Abstract

This research aims to identify the factors influencing tourists' decisions to visit Banyumili, Wonosalam. The analytical methods used include descriptive statistical analysis and factor analysis. A purposive sampling method was employed, with 100 respondents to assess visitors' perceptions and factors affecting their visits. Exploratory factor analysis was conducted based on the Marketing Mix 7P model. This research indicates two main factors influencing tourists' decisions to visit Banyumili, Wonosalam. These factors are infrastructure, which includes indicators such as tourist attractions, cleanliness, facility completeness, accessibility, location, safety standards, and social media, and the second factor is cost suitability, which includes ticket and food and beverage indicators. Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in the Indonesian economy. Tulungagung Regency is one of the regions in East Java that has quite large MSME potential. Even though they have quite large income potential, MSMEs in Tulungagung also face a number of challenges such as a lack of knowledge among business actors regarding promotional media, use of technology, use of social media, as well as obstacles related to marketing and market access that does not reach many groups. One effective solution to overcome the obstacles faced by MSMEs is a business mentoring program, which enables MSMEs to acquire the knowledge and skills needed to design and implement effective promotional strategies. The data collection method uses primary data through interviews, observation, practice, and documentation and secondary data, using literature. The analysis used in mentoring MSMEs is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach in the form of descriptions and narratives complete with pictures and explaining conditions during mentoring MSMEs. Efforts to optimize promotional media through business assistance is a program used to help improve better promotional methods so that they can expand the marketing reach of MSMEs, especially in Tulungagung Regency. The flow of assistance carried out is, program introduction, delivery of material, implementation of promotional media practices, and closing. This activity was carried out in Tulungagung Regency, with a target of assisting 32 businesses every month. With this systematic approach, it is hoped that MSMEs can increase the visibility of their products, expand market reach, and build a strong brand identity. In addition, active participant participation and input from them also allows the program to continue to be improved and adjusted to be more effective in the future.

Abstract

Desa Sidorejo, yang terletak di Kabupaten Bojonegoro, dikenal sebagai daerah penghasil padi, namun menghadapi tantangan produktivitas yang lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan wilayah lain dan juga mengalami fluktuasi setiap tahunnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor-faktor produksi terhadap produksi padi di Desa Sidorejo, Kecamatan Padangan, Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Sampel diambil dengan metode Simple Random Sampling. Data primer didapat secara langsung dari 76 petani sebagai responden melalui wawancara dengan bantuan kuesioner sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dengan penelusuran dokumen dari Balai Penyuluhan Kecamatan Padangan. Metode analisis menggunakan fungsi produksi Stochastic Frontier dengan Metode MLE menggunakan aplikasi Frontier 4.1. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa luas lahan (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produksi padi, sementara tenaga kerja (X5) memiliki dampak negatif yang signifikan terhadap produksi padi. Benih (X3) memberikan pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap produksi padi, sementara pupuk (X2) dan pestisida (X4) memiliki pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap produksi padi.

Abstract

Mitra Karya Tani merupakan salah satu kelompok tani di Kecamatan Prigen yang menyumbang produksi kopi yang cukup tinggi di Kabupaten Pasuruan. Kehadiran Mitra Karya Tani ini dapat membantu petani untuk menghasikan kopi yang berkualitas. Permintaan kopi robusta yang semakin meningkat menyebabkan petani mengalami kesulitan dalam memenuhi permintaan konsumen dengan produksi kopi yang cenderung fluktuatif maka perlu dilakukan peningkatan produksi untuk memenuhi permintaan kopi robusta yang semakin banyak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan faktor produksi terhadap produksi kopi robusta dan mengetahui tingkat efisiensi teknis, harga dan ekonomi produksi kopi robusta pada Mitra Karya Tani. Populasi dan sampel di ambil dari petani kopi robusta Mitra Karya Tani sebanyak 22 orang dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh atau sensus. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) dengan pendekatan fungsi produksi Cobb-Douglass. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan faktor produksi luas lahan dan pupuk berpengaruh signifikan pada produksi kopi robusta sedangkan faktor produksi modal, tenaga kerja, bibit dan pestisida tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produksi kopi robusta. Efisensi teknis petani kopi robusta Mitra Karya Tani rata-rata mencapai 93,7% atau setara dengan 0,937 dan sudah dikatakan efisien. Nilai Efisiensi Harga pada penelitian ini didapatkan hasil sebesar 7,72 sedangkan untuk efisiensi ekonomi pada usahatani kopi robusta Mitra Karya Tani didapatkan sebesar 7,51 maka dapat dikatakan penggunaan faktor produksi masih belum efisien sehingga perlu ada penambahan faktor produksi supaya usaha tersebut dapat meraih efisiensi ekonomi.

Abstract

Vegetables are a food that is needed by humans because it has a high nutritional content and is needed by the body every day. Organic vegetable farming has attracted attention with the development of agricultural science that has been practiced by humans. Every year there is a shift in the landscape of organic farming in Indonesia. CV. Reja Mayur is a company that sells organic agricultural products under the name Twelve's Organic. Marketing is a comprehensive and planned activity of a company that makes various efforts to meet market demand. Marketing channels are generally a collection of organizations and institutions involved in the distribution of goods and services. The purpose of this study is to describe the marketing distribution flow of organic vegetables at CV Reja Mayur. Descriptive analysis is the analysis method used in this research. Interviews and active participants were the data collection methods used. Three marketing distribution channels were identified by the findings of this study: farmer-consumer, farmer-supermarket (hokky)-consumer, and farmer-retailer-consumer.

Abstract

Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) is one of the standards set to ensure food safety by analyzing the potential hazards that occur in the production process of food products. The application of HACCP is an effort to control the quality of the final product so that it meets the established standards, namely safe for consumption and quality. PT. X is a fishery company that produces CPTO (cooked peeled tail on) white shrimp. This company has implemented HACCP in its production process. The purpose of this study was to analyze the application of HACCP in the CPTO vaname shrimp production process at PT. X. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis method with an evaluative approach. There are 12 stages of HACCP implementation including the formation of a HACCP team, product descriptions, product use objectives, preparation of production flow charts, confirmation of flow charts in the field, hazard identification, determination of CCPs, determination of critical limits for each CCP, monitoring of CCPs, determination of corrective actions, determination of verification procedures as well as documentation and recording. The results showed that based on the 12 points of HACCP implementation stages implemented by PT. X in the CPTO (cooked peeled tail on) vaname shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) production process has all complied with SNI 01-4852-1998.

Abstract

Every country has distinctive characteristics that become selling points in terms of economy and infrastructure, including small regions such as districts, sub-districts, villages, and hamlets that need to be developed to be more widely known. These distinctive values, including natural potential, plantation products, micro-businesses, tourism sectors, and arts, are important for regional existence. Carangwulung Village in Wonosalam Sub-district, Jombang Regency, has high natural potential such as durian, salak and coffee. Located in the highlands, the village excels in plantations. The tourism sector stands out with its beautiful environment and friendly people, making it an ideal destination for tourists. Plantation products are processed into high-value products through MSME businesses that prioritize quality. Arts potential, such as Gamelan, Jaranan, and Remo Dance, are also preserved. The community service program focused on the development of arts and tourism in Carangwulung Village, including the "Selepas Senja" art performance and tourism. The research used a qualitative descriptive methodology, collecting data through observation, interviews and FGDs. The findings show the importance of preserving and promoting local coffee culture and traditional arts to attract tourists. The eco-tour involved 10 UPN "Veteran" East Java students and the local community.

Abstract

The Urban Farming Group "Keputih Bersemi," based on educational hydroponics, is an active farming group in Kelurahan Keputih, Surabaya. Urban farming is an ideal choice for urban residents to engage in productive activities that can be followed by the surrounding community and, of course, produce something of added value. The plants or vegetables grown by the Keputih Bersemi farming group include pak choi, lettuce, and others. The harvested produce has not been sold or distributed optimally because marketing activities are conducted conventionally, with members offering the products directly to the surrounding community. This situation arises because the majority of the farming group members are elderly and still unfamiliar with technology. The use of social media, such as Instagram and Whatsapp, plays an important role as it significantly increases the visibility and sales of the group's agricultural products. A marketing strategy that involves engaging content, the use of relevant hashtags, and active interaction with potential customers will expand market reach and attract more potential customers.

Abstract

The selling price of potatoes fluctuated, and the rising production input costs affected income, leading farmers to work in off-farm and non-farm sectors to meet household economic needs. The research aimed to analyze potato farming income as well as total household income and expenditures. The sampling method used purposive sampling, with a total of 60 respondents. This study employed income analysis and descriptive analysis. The results showed that the income from potato farming was Rp13,465,899.12 per planting season. The total household income of the farmers was Rp20,993,565.78 over four months, consisting of on-farm, off-farm, and non-farm income sources. Household expenditures amounted to Rp7,116,555.56, which included food and non-food expenses. Keywords: Farming; Income Analysis; Farmers' Households

Abstract

Pertanian organik merupakan salah satu bagian dari sektor pertanian yang mendapat perhatian besar masyarakat di negara maju maupun negara berkembang seiring dengan perubahan pola hidup masyarakat yang lebih mementingkan kualitas kesehatan manusia maupun kesehatan lingkungan. Sayuran organik adalah sayuran yang dibudidayakan dengan teknik pertanian yang mengandalkan bahan-bahan alami tanpa bahan-bahan kimia sintetis. Budidaya sayur organik dapat bermanfaat bagi masyarakat sekitar kota Gresik dalam meningkatkan ekonomi dan kesehatan masyarakat sekitar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik konsumen sayur organik di Sayorganik Gresik dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen dalam pembelian sayur organik di Sayorganik Gresik. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 sampel dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Mayoritas konsumen yang membeli sayuran organik di Sayorganik adalah konsumen berjenis kelamin Perempuan dengan usia 20-35 tahun, berpendidikan terakhir sebagai Diploma atau Sarjana, memiliki pekerjaan sebagai wiraswasta dengan pendapatan sebesar > Rp5.000.000. Secara parsial variabel kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan, kemudahan akses produk, dan promosi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Sedangkan variabel harga produk dan kesehatan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Kata kunci: Pertanian Organik, Sayur Organik, Kepuasan konsumen
