Purpose- This study aims to examine the effect of macroeconomics on non-performing financing (NPF) of Islamic banking in Indonesia. Methods- Data were collected from 14 Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS) in the period 2014 - 2018, and analysis techniques used hierarchical linear regression. Findings- This study shows that macroeconomic does not have a significant effect on the NPF of Islamic banking. Research implications- this study can be used as a basis for subsequent research and preliminary information for Islamic banking management to manage NPF. The main contribution of this research is as an empirical reference regarding the debate about the power of Islamic banking in dealing with external conditions, especially macroeconomic, especially in Indonesia.

Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan mikro syariah. Sebanyak 44 orang dijadikan sampel dan hipotesis diuji menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tiga budaya yang terbukti signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja yaitu komitmen, profesionalisme, dan disiplin, sedangkan team work, profesionalisme, dan kerja keras idak terbukti signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja. Diperlukan kebijakan peningkatan terkait budaya kerja terutama pada team work, pelayanan, dan kerja keras yang tidak terbukti signifikan. Upaya ini dapat dilakukan memberikan pelatihan untuk menigkatkan kerja sama tim dan pelayanan professional.

This paper aims to investigate the roles of Islamic work ethics (IWE) as moderators of the relationship between leader-member exchange (LMX) with job embeddedness and turnover intention, and the mediating effect of job embeddedness on LMX and turnover intention relationship. Data were collected from 162 employees from twelve private organizations in Indonesia through a self‐report questionnaire. The hypotheses were tested and analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis and mediation-moderation was estimates using the PROCESS macro. The results reveal the positive relationship between LMX and job embeddedness, negative relationship LMX and turnover intention, and also job embeddedness and turnover intention. IWE negatively moderate the direct and indirect effects of LMX on turnover intention through job embeddedness, but positively moderates the LMX - job embeddedness relationship. Theoretical and practical implications, limitations, and directions for future research are offered

This study aims to examine the relationship of perceptions of organizational support (POS), job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in the government sector. The survey approach was carried out to obtain data through questionnaires. A total of 60 employees were used as research samples. Partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) is used to test hypotheses. The results showed that: there was a positive relationship between POS and job satisfaction and OCB, job satisfaction was significantly correlated with OCB. In addition, job satisfaction has proven to play a role as a mediator for POS relations with OCB. This research contributes to efforts to increase OCB in the government sector,

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of role stress (role overload, role ambiguity, and role conflict) on the frontline employees' performance. The study employs a direct survey through a self-administered questionnaire handed out to 132 employees in the restaurant business in Jakarta, Indonesia. Hierarchical Regression Analysis is used to test the hypotheses. The finding of the study shows that the role conflict and role ambiguity affects negatively to the performance, while role overload has a positive effect. Locus of control is proven to moderate the relationship between role overload-performance and role-ambiguity-performance, but not for role conflict - performance. Implications for managers are important to reduce the role conflict and role ambiguity in the workplace to maximize employee performance.

This study examines the relationship between brand image, perceived quality, and price on the purchase intention of brand X perfume. In particular, the role of quality and price is placed as a mediator on the relationship between brand image and purchase intention. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires with the convenience sampling method. A total of 117 customers from three supermarkets in Jakarta were used as respondents. Data analysis used PLS-SEM to test the proposed hypothesis. Empirical results show that brand image significantly and positively affects perceptions of quality and price. Brand image, quality, and price are three factors that directly affect purchase intention. Testing the mediation model shows that price is proven to be a mediator of the relationship between brand image and purchase intention, while perceived quality is not significant. This research is limited to the buying behavior of perfume products so that future research can expand the analysis on different products.

This study attempts to uncover the influence of Islamic work ethic (IWE) on employee voice, which has never been explored before. The model was developed by placing IWE as an antecedent of voice behavior, and affective commitment was tested as a mediator. Data were collected using a purposive sample of 100 respondents, and PLS-SEM analyzed the data. The analysis results show that IWE positively and significantly impacts affective commitment and employee voice behavior. Affective commitment is positively related to voice behavior and may mediate the relationship between IWE and voice behavior. The results of this study are preliminary, so further research is needed to retest the resulting model.

Humility is a leadership model inherent in Asian culture and is believed to impact employees' productive behavior and attitudes positively. By examining how leader humility affects the workplace's civility climate and innovative work behavior (IWB), the current study seeks to address the scarcity of studies on these relationships. We also posited that the perceived civility climate mediated the relationship between leader humility and IWB and examined the role of job insecurity as a boundary condition. PLS-SEM was applied to test hypotheses from data on 328 employees in various sectors in Jakarta. The analysis results indicate humility could promote perceived civility and innovative work behavior. In addition, we discovered that civility climate acted as a mediator in leader humility and IWB relationship. Moreover, we empirically reveal unique findings regarding the role of job insecurity as a moderator in the leader-humility-IWB and civility climate-IWB relationship. The present study is the first attempt to explore the role of intermediate civility climate in the relationship between leader humility and IWB. Moreover, we add job insecurity as a boundary condition to provide new insights into explaining IWB
