Abstract

Backgrounds: Diarrhea frequently occurs in severely burned patients attributable to impaired intestinal integrity and dysbiosis. Soluble fiber may improve intestinal barrier function, avoid bacterial translocation, then subsequently prevent and treat diarrhea. Soluble fiber is rapidly fermented by commensal bacteria and produces short-chain fatty acids (SCFA). Case Reports: A 51-year-old male with severe burn injury involving 53,5% total body surface area (TBSA) and diarrhea were given soluble fiber as part of his diet. Results: Administration of 6–10 g/d soluble fiber clinically improves stool consistency, assessed by Bristol Stool Scale, in the severely burned patient. The patient was discharged after 19 days of hospitalization with improvement in clinical condition. Summary: SCFA maintains intestinal integrity, supports the growth of commensal bacteria, and inhibits pathogens. There is no specific recommendation regarding fiber intake in burned patients

Abstract

Background. Progress in a country can be seen from the development of the capital market, because the capital market plays a very important role in transforming and advancing a country's economy so that it grows and develops. Indonesia is a country known to be rich in natural resources, so the development of capital markets in Indonesia is a step towards sustainable economic development. Purpose. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of social media on the economic, social and political sectors. Method. The research used is quantitative research with descriptive and verification research methods. Results. The result of this study is that the influence of the number of social media followers on the share price of banks in Indonesia shows a positive correlation between the two. In this context, banks need to utilise social media more effectively as a marketing tool, pay attention to reputation risk management, improve transparency and communication with investors, and strengthen the role of regulators in monitoring the impact of social media.. Conclusion. With this research, there is a finding that in the field of social media, there are variables that influence the financial sector, in this case, company finances, namely the number of followers of a social media platform will influence stock prices. This should be a concern for stakeholders in the business sector to pay attention to social media developments occurring in Indonesia

Abstract

Burn injury is the second leading cause of injury in Indonesia. Patients with burn injury may develop zinc deficiency due to loss of exudate and decreased carrier proteins, leading to impaired glucose regulation and inadequate wound healing. Jayawardena et al. showed that zinc supplementation can help regulate blood glucose in patients with diabetes mellitus. This case aims to see the effect of zinc supplementation on fasting blood glucose control in burn injury patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. A 47-year-old Male with diabetes mellitus and a history of COVID-19 presented with 34% second to third-degree burn injury. The patient was given short-acting insulin 6 IU thrice a day and long-acting insulin 10 IU once a day. Nutrition was increased gradually until it reached 30 kcal/kgBW with protein 1,2 g/kgBW on the 28th day of hospitalization, referring to a diabetes-specific formula, 6x300 kcal. The patient also received zinc sulfate supplementation, 40 mg per day. The patient’s daily zinc intake was 47 mg/dL, and it was analyzed using Nutrisurvey. Fasting blood glucose in the first 28 days was not well-regulated (92-348 mg/dL). After 28 days of zinc supplementation, the patient's fasting blood glucose was stable. (140-180 mg/dL). Uncontrolled blood glucose leads to bacteremia, decreased skin graft takes, and increased mortality. Zinc deficiency can cause greater insulin resistance that can lead to hyperglycemia. Fasting blood glucose was stable after 28 days of zinc supplementation, similar to the previous study. Supplementation can help to regulate fasting blood glucose in burn patients with diabetes mellitus.

Abstrak Dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi yang sangat pesat lifestyle pun lambat laun berubah. Salah satunya adalah berbelanja secara online melalui E – commerce. Shopee merupakan salah satu E – commerce dengan tingkat pengunjug tertinngi di Asia Tenggara pada tahun 2019. Hal itu disebabkan karena kemudahan penggunaan pada aplikasi E – commerce Shopee dan promosi yang dilakukan oleh E – Commerce ShopeePenelitian ini digunakan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi dan promosi pada E – Commerce Shopee. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian pada E – Commerce Shopee baik secara parsial mapun secara simultanHasil penelitian menunjukan pada analisis deskriptif variabel kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi mendapatkan hasil sebesar 91,58% berada pada kategori sangat mudah, variabel promosi mendapatkan hasil sebesar 85,61% berada pada kategori sangat baik, variabel keputusan mendapatkan hasil 85,77% berada pada kategori sangat baik. Secara parsial kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi tidak berprngaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sedangkan promosi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara simultan kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi dan promosi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kata Kunci : Kemudahan Penggunaan Aplikas, Promosi, Keputusan Pembelian AbstractWith the rapid development of technology, lifestyle is slowly changing. One of them is shopping online through E-commerce. Shopee is one of the E-commerce sites with the highest visitor rates in Southeast Asia in 2019. This is due to the ease of use of the Shopee E-commerce application and the promotions carried out by Shopee E-CommerceThis research is used to find out how easy it is to use applications and promotions on E-Commerce Shopee. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of ease of use of applications and promotions on purchasing decisions at E-Commerce Shopee either partially or simultaneously.The results showed that in the descriptive analysis of the application ease of use variables, 91,58% were in the verry easy category, the promotion variable 85,61% was in the verry good category, and the decision variable was 85,77% in the verry good category. Partially, the ease of use of the application does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while promotions have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously the ease of use of applications and promotions significantly influence purchasing decisions. Keywords: Ease of Use of Applications, Promotion, Purchase Decision

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh Brand Awareness dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode teknik purposive sampling dan sampel penelitian konsumen foodpedia sebanyak 155 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan konsumen dan tidak terdapat pengaruh Brand Awareness terhadap kepuasan konsumen.Kata Kunci: Brand Awareness, Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Konsumen AbstractThe purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of Brand Awareness and Service Quality on Consumer Satisfaction. Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan masalah yang terjadi pada PT Toyosindo yaitu keluhan karyawan mengenai kompensasi langsung yaitu gaji dan adanya turnover melebihi standar perusahaan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi langsung dan stress kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan instrument kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden. Sebanyak 55 responden yang terlibat pada penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh, yang merupakan total populasi karyawan dari PT Toyosindo. Pengukuran variabel untuk uji hipotesis menggunakan uji T dan uji F dengan aplikasi SPSS 25. Hasil riset menyimpulkan bahwa kompensasi langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi dan kompensasi langsung dan stress kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi. Saran bagi manajemen agar selalu memerhatikan dan memberikan kompensasi yang layak kepada karyawan. Selain itu, perusahaan harus mengoptimalkan komitmen organisasi dan mengurangi tingkat turnover agar perusahaan dapat berjalan dengan baik dan lancar.Kata Kunci: Kompensasi Langsung, Komitmen Organisasi, Stres Kerja AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of financial compensation and working stress on organizational commitment. This type of research used in this study is to use quantitative methods. In this study, researchers used quantitative data from the results of distributing questionnaires through Google forms. The sample of this research included 55 employees of PT Toyosindo. Measurement of variables to test the hypothesis using the T test and F test. In testing hypothesis, known t count 4,033 > t tabel 2,006 and the significance value 0,000<0,05 which means financial compensation significantly related organizational commitment, t count 2,555 > t table 2,006 working stress has a significant influence on organizational commitment. For the F-test results obtained in this study calculated F value = 40,866 and the value of F table = 3,180 and a significance value of 0.000<0.05.Thus it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between financial compensation and working stress to commitment organizational.Keywords: Financial Compensation, Organizational Commitment, Working Stress

Abstract

Introduction: Managing burn injuries is a significant clinical challenge in promoting wound healing and minimizing complications. Advances like amniotic membrane as a biological dressing have been introduced to improve wound healing. This study analyzes the efficacy of amniotic membrane in burn care and its impact on wound healing outcomes.Methods: We conducted a systematic review in Pubmed, Cochrane, and ScienceDirect, using “Amnion”, “Burns”, and “Wound healing” as keywords. The inclusion criteria are studies assessing the application of amniotic membrane on burn wounds. The outcome measures were mean healing time, wound healing rate, incidence of wound infection, dressing renewal frequency, pain score, and LOS.Results: We identified eleven trials (n=971) ranging from the year 1989 to 2023, containing eight RCTs, and three NRCTs. The pooled RR showed statistically significant differences between amniotic membrane group and control group in mean healing time (RR -4.52 [95% CI; -6.93, -2.11]; p=0.0002), wound healing rate (RR 1.60 [95% CI; 1.09, 2.33]; p=0.02), incidence of wound infection (RR 0.48 [95% CI; 0.30, 0.77]; p=0.002), and dressing renewal frequency (RR -1.64 [95% CI; -2.48, -0.79]; p=0.0002).Conclusion: This meta-analysis indicates that amniotic membrane is advantageous as a biological dressing for burn patients.

AbstrakGlobalisasi telah mengubah tren makanan cepat saji secara signifikan, mendorong perkembangan restoran sepertiPizza Hut Indonesia. Namun, persaingan ketat di industri F&B dan seruan boikot terhadap merek terafiliasi Israelmenimbulkan tantangan. Penelitian ini penting guna memahami pengaruh brand loyalty dan brand image padakeputusan pembelian konsumen saat adanya krisis global. Penelitian bertujuan mengukur brand loyalty, brand image,serta keputusan pembelian Pizza Hut Indonesia selama boikot, dan menganalisis pengaruh keduanya secara parsialmaupun simultan. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dengan analisis deskriptif, pengujian asumsi klasik, regresi linierberganda, pengujian hipotesis, serta koefisien determinasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei kuesioner terhadap 390responden dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil analisis SPSS menunjukkan brand loyalty dan brandimage berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada keputusan pembelian, secara parsial ataupun simultan. Secaradeskriptif, brand loyalty dan brand image dengan kategori baik, sementara keputusan pembelian sangat baik.Penelitian menyarankan Pizza Hut fokus menjaga loyalitas konsumen dan memperkuat citra merek selama isu boikot.Penelitian lanjutan dapat mengeksplorasi faktor lain yang memengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penjualan flash dan live streaming memengaruhi pembelianimpulsif produk Emina di Tiktok. Hasilnya memberikan pemahaman tentang dampak Tiktok sebagai platform untukiklan. Jenis metodologi deskriptif-kausal digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebagai pendekatan kuantitatif. Di Bandung,metode sampling targeted dan non-probability digunakan untuk memilih 400 responden yang membeli produk Eminadan menggunakan platform Tiktok. Sementara variabel penjualan flash (X1) mendapatkan nilai 6.129, variabellivestreaming mendapatkan nilai 4.903. Hasil F hitungnya adalah 20.378, dengan nilai signifikasi yang diketahuisebesar 0,001, dan pengaruh penjualan flash dan live streaming terhadap pembelian impulsif sebesar 79,3%. Variabellivestreaming memiliki nilai t-hitung sebesar 4.903, sedangkan variabel flash sale (X1) memiliki nilai t-hitung sebesar6.129. Pengaruh variabel X1 dan variabel X2 mendapatkan perolehan hasil F hitung yaitu 20.378 dan diketahui nilaisignifikasi <,001, pengaruh X1 dan X2 terhadap Y sebesar 79,3%. Menurut penelitian, peneliti menyarankan bahwautnuk mempertimbangkan faktor penjualan flash sebagai salah satu faktor impulsif pembelian. Abstract

AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu dalam rangka menguji bagaimana harga dan kualitas pelayanan mempengaruhikepuasan pelanggan pada pelanggan Solaria Kota Bandung dan untuk menilai dampak dalam konteks parsial dansimultan kedua faktor tersebut terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Pendekatan penelitian ini memadukan teknik kuantitatifdengan desain penelitian kausal dan deskriptif. Responden berjumlah 97 orang, dan strategi sampel yang dipergunakanyaitu non-probability sampling dengan purposive sampling. Analisis deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda merupakandua teknik statistik yang dipergunakan dalam analisis data. Temuan penelitian mengindikasikan bahwasanya secaraparsial dan bersamaan, harga dan kualitas pelayanan menimbulkan dampak yang besar pada kepuasan pelangganSolaria Kota Bandung. Faktor harga dan kualitas pelayanan menyumbang 98,8% dari total keseluruhan, dan sisanyamendapat pengaruh dari faktor-faktor yang tidak terdapat pada penelitian ini.
