Abstract

AbstractBackground this research because it was found problems with the development of vocabulary in children. This study aims to see the effect of cartoon puppet media on the increase in vocabulary of children in Kindergarten Pertiwi 26-13 Bogares Kidul. The research was carried out in March 2021 - April 2021 at TK Pertiwi 26-13 Bogares Kidul. This study used a pre-experimental designs method which connected the activity variables of using cartoon puppet media with an increase in the children's vocabulary. This study used 15 students of group B in TK Pertiwi 26-13 Bogares Kidul as the subject. Accumulation using observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used a cross list and a natural linear regression test study. From this study, the results of data analysis showed that there was an influence between learning activities using cartoon puppet media and an increase in the vocabulary of children in group B. These results can be seen due to the increase in vocabulary of 69.4%.Keywords: Effect of Activity, Media of cartoon puppets, Increased Vocabulary                                                                                                           AbstrakLatar belakang dari penelitian ini karena didapati adanya masalah perkembangan kosa kata pada anak, Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan  yaitu mengamati  akibat  media wayang kartun terhadap kenaikan  kosa kata anak di TK Pertiwi 26-13 Bogares Kidul. Pelaksanaan penelitian pada bulan Maret 2021 – April 2021 bertempat di TK Pertiwi 26-13 Bogares Kidul. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pre-eksperimental designs dimana menghubungkan  variabel aktivitas penggunaan dari media wayang kartun dengan adanya peningkatan kosa kata yang dimiliki oleh anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan subjek  15 siswa kelompok B di TK Pertiwi 26-13 Bogares Kidul. Akumulasi memakai observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik kajian data memakai daftar  silang dan kajian uji regresi linier alami. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh hasil analisis data yang memperlihatkan  ada  pengaruh antara aktivitas belajar  menggunakan media wayang  kartun  dengan  adanya  peningkatan kosa kata yang dimiliki anak pada kelompok B. Hasil ini dapat dilihat adanya akibat kenaikan kosa kata 69.4 %.Kata Kunci : Pengaruh Aktivitas, Media wayang kartun, Peningkatan Kosa Kata

Abstract

Female leadership in the college field still shows a small percentage compared to men. On the other hand, there is a leadership dilemma faced by women at the top, between being managerial leaders or academic leaders. This paper aims to describe the model of female leadership in college. This research is qualitative research with a normative approach. The results showed that women who entered the realm of leadership, in general, have a feminist and transformative leadership style. Feminist leadership is a particular characteristic inherent in female leaders, while transformative leadership is a solution to women's leadership dilemmas. Transformative leadership itself prioritizes the process of change and improvement in an organization.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan implementasi manajemen mutu Pendidikan Islam menuju era society 5.0. Penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan penelitian lapangan/field research. Penelitian dilakukan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Pojok Widodaren Ngawi Jawa Timur pada bulan Agustus-Desember 2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum yang diterapkan tetap mengacu pada regulasi pemerintah. Namun dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran semua mata pelajaran menggunakan indikator yang diadaptasi dari perpaduan konsep output industry 4.0 dan society 5.0, yaitu: leadership; digital literacy; communication; emotional intellegence; enterpreneurship; global citizen; problem solving; team work; dan religious.

Abstract

Sahabat difabel adalah mahasiswa yang secara sukarela menjadi teman dekat mahasiswa penyandang disabilitas dalam membantu proses perkuliahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi prestasi belajar mahasiswa yang berstatus sahabat difabel. Penelitian dilakukan di UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitiaan deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa menjadi sahabat difabel mempunyai andil terhadap prestasi belajar sebesar 79%. Terdapat 5 (lima) variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar sahabat disabilitas, yaitu: motivasi; kesadaran diri; lingkungan; komunikasi; dan kedekatan prestasi belajar ini mencakup variabel motivasi; kesadaran diri; lingkungan; komunikasi; dan kedekatan.

Abstract

Marriage of different religions is one of the social phenomena of society that has the potential to have impact implications in the future. One of them is the conflict between marriage as a human right and the regulation of marriage that emphasizes validity based on religious beliefs. This study aims to explain marriages of different religions from various perspectives. This research is qualitative research with a normative approach. The results showed that the opinion that marriages of different religions are allowed are based on Article 57 of Law 1/1974, where there is a marriage clause that is subject to different laws. This allows for marriages of different nationalities and different religions. In addition, Law 1/1974 is considered to have a legal vacuum, which can be done the application of Regeling op de Gemengde Huwelijk (GHR). Another basis for the permissibility of marriage of different religions is the Civil Code. While opinions that say marriage of different religions are not allowed are based on Law 1/1974, FATWA MUI, and KHI. Law 1/1974 and Human Rights have two (two) different perspectives, between allowing and prohibiting marriage of different religions.

Abstract

Koperasi memiliki peran penting dalam menumbukan nilai-nulai kemandirian. Namun demikan koperasi sekolah khususnya di jaringan sekolah Muhammadyah Boyolali mmengalami kendala dalam sistem sistem administrasi dan laporan keuangan. Artikel ini menjelaskan perlunya sistem administrasi keuangan yang terstandar yang diimplementasikan di koperasi sekolah khusunya jaringan sekolah Muhammadyah di Boyolali. Pelaksanaan dilakukan dalam dua tahap yakni survei dan pelatihan sistem administrasi keuangan sekolah dengan software SAK. Hasil kegiatan adalah pengguna administrasi di jaringan Sekolah Muhammadiyah Kabupaten Boyolali dapat mengimplementasikan sistem keuangan terstandar melalui software SAK.

Abstract

Corona outbreak or covid-19 that has occurred since 2019 impacts on psychology and human behavior, including the education system in Indonesia, that is broader in a long time. Here teachers and students must adapt online and/or offline learning systems to carry out the learning process. This study is to recognize the implementation of those two learning system for early childhood during the Covid-19 pandemic, especially at PAUD As-Shofa Tembilahan Hulu for the A.Y. 2020/2021. The study is a qualitative decriptive. The data were collected through the use of observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis used a triangulation on the Miles and Hiberman model. The results showed that PAUD As-Shofa Tembilahan Hulu used various approaches in these both learning system, includes: Home Visits, Limited Face-to-face Learning, and Learning from Home.

Abstract

This study aims at analyzing banking risks and performance during the COVID-19 pandemic which will affect the soundness of the bank. In this study, the researchers applied the qualitative method by examining the condition of natural objects, positioning the researchers as the key instrument, applying triangulation (combination) in the data collection, and analyzing data inductively. The analyzed data in this study was collected by implementing library research, which is a study carried out by collecting data from books, journals, articles, magazines, and internet sources related to research problems. The collected data from internet sources were in the form of stock price data and transaction volume at banks on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Those data were obtained from idx.co.id and ojk.go.id. Results of this study indicate that all banks tend to experience a decline in the value of risk-weighted assets, capital adequacy ratios, and interest income at each bank and sectoral level. Moreover, larger banks are relatively more vulnerable. The decrease in those three dimensions is predicted to increase disproportionately if the NPL shock becomes larger. The findings further suggest that a 10% NPL shock can force the capital adequacy of all banks to fall below the BASEL III minimum requirement, while a shock of 13% or more can turn it into zero or negative at the sectoral level. Apart from that, the call to stay at home has an impact on many sectors, especially the banking sector, so that financing growth slows and non-performing financing increases because many people have lost their jobs. This non-current financing definitely will have an impact on banking financial performance, leading to non-performing financing (NPF).
