Abstract

Business competition is competition between competition in carrying out production and marketing activities of goods and services. Competition is a strategy to advance the company by producing good quality products through new discoveries and ways to run a better company. This kind of competition is fair competition, where competition is justified by law and brings profits without harming competition. In addition to fair business competition there is unfair business competition, which is business competition that is carried out not in competition, against the law, and against competition.This research is a normative juridical research that conceptualizes law as a norm including values, positive law and court decisions. Legal materials are collected by means of document studies and library research, namely by combining primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials related to unfair business competition law. The analysis of legal materials is carried out by descriptive analysis, namely describing or explaining what it is about a legal event or legal condition based on primary legal norms.The conclusions that can be obtained from the results of the study are First, the Cartel Practices Conducted by PT. Yamaha and PT. Astra That Causes Loss to Consumers Based on Law Number 5 of 1999 concerning Prohibition of Monopolistic Practices and Unfair Business Competition, namely Article 5 paragraph 1 and Article 47 Paragraph 2 letter f of Law No. 5 of 1999. Second, the legal consequences arising from cartel practices in the price fixing agreement between PT. Yamaha Indonesia Motor Manufacturing and PT. Astra Honda Motor Which Was Decided To Violate Law Number 5 of 1999 In Supreme Court Decision Number: 217 k/pdt.suskppu/2019, namely a fine of Rp. 25 billion and a maximum fine as regulated in Law Number 5 of 1999 concerning Prohibition of Monopolistic Practice and Unfair Business Competition. Abstract

The purposes of Islamic Banking in general are as social institutions and providers of welfare effects for society. The noble goals will not be realized, if not the totality of Islamic Banking in improving service quality to customers as a form of good governance. Service quality in Islamic banking can be seen from the customer satisfaction in enjoying the quality of service desired by the customer and in accordance with the concept of Islam which require glorifying customers. Implement of customer satisfaction is the duty and obedience Islamic Banking regulated in Act No. 21 of 2008 on Islamic Banking.

Abstract

Masyarakat adat selalu menjadikan lingkungan sebagai tempat bergantung untuk memenuhi segala kebutuhan hidupnya. Sumber daya alam dikelola sesuai dengan tradisi yang berkembang di daerah hukum adat tersebut. Tradisi tersebut berawal dari kebiasaan-kebiasaan yang hidup ditengah-tengah masyarakat. Kebiasaan tersebut diikuti secara terus menerus, sehingga membentuk hukum adat. Masyarakat Petapahan Kampar juga mempunyai hukum adat dalam pengelolaan lingkungan yang melihat lingkungan sebagai mitra yang baik. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode sosiologis yuridis. Lokasi penelitian adalah Desa Petapahan Kecamatan Tapung Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah observasi, wawancara, kuisioner dan kajian kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini ialah hukum adat masyarakat Petapahan dalam pengelolaan lingkungan terdiri dari pengelolaan kawasan perairan dan kawasan darat. Kawasan perairan atau sungai digunakan untuk kegiatan mencari hasil-hasil sungai, salah satunya manubo ikan dengan menggunakan alat-alat tradisional dan getah akar pohon karet yang berfungsi untuk membuat ikan menjadi pusing sehingga mudah untuk ditangkap. Kawasan daratan adanya hutan adat yang dikenal dengan sebutan Utan Imbo Putuih, yang dikelola agar menjadi tetap alami hingga saat ini. Upaya yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat untuk memperoleh haknya adalah dengan melakukan pengelolaan secara bersama-sama baik itu kawasan perairan dan kawasan daratan, sehingga seluruh masyarakat memperoleh manfaat dari hasil-hasil alam tersebut.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the ownership status of Soko land in the Indigenous People of the Bendang Tribe, Kampar, Riau; and explain the settlement of the transfer dispute over the ownership of Soko Land to the Indigenous People of the Bendang Tribe, Kampar, Riau. The existence of indigenous peoples will not be separated from their customary lands. The existence of indigenous peoples will be determined by ownership of their customary land. Indigenous people will not be called indigenous peoples without owning their customary land. This type of research is sociological legal research, namely research in the form of empirical studies to find theories about the process of occurrence and the process of working the law in society. The results of this study are, the status of ownership of Soko land in the indigenous people of the kampar tribe of the kampar district is attached to the community that has a maternal lineage. The transfer of ownership of soko land to the indigenous people of the dam tribe of Kampar District is the transfer of ownership of land between generations according to lineage and the transfer of land ownership to the settlement of land disputes.

Abstract

The purpose of implementing this community service is to apply a performance-based real work lecture implementation model with an adaptive program in the new normal period at the implementation of the Riau University Real Work Lecture (Kukerta). Implementation will be carried out in 2021 in all Kukerta locations for Riau University students in 2021. The focus of the model applied is the basis of indicators for assessing Kukerta implementation based on community service performance for universities. In addition, the programs that are prepared are also adaptive during the new normal. The results of the application show that there is a potential for increasing service performance outcomes through the implementation of this Kukerta, namely in the indicators (a) service with non-DRPM funding, (b) publication in the mass media, (c) partners with legal entities, and (d) books.

Abstract

Women business actors processing cassava, especially ganepo products in Paluh Village do not yet have business legality and lack of product innovation, there is no business legality and no product innovation. Women entrepreneurs will find it difficult to expand their business network, and cannot penetrate the modern market, therefore it takes an empowerment that can improve the economy and social, and can create great women and independent villages. The purpose of community service activities that will be carried out is to provide knowledge and understanding of the importance of business legality and the need for product innovation so that later it can increase economic and social income and create jobs. The results of this community service are expected to have a good impact in terms of economic and social changes so that women can help the family economy and create an independent village community.

Abstract

The first fact is still found by parents who have not paid special attention to children with disabilities, resulting in violations of the rights of children with disabilities. The second fact is that the legal instruments are still weak and the regulations have not been fully implemented. These facts are an inhibiting factor in the development of children with disabilities. The purpose of this activity is so that children with disabilities know what their rights are, so that children with disabilities still feel respected by their presence. The output of this activity is the fulfillment of accessibility rights for children with disabilities in their growth and development in the social environment. The result of this activity is that children with disabilities know their rights, so that discrimination against them is not allowed. Children with disabilities also know that they have special rights guaranteed by laws and regulations.

Abstract

Berdasarkan Keppres Nomor 111 Tahun 1999 dan Kepmensos Nomor 06/PEGHUK/2002 Komunitas Adat Terpencil merupakan kelompok sosial (budaya) yang bersifat lokal dan terpencar serta kurang atau belum terlibat dalam jaringan dan pelayanan sosial dasar (belum adanya lembaga formal di bidang pendidikan, kesehatan, keagamaan, dan kesejahteraan sosial, ekonomi dan politik). Berdasarkan Direktorat Pemberdayaan Komunitas Adat Terpencil, Karakteristik Komunitas Adat Terpencil adalah berbentuk komunitas relatif kecil, tertutup, dan homogen; organisasi sosial I pranata sosialnya bertumpu pada hubungan kekerabatan (bersifat informal dan kental dengan norma adat); pada umumnya terpencil secara geografis dan sosial-budaya dengan masyarakat yang lebih luas; pada umumnya masih hidup dengan sistem ekonomi subsistem (berburu dan meramu, peladang berpindah, nelayan subsistem, dan kombinasi diantaranya); peralatan dan teknologinya sederhana; ketergantungan kepada lingkungan hidup dan SDA setempat relatif tinggi; dan terbatasnya akses pelayanan sosial dasar, ekonomi dan politik. Data Departemen Sosial menyebutkan jumlah Komunitas Adat Terpencil (KAT) tahun 2004 sebanyak 205.029 Kepala Keluarga (KK), yang tersebar di 211 Kabupaten di 27 Provinsi. Kemudian di tahun 2009 jumlah Komunitas Adat Terpencil (KAT) sebanyak 229.479 Kepala Keluarga (KK), yang tersebar di 2.650 lokasi, 2.037 Desa, 852 Kecamatan, 246 Kabupaten yang ada di 30 Provinsi. Hal tersebut di atas, menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan jumlah Komunitas Adat Terpencil (KAT) di Indonesia, dikarenakan ketidakseimbangan antara pertumbuhan Komunitas Adat Terpencil (KAT) yang terjadi di lapangan dengan kebutuhan baik itu berupa regulasi yang tidak diatur secara eksplisit, maupun berupa pelaksanaan dari regulasi tersebut.  Kata kunci : Politik Hukum, Perlindungan, Komunitas Adat Terpencil (KAT)

Abstract

Palung Raya village has culinary potential that can be developed such as lopek bugih, lopek bugih which is a traditional food belonging to Kampar Regency, this meal is a meal of processed glutinous rice flour which is filled with grated coconut filled with sugar. The purpose of this activity is to support higher education programs through realizing the three principles of higher education as well as improving the economy of lopek bugih business actors. The method of application is provided by providing socialization and assistance in managing business legality, and creating the latest innovative taste of lopek bugih which so far only consists of one taste, these activities are carried out by directly involving business groups that have met the elements. The empowerment of lopek bugih business actors resulted in business legality and innovation in variations of lopek bugih.

Abstract

This community empowerment activity in making hand sanitizers was carried out in the Nagari Persiapan Aia Manggih Utara, Kecamatan Lubuk Sikaping. WHO officially declared COVID-19 a pandemic due to the increasingly massive spread of COVID-19 in various countries. One of the efforts to avoid this virus is to maintain hand hygiene. Currently, many hand sanitizers are offered in the form of hand sanitizers because their use is more practical. Hand sanitizer is practical to use and can be carried anytime and anywhere. Generally, hand sanitzers are made using alcohol-based ingredients, but the use of alcohol on the skin is considered unsafe, besides that during the Covid-19 pandemic, hand sanitizers have become rare in the market. Therefore, one way to overcome this problem is to make a hand sanitizer made from natural ingredients from betel and lime leaves. The formulation of the problems that arise due to COVID-19 in the Nagari Persiapan Aia Manggih Utara, namely how to educate the public in making hand sanitizers made from natural ingredients, Techniques used in community empowerment related to the manufacture of hand sanitizers with natural ingredients are community participation, discussion and outreach. Based on the results of surveys and interviews conducted at the end of community service activities, 87% of the community understands how to make hand sanitizers made from natural ingredients, 95% of the community understands about COVID-19 and its symptoms of infection, 91% of the community understands efforts to prevent transmission of COVID-19, 88 % of people have understood the new normal policy (new normal habits), and 97% of people have experienced a decrease in income.
