Abstract

This study examines the comparison of HOTS of students using PBL and Scaffolding by taking into account the form of assignments. The method research with a quasi-experimental approach. Collection techniques use tests. Hypothesis testing uses two-way variance analysis and two independent sample t-tests. Based on data analysis obtained results: (1) There are differences in HOTS between students using PBL and Scaffolding. (2) There are differences HOTS of  who are given project assignments with portfolio. (3) There is an interaction between the learning model and the assignment form (4) HOTS ability of  who PBL is higher than the Scaffoding on project. (5) HOTS abilities of  who learn using PBL are lower than Scaffolding on portfolio. (6) HOTS are given higher project assignments than portfolio  PBL. (7) HOTS abilities of who were given project assignments were lower than portofolio using the Scaffolding. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan HOTS siswa menggunakan model pembelajaran PBL dan Scaffolding dengan memperhatikan bentuk penugasan. Metode penelitian komparatif dengan pendekatan eksperimen semu. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis varians dua jalan dan t-tes dua sampel independen. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil: (1) Ada perbedaan HOTS antara siswa yang pembelajarannya PBL dan  Scaffolding. (2) Ada perbedaan HOTS yang diberi tugas proyek dan portofolio. (3) Ada interaksi antara model pembelajaran dengan bentuk penugasan.(4) Kemampuan HOTS yang menggunakan PBL lebih tinggi dibandingkan Scaffoding pada proyek. (5) Kemampuan HOTS siswa yang pembelajarannya PBL lebih rendah dibandingkan Scaffolding pada tugas portofolio.(6) Kemampuan HOTS diberi tugas proyek lebih tinggi dibandingkan  portofolio PBL. (7) kemampuan HOTS  yang diberi tugas proyek lebih rendah dibandingkan portofolio pada Scaffolding. Kata Kunci: Berpikir tingkat tinggi, PBL, Scaffolding, proyek dan portofolio

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know the influence of learning style, climate of the school and student motivation of the results of integrated social learning subjects of class VII junior high schools 1 student Bandar Lampung academic year 2017/2018 this research is using ex post facto and survey. Data collecting technique is using observation, and questionnaire. The testing of hypotheses is using formulas classic asumption test, multikolinieritas test, autokorelasi and heteroskedastisitas test. The results of the data analysis shows there is an influence of learning style, climate of the school and motivation student of the results of integrated social subjets of class VII junior high schools 1 Bandar Lampung academic year  2017 / 2018 Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui  pengaruh gaya belajar, iklim sekolah dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran IPS Terpadu siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Bandar LampungTahun Pelajaran 2017/2018penelitian ini adalah pendekatan Ex post facto dan survey. Teknik pengambilan data dengan observasi, dan angket.Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan rumus Asumsi klasik Uji Multikolinieritas Uji Autokorelasi dan Uji Heteroskedastisitas. Abstract

The result of learning is the outcome obtained after attending learning activities in the form of scores or numbers which is gotten by a test. To achieve optimal learning result, students should explore their potential which comes from inside and outside the student. In addition, learning outcomes are also influenced by the potential of the student a desire to learn and motivation to study. Therefore, the low score of student learning outcomes is caused by the lack of use of ICT in the teaching learning activity and the lack of varied methods which is used by the teacher in the teaching learning activity. Based on preliminary research conducted at SMP Negeri 1 way tenong note that overall student learning outcomes in integrated social science study is low. In general, the things that affect the level of learning outcomes are divided into two factors, namely internal and external. Among the many factors that can affect or contribute to the achievement of student learning outcomes, factors suspected use of media and ICT learning teaching methods teachers have an important role. The purpose of this study were: (1) To determine the effect of the use of instructional media ICT on learning outcomes integrated IPS. (2) To determine the effect of students 'perceptions of teachers' teaching methods on learning outcomes integrated IPS. (3) To determine the effect of the positive use of media and ICT learning students 'perceptions of teachers' teaching methods on learning outcomes integrated IPS RSBI of the students in the first grade of SMP Negeri 1 Way Tenong West Lampung in the 2012/2013 academic year. The sampling technique is simple random sampling by using the formula T. Yamane come by as many as 71 students. The method which is used in this research is descriptive verification by using ex post facto and survey. The results showed that there is the influence of using ICT and perceptions of students about teaching methods which are used by the teacher toward learning outcomes of integrated social science study of first smester students in the first grade of SMP Negeri 1 Way Tenong West Lampung in the 2012/2013 academic year, Based on the analysis of data obtained F count 20.893 3.98 F table is addressed by multiple linear regression obtained R2 = 0.381 at a significance level of 0.05, which means that the learning outcomes are influenced by the activity of learning and teaching methods of teachers in schools of 38.1%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the incentive and work environtment on job satisfaction through job motivation of the employee PT. Asuransi Jiwa Syariah AL AMIN Cabang Lampung. This research uses descriptive research design approach verification ex post facto and surveys. The data collection were done by spreading the questionnaire to 88 employees. Data were collected through prepared by the program analysis unit Linear Regression and Path Analysis. Based on the result that there is an incentive effect, the working environment and job motivation on employee job satisfaction either directly or indirectly.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap disiplin kerja melalui kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Asuransi Jiwa Syariah AL AMIN Cabang Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebar kuesioner kepada 88 orang karyawan. Data yang terkumpul diolah dengan program unit analisis Regresi Linier dan Path Analysis. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil bahwa ada pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap disiplin kerja melalui kepuasan kerja karyawan baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung.Kata kunci: lingkungan, motivasi, disiplin, kepuasan.

Abstract

Research aims to understand the influence of compensation, motivation work and satisfaction work to labor productivity.Population in research is employees part tappers ptpn vii unit kedaton 146 people.Sample in extract using a technique probability of sampling with mwnggunakan simple random were 59 people.The data collection was done using a questionnaire unit analysis by using linear regression and path analysis.The subject of study that is employees part tappers ptpn vii unit kedaton.Research methodology that used in this research is the method descriptive verifikatif with the approach ex post facto capital and survey.Overall this research can be take conclusion that the variable free have leverage a significant impact on labor productivity employees in partial and simultaneous.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu karyawan bagian penyadap PTPN VII Unit Kedaton 146 orang. Sampel yang di ambil menggunakan teknik probabilitas sampling dengan mwnggunakan simple random berjumlah 59 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner unit analisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier dan path analysis. Subjek penelitian yaitu karyawan bagian penyadap PTPN VII Unit Kedaton. Abstract

The objective of this research was to find out the difference of economic study result, interaction in Talking Stick, Snowball Throwing, and Word Square by paying attention to the students' learning activities. The research method was quasi experiment by approaching comparatively. Data collecting technique used in this research was test questions, and it was analysed by using t-test formula and ANOVA manually and SPSS. This research was done in SMAN 1 Terbanggi Besar with the population of 5 classes and 3 classes as samples which were determined through cluster random sampling. The result of the analysis showed F count F table or 4.034 3.07  which means there is difference study result through tipe Talking Stick, Snawball Throwing, and Word Square and F count F table or 25.573 3.07  There is an interaction between learning models and students' learning activities on economic learning outcomes.Tujuan penelitian ini yaituuntuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar ekonomi, interaksi penggunaan model pembelajaran tipe Talking Stick, Snawball Throwing, dan Word Square dengan memperhatikan aktivitas belajar siswa.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu dengan pendekatan komparatif. Pengumpulan data melalui soal tes dan dianalisis dengan rumus t-test dan ANAVA menggunakanperhitungan manualdan SPSS. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMAN 1 Terbanggi Besar  dengan populasi sebanyak 5 kelas dan sampel 3 kelas yang ditentukan melalui Cluster Random Sampling.Hasil analisis data menunjukkan F hitung Ftabel atau 4.034 3.07 berarti ada perbedaan hasil belajar mengunakan model tipe Talking Stick, Snawball Throwing, dan Word Square.  Fhitung Ftabel atau 25.573 3.07 berarti terdapat interaksi model pembelajaran dengan aktivitas belajar.Kata kunci : aktivitas belajar, hasil belajar ekonomi, snawball throwing, talking stick, word square.

Abstract

This study is conducted to compare the effectiveness of TS and SD learning models, and to investigate the role of prior knowledge of eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 10 Bandar Lampung in determining achievement. The method used in this study is an experimental method to comparative approach. The problem in this study is whether there is a difference achievement between TS and SD learning models with prior knowledge regarding to the results of the IPS achievement. The results of the research are: (1) there is a difference achievement between TS and SD learning models, (2) TS learning model is higher than SD seen from the high prior knowledge, (3) TS learning model is lower than SD model seen from the low prior knowledge, (4) there is an interaction between the model of learning with prior knowledge on IPS achievement.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membandingkan keefektivitasan antara model pembelajaran TS dan SD, serta untuk mengetahui peran kemampuan awal yang dimiliki siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 10 Bandar Lampung dalam pencapaian hasil belajarnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen semu dengan pendekatan komparatif. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah ada perbedaan antara model pembelajaran TS dan SD dengan memperhatikan kemampuan awal terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) ada perbedaan hasil belajar antara model pembelajaran TS dan SD, (2) model pembelajaran TS lebih tinggi daripada SD dilihat dari kemampuan awal tinggi, (3) model pembelajaran TS lebih rendah daripada SD dilihat dari kemampuan awal rendah, (4) ada interaksi antara model pembelajaran dengan kemampuan awal terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu.Kata kunci: kemampuan awal, sd, ts

Abstract

This study was aimed to determine the effect of dimensions service quality toward learners satisfaction. The method that was used in this study were descriptive verificative with ex post facto approach and survey method. The population in this research were learners of LBB GO Unit Panjaitan Bandar Lampung in academic year 2015/2016, which the number of population were 120 people and 92 people of the sample using slovin formula. The sampling method in this research was used probability sampling method by using proportional sampling. The hypothesis testing used simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. Based on the calculations the result showed that there is a positive and significant influence of dimensions service quality toward students satisfication at LBB GO Unit Panjaitan Bandar Lampung in academic year 2015/2016. This result was proved by looking at the calculation of Fvalue Ftabel; which were 21.843 2.727. Therefore, H1 was accepted and H0 was rejected.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dimensi kualitas pelayanan jasa terhadap kepuasan peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan metode survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu peserta didik LBB GO Unit Panjaitan Bandar Lampung Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016, yaitu berjumlah 120 orang dan sampel 92 orang dengan rumus slovin. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu probability sampling dengan menggunakan propotional sampling. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier multiple. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan maka diperoleh yaitu Ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan peserta didik pada LBB GO Unit Panjaitan Bandar Lampung Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan perhitungan Fhitung Ftabel yaitu sebesar 21,843 2,727. Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know the difference of learning result of Introduction to Accounting and Finance between students who are given learning by using STAD type cooperative method and using CTL learning. The method of this study is by using small groups with the number of members each group 5 heterogeneous students. The result of the research shows that (1) there is difference of mean of student learning result using STAD type cooperative learning method and CTL learning, (2) there is difference of student learning result with initial skill level, (3) there is interaction between method used and level Students' early ability to influence learning achievement, and (4) CTL learning is more effective to be used to improve the learning outcomes of introductory subjects of financial accounting.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar Pengantar Akuntansi dan Keuangan antara siswa yang diberi pembelajaran dengan menggunakan metode kooperatif tipe STAD dan menggunakan pembelajaran CTL. Metode penelitian ini dengan menggunakan kelompok-kelompok kecil dengan jumlah angota tiap kelompok 5 orang siswa secara heterogen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat perbedaan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dan pembelajaran CTL, (2) terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa dengan tingkat kemampuan awal, (3)terdapat interaksi antara metode yang digunakan dan tingkat kemampuan awal siswa dalam mempengaruhi prestasi belajar, dan (4) pembelajaran CTL lebih efektif untuk digunakan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar mata pelajaran pengantar akuntansi keuangan.Kata kunci : pembelajaran CTL, pembelajaran STAD, pengantar akuntansi dan keuangan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of parents attention, study habits, and teaching method towards the accounting learning result by considering the  students learning activity of class XI IPS on SMAN 1 Sekampung Udik. The population in this research is all students of grade XI IPS on SMAN 1 Sekampung Udik which are 67 respondents and a sample of 58 respondents determined by probability sampling technique using simple random. The technique analysis  was done by using linear regression and path analysis. Research subjects are students of grade XI IPS on SMAN 1 sekampung Udik. The research method used in this research is descriptive verification method with ex post facto and survey approach. The result showed that there is a significant effect of parents attention, study habits, and teaching method towards the accounting learning result by considering the students learning activity of grade XI IPS on SMAN 1 Sekampung Udik.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perhatian orang tua, kebiasaan belajar, dan metode mengajar guru terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi dengan memperhatikan aktivitas belajar siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Sekampung Udik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Sekampung Udik yang berjumlah 67 orang dan sampel 58 responden yang ditentukan dengan teknik probabilitas sampling dengan menggunakan simple random sampling.
