Abstract

 Abstrak: Kesiapan kerja penting bagi mahasiswa sebelum memasuki dunia kerja, mengingat persaingan di era globalisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pengalaman magang dunia usaha/dunia industri terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa; (2) pengaruh penguasaan teknologi informasi terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa; (3)  pengaruh pengalaman magang dunia usaha/dunia industri dan penguasaan teknologi informasi terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa PAP FKIP UNS angkatan 2021 – 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Populasi berjumlah 180 mahasiswa dengan sampel penelitian berjumlah 124 responden. Sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling dan pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengalaman magang dunia usaha/dunia industri terhadap kesiapan kerja Mahasiswa PAP FKIP UNS yang dibuktikan melalui nilai thitung 4,509 > ttabel 1,980; (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan penguasaan teknologi informasi terhadap kesiapan kerja Mahasiswa PAP FKIP UNS, dibuktikan melalui nilai thitung 2,589 > ttabel 1,980; (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengalaman magang dunia usaha/dunia industri dan penguasaan teknologi informasi terhadap kesiapan kerja Mahasiswa PAP UNS, dibuktikan melalui nilai Fhitung 36,164 > Ftabel 3,07.Kata kunci: sektor bisnis dan industri; keterampilan teknologi informasi; kesiapan profesional; analisis kuantitatifAbstract: Work readiness constitutes a vital competency for students entering the workforce, particularly given contemporary global competition. This study examined: (1) the effect of business/industry internship experience on student work readiness; (2) the effect of information technology mastery on student work readiness; and (3) the combined effect of internship experience and information technology mastery on work readiness among Office Administration Education students at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Sebelas Maret, cohorts 2021–2022. The research employed a quantitative descriptive approach with a population of 180 students and a sample of 124 respondents selected through cluster random sampling. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed through multiple linear regression using SPSS Statistics 26. Results demonstrated that: (1) internship experience significantly and positively influenced work readiness (t = 4.509 > 1.980, p < .001); (2) information technology mastery significantly and positively influenced work readiness (t = 2.589 > 1.980, p = .011); and (3) internship experience and information technology mastery jointly exhibited significant positive effects on work readiness (F = 36.164 > 3.07, p < .001). The coefficient of determination (R²) was .374, indicating that both variables explained 37.4% of work readiness variance.Keywords: business and industry sector; information technology skills; professional readiness; quantitative analysis

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: penerapan keterampilan abad 21 (6C), kendala penerapan keterampilan abad 21 (6C), dan solusi kendala penerapan keterampilan abad 21 (6C) dalam pembelajaran daring pada Simulasi Bisnis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data penelitian diperoleh dari informan, tempat, peristiwa, dan dokumen. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Validasi data dilakukan melalui triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model interaktif. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) perencanaan dimulai dengan pembuatan RPS; (2) kegiatan diskusi kelompok, pembuatan video peluncuran produk baru, kerja sama dalam praktik expo dan grand launching, dan lain-lain; dan (3) evaluasi dilakukan melalui penilaian sejawat dan pemantauan laporan kemajuan. Kendalanya adalah: (a) rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa; (b) miskomunikasi yang menimbulkan kebingungan; (c) kurangnya kerjasama dan tanggung jawab antar individu dalam kelompok; dan (d) kurangnya kontrol dari dosen. Solusi untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut adalah: (a) penugasan observasi foto dan video pembelajaran; (b) diskusi offline rutin; (c) saling berkolaborasi dan meningkatkan hubungan profesional; dan (d) penerapan pengendalian berkala.Kata Kunci: kecakapan abad 21, pembelajaran online, kualitatifAbstract: This study aims to find out: the implementation of 21st-century skills (6C), obstacles in implementing 21st-century skills (6C), and solutions to the obstacles in implementing 21st-century skills (6C) in online learning at Business Simulation. The obstacles were: (a) a lack of critical thinking skills in students; (b) miscommunication that causes confusion; (c) a lack of cooperation and responsibility between individuals in the group; and (d) a lack of control from lecturers. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan adanya permasalahan pada hasil belajar siswa kelas XI MPLB SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta pada mata pelajaran administrasi umum yang dipengaruhi oleh persepsi siswa tentang metode mengajar guru dan minat belajar siswa. Diketahui bahwa ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI MPLB pada mata pelajaran administrasi umum hanya sebesar 32,08%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh (1) persepsi siswa tentang metode mengajar guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa, (2) minat belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa, dan (3) persepsi siswa tentang metode mengajar guru dan minat belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan siginifikan pada persepsi siswa tentang metode mengajar guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa yang dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,004 ˂ 0,05 (2) terdapat pengaruh negatif pada minat belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa yang dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,034 ˂ 0,05 dan nilai koefisien pada kolom B sebesai -0,315 (3) terdapat pengaruh secara simultan pada persepsi siswa tentang metode mengajar guru dan minat belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran administrasi umum kelas XI MPLB SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta yang dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,008 ˂ 0,05. Kata kunci: evaluasi pembelajaran; ketuntasan belajar; kuantitatif; surveiAbstract: This study investigated the relationship between students' perceptions of teachers' teaching methods and learning interest with learning outcomes among grade XI MPLB students at SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta in general administration. The learning completion rate was only 32.08%. This quantitative survey research examined: (1) the effect of students' perceptions of teaching methods on learning outcomes, (2) the effect of learning interest on learning outcomes, and (3) the simultaneous effect of both variables on learning outcomes. Results indicated that (1) students' perceptions of teaching methods had a significant positive effect on learning outcomes (p = 0.004), (2) learning interest had a significant negative effect on learning outcomes (p = 0.034, B = -0.315), and (3) both variables simultaneously and significantly affected learning outcomes (p = 0.008). Keywords: learning completeness; learning evaluation; quantitative; survey

Abstract

This study aimed to find out: the activeness of students during the online learning process with E-Learning, the obstacles that arose in the implementation of online learning with E-Learning, and the efforts made to face the existing obstacles. This study used a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The data of this study obtained from informants, documents and archives. The sampling techniques used were purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, documents, and archive analysis. The data validation was done through source triangulation and method triangulation. The data analysis technique used  interactive model data analysis. The results showed that: (1) The activeness of students in implementing online learning with E-Learning during the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic was lack. (2) The obstacles in the implementation of online learning were: (a) low concentration of learning, (b) interactions that tend to be one-way, (c) less varied learning methods, (d) the internet network was less stable, (e) the difficulty of lecturers in controlling the class. The efforts to overcome obstacles were as follows: (a) provided ice-breaking, (b) used more varied learning methods, (c) provided stimulus by lecturers, (d) used different applications, (e) performed periodic control on students.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to find out the performance-based implementation of Si TAMPPAN at KUKM and Perindag Office Wonogiri. The research is a qualitative descriptive research using a case study approach. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling and snowball sampling. Data validation was obtained by methodological and sources triangulation. The results of the research shows: (1) Performance-based implementation of Si TAMPPAN at KUKM and Perindag Office Wonogiri in the form of: (a) Planning stage which includes: (1) socialization and training; (2) preparation of SKP; and (3) SKP approval; (b) activity uploads; (c) activity journal verification; (d) implementation results; (e) evaluation of information systems. (2) Obstacles in the implementation of Si TAMPPAN include: (a) dissemination of Si TAMPPAN was not maximal; (b) lack of IT mastery; (c) lack of facilities and infrastructure to support the implementation; (d) Si TAMPPAN's server is still having problems. (3) Efforts to overcome obstacles to the implementation of Si TAMPPAN include: (a) Re- dissemination of Si TAMPPAN to civil servants; (b) IT mentoring to civil servants who lack IT skills; (c) use more upgraded mobile phones and personal laptops; (d) make a statement letter and contact the super admin of Si TAMPPAN.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh lingkungan teman sebaya terhadap disiplin belajar siswa; (2) pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap disiplin belajar siswa; (3) pengaruh lingkungan teman sebaya dan motivasi belajar secara bersama-sama terhadap disiplin belajar siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Populasi yang digunakan yaitu seluruh siswa kelas X dan XI jurusan MPLB di SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo tahun pelajaran 2022/2023 sejumlah 214 siswa. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling dengan jumlah 140 siswa. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan angket atau kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan lingkungan teman sebaya terhadap disiplin belajar (thitung 2.016>ttabel 1.977) dengan signifikansi (0.046<0.05); (2) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan motivasi belajar terhadap disiplin belajar (thitung 4.288>ttabel 1.977) dengan signifikansi (0.000<0.05) ; (3) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan lingkungan teman sebaya dan motivasi belajar secara bersama-sama (Fhitung 72.589>Ftabel 3.06) dengan signifikansi (0.000<0.05).Kata kunci: komunitas teman sebaya; minat belajar; tertib belajarAbstract: This research aims to determine: (1) the influence of the peer environment on student learning discipline; (2) the influence of learning motivation on student learning discipline; (3) the influence of the peer environment and motivation to study together on student learning disciplineThe research method used is a quantitative approach with correlational methods. The population used is all students in class X and XI majoring in MPLB at SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo for the 2022/2023 academic year with a total of 214 students. Sampling used a proportionate stratified random sampling technique with a total of 140 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires or questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) penerapan job description pada PT. SHA Solo, (2) Hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi dalam penerapan job description pada PT. SHA Solo, (3) Solusi mengatasi permasalahan penerapan job description PT. SHA Solo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dalam penelitian ini yaitu (1) PT. SHA Solo telah menerapkan job description dengan baik dibuktikan dengan hasil penelitian yang berlandaskan aspek-aspek job description yang meliputi identifikasi pekerjaan, ringkasan pekerjaan, batas otoritas, standar kinerja, kondisi kerja, dan spesifikasi pekerjaan yang telah diuraikan PT. SHA Solo. (2) Hambatan yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini adalah terjadinya overload pekerjaan diakibatkan oleh kurangnya kuantitas SDM yang dimiliki PT. SHA Solo terutama pada kantor pusat dan kebutuhan ruang kantor yang bertambah seiring dengan bertambahnya jumlah pegawai pada kantor pusat. (3) Solusi untuk mengatasi hambatan yang terjadi adalah pengadaan SDM untuk ditempatkan pada posisi atau jabatan yang belum terisi sesuai yang dibutuhkan posisi atau jabatan tersebut agar tidak terjadi overload pekerjaan dan melakukan renovasi kantor sebagai upaya menyediakan tempat untuk pegawai bekerja senyaman mungkin agar meminimalisir risiko kondisi kerja yang dapat berpengaruh pada pegawai baik secara langsung maupun tidak.Kata kunci: aspek-aspek job description; rincian pekerjaan; kendala job descriptionAbstract: This study aims to determine (1) the application of job descriptions at PT. SHA Solo, (2) Obstacles encountered  in  applying job descriptions at PT. SHA Solo, (3) Solutions to overcome the problem of applying the job description of PT. SHA Solo. This study used a descriptive qualitative method. The results in this study are (1) PT. SHA Solo has implemented job descriptions well as evidenced by research results based on job description aspects which include job identification, job summary, authority limits, performance standards, working conditions, and job specifications that have been described by PT. SHA Solo. (2) The obstacle found in this study is the occurrence of work overload caused by the lack of quantity of human resources owned by PT. SHA Solo, especially at the head office, and the need for office space increases in line with the increase in the number of employees at the head office. (3) The solution to overcoming the obstacles that occur is procuring human resources to be placed in positions or positions that have not been filled according to what is required of these positions or positions so that work overload does not occur and carrying out office renovations as an effort to provide a place for employees to work as comfortably as possible to minimize the risk of conditions work that can affect employees either directly or indirectly.Keywords: job description; job description aspects; job description constraints

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini mengkaji efektivitas Project-Based Learning (PjBL) dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi pengelolaan rapat. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan model Kemmis dan McTaggart dilaksanakan melalui dua siklus pembelajaran, masing-masing terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah 36 siswa Kelas XI MPLB 2 di SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada rerata hasil belajar, dari 81,33 pada pra-siklus menjadi 93,89 pada Siklus I dan 94,72 pada Siklus II. Selain pencapaian akademik, penerapan PjBL meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa, mendorong partisipasi aktif, dan mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis. Temuan ini merekomendasikan PjBL sebagai strategi pembelajaran efektif yang selaras dengan penekanan Kurikulum Merdeka pada pengembangan kompetensi siswa secara komprehensif. Keywords: berpikir kritis; kurikulum merdeka; partisipasi aktif; pendidikan vokasi; penelitian tindakan kelasAbstract: This study examined the effectiveness of Project-Based Learning (PjBL) in improving student learning outcomes in meeting management. Classroom Action Research employing the Kemmis and McTaggart model was conducted through two learning cycles, each comprising planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The study involved 36 students from Class XI MPLB 2 at SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta. Results demonstrated significant improvement in mean learning outcomes, increasing from 81.33 in the pre-cycle to 93.89 in Cycle I and 94.72 in Cycle II. Beyond academic achievement, PjBL implementation enhanced student engagement, encouraged active participation, and developed critical thinking skills. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa melalui penerapan metode bermain peran pada mata pelajaran Hubungan Masyarakat dan Manajemen Keprotokolan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI MPLB 2 sebanyak 36 orang. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan angket motivasi belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa dari prasiklus sebesar 56,39%, menjadi 64,38% pada siklus I, dan meningkat menjadi 73,33% pada siklus II. Penerapan metode bermain peran membuat siswa lebih aktif, percaya diri, dan memahami materi secara kontekstual melalui pengalaman langsung. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif untuk menggambarkan respon siswa terhadap proses pembelajaran dan secara kuantitatif dengan menghitung persentase skor motivasi belajar pada setiap siklus untuk melihat peningkatan yang terjadi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan metode bermain peran efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Namun, keterbatasan waktu pelaksanaan menjadi kendala dalam mengukur hasil belajar secara keseluruhan. Oleh karena itu, disarankan untuk melakukan penelitian lebih lanjut dalam jangka waktu yang lebih panjang dan mengeksplorasi dampaknya terhadap pencapaian kompetensi lainnya. Kata kunci: keterlibatan siswa; pembelajaran aktif; pembelajaran kontekstual; pendekatan reflektif; siklus pembelajaranAbstract: This study aims to increase student learning motivation through the application of the role play method on the elements of Public Relations and Protocol Management. The research was conducted with a Classroom Action Research (CAR)) approach which was carried out in two cycles. The research subjects were students of class XI MPLB 2 as many as 36 people. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and questionnaires of learning motivation. The results showed that there was an increase in student learning motivation from pre-cycle of 56.39%, to 64.38% in cycle I, and increased to 73.33% in cycle II. The application of the role play method makes students more active, confident, and understand the material contextually through direct experience. Data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively to describe students' responses to the learning process and quantitatively by calculating the percentage of learning motivation scores in each cycle to see the improvement that occurred. This study concludes that learning with the role play method is effective in increasing students' learning motivation. However, the limited implementation time is an obstacle in measuring learning outcomes as a whole. Therefore, it is recommended that further research be conducted over a longer period of time and explore the impact on other competency achievements. Keywords: active learning; contextual learning; learning cycle; student engagement; reflective approach

Abstract

The objectives of the research are to determine: (1) the implementation of service system at the Office of Health Social Security Agency (BPJS) in Karanganyar; (2) the customer satisfaction at the Office of Health Social Security Agency (BPJS) in Karanganyar; (3) the obstacles faced in the application of service at the Office of Health Social Security Agency (BPJS) in Karanganyar; and (4) the solutions implemented to overcome obstacles that occur at the Office of Health Social Security Agency (BPJS) in Karanganyar. This research used qualitative approach methods with  case study type. The data source in this research derived from informant, place and event, as well as  document and archives. Data were collected by interview, observation, and document and archives analysis. The obtained data then were analyzed with interactive analysis technique consisted of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Data validation was done by using source and method triangulations. The results showed that: (1) the service system used consisted of the direction by the officer, giving a queue number, and service; (2) customer satisfaction, which is related to the services offered according to the needs of participants, competent officers, and adequate facilities; (3) the obstacles that emerge in the service are the lack of participants' retention of the existence of MOBILE  JKN and insufficient space capacity during long queues; (4) efforts made in overcoming the obstacles are optimization of the JKN MOBILE function, addition of counters, additional waiting chairs, expansion of service space, and partnership.
