Abstract

The goal of this research is to know the effectiveness of the IOC learning model and role playing to improve student empathy by looking at the intelligence quotient of eighth grade students at SMP Negeri 20 Bandarlampung years 2014/2015. Methods used in this study was a quasi-experimental. Population of this study amounted six classes, samples taken by cluster random sampling amounted two classes. The results showed: (1) theres a difference of students empathy given by IOC with a given of role playing, (2) students empathy which are given IOC is higher than students who given role playing for students who have a high level of intelligence quotient in integrated social learning, (3) students empathy which are given role playing is higher than student who given IOC for students who have a low level of intelligence quotient in integrated social learning, and (4) theres an interaction between learning model with an intelligence quotient of the empathy students.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas model pembelajaran IOC dan role playing untuk meningkatkan empati siswa dengan memperhatikan intelligence quotient siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 20 Bandarlampung Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015. Metode penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 6 kelas, sampel diambil berdasarkan cluster random sampling berjumlah 2 kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) ada perbedaan empati siswa yang diberikan IOC dengan siswa yang diberikan role playing, (2) empati siswa yang diberikan IOC lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan siswa yang diberikan role playing bagi siswa yang memiliki tingkat intelligence quotient tinggi dalam pembelajaran IPS Terpadu, (3) empati siswa yang diberikan role playing lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan siswa yang diberikan IOC bagi siswa yang memiliki tingkat intelligence quotient rendah dalam pembelajaran IPS Terpadu, dan (4) ada interaksi antara model pembelajaran dengan intelligence quotient terhadap empati siswa.Kata kunci: empati, IOC, IQ, role playing

Abstract

This research purpose was to find out whether there was a relationship of teacher competence, work dicipline, and compensation with the effectiveness of teacher certification of SMP Negeri in Terbanggi Besar District academic year 2014/2015. Based on the analysis of data, it were obtained as follows: (1) there was a positive correlation between the effectiveness of teacher competence on teacher certification of SMP Negeri in Terbanggi Besar District academic year 2014/2015, (2) there was a positive correlation between the effectiveness of the work discipline on teacher certification, (3) there was a positive relationship between compensation and effectiveness of the work on teacher certification, (4) there was a positive and significant correlation between teacher competence, work discipline and compensation to the effectiveness on teacher certification.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan kompetensi guru, disiplin kerja, dan kompensasi dengan efektivitas kerja pada guru sertifikasi SMP Negeri Kecamatan Terbanggi Besar tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh sebagai berikut (1) ada hubungan yang positif antara kompetensi guru dengan efektivitas kerja pada guru sertifikasi SMP Negeri Kecamatan Terbanggi Besar tahun pelajaran 2014/2015, (2) ada hubungan yang positif antara disiplin kerja dengan efektivitas kerja pada guru sertifikasi, (3) ada hubungan yang positif antara kompensasi dengan efektivitas kerja pada guru sertifikasi, (4) ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi guru, disiplin kerja, dan kompensasi dengan efektivitas kerja pada guru sertifikasi.Kata kunci:disiplin, efektivitas kerja, kompensasi, dan kompetensi kerja

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the influence of supervision, compensation and work discipline towards performance of certified teacher. Method of research used descriptive verification and questionnaire as instrument. Analysis technique used simple linier regression and multiple linier regression. The results of research showed (1) There is influence of supervision to performance of certified teacher, (2) There is influence of compensation to performance of certified teacher, (3) There is influence of work discipline to performance of certified teacher, (4) There is influence of supervision, compensation, and work discipline to performance of certified teacher.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengawasan, kompensasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pada guru sertifikasi.Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif verifikatif dan menggunakan angket sebagai instrumen.Teknik analisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier multiple. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa, (1) Ada pengaruh pengawasan terhadap kinerja pada guru sertifikasi, (2) Ada pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja pada guru sertifikasi, (3) Ada pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pada guru sertifikasi, (4) Ada pengaruh pengawasan, kompensasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pada guru sertifikasi.Kata kunci : disiplin kerja, kinerja, kompensasi, pengawasan

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of learning habbit and achievement motivation toward learning outcomes IPS Integrated grader VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Sidomulyo Semester One Academic Year 2012/2013. Population in this study were students of class VIII semester one in SMP Negeri 1 Sidomulyo four classes with overall student is 137 students. By using T.Yamane formula with probability sampling obtained a sample of 102 students. The method used in this research is verification with ex post facto approach. The problems in this study are whether there is influence achievement motivation and learning habbit towards learning outcomes IPS Integrated grader VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Sidomulyo Semester One Academic Year 2012/2013. Based on the analysis of the results obtained show that, (1) there is influence of learning habbit for learning outcomes IPS Integrated grader VIII semester one SMP Negeri 1 Sidomulyo Academic Year 2012/2013 value is 23,1%, (2) there is influence of achievement motivation for learning outcomes IPS Integrated grader VIII semester one SMP Negeri 1 Sidomulyo Academic Year 2012/2013 value is 18,9%, (3) and there is influence of learning habbit and achievement motivation toward learning outcomes IPS Integrated grader VIII semester one SMP Negeri 1 Sidomulyo Academic Year 2012/2013 value is 27,8%.Keywords: learning habbit, achievement motivation, and learning outcomes

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the effect of motivation, discipline, and students' perceptions of utilization of facility in school on learning outcomes of IPS Terpadu class. Method of research uses descriptive verification. Technique analysis uses simple linier regression and multiple linier regression. The results of research showed, (1) There is an influence of motivation learning on IPS Terpadu learning outcomes, (2) There is influence of discipline learning on IPS Terpadu learning outcomes, (3) There is influence of students' perceptions of utilization of facility in school on IPS Terpadu learning outcomes, (4) There is influence of motivation towards learning, discipline towards learning, and students' perceptions of utilization of facility in school to the IPS Terpadu learning outcomes.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, disiplin, dan persepsi siswa tentang pemanfaatan sarana belajar di sekolah terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif verifikatif. Teknik analisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier multipel. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa, (1) ada pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu, (2) ada pengaruh disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu, (3) ada pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang pemanfaatan sarana belajar di sekolah terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu, (4) ada pengaruh motivasi belajar, disiplin belajar, dan persepsi siswa tentang pemanfaatan sarana belajar di sekolah terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu.Kata kunci: disiplin, hasil belajar, motivasi, sarana.

Abstract

This study aimed to find out the influence of price perception and quality of fast food on purchasing decision. The method used was verificative descriptive using ex post facto approach and surveys. The populations in this research were the consumers of KFC Gelael Bandar Lampung and166 samples from consumers were determined by the Tuckman formula. Sampling method used was nonprobability sampling by using accidental sampling technique. The hypothesis testing used simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The analysis showed that (1) there is an influence of price perceptions on purchase decisions, (2) there is an influence of fast food quality on purchasing decisions, (3) there is an influence between the perception of price and quality of fast food on purchasing decision.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi harga dan kualitas makanan cepat saji terhadap keputusan pembelian. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu konsumen KFC Gelael Bandar Lampung dan sampel 166 konsumen yang ditentukan dengan rumus tuckman. Metode penetapan sampel yaitu nonprobability sampling dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier multipel. Hasil analisis menunjukkan (1) ada pengaruh persepsi harga terhadap keputusan pembelian, (2) ada pengaruh kualitas makanan cepat saji terhadap keputusan pembelian, (3) ada pengaruh persepsi harga dan kualitas makanan cepat saji terhadap keputusan pembelian.Kata kunci: keputusan pembelian, kualitas makanan cepat saji, persepsi harga

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out the difference of economic study result, interaction in CS learning model, Jigsaw, and ETH by seeing the achievement motivation. The Research method was quasi experiment by appraoching comparatively. Data collecting technique used in this research was questionnaire, test questions, and analysed by using t-test formula and ANOVA manually and SPSS. This research was done in SMAN 17 Bandar Lampung with the population 5 classes and 3 classes as samples which were determined through cluster random sampling. The result of the analysis showed F count F table or 3.176 3.11 which means there is difference study result through CS learning model, Jigsaw, and ETH and F count F table or 35.606 3.11 which means there is a learning model interaction with achievement motivation.Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar ekonomi, interaksi penggunaan model pembelajaran Cooperative Script, Jigsaw dan Everyone Is a Teacher Here dengan memperhatikan motivasi berprestasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu dengan pendekatan komparatif. Pengumpulan data melalui lembar angket, soal tes dan dianalisis dengan rumus t-test dan ANAVA menggunakan perhitungan manual dan SPSS. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMAN 17 Bandar Lampung dengan populasi sebanyak 5 kelas dan sampel 3 kelas yang ditentukan melalui Cluster Random Sampling. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan Fhitung    Ftabel atau 3,176 3,11 berarti ada perbedaan hasil belajar mengunakan model Cooperative Script, Jigsaw dan Everyone Is a Teacher Here dan Fhitung Ftabel atau 35,606 3,11 berarti terdapat interaksi model pembelajaran dengan motivasi berprestasi.Kata Kunci: Hasil Belajar, Motivasi Berprestasi, CS, Jigsaw, ETH

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality, customer experience, and ease of use of  JT delivery services to customer satisfaction in Social Sciences FKIP Unila Force students in 2016. The method is descriptive verification with ex post facto approach and survey using nonprobability sampling technique with purposive sampling. This research consist of  73 respondents. Data collection by questionnaires. Hypothesis testing partially t Test and Simultaneous f Test. The conclusion of the analysis is that there is a positive influence between service quality, customer experience, and perceived ease of use of JT services to customer satisfaction in students of Social Sciences Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Lampung in 2016. While the influence of simultaneous of customer satisfaction with Fcount = 35.808 with a significance (sig.) of 0.000.Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, pengalaman pelanggan, dan kemudahan penggunaan jasa pengiriman JT terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada mahasiswa jurusan IPS FKIP Unila Angkatan tahun 2016. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling dengan purposive sampling. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 73. Pengumpulan data dengan kuisioner/angket. Pengujian hipotesis secara parsial Uji t dan secara simultan Uji f. Kesimpulan dari hasil analisis adalah terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara kualitas pelayanan, pengalaman pelanggan, dan persepsi kemudahan penggunaan jasa JT terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada mahasiswa IPS FKIP Universitas Lampung. Sedangkan pengaruh yang simultan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan Fhitung = 35,808 dengan signifikansi (sig.) sebesar 0,000.Kata kunci: Kemudahan penggunaan, Kepuasan Pelanggan, kualitas pelayanan, Pengalaman Pelanggan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know whether there is any influence on students perception about teacher teaching skill and the utilization of learning media towards the result of social studies cohesively through students learning motivation. In this research, the writer used descriptive verifikatif method with ex post facto approach. Collecting the data through interview, questionnaire, observation, and documentation. The result of this analysis showed that, there is an influence of students perception in teacher teaching skill, and the use of learning media and learning motivation towards the learning result of social studies through the learning motivation whether in separate way or together.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang keterampilan mengajar guru dan pemanfaatan media pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar melalui motivasi belajar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, angket, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, ada pengaruh keterampilan mengajar guru dan pemanfaatan media pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu melalui motivasi belajar baik secara terpisah dan bersama-sama.Kata kunci: keterampilan mengajar, media pembelajaran, motivasi belajar, hasil belajar

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know the difference of learning outcomes of student analysis which learning using cooperative model type ETH, GQGA and TGT on Economic study learning outcomes. The method used in this research was quasi experiment with comparative approach design Post Test Only, Non Equivalent Control Group Design. The population in this study is as many as 7 classes with the number of 291 students and the sample used as much as 3 classes with the number of 124 students determined through cluster random sampling. Data collection techniques used tests. Hypothesis testing using one way street variance analysis and t-dunnet long testing. Based on analysis of the data, it obtained the results: There is a difference of learning outcomes among students whose learning using cooperative model type ETH, GQGA and TGT on Economic study learning outcomes.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe ETH, GQGA, dan TGT pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu dengan pendekatan komparatif desain Post Test Only, Non Equivalent Control Group Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 7 kelas dengan jumlah 291 siswa dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 3 kelas dengan jumlah 124 siswa yang ditentukan melalui cluster random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui tes. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis varians satu jalan dan uji lanjut t-dunnet. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil: Ada perbedaan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe ETH, GQGA, dan TGT pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi.Kata kunci: Ekonomi, Hasil Belajar, ETH, GQGA, TGT
