Abstract

Internal disease is a disease associated with many vital organs in the human body, one of which is the Stomach. Stomach is an important organ in the body because it is one of the digestive organs of food and beverages consumed by humans. Gastric disease is less known to the public due to lack of information and knowledge about gastric disease so that people ignore the symptoms that arise. Lack of gastric disease specialist doctors also become the trigger of obstacles in the role of prevention of stomach disease early on so that required a system that has the ability as an expert by providing a certainty value. Therefore, based on the needs of a physician and the general public in overcoming the shortage of doctors, it takes an expert system application that is capable of diagnosing gastric disease so that the community needs for handling the illness can be fulfilled, it can be built software engineering with Naive Bayes method to diagnose disease hull using android based applications.

Abstract

Nowadays, bread has became a trend of food that is much favored not only by foreign residents, but also by the people of Indonesia. The problem in Harum Bakery is still having difficulty in the production of bread because the method used is still conventional because the calculation used is still limited to its own estimates so that the bread produced sometimes the amount of excess or lack. In this study, the method used in this study is Fuzzy Inference System (FIS) Tsukamoto. This method is good enough to be used in the case of forecasting a production. From the system with the FIS method Tsukamoto, is expected to help the company so as to minimize losses and optimize profits. The results obtained were then evaluated by the RMSE method, the lowest error rate during the tests using 20 training data on the sweet bread with the result for sweet bread that is 69,9957142, and the bread cake is 8,77496439. Then for forecasting, the best result is using 60 training with RMSE value of 3.47850543.

Abstract

The Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) plays a very important role in providing the information needed by the community. One of the main information needed by the community is the blood supply. To obtain information related to the blood supply at PMI, there is a procedure that must be done in advance by the patient's family ie sending a form and blood sample to a blood bank at the hospital or to the laboratory of the PMI Transfusion and Blood Donor Unit (UTDD) in the City. However, the availability of blood stocks in the PMI UTDD is often not sufficient for blood needs and compulsory family families of patients who should look for blood donors that match the blood type of the patient. This certainly does not make it easy for the patient's family. In addition, families of patients who are in need of blood is also not easy to find blood donors who are located closest to the hospital. The shortest path search has several problems, but the main problem is finding the shortest route, of course, looking for the shortest possible route or path. However, for its implementation, this issue can be expanded more broadly among others to find the minimum cost, etc. In this research will be analyzed the performance of software to find information of the nearest blood donor with two different method, that is method of Greedy Best First Search and Dijkstra, besides analyzing the performance of the algorithm, this research also can know the percentage of similarity of output from searching the closest distance of both algortima , so it can know how many percent level of similarity of both algorithm. The result of the Dijkstra algorithm's order of growth value is better than the Greedy Best First Search method with a value of O (n ^ 2) and the similarity of the results of the two algorithms is 75%.

Abstract

Cows are one of the staple food items needed to meet consumption needs in Indonesia. To produce a quality cow required good quality seed of cow. Based on data from Artificial Insemination Center (BBIB) Singosari, fluctuation in the value of the amount of frozen semen production due to decrease in the number of cow population and reduced production of fresh cement with good quality. Cattle feed is one of the factors that affect the quality of cement in cow. Provision of feed with good nutritional content and the right composition can improve the quality of cow. The Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm is chosen for optimization as it is easy to implement and faster in finding the optimum solution compared to other optimization methods. This problem uses initialization of particles, initial velovity, velocity updates, position updates, finding the fitness value of personal best and global best. After conducting the experiment using the weight of the cow of 1114 kg, in obtaining the most optimal parameter result that is on the swarm size of 180, the number of iterations of 45, the inertia weight of of 0,4 and of 0,5, and the acceleration coefficient and respectively 2,5 and 0,5 and the values of and respectively 0,5 and 2,5. Feed recommendation result by system can retrench fund as much as 32,104% compared to recommendation of feed at BBIB.

Abstract

Coronary heart disease is one of the highest causes of death in the world. The World Heart Federation estimates the number of deaths from this disease in Southeast Asia to reach 1.8 million cases in 2014. In Indonesia in 2013 recorded 883,447 people diagnosed with coronary heart disease with the majority of patients aged 55-64 years and the death rate due to this disease is enough high, ie 45% of all deaths in Indonesia, so early detection of coronary heart disease is very important for the risk of this disease can be minimized. One of the popular machine learning techniques and fits in this case is the artificial neural network. Artificial neural networks are systems that are inspired by reasoning processes in human neural networks. In this study the authors compared the performance of artificial neural network LVQ method and Backpropagation method for early detection of coronary heart disease. The variables of coronary heart disease used in this study were gender, age, pulse, systolic blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar, triglycerides, chest pain, shortness of breath, and cough. From the results of this study showed that the Backpropagation method is better than the LVQ method with the comparison of the accuracy value of training of 95,99097% for Backpropagation compared to 66,89659% for LVQ and the accuracy value of testing of 68,76034% for Backpropagation compared to 54,30313% for LVQ.

Abstract

Stroke is one of the leading causes of death in the world. Hemorrhagic stroke becomes the most dangerous stroke because it can kill directly or even can leave a defect for the patient due to leakage or rupture of blood vessels in the brain. Thus, nutrition adjusment becomes one of the most important thing in preventing the recurrence of stroke and can recover the patient. Preparing a diet food menu for people with hemorrhagic stroke is not easy, because the preparation involves the equilibirum amount of nutritional menu and nutritional needs of patients. In this study, genetic algorithm implemented to solve the problem of diet food preparation for patients with hemorrhagic stroke. The data used as many as 42 data includes 12 carbohydrate, 15 animal protein, and 15 vegetable protein. The reproduction process uses the method of Extended Intermediate Crossover and Reciprocal Exchange Mutation by using permutation representation. The optimal parameter values of genetic algorithm based on the testing and analysis results are 0.1 and 0.9 for Crossover rate and mutation rate, 1000 for the population size, and 700 for the iteration amount on the convergence test.

Abstract

Goods are important objects to meet people's needs and sometimes the procurement of goods can be done by transferring goods. Transfer of goods can use shipping via air transportation. However, the weight of the cargo indirectly can affect the speed of delivery. So that it demands the airport to always improve the provision of adequate facilities to meet the needs of cargo weight. To be able to meet these demands a mature prediction is needed. The prediction of cargo weight aims to determine cargo weight data in the future by using cargo weight data in the past. The prediction method used in this study uses the Exponential Smoothing method. Exponential Smoothing is a method that continually perfects predictive results by smoothing past values of a data sequence by decreasing time. In this study comparing 3 Exponential Smoothing methods including Single Exponential Smoothing, Double Exponential Smoothing, and Triple Exponential Smoothing, where the method is used to generate predictive values and then evaluate the results of predictions using the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). The smallest MAPE is found in the Triple Exponential Smoothing method spanning 5 years with parameter values α = 0.9, β = 0.1, and γ = 0.1 of 13.563. Based on the MAPE values that have been obtained between 10 and 20, the Triple Exponential Smoothing method is included in the good criteria.

Abstract

Jurnal Pengembangan Teknologi Informasi dan Ilmu Komputer (J-PTIIK) is a collection of scientific papers from the research Faculty of Computer Science's students, Universitas Brawijaya. In each journal there is an abstract section which is a summary of the entire contents of the scientific work document, which contains concepts, problem statements, approaches, and conclusions that are arranged. The number of journals contained in J-PTIIK is very large, therefore a document search system is needed to facilitate users in finding journal documents, a search system that implements an Information Retrieval (IR). To minimize the results of returning documents that are not relevant to the IR, query techniques can be applied, called query expansion techniques. Application of query expansion can be done by using BM25 method. BM25 is an IR that is used to sort the results of the relevance documents to the query that user want to search. This research was conducted by aiming to see the results of query expansion in information retrieval of Indonesian journal using BM25 method. The result, when adding words for queries as many as 4 words, the Precision @ K value increases by an average of 0.492.

Abstract

Distribution is an economic activity that bridges the production and consumption processes. The distribution process is distributing goods from producers to consumers. Bantuan Sosial Beras Sejahtera (Bansos Rastra) Program has a goal to improving the quality of service for the poor through fulfilling food needs. The distribution system of Bansos Rastra sending goods to each Distribution Point by Perum Bulog in accordance with the data distribution request. In the process of distributing goods, it is necessary to calculate the route distance in order to minimize travel time with the problems used in processing document data is Multi Traveling Salesman Problem (m-TSP) with Genetic Algorithm. From the evaluation results, the distribution routes for each warehouse are recommended by meeting the limits made. Based on the research carried out, the optimal parameters obtained were the size of the optimal number of generations of 300 generations, the optimal size of the population is 90 populations. The crossover probability value is 0.1 and the probability of mutation is 0.9 so that it gets the best average fitness value of 2.583. The final evaluation results produce the best chromosomes with a difference in the predicted distance that is more efficient than the actual distance so that the distribution process of Bansos Rastra can be more optimal.

Abstract

Stroke is a disease that attacks all human, regardless of race, gender, and age. One of the effects of stroke is a decreased cognitive function. A human brain has many nerves, one of them is regulating the work of the human's cognitive function. Based on research by Wardhani (2015), factors that decreasing cognitive function consist of thirteen factors. So, a system that can detect a decreased cognitive function on a stroke patient is needed. So in this research, we make a system that could be used to classify the decreasing cognitive function using a random forest method. the random forest was chosen because this method is good for categorical data. Based on the testing result, the best tree that builds in this system was 100 trees. The average result of the accuracy obtained from all experiments were 53.094%. That number means that the system is still far from perfect. One of the factors that caused this system's imperfection was the distribution of training classes were not evenly distributed.
