<![CDATA[This research aims to monitor and evaluate inclusive education and consider strategies that the government can implement. Is it library research thinking was obtained from seven different international research article websites. Article search was prioritized for publications with a timeframe between 2013 and 2021. We got 13 qualitative reviews. The obstacles faced are the common knowledge of educators, inadequate infrastructure, minimal accessibility, and limited learning resources. The strategy carried out is the need for commitment from the authorities to supervise and evaluate inclusive education, which is supported by continuous support from the government during the implementation process in the field. The government's commitment to allocate funding resources and collaboration with other stakeholders is believed to realize education for all.]]>

<![CDATA[The study aimed to explore the influence of motivation factors on the development of professional competencies using Russian and Indonesian institutions of higher education as case studies. In pursuit of this objective, quantitative survey methodology was incorporated, and surveys were conducted during November and April of the 2018/2019 to 2021/2022 school years. The questionnaire was developed with a 10-point rating scale, aimed at addressing the development of students' professional competencies and the factors that motivate learning and competency development. Using the questionnaire, the level of professional competency development of students in Russian and Indonesian universities has been empirically analysed. The results of the study supported the spiral nature of students' professional competencies development, showing that the development of professional competencies follows a progressive and non-linear nature of component development. These results confirm that the process of professional competency development is structurally divided into separate, relatively independent stages reflecting sequential and gradual progression. The positive character of the influence of the balanced development level of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation factors on the formation of students' professional competencies has been established. The results of the research may prove useful for educational institutions and public administration bodies for the development of effective mechanisms for students' motivation within the framework of competency-based approach implementation in higher education. <![CDATA[Abstrak Topik kajian ini adalah pendidikan di Indonesia dengan model utama pendidikan konvensional yang terdampak pandemi Covid-19 sehingga pelaksanaannya menjadi terbatas. Sebagai gantinya, alternatif kebijakan yang diambil pemerintah adalah menerapkan pemerataan pendidikan berbasis jarak jauh dengan melakukan penyediaan sarana dan prasarana serta teknis pelakasanaannya secara forrmal. Upaya yang dilakukan pemerintah ini secara tidak langsung juga turut menekan virus patologi kemarjinalan pendidikan di Indonesia. Sehingga, ikhtiar ini dapat memecah perbedaan proyeksi terhadap pendidikan antara masyarkat pedesaan dengan masyarakat perkotaan. Kata kunci: Covid-19, pendidikan konvensional, pendidikan jarak jauh Abstract The topic of this study is education in Indonesia with the main model of conventional education which is affected by the Covid-19 pandemic so that its implementation is limited. Instead, the alternative policy taken by the government is to implement equitable distance-based education by providing facilities and infrastructure as well as formal technical implementation. The efforts made by the government have indirectly contributed to suppressing the pathology virus of marginalized education in Indonesia. <![CDATA[AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan sepotong informasi mendalam tentang budaya sekolah pada kinerja kepala sekolah. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kota Bandung pada bulan Oktober 2020-Januari 2021 dengan menggunakan metode survei dengan analisis jalur diterapkan dalam pengujian hipotesis. Ada 13 Kepala Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri di Kota Bandung sebagai sampel yang dipilih secara acak. Temuannya adalah: terdapat pengaruh langsung budaya sekolah terhadap kinerja kepala sekolah. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa setiap perubahan atau variasi yang terjadi pada kinerja kepala sekolah mungkin secara langsung mempengaruhi budaya sekolah. Sedangkan jika ingin meminimalkan variasi yang terjadi pada kinerja kepala sekolah, faktor-faktor seperti budaya sekolah perlu diperhatikan. It was conducted in Kota Bandung on October 2020-January 2021 by using a survey method with path analysis applied in the testing hypothesis. There were 13 State Vocational High School Headmasters in Kota Bandung as samples selected randomly. The findings are: there is a direct effect of school culture toward headmasters’ performance. Then, it could be concluded that any change or variation that occurred at headmasters’ performance might have been directly effecting by school culture. While, if we want to minimize the variation which occurred in headmasters’ performance, these factors such as school culture are necessary to be taken into account. <![CDATA[This research aims to propose the WMIP Model or Weekend Madrasah Implementation Program as an alternative resolution for the development of Traditional Madrasah Teaching and Operation in Davao Region, Philippines. The qualitative method is used based on the interview results through madrasah education experts and implementors in the said region, other related studies results, related provisions, and laws aligned to Madrasah program in the Philippines are the instruments used in reaching the result. The vital points of this study are; to enhance the pedagogical skills of the teachers (asatidhs) and develop the partnership of government schools and weekend madrasah towards the unity in education as DepEd’s vision, to support the development of the country as a whole.]]>

<![CDATA[This study entitled "The Effect of Education and Training Program Against Job Performance Employees at Pusdiklat Ir. H. Juanda PT.KAI (Persero) Bandung ". Issues examined in this study concerning the education and training programs and their influence on job performance of employees at the Training Center Ir. H. Juanda PT.KAI (Persero) Bandung with the object of study participantsTraining.Generally, this study aims to find out and get a picture of the influence of education and training programs at the Training Center Ir. H. Juanda PT.KAI (Persero) Bandung. This research uses descriptive method with quantitative approach. The data collection technique was conducted by questionnaire enclosed, with a sample of 30 participants that education and training education and training in the period from May 2016. Analysis of the calculations in this study using a support program Microsoft Excel 2007 and SPSS for Windows version 23.0.Based on calculations using the formula Weight Means Score (WMS), an overview of variable X (Education and Training) that are in the very good category with an average score of 4:06. While the general description of the variable Y (Job Performance) in the excellent category, with an average score of 424. Correlation variables X and Y have a significant relationship. It can be seen from the results of the correlation coefficient of 0.650 which is in a strong and significant category, with a coefficient of determination of 38% as well as the results of the regression analysis is Y = 0.518 + 75,201 that are significant and linear.Conclusion The study says education and training programs have a significant effect on the performance of employees in Pusdiklat Ir. H. Juanda PT.KAI (Persero) Bandung.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui produktivitas guru Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri Kabupaten Sumedang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan data survey dan pendekatan kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket atau kuisioner. Hasil responden kemudian dikuantifikasi menggunakan skala Likert. Kuisoner meliputi aspek: (1) merencanakan pembelajaran; (2) melaksanakan pembelajaran; (3) menilai hasil pembelajaran; (4) membimbing dan melatih peserta didik; dan (5) melaksanakan tugas tambahan. Penelitian ini melibatkan 30 Kepala Sekolah yang terbagi ke dalam empat wilayah di Kabupaten Sumedang. Berdasakan persepsi responden, diketahui bahwa secara umum produktivitas guru berada pada kategori baik atau baik sekali pada kelima aspek. Sehingga daapat disimpulkan bahwa secara umum guru di kabupaten sumedang sudah melaksanakan tugas dan kewajibannya dengan baik.]]>

<![CDATA[In the era of digitalization of education and economy and the development of artificial intelligence, adolescents appear highly competitive compared with other generations in understanding digital technologies, acquiring expertise, and mastering modern means of communication, which normally causes intergenerational conflicts and the loss of an adult’s personal and functional authority. The aim of this research was to develop and test a model for developing adolescents’ communicative cultures in an institution of additional education. The research emphasizes the significance of personality-oriented, interactive-communicative, and cultural approaches and conducts a comparative analysis of the sources. Methodologically, the study relies on a quantitative method with primary sources. Besides, the findings of the study contribute to the existing limited stress on the importance of adolescents’ communicative cultures from the perspective of the digitalization of additional education. The study finds that the use of digital options in education has reduced social interaction among students. However, the students prefer to use digital methods of learning as they find them more convenient for communication. Therefore, the digital communication culture has high potential in the educational sector. The findings are novel as this study is one of the few recent studies that examined how communicative culture has transformed due to digital means in education. <![CDATA[The teaching self-efficacy is an important aspect in improving student learning outcomes. The purpose of this study is to identify the level of efficacy of teaching early childhood teachers. This study used a survey approach to 27 preschool teachers in three sub-districts of Cihampelas through saturated sample techniques. The results of the study obtained an idea that the level of efficacy of teaching PAUD on the aspect of personal teaching efficacy including at the moderate level, and in general teaching efficacy included at a good level. To improve the efficacy of teaching, it can be done by developing competencies (seminars, workshops,training, etc.) or by carrying out lesson studies in schools.]]>

<![CDATA[Increased geopolitical tensions and economic sanctions imposed by the U.S., the European Union, and other countries against Russian sectors of the economy have caused a slowdown of economic growth in Russia and significantly restricted access to international capital markets, creating many problems for coal enterprises due to the rapid growth of competition. Russian and Indonesian coal companies need to adopt coping strategies and implement effective management practices to successfully counter the various global challenges facing the coal sector. The article aims to develop coal enterprise competitiveness management in the context of global challenges in 2022, as exemplified by Russia and Indonesia, considering the main role of these two countries in global coal exports. The management process was empirically assessed, and a comprehensive qualitative focus group session was conducted to achieve this goal. Fifty-five top managers of Russian and Indonesian coal companies participated in the focus group session to collect data for identifying all the factors and indicators to be accounted for in a holistic assessment of the companies’ competitiveness.
