Abstract

 This research aimed to describe the scientific attitudes of students towards learning physics on energy and work materials by applying the advanced organizer learning model. This research is pre-experimental research with the design of one group pretest-posttest design, which describes an increase in scientific attitudes through the application of the advance organizer learning model for Class X SMA 2 Mempura, Siak Regency in the 2018/2019 academic year. The aspects of the scientific attitude in this research include curiosity, critical thinking, open thinking, and honest attitude. The data collection technique used a questionnaire given to the research subject. Initial scientific attitude data was taken by distributing questionnaires to research subjects before treatment, while the final scientific attitude was taken by distributing questionnaires after treatment. The filling out of the questionnaire is done individually in the class, where students are not allowed to ask questions or pay attention to other friends regarding the answers to the questionnaire. The results showed that the students' initial scientific attitude was in the low category of 2.41, while the final scientific attitude had increased by 1.11 points with an average score of 3.52 which was categorized as high. Based on the results of the N-Gain score, students' scientific attitudes on each indicator had a score with an average N-Gain value of 0.70 which was categorized as high. The results of this research concluded that the application of the advanced organizer learning model in learning work and energy materials could improve the scientific attitudes of class X students SMA 2 Mempura.

Abstract

 The era of the industrial revolution 4.0 requires a teacher must be able to keep up with the era to create interesting learning and easy for students to understand. In addition, the Covid-19 pandemic requires virtual learning from home. We need a learning resources, one of which is e-modules in the learning process. This research purpose to develop student learning resources in the form of an e-module temperature and heat based on a scientific approach by the Kvisoft Flipbook in e-learning. This research uses the type of R&D (Research and Development) with the ADDIE model which only applies 4 steps, there are analysis, design, development, and evaluation steps. The data required is in the form of quantitative data, namely 1) questionnaire respondent data about the need for learning resources that are distributed to students, and 2) data on the e-module validation assessment score by the validator. Research instruments used were questionnaires and e-module validation sheets. Data were analyzed descriptively to determine the validity of the e-module. The results showed that the average score for the validation of the entire e-module was declared valid based on aspects of content, presentation, language, and graphics with a high category of 3.46. Thus the science e-module based on a scientific approach using the kvisoft flipbook on temperature and heat material has been successfully developed with valid criteria and is suitable for use as a learning resource in online science learning in Class VII junior high school.

Abstract

The purpose of this research to produce learning devices by applying an outdoor-inquiry approach to fostering scientific work habits on the rotational dynamic material and the equilibrium of a valid rigid objects. The benefits of this research are the product can be used as teaching materials teacher guides, add science insight , guide students in self-development and foster the habits of student scientific work. Tthe method research was a Research and Development (R & D). Method steps include potentials and problems, literature studies and information gathering, product design, validation, and proven design. Data collection was done through learning device validation sheet by 5 validators, consisting of 3 physics education lecturers and 2 physics teachers. The instrument of learning device validity developed consisted of RPP validation instrument, LKPD and understanding items. Validation is done by two stages, that is validation phase I and validation phase II. The result of learning device validation phase I get the average value 2,78 with high category. The result of learning device validation phase II obtained the average value 3,15 with high category.

Abstract

 This research’s goal was to develop learning tools with video using a flipped-classroom approach which is valid on the kinetic theory of gas for students in class XI MIPA SMA. This research uses a research and development method with the ADDIE development model (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation), which in this research is limited to the development phase. The research instrument used was a problem-fulfillment questionnaire filled out by students and a validation assessment sheet that was filled in by a validator. The data collection technique was based on the results of filling out a questionnaire by students at SMA N 1 Pekanbaru and from the validation analysis sheet by the validator. The data analysis technique used the percentage method and continued with data validation using descriptive analysis. This research produces learning tools in the form of lesson plans, student worksheets, and learning videos. The results of the assessment of learning tools using the flipped classroom approach obtained an average value for lesson plans with a very high category value of 4.36, video learning with a value of 4.56 in the very high category, and LKPD with a score of 4.2 very high categories. Each assessment indicator has a value greater than 3, and the validity value is declared valid. Thus, the learning device using video media using the flipped-classroom approach to the kinetic theory material of gas for students of class XI MIPA SMA is declared to be valid and suitable for use.

Abstract

Abstract: The objective of this study is to describe the implementation of autenthic assessment in physics learning class X SMA in Pekanbaru. The study was conducted from May up to June 2017. Quantitative approach used in this survey research. The subjects of the study were 7 teachers who taught physics class X at SMAN 1 Pekanbaru, SMAN 2 Pekanbaru, SMAN 8 Pekanbaru, SMAN Plus Provinsi Riau and SMA Babussalam Pekanbaru. The instrument used questionnaires implementation of autenthic assessment. Data analysis technique was descriptive analysis. The result showed that the percentage of autenthic assessment in three aspects such as affective aspect obtained percentage of implementation 79.69%, cognitive aspect obtained 75.51% and psikomotor assessment aspect obtained percentage of implementation 76.98%. Three aspects of the research (affective, cognitive and psikomotor) are included in good level. It can be concluded that authentic assessment implementation based on kurikulum 2013 class X SMA in Pekanbaru in good level with percentage 78.71%.Keywords: Authentic Assessment, Kurikulum 2013, Physics Learning

Abstract

Abstract: This study attempts to describe the students creative thinking study results and knowing the significant difference at the students creative thinking study results through the application of think talk write type of cooperative learning model in heat main subject matter class X MAN 2 Model Pekanbaru. The kind of research is pre- experimental of intac group design comparison .The population of the research is entire students class X MAN 2 Model Pekanbaru. Samples are class X MIA 4 and X MIA 5 as a class experiment and class control by the amount of students in one class 27 students. Data instrument collection is essay tests that consist 4 indicators of creative thinking indicators. Based on the results of the analysis descriptive obtained the average absorption capacity class experiment of 53.00% and class control of 53.36%. Inferential analysis shows that there are no significant differences at the creative thinking study results between class which is apply think talk write type of cooperative learning model to the conventional class in heat main subject matter class X MAN 2 Model Pekanbaru. Based on the result of the research can be concluded that students creative thinking at heat main subject matter class X MAN 2 Model Pekanbaru is not depend on the learning model application.Keywords: creative thinking , learning cooperative type think talk write

Abstract

Abstract :The purpose of this research is to describe the results of cognitive learning physicsstudents through the application of metacognitive strategy in optics tool material. The subjects are the student’s of MTs Hayatul Islamiyah class VIII in academic year 2013/2014. Data collection instrument in this research is the cognitive achievement test which consists of test items totaling 15 points multiple choice questions. Analysis of the data in this research is a descriptive analysis to see an overview of cognitive learning result of students using the criteria of absorption, the effectiveness of learning, mastery of learning students and mastery of the objective of learning. From the analysis of data showed: the average absorption is 76,05% with the category of good, the average of effectiveness learning is 76,05% with the category is effective, mastery of learning students is 59,26 % and mastery of the objective of learning is 73,33%. To sum up learning using the application of metacognitive strategy in optics tool material of class VIII MTs Hayatul Islamiyah Pangean could provide positive effect to their absorption. Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to test the validity of the experimental devices kinetic theory of gases consisting of experimental tools and the escort book of experiment tools. The approach used in this study is the development of research (Research Development) by using the 4D model (Four D Models).  The data obtained from the assessment given by the validator. Validator consists of  3 lecture of physics education departemen faculty teacher training and education of Riau university and 2 senior high school physics teacher.  The data were analyzed by descriptive analysis. Based on data analysis of tools experimental kinetic theory of gas validation  are at very high category with a score of 3.75 and the validation escort book of experiment tools are at very high category with a score of 3.54. The results of this study is indicate that the experimental kinetic theory device is a valid used as  learning physics media at school. Key Words: Validation, the experimental device, Model 4D

Abstract

Abstract: This research was intended to describe the results cognitive learning physical science of students by using cooperative model Type Numbered Head Together in physics learning for subject matter of pressure. Type of research is Pre-Experiment by The One-Shot Case Study design. That conducted a research toward of 23 students in grade VIIIB MTs Diniyah Putri Pekanbaru 2014/2015 school year. The instrument of the research was the results of cognitive learning test that given after learning and analyzed descriptively. The result descriptive showed absorptive capacity of the average students was 80,09 % in good category, learning affectiveness was 80,09 % in effective category, completeness learning students in classical was 73,91 % in incomplete category, completeness in classical indicators was 73,68 % in incomplete category. The result showed that implementation of cooperative model Type Numbered Head Together can improved liveliness in gruop and give good result of cognitive learning students in  individual  in physical science. Abstract

Abstract: The study aims to determine the practicalities of product resulting from the research design and validation devices fluid dynamic experiment that has been done before. The approach used in this study is research and development (R&D). Data was collected through the practicality questionnaire and observation sheet. Respondents of this research were from student , teacher as an observer while student tested produk. The data of instrument were analyzed usingMs. Excel. The value of the practicalities of the experimenti by students is 3.55 and observer value practicalities of the experiment by teachers is 3.54, while the value of the practicalities of the use of guide books by teachers is 3.51 and the value of the practicalities of the use of guide books by students is 3.38. The results of this research indicate that experimental device given ease in studying dynamic fluid, so the device experimental and guide book also practical used student.Keywords: Practicality, experiment device of dynamic fluid
