Abstract

Mail management at SMPN 1 Bojonegara is still done manually, causing delays in disposition, difficulty in searching for archives, and the risk of document loss. This study aims to design a web-based mail disposition information system to simplify and accelerate the administrative process. The system was developed using the Waterfall method through the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation, and testing. Analysis was carried out through observation and interviews, followed by design using UML, development with PHP (Laravel), and a MySQL database. The system was tested using the black-box method and showed that all features functioned as intended. As a result, letter recording, disposition, and archive searching can be done digitally and efficiently. This system also allows disposition to be carried out without the physical presence of the principal. Compared to previous research, this system is specifically designed for school needs and supports the recording of outgoing mail. Thus, this system supports a faster, neater, and safer correspondence process.

Abstract

The development of information technology has encouraged organizations to shift from conventional archive management systems to more efficient and integrated digital systems. PT. Deltacendana Citapersada, particularly in the Land Division, still faces obstacles in manually managing important document archives, such as the risk of data loss, slow searches, and lack of access control. This study aims to design and develop a web-based document e-archive information system using the CodeIgniter framework to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the archiving process. This study uses a descriptive method with a field study approach through observation and interviews. System development is carried out using the Waterfall model, through the stages of needs analysis, system design, interface implementation, and testing. The system built includes role-based login features, category management, multi-format document uploads, archive searches, and user management. Testing results using the black box method show that all system functions run according to specifications, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) testing shows a user satisfaction level of 89.47%, which indicates the system is well received. This study concludes that the designed e-archive system has successfully replaced conventional archiving methods with a more efficient and structured e-archive system. This transition overcomes various problems in manual archiving, such as the difficulty of searching for documents, the risk of archive loss, and the potential for document damage due to human error or environmental factors. Therefore, the developed digital system is deemed feasible for implementation as a modern and reliable archive management solution. For further development, it is recommended to add notification features, integrate with cloud storage services, and provide user training to maximize system utilization.

Abstract

Inventory management is a crucial aspect in supporting the sustainability and operational efficiency of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This study aims to analyze the implementation and effectiveness of inventory management information systems in Nasi Kebuli MSMEs. A qualitative case study approach was used with data collection through interviews, direct observation, and document analysis to evaluate how the system used supports stock tracking, inventory control, and decision making. The results show that the existing system helps simplify the inventory process and reduce manual errors, but still has limitations in the aspects of integration, real-time data accuracy, and user accessibility. This research emphasizes the importance of adopting more reliable and user-friendly digital solutions to improve operational performance and support business growth. This study contributes to the literature related to the utilization of information systems in MSME environments and offers practical insights for digital transformation in small-scale food businesses.

Abstract

Salah satu masalah yang dihadapi Kelompok Wanita Tani Sri Rezeki adalah kurangnya produktifitas, sehingga organisasi belum dapat memberikan kontribusi banyak kepada para anggota kelompok untuk meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga mereka. Selain itu, belum adanya administrasi dan pembukuan yang rapi baik dari aspek keuangan maupun inventarisasi barang. Masalah lainnya yakni manajemen organisasi yang belum tertib sehingga anggota belum mengetahui secara pasti tugas dan tanggungjawabnya. Tujuan pelaksanaan KKM Kelompok 40 dalam bidang pemberdayaan masyarakat ini adalah untuk mendorong ketertiban organisasi Kelompok Wanita Tani Sri Rezeki dari segi manajemen dan organisasi. Dengan menjadikan KWT Sri Rezeki sebagai subjek pelaksana, maka pendampingan secara partisipatif dilakukan. Sesuai dengan jenis masalah yang dihadapi organisasi, pendampingan difokuskan pada tiga bidang: administrasi keuangan, administrasi inventarisasi barang, dan manajemen organisasi. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah: (1) Pelatihan administrasi dan manajemen organisasi; (2) Pendampingan administrasi keuangan; (3) Pendampingan administrasi inventarisasi barang; dan (4) Pendampingan manajemen organisasi. Melalui pendampingan ini, anggota KWT Sri Rezeki telah memperoleh pengetahuan, kemampuan, dan keterampilan dalam membuat administrasi dan mengelola organisasi. Mereka memiliki program kerja untuk tiga tahun ke depan mulai dari penanaman, perawatan, pemanenan dan penjualan yang terdokumentasi dengan baik

Abstract

Inventory management plays a critical role in maintaining the efficiency of business operational activities. However, many small and medium-sized enterprises still rely on manual inventory recording systems, resulting in data inaccuracies, reporting delays, and difficulties in monitoring stock availability. This study aims to develop and implement a mobile-based inventory management information system using the Flutter framework integrated with Firebase database technology. The research was conducted at PT Mandiri Jaya, a company specializing in furniture and electronic product sales in Pandeglang Regency, Indonesia. The proposed system was designed to support real-time stock-in and stock-out transaction recording, product data management, and automated inventory reporting. This study employed a system development methodology consisting of requirement analysis, system design, application development, implementation, and system testing. The results indicate that the developed application successfully improves the efficiency and accuracy of inventory management processes, minimizes human errors in data recording, and provides faster access to inventory information for managerial decision-making. Furthermore, the implementation of Flutter technology enables cross-platform mobile access and enhances the overall effectiveness of inventory management operations.
