standards, and (7) the relationship of distributif leadership to the entrepreneurial leadership of school principals. This research is a quantitative research. The object of research in this study is SMK Negeri 1 Pajangan. The data collection technique used a questionnaire.  Instrument  validation  uses  product  moment  correlation  and  reliability  uses  the  Alpha Croncbach formula. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and multiple regression. The results showed that: (1) the level of achievement of the National Education Standards obtained an average score of 85.98% in the very suitable category, (2) the level of distributif leadership obtained an average achievement of 83.55% in the very suitable category, (3) ) the level of entrepreneurial leadership attainment of the principal is 74.2% (4) there is a significant positive effect of distributif leadership on the National Education Standards, as evidenced by the tcount of 2.503> t table 2.048 at the 5% significance level and the correlation coefficient of 0.545, (5) There is a positive influence between the entrepreneurial leadership of the principal on the achievement of the National Education Standards, as evidenced by the tcount of 0.514> 0.355 at a significance level of 5% and a correlation of 0.514, (6) there is a positive influence between distributif leadership and entrepreneurship of school principals together. against the achievement of the National Education Standards, it is evident an with Fcount of 9.269> Ftable 3.348 at a significance level of 5% and a correlation value of 0.631 with an effective contribution of 29.8%. and (7) there is a relationship between the principal's distributif leadership and the principal's entrepreneurial leadership, as evidenced by the correlation coefficient 0.410> 0.355, p = 0.05.Keywords: Leadership, Distributif, Entrepreneurship, Principal, SNPABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) tingkat pencapaian Standar Nasional Pendidikan, (2) tingkat kepemimpinan distributif kepala sekolah, (3) tingkat kepemimpinan kewirausahaan kepala sekolah (4) pengaruh kepemimpinan distributif kepala sekolah terhadap pencapaian Standar Nasional Pendidikan, (5) pengaruh kepemimpinan kewirausahaan kepala sekolah terhadap pencapaian Standar Nasional Pendidikan, (6) pengaruh kepemimpinan distributif dan kewirausahaan kepala sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap pencapaian Standar Nasional Pendidikan, dan (7) hubungan kepemimpinan distributif terhadap kepemimpinan kewirausahaan kepala sekolah. Validasi instrument menggunakan product moment correlation dan reliabilitas menggunakan rumus Alpha Croncbach. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) tingkat pencapaian Standar Nasional Pendidikan memperoleh skor rata-rata 85,98% dengan kategori sangat sesuai, (2) tingkat kepemimpinan distributif memperoleh pencapaian rata-rata sebesar 83,55% dengan kategori sangat sesuai, (3) tingkat pencapaian kepemimpinan kewirausahaan kepala sekolah pencapaian sebesar 74,2% (4) terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan kepemimpinan distributif terhadap Standar Nasional Pendidikan, dibuktikan dengan thitung sebesar 2,503 > ttabel 2,048 pada taraf signifikansi 5% dan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,545, (5) terdapat pengaruh positif antara kepemimpinan kewirausahaan kepala sekolah terhadap pencapaian Standar Nasional Pendidikan, dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung sebesar 0,514 > ttabel 0,355 pada taraf signifikansi 5% dan korelasi sebesar 0,514, (6) terdapat pengaruh positif antara kepemimpinan distributif dan kewirausahaan kepala sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap pencapaian Standar Nasional Pendidikan, dibuktikan dengan Fhitung sebesar 9,269 > Ftabel 3,348 pada taraf signifikansi 5% dan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,631 dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 29,8%. dan (7) terdapat hubungan antara kepemimpinan distributif kepala sekolah terhadap kepemimpinan kewirausahaan kepala sekolah, dibuktikan dengan koefisien korelasi 0,410 > 0,355, p = 0,05.

Abstract

Background: The implementation of a workshop layout that is not following the 2010 ILO & IEA regulations can cause work accidents, hence the need for OHS implementation in woodworking workshops. The objectives of this research are: (1) to determine the suitability of the layout of the Woodworking Workshop of DPTSP UNY with the 2010 ILO & IEA regulations. (2) To determine the suitability of the K3 implementation of the woodworking workshop of DPTSP UNY with SNI 45001 2018.Methods: The research method used in this study is descriptive static with a percentage scale. This research was conducted at the Woodworking Workshop of DPTSP UNY with the research sample being lecturers, technicians, and students who were using the workshop. Data was collected using a questionnaire with a Guttman scale.Results: The study yielded the following data: (1) There is conformity between the layout of the Woodworking Workshop and the ILO & IEA regulations with an average of 78%. (2) There is conformity of K3 in the woodworking workshop with SNI 45001 with an average of 90%.Conclusion: The suitability of the layout of the woodworking workshop can facilitate the movement of woodwork with the availability of tools that are quite complete, and the layout of the equipment makes it easy for students to find tools, besides that the storage and maintenance of tools is very well maintained. The suitability of K3 in the woodworking workshop provides a high guarantee of safety if it is supported by the discipline of using the correct work procedures and adherence to procedures. In addition, the room with K3 standard criteria to create a safe, comfortable, and healthy environment in carrying out practical activities.

Abstract

One way to reduce pollution from organic waste is to produce ecoenzymes. The leading program of the KKN group of Mulawarman University Paser 02 Maruat Village is the socialization and processing of organic waste into ecoenzymes. The purpose of this activity is to raise public awareness of the importance of managing and utilizing organic waste to produce useful products. The method applied in this activity is through 2 stages, namely the preparation stage which contains an introduction to the importance of organic waste processing, and the implementation stage of the activity. The results of the training showed that training participants could understand the principles and processes of making ecoenzymes.

Abstract

Learning and understanding mathematical concepts must be done with an engaging and innovative approach. This research aims to develop a creative learning media as an Islamic-integrated mathematical monopoly game to instill character education with Islamic and mathematical concepts. The research and development utilize the ADDIE model: analyze, design, develop, Implement, and Evaluate. To test the product, the researcher involves students from class VII H MTsN 2 Jember. Data collection involves interviews, questionnaires, and tests analyzed for validity, practicality, and effectiveness. The Islamic-Integrated Mathematics Monopoly Learning Media (Monokram) has been validated by experts with an average percentage above 94%, categorized as highly valid. Practicality is affirmed by student questionnaires with an average percentage above 80%, indicating practicality. Pretest and posttest results using N-Gain show an average above 0.3, categorizing the effectiveness of Monokram as moderate/effective. Based on these results, it is hoped that this research and development will motivate the growth of Islamic-integrated mathematics learning media, enhancing students' understanding of mathematical and Islamic concepts. Proses pembelajaran dan pemahaman konsep matematika perlu dilakukan dengan pendekatan yang menarik dan inovatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran inovatif berupa permainan monopoli matematika terintegrasi Islam, sebagai salah satu cara untuk menamkan pendidikan karakter dengan konsep-konsep Islam dan matematika. Penelitian dan pengembangan ini menggunakan model  ADDIE yang terdiri dari Analyze, Desain, Develop, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Kemudian untuk melakukan uji coba produk, peneliti menggunakan  siswa-siswi kelas VII H MTsN 2 Jember sebagai subjek penelitian. Selain itu, proses pengumpulan data dilakukan denganmenggunakan wawancara, angket dan tes yang kemudian diolah melalui analisis kevalidan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan. Media pembelajaran Monopoli Matematika Terintegrasi Islam (Monokram) telah tervalidasi oleh para ahli sebesar rata-rata persentase di atas 94% dengan kategori sangat valid. Sedangkan kepraktisan media didasarkan pada hasil angket siswa yang menunjukkan rata-rata persentase di atas 80% dengan kategori valid yang artinya media pembelajaran monokram berada pada kategori praktis. Dan hasil pretest dan postest melaui uji N-Gain diperoleh rata-rata di atas 0,3 yang artinya efektivitas media pembelajaran monokram berada pada kategori sedang/efektif. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, diharapkan penelitian dan pengembangan ini dapat memotivasi berkembangnya media pembelajaran matematika terintegrasi Islam sehingga siswa-siswi semakin mengenal tentang konsep-konsep matematika dan Islam

Abstract

Produk SAG NATURE adalah produk yang berupa pupuk organik cair yang diformulasikan untuk pertumbuhan tanaman. Adanya produk ini, dapat dipilih oleh petani untuk menjadi alternatif pertanian organik karena, produk ini tidak mencemari lingkungan sehingga lingkungan tetap asri dan hasil pertanian tetap bisa maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas produk SAG NATURE terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman. Tanaman yang digunakan untuk uji adalah tanaman cabai merah (Capsicum annum L.) dengan perlakuan konsentrasi 0% (P0), 0,5% (P1), 1% (P2), dan 1,5% (P3) yang ditata dengan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL). Pengamatan dilakukan selama 28 hari setelah tanaman ditanam, dengan parameter pengamatan meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, dan ketahanan terhadap hama. Data yang diperoleh akan dianalisis dengan uji ANOVA dan dilanjutkan dengan uji lanjut Duncan pada taraf signifikasi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian produk SAG NATURE berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman cabai merah (Capsicum annum L.) dengan parameter tinggi tanaman dan jumlah daun serta ketahanan terhadap hama. Pemberian perlakuan P1, P2, dan P3 tidak memiliki beda nyata pada parameter tinggi tanaman dan jumlah daun, namun perlakuan P1, P2, dan P3 berbeda nyata dengan perlakuan P0. Pemberian produk SAG NATURE dengan konsentrasi 1,5% memiliki nilai rerata terbesar dibanding konsentrasi 0%, 0,5% dan 1%.

Kulit pisang kepok adalah sampah buangan yang masih belum banyak dibanyak dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian dapat memberikan pertumbuhan tanaman sawi sendok pada media yang ditambahkan POC kulit pisang kepok. Kandungan pada kulit pisang adalah zat besi, vitamin B1, vitamin C, karbohidrat, kalsium, dan protein. Manfaat tanaman sawi sendok yaitu sebagai lemak, karbohidrat, protein vitamin A, B, C yang penting bagi kesehatan, dapat dipercaya menghilangkan rasa gatal di tenggorokan pada penderita batuk, penyembuh sakit kepala dan juga dapat membersihkan darah. Pada hidroponik membutuhkan media tanam yang memiliki daya serap baik. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 1 Faktor, 5 kali pengulangan, dan 3 dosis pemberian POC yang berbeda (200 ml, 400 ml, dan 600 ml). Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen kuantitatif. Data dianalisis menggunakan One way anova dan dilanjutkan menggunakan Uji Jarak Berganda Duncan untuk menunjukkan POC kulit pisang kepok tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman dan jumlah daun. Tahap pengumpulan data dengan parameter tinggi tanaman dan jumlah daun tanaman sawi sendok (Brassica rapa L.). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian POC kulit pisang kepok, hasil rerata tinggi tanaman tertbaik pada perlakuan P3 adalah 12.2 cm dan rerata jumlah daun 15.2 helai. Sedangkan pada hasil rerata tinggi tanaman terendah adalah 9.8 cm pada perlakuan P1 dan jumlah daun terendah 9.6 helai pada perlakuan P1.
