Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of types of leadership, work motivation, work environment and work supervision on the work discipline of employees of the Public Corporation of Lampung Branch. The method used in this study is descriptive verification with ex post facto approaches and surveys. The population in this study were employees of the Lampung Branch Public Corporation DAMRI, amounting to 267 people and a sample of 73 people determined using Simple Random Sampling. Testing the hypothesis in this study using the t test and multiple regression formulas. The results of the study showed that there were influences on the type of leadership, work motivation, work environment and work supervision on the work discipline of the Lampung branch of DAMRI employees. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh tipe kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja dan pengawasan kerja terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan Perum DAMRI Cabang Lampung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang terdapat pada Perum DAMRI Cabang Lampung yang berjumlah 267 orang dan sampel berjumlah 73 orang yang ditentukan dengan menggunakan Simple Random Sampling. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji t dan rumus regresi multipel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh tipe kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja dan pengawasan kerja terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan Perum DAMRI Cabang Lampung. Kata kunci: disiplin kerja, tipe kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja, pengawasan kerja.

Abstract

Education in Indonesia nowadays is faced with the problem of lowlearning outcomes or achievements of learners. It is not independent of the various factors that affect the learning process in the classroom, such as the student’s perceptions of teacher’s skills in classroom management and the utilization ofinstructional media. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of the student’s perceptions about teacher’s skills in classroom management and the utilization of instructional media towards economic learning outcomes of grade XI Social,SMA N 1 Purbolinggo District East Lampung academic year 2012/2013, amounting to 101 students with a sample size of 81 students. Method used in this research is descriptive verification with Ex Post Facto and Survey approach. Data obtained through documentation, interviews, observation and questionnaires. Hypotheses one and hypotheses two were using simple linearregression, to test the third hypotheses, using multiple linear regression. Based on data analysis results, showing that. 1) There is the influence of student’s perceptions about teacher’s skills in classroom management towards economic learning outcomes of XI Social, SMA N 1 Purbolinggo District East Lampung academic year 2012/2013 as evidenced from the results of the t test calculations show that tcountttable or 7094 1.99. 2) There is the influence of the use of instructional media towards economic learning outcomes of XI Social, SMA Negeri 1 Purbolinggo District East Lampung academic year 2012/2013 asevidenced from the results of the t test calculations show that tcountttable or 4239 1.9. 3) There is the influence of student’s perceptions about teacher’s skills in classroom management and utilization of instructional media towards economic learning outcomes of class XI Social, SMA Negeri 1 Purbolinggo District East Lampung academic year 2012/2013 as evidenced from the results of the test calculations show that Fcount F table or 40,310 3.11.Key words: teacher’s skills in classroom management, the utilization of instructional media.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the educationattitude in family and the students learning activity in the school of the accounting study. The method used is descriptive approach verification ex post facto and surveys. The population in this study are all the students of class XI IPS consist of 101 students and the sample is 81 students who are determined by the Cochran formula. The sampling technique is probability sampling by using simple random sampling. The hypothesis testing uses simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results show that: There is an impact of attitude education in family on the results of the accounting study. There is an impact of the students learning activity in the school on the results of the accounting study. There is an impact of attitude education in family and the students learning activity in the school on the results of the accounting study.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan etika dalam keluarga dan aktivitas belajar siswa di sekolah terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS dengan jumlah 101 siswa dan sampel 81 siswa yang ditentukan dengan rumus cochran. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu probability sampling menggunakan simple random sampling. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier multipel. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: Ada pengaruh pendidikan etika dalam keluarga terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi. Ada pengaruh aktivitas belajar siswa di sekolah terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi. Ada pengaruh pendidikan etika dalam keluarga dan aktivitas belajar siswa di sekolah terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi.Kata kunci: aktivitas, etika, hasil belajar

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of hedonic shopping motivation, positive emotion, and shopping environment  responses on impulse buying behavior at Candy Lady Boutique Store Bandarlampung. The population in this research are 150 people and the number of samples obtained are 110 respondents. Sampling technique is non probability sampling by using accidental sampling. Sampling using descriptive verification method with ex post facto approach and survey. The collected data was processed by mutliple regression analysis and path analysis. The result of this research showed that hedonic shopping motivation, positive emotion and shopping environment responses significantly influence the impulse buying behavior at Candy Lady Boutique Store Bandarlampung. Based on the data analysis obtained Fhitung = 54.345 Ftabel = 2.69 with the coefficient of determination ( ) is 0.606 which means impulse buying behavior is influenced by hedonic shopping motivation, positive emotion, and shopping environment responses of 60.6%, the rest 39.4% is influenced by other factors. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belanja hedonis, emosi postif, dan respon lingkungan belanja terhadap impulse buying behavior pada Candy Lady Boutique Store Bandarlampung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu 150 orang dan jumlah sampel didapat 110 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu non probability sampling dengan menggunakan accidental sampling. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Data yang terkumpul diolah dengan analisis regresi multiple dan analisis path. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belanja hedonis, emosi positif dan respon lingkungan belanja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap impulse buying behavior pada Candy Lady Boutique Store Bandarlampung. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh diperoleh Fhitung  = 54,345 Ftabel = 2,69 dengan koefisien determinasi ( ) yaitu 0,606 yang berarti impulse buying behavior dipengaruhi oleh variabel motivasi belanja hedonis, emosi positif, dan respon lingkungan belanja sebesar 60,6%, sisanya 39,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Kata kunci : motivasi belanja hedonis, emosi positif, respon lingkungan belanja, dan impulse buying behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out the difference of life skill and the interaction of the use of cooperative learning model of talking chips and think talk write type by considering Emotional Quotient. The method used in this research was quasi experiment. The method that was used in this research was quasi experiment with comparative approach. The study design used treatment by level design. The population in this study were 10 classes with 801 student and the samples used by 2 classes with 66 students was determined through random cluster sampling. Data collection technique used observation and questionnaires. Hypothesis testing using two-way analysis of variance and t-test og two independent sampels. Based on analysis of the data, it obtained the result that there is a difference in a difference in soft skill and the interaction of the use of cooperative learning model of talking chips and think talk write type by considering Emotional Quotient (EQ).Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan life skill dan interaksi penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Talking Chips dan Think Talk Write dengan memperhatikan kecerdasan emosional. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu dengan pendekatan komparatif. Desain penelitian yang digunakan treatment by level design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 10 kelas dengan jumlah 801 siswa dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 2 kelas dengan jumlah 66 siswa yang ditentukan melalui cluster random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui pengamatan dan angket. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis varians dua jalan dan t-tes dua sampel independen. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil bahwa ada perbedaan life skill dan interaksi penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Talking Chips dan Think Talk Write dengan memperhatikan kecerdasan Emosional (EQ).Kata kunci: Kecerdasan Emosional, Life Skill, Talking Chips, Think Talk Write

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the comparative study of integrated IPS learning outcomes using the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) and Problem Based Learning (PBL) models by paying attention to the Learning Motivation of Grade VII Students of Gajah Mada Middle School in Bandar Lampung. This study uses a comparative research design with an experimental approach. The population in this study were all seventh grade students of Gajah Mada Junior High School Bandar Lampung and a sample of 60 respondents determined by clustur random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using the method of filling out questionnaires and test techniques. Data collected through questionnaires is processed with the SPSS program. The results of the data analysis showed that there was a comparison of the integrated IPS learning outcomes using the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) and Problem Based Learning (PBL) models by paying attention to the Learning Motivation of Grade VII Students of Gajah Mada Middle School in Bandar Lampung. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui studi perbandingan hasil belajar ips terpadu dengan menggunakan model Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) dan Problem Based Learning (PBL) dengan Memperhatikan Motivasi Belajar pada Siswa Kelas VII SMP Gajah Mada Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian komparatif dengan pendekatan eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa kelas VII SMP Gajah Mada Bandar Lampung dan sampel 60 responden yang ditentukan dengan teknik clustur random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode pengisian kuesioner dan teknik tes. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui angket diolah dengan program SPSS. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa ada perbandingan hasil belajar ips terpadu menggunakan model Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) dan Problem Based Learning (PBL) dengan Memperhatikan Motivasi Belajar pada Siswa Kelas VII SMP Gajah Mada Bandar Lampung. Kata Kunci : hasil belajar, PBL, STAD

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture, communication, motivation, and knowledge sharing on employee performance Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) Lampung. The method used in this study is  descriptive verification with ex post facto approache and surveys. The population in this study is 52 respondents. The sample obtained was 35 respondents. Data collection is done through questionnaries. The hypothesis testing is done by using T test partially and F test simultaneously. The result of the data analysis shows that employee performance of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) Lampung influenced by organizational culture, communication, motivation, and knowledge sharing by 93,3%. Penilitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, komunikasi, motivasi, dan knowledge sharing terhadap kinerja pegawai Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) Lampung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto and survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 52 responden. Sampel yang diperoleh berjumlah 34 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket/ kuisioner. Pengujian hipotesis secara parsial uji T dan secara simultan uji F. Berdasarkan analisis data menunjukan kinerja pegawai Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) Lampung dipengaruhi budaya organisasi, komunikasi, motivasi, dan knowledge sharing sebesar 93,3%. Kata Kunci    : Budaya Organisasi, Komunikasi, Motivasi, Knowledge Sharing,                          Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of reading, learning environment and utilization of learning on learning outcomes of students of class VII Integrated IPS SMP Kartika II-2 Bandar Lampung academic year 2014/2015. The method used in this research is descriptive method approach verification ex post facto. The population in this study amounted to 256 students and a sample of 156 students. Data were collected through questionnaires and processed by a computer through SPSS version 16. Based on the analysis of data obtained research results show that: (1) There is an effect on the students' interest in reading learning outcomes Integrated Social Science (2) There is a study of environmental influences on learning outcomes Integrated Social Science (3) There is a learning tool utilization effect on learning outcomes Integrated Social Science (4) There is the effect of reading, learning environment and utilization of learning on learning outcomes Integrated IPS.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh minat baca, lingkungan belajar dan pemanfaatan sarana belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu siswa kelas VII SMP Kartika II-2 Bandar Lampung Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah dengan 256 siswa dan sampel 156 siswa. Data yang terkumpul melalui angket dan diolah dengan komputer melalui program SPSS versi 16. Abstract

 This aim of this research is to know influence of student perception about teacher’s teaching skills, and learning interest through learning motivation toward learning achievement of IPS Terpadu. The research method is descriptive verificative. Data analysis technique is path analysis. The result of the research shows that there are some influence as following: 1.influence of student perception about teacher teaching skills toward motivation 2.influence of learning interest toward motivation 3.there is correlation of student perception about teacher teaching skills and learning interest 4.a direct influence of student perception about teacher teaching skills toward of learning achievement 5.direct influence of learning interest toward learning achievement 6.influence of motivation toward learning achievement 7.influence of students perception about teacher teaching skills through motivation toward learning achievement 8.influence of learning interest through motivation toward learning achievement 9.influence of student perception about teacher teaching skills and learning interest toward motivation 10.influence of student perception about teacher teaching skills,learning interest and motivation toward learning achievement.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang keterampilan mengajar guru,dan minat belajar melalui motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa IPS Terpadu. Metode penelitian adalah deskriptif verifikatif.Teknik analisis data adalah analisis jalur. Hasil analisis menunjukan ada beberapa pengaruh: 1.persepsi siswa tentang keterampilan mengajar guru terhadap motivasi 2.minat belajar terhadap motivasi 3.ada hubungan antara persepsi siswa tentang keterampilan mengajar guru dan minat belajar 4.pengaruh langsung persepsi siswa tentang keterampilan mengajar guru terhadap hasil belajar 5.pengaruh langsung minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar 6.pengaruh motivasi terhadap hasil belajar 7.pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang keterampilan mengajar guru terhadap hasil belajar melalui motivasi 8.pengaruh minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar melalui motivasi 9.persepsi siswa tentang keterampilan mengajar guru dan minat belajar terhadap motivasi 10.persepsi siswa tentang keterampilan mengajar guru,minat dan motivasi terhadap hasil belajar.Kata kunci: keterampilan mengajar guru, minat, motivasi.

Abstract

This comparative study was motivated by the entrepreneurial student learning outcomes which is low. The purpose of this study was to determine differences in entrepreneurial learning outcomes among students learning using learning model Problem Based Learning and Group Investigation as well as the interaction between the model of learning and achievement motivation on the subjects of entrepreneurship. The study population amounted to 86 students with a sample of 50 students. The results of data analysis showed (1) There are differences between the results of studying accounting model of Problem Based Learning Group Investigation, (2) The learning outcome of accounting using problem based learning model is higher than the Group Investigation on students who have high achievement motivation, (3) The results of learning entrepreneurial using problem based learning model is lower than the Group Investigation on students with low achievement motivation, (4) There is an interaction between the model of learning and achievement motivationPenelitian komparatif ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil belajar kewirausahaan siswa yang rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar kewirausahaan antara siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dan Group Investigation serta mengetahui interaksi antara model pembelajaran dengan motivasi berprestasi pada mata pelajaran kewirausahaan. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 86 siswa dengan sampel sebanyak 50 siswa. Hasil analisis data menunjukan (1) Terdapat perbedaan antara hasil belajar akuntansi model Problem Based Learning dengan Group Investigation, (2) Hasil belajar akuntansi menggunakan model Problem Based Learning lebih tinggi dibandingkan Group Investigation pada siswa yang memiliki motivasi berprestasi tinggi, (3) Hasil belajar kewirausahaan menggunakan model Problem Based Learning lebih rendah dibandingkan Group Investigation pada siswa yang memiliki motivasi berprestasi rendah, (4) Ada interaksi antara model pembelajaran dengan motivasi berprestasi.Kata kunci: group investigation, hasil belajar , motivasi berprestasi, problem based learning.
