Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of trade credit, technology investment, and competition on firm performance in Indonesia's construction sector, which is one of the main pillars of the national economy. Indonesia's construction industry has experienced significant growth in recent decades, but also faces complex challenges, especially post-pandemic. This study uses a quantitative approach with data from construction companies in Indonesia over the period 2019-2023. The analytical method used includes multiple linear regression to examine the relationship between the independent variables (trade credit, technology investment, and competition) and the dependent variable (firm performance). The results show that trade credit has a significant positive influence on firm performance, providing important financial flexibility in running operations. In addition, technology investment is proven to increase efficiency and innovation, which has a positive impact on performance. Competition in the industry also encourages firms to adapt and improve performance, although it can create significant pressure. The findings are expected to provide insights for companies, investors, and managers regarding effective strategies to improve firm performance in the face of challenges in the construction sector. This study also recommends the need for policies that support technology investment and sound trade credit practices to promote sustainable growth in the Indonesian construction industry.

Abstract

A notary can authenticate deeds and other legal responsibilities as a public official. With the enactment of UUJN no. 30 of 2004, discussions arose regarding the notary's jurisdiction in drafting deeds on land matters. This study aims to assess the efficacy of notaries' roles and duties in facilitating land registration processes in Indonesia, utilizing normative juridical methods to inventory, review, analyze, and comprehend legal norms governing notarial functions. It elucidates that, according to PP No. 24 of 1997, the individual assisting the Head of the Land Office is referred to as PPAT, with no mention of notaries as officials authorized to draft deeds for land registration. Nonetheless, certain deeds require notarial authentication when the PPAT lacks authority, serving as an essential component for land registration. Notaries' pivotal role and responsibility in land registration activities lie in the function of the deeds they produce, serving as evidence of legal actions and foundational documents for land registration at land offices. Consequently, the absence of notarial deeds could impede land registration data maintenance, as they are indispensable prerequisites for land registration processes.

Abstract

The research aims to: (1) explore information about the development of standards for the content of the Islamic Religious Education curriculum at SMP Negeri 9 Mataram; (2) understand the development of standards for the Islamic Religious Education curriculum process; and (3) identifying the development of Islamic Religious Education curriculum assessment standards. This research methodology is qualitative with data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. The validity of the data is tested through careful observation, triangulation and verification. The analysis process involves data reduction, presentation, verification, and conclusions. Research findings show that at SMP Negeri 9 Mataram, the development of content standards includes the formation of extracurricular activities. Meanwhile, the development of process standards involves the implementation of a hidden curriculum, especially the role of teachers as role models. The development of assessment standards includes the integration of three aspects of assessment: attitudes, knowledge and skills, involving the role of parents.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of personality and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT BPP Air Balam. This type of quantitative research aims to determine how personality and organizational commitment influence employee performance at PT BPP Air Balam. The population in this study consists of all factory employees. The sample in the study consisted of 54 respondents. Data analysis techniques used include validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression tests, F tests, and T tests. The results of this study indicate a positive and significant influence of personality variables on employee performance variables at PT BPP Air Balam. This can be seen from the regression coefficient of 2.751 with a significant level of 0.008 (<0.05). The organizational commitment variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables at PT BPP Air Balam; this can be seen from the regression coefficient value of 2.348 with a significant level of 0.023 [<0.05]. This study concludes that personality and organizational commitment influence employee performance at PT BPP Air Balam by 79.5%, while the remaining 20.5% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aimed at describing women's identity, which includes the role and position of women, nature, and the environment in Gayo folklore. It is a qualitative study. The of data consist of written data from the 2008 Acehnese folklore manuscript. Data collection was conducted using reading and note-taking techniques, while data analysis employed content analysis with ecofeminism approach. The result of the study showed that the ecofeminist identity of Gayo women included (1) natural and sociocultural ecofeminism and (2) spiritual ecofeminism. This identity influenced lifestyle patterns and indicated that: (1) all Gayo folklore portrayed women as the main characters, (2) women's identities were never considered higher than men’s in traditional society, as it was built on a patriarchal system, (3) women's identity in Gayo traditional society was determined by the type of marriage; and (4) the significant role of Gayo women was as mothers, responsible for educating and raising children. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan identitas perempuan yang meliputi peran dan kedudukan perempuan, alam, dan lingkungan hidup dalam cerita rakyat Gayo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data tertulis yang bersumber dari naskah cerita rakyat Hikayatologi Aceh tahun 2008. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik baca dan teknik catat, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik analisi isi dengan pendekatan ekofemisme. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa identitas ekofeminisme perempuan Gayo meliputi (1) ekofeminisme alam dan sosiokultural, dan (2) ekofeminisme spiritual. Identitas ini telah mempengaruhi pola hidup dan menunjukkan bahwa (1) seluruh cerita Rakyat Gayo mengisahkan perempuan sebagai tokoh utamanya, (2) identitas perempuan tidak pernah lebih tinggi dari laki-laki dalam masyarakat adat, karena dibangun dengan sistem patriarki, (3) identitas perempuan dalam masyarakat adat Gayo ditentukan oleh jenis perkawinan, dan (4) identitas penting perempuan Gayo adalah sebagai ibu dalam mendidik dan mengasuh anak.

Abstract

This research includes development research (R&D) which aims to produce the development of contextual-based chemical e-modules on buffer solution materials and to determine the quality of the developed e-modules in terms of the level of validity and practicality. A contextual-based chemistry e-module on buffer solution material has been successfully developed. This study used 4-D development model that has reached the develop stage. The subjects in this study were 2 experts for the validity test, 2 chemistry teachers and 60 students of SMAN 1 Sakra for the e-module practicality test. The data taken in this study were obtained from observations, questionnaires, and documentation. The e-module that has been developed is declared very valid by the validator in terms of several aspects of the assessment with an average value of 83.25% and very practical with an average percentage of chemistry teachers and students respectively 91.13% and 87.82%. The results obtained from the study indicate that the contextual-based chemistry e-module on the buffer solution material that has been developed meets the very valid criteria and is very practical for use in the online learning process and face-to-face learning.

Abstract

Studi ini menganalisis transformasi studi tafsir al-Qur’an dari medium manuskrip ke media digital melalui kajian terhadap platform Altafsir.com. Transformasi digital telah menciptakan perubahan signifikan dalam produksi, diseminasi, dan akses terhadap khazanah tafsir, yang sebelumnya terbatas pada lingkungan akademik dan institusi keagamaan. Situs Altafsir.com yang dikembangkan oleh Royal Aal al-Bayt Institute for Islamic Thought, menyediakan lebih dari 150 kitab tafsir dari berbagai mazhab dan era dalam format daring yang dapat diakses secara global. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis isi dan kritik media digital, untuk mengevaluasi struktur konten, representasi keilmuan, validitas, serta implikasi epistemologis dari platform tersebut. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Altafsir.com tidak hanya memperluas akses terhadap tafsir klasik dan modern, tetapi juga membentuk paradigma baru dalam studi keislaman berbasis teknologi. Meski demikian, tantangan metodologis seperti keterbatasan terjemahan, dominasi bahasa Arab, dan minimnya interaktivitas pengguna tetap menjadi perhatian kritis. Studi ini merekomendasikan penguatan literasi digital keagamaan dan kolaborasi antara akademisi dan pengembang teknologi untuk menjaga integritas ilmiah dalam konteks digitalisasi tafsir. Dengan demikian, Altafsir.com berperan bukan hanya sebagai repositori pengetahuan, tetapi juga sebagai medium konstruksi ulang otoritas dan makna keagamaan dalam lanskap Islam kontemporer. Kata Kunci: Altafsir.com; Digital; Transformasi dan Studi Al-Qur’an ABSTRACT This study analyzes the transformation of the study of Qur'anic interpretation from manuscripts to digital media through a study of the Altafsir.com platform. Digital transformation has created significant changes in the production, dissemination, and access to the treasury of interpretation, which was previously limited to academic environments and religious institutions. The Altafsir.com site, developed by the Royal Aal al-Bayt Institute for Islamic Thought, provides more than 150 books of interpretation from various schools of thought and eras in an online format that can be accessed globally. This study uses a qualitative approach with content analysis and digital media criticism methods, to evaluate the content structure, scientific representation, validity, and epistemological implications of the platform. The results of the study show that Altafsir.com not only expands access to classical and modern interpretations, but also forms a new paradigm in technology-based Islamic studies. However, methodological challenges such as limited translations, the dominance of Arabic, and minimal user interactivity remain critical concerns. This study recommends strengthening religious digital literacy and collaboration between academics and technology developers to maintain scientific integrity in the context of digitalization of interpretation. Thus, Altafsir.com plays a role not only as a repository of knowledge, but also as a medium for reconstructing religious authority and meaning in the contemporary Islamic landscape. Abstract

Environmental challenges have inspired poets to use poetry as media to convey protest, sadness, or anger toward environmental damage. As a form of artistic expression, poetry is a powerful medium to convey concerns about ecology. This study aims to describe expressions of dysphemism in the form of hatred and profanity towards forest destroyers in Indonesian poetry. This qualitative study collected data from the three anthologies, namely (1) Riwayat Asap Membungkam Jerebu Lewat Sastra (The History of Smoke Silencing Haze through Literature), (2) Puisi Hijau Resonansi Serindit (Green Poetry: The Resonance of the Magpie Robin), and (3) Metamorfosis Rimba Sehimpun Puisi Hijau Warga SMA Cendana dan Penyair Tamu (Metamorphosis of the Jungle: A Collection of Green Poetry by Cendana High School Students and Guest Poets). The data were analyzed based on the theory of ecocriticism. The study shows that Indonesian poets (1) expressed hatred using the diction of greed combined with avarice expressions, and (2) expressed profanity using curse expressions. These dictions or expressions show that Indonesian poets are concerned about natures existence. If the situation is reversed, i.e., the forest and the earth are damaged, poets can act harshly according to the context and situation; they hate and condemn through their poetry. Through the use of dysphemism, environmental poetry encourages reflection and awareness of environmental damage caused by irresponsible human actions. The poem invites readers to consider the consequences of these actions and encourages changes in behavior to protect nature.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh metode Blended-inquiry berbantuan aplikasi Google classroom terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu semua kelas X MIA di MA Qamarul Huda Bagu Lombok Tengah. Sampel penelitian yaitu kelas X MIA 1 dan X MIA 2 setelah dilakukan penyepadanan kelas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Quasi Eksperimen tipe Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah instrumen tes bentuk pilihan ganda yang telah memenuhi persyaratan uji instrumen penelitian. Hasil analisis gain score menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelas eksperimen dan kontrol pada tiap dimensi kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Selain itu, uji hipotesis menggunakan T-test pada taraf signifikansi 5% menunjukan perbedaan antara kelas eksperimen dan kontrol sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh metode Blendedinquiry berbantuan aplikasi Google classroom terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris.
