Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pelaksanaan pelayanan sistem jemput bola, (2) hasilevaluasi CIPP (Context, input, process, product ) pelayanan sistem jemput bola. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, input, process, product). Hasil dari penelitian sebagai berikut: 1) pelaksanaan pelayanan sistem jemput bola meliputi prosedur pelaksanaan program pelayanan jemput bola, sarana dan prasarana program pelayanan jemput bola dan petugas pelaksana program pelayanan jemput bola, (2) hasil penelitian: a) evaluasi context menunjukkan bahwa PT BPR BKK Jateng Cabang Karanganyar sudah mempunyai pedoman dalam pelaksanaan pelayanan sistem jemput bola, sasaran yang dilayani adalah seluruh masyarakat yang berada di sekitar Kabupaten Karanganyar, b) evaluasi input menunjukkan bahwa sarana dan prasarana sudah cukup memadai, pelatihan sudah diikuti oleh seluruh pegawai pelaksanaan pelayanan jemput bola, c) evaluasi process menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pegawai sudah cukup baik dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada nasabah, sudah ada evaluasi yang dilakukan setiap bulan, terdapat faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan pelayanan sistem jemput bola, d) evaluasi product menunjukkan bahwa nasabah memiliki loyalitas yang tinggi terhadap perusahaan, jumlah tabungan dan jumlah nasabah mengalami kenaikan.Kata kunci: ambil bola; CIPP; evaluasi; kualitatif Abstract: This study aims to determine (1) the implementation of the ball pick-up system service and (2) the results of the CIPP (Context, input, process, product) evaluation of the ball pick-up system service. This is an evaluation research with a qualitative descriptive approach using the CIPP (Context, input, process, product) evaluation model. The results of the study are as follows: 1) the implementation of the ball pick-up system service includes the procedure for implementing the ball shuttle service program, the facilities and infrastructure of the ball pick-up service program and the implementing officers of the ball shuttle service program, (2) The results of: a) context evaluation shows that PT BPR BKK Jateng Cabang Karanganyar already has guidelines for implementing the ball pick-up system service, the targets served are all communities around Karanganyar Regency b) input evaluation shows that the facilities and infrastructure are quite adequate, training has been attended by all employees implementing the ball shuttle service, c) process evaluation shows that employee competence is good enough in providing services to customers, there is already an evaluation carried out every month there are supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the ball pick-up system service, d) product evaluation shows that customers have high loyalty to the company, the amount of savings and the number of customers has increased.Keywords: ball pick-up services; CIPP; evaluation; qualitative

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) the effectiveness of the use of the Kartu Indonesia Pintar (KIP) in State Vocational High Schools throughout the city of Surakarta; 2) obstacles that occur in the use of KIP; and 3) solutions given to the problems that occur. This research is a qualitative descriptive research with a case study approach. Sources of research data include informants, documents, and events. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling and snowball sampling. Data was collected by means of interviews, observations, and documents. The validity test technique used is triangulation of techniques and sources. Data analysis techniques with interactive analysis techniques. The results of the study are as follows: The effectiveness of KIP utilization is seen from 1) The accuracy of the target of KIP utilization, in terms of acceptance accuracy is not right because there are still poor KIP holder students who do not get assistance. Meanwhile, in terms of the accuracy of the utilization objectives, it is seen that the funds that have been disbursed by students have been used properly; 2) Socialization of the use of KIP, socialization from the education office is lacking, there is only monitoring once a year. However, socialization to students has been carried out well by the school; and 3) Monitoring of KIP utilization has been carried out by the school through a whatsapp group, from the results of this monitoring the use of KIP in State Vocational Schools throughout the city of Surakarta can be categorized as effective.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh pengalaman PKL terhadap kesiapan kerja; (2) pengaruh kemampuan digital literacy terhadap kesiapan kerja; dan (3) pengaruh pengalaman PKL dan kemampuan digital literacy secara simultan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII SMK Batik 2 Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII SMK Batik 2 Surakarta berjumlah 132 siswa dengan sampel 100 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik proportional random sampling serta sisa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, dan analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) pengalaman PKL berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja Sig. 0,000 < 0,05 (thitung 5,858 > ttabel 1,984); (2) kemampuan digital literacy juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan Sig. 0,000 < 0,05 (thitung 3,592 > ttabel 1,984); (3) secara simultan, keduanya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja Sig. 0,000 < 0,05 (Fhitung 98,357 > Ftabel 3,94). Nilai R Square sebesar 0,670 menunjukkan bahwa 67% variasi kesiapan kerja dipengaruhi oleh pengalaman PKL dan kemampuan digital literacy. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan menggunakan metode yang lebih beragam dan menggali variabel lain yang turut memengaruhi kesiapan kerja.  Kata kunci: dunia industri; kesiapan siswa; kompetensi kerja; literasi teknologi; pengalaman belajar Abstract: This study aimed to investigate: (1) the influence of industrial work practice (IWP) experience on work readiness; (2) the influence of digital literacy capabilities on work readiness; and (3) the simultaneous influence of IWP experience and digital literacy capabilities on work readiness among 12th-grade students at SMK Batik 2 Surakarta. Employing a quantitative approach with correlational methodology, this research involved a population of 132 12th-grade students at SMK Batik 2 Surakarta, with 100 respondents selected through proportional random sampling. Data collection utilized questionnaires, and data analysis employed multiple regression analysis. The findings revealed that: (1) IWP experience demonstrated a positive and significant influence on work readiness (Sig. 0.000 < 0.05; tcount 5.858 > ttable 1.984); (2) digital literacy capabilities also showed a positive and significant influence (Sig. 0.000 < 0.05; tcount 3.592 > t­table 1.984); (3) simultaneously, both variables significantly influenced work readiness (Sig. 0.000 < 0.05; Fcount 98.357 > Ftable 3.94). The R Square value of 0.670 indicated that 67% of work readiness variation was influenced by IWP experience and digital literacy capabilities. Abstract

This research aimed to find out: (1) the optimization of SLiMS automation system in Reading Room of Office Administration Education Program Study of FKIP UNS (Teacher Training and Education Faculty of Sebelas Maret University), (2) the constraints encountered in applying automation system in Reading Room of Office Administration Education Program Study of FKIP UNS; and solution to the application of automation system in Reading Room of Office Administration Education Program Study of FKIP UNS in order to be more maximal. This study was a descriptive qualitative research. The sampling techniques employed were purposive and snow ball sampling ones. Data sources employed were informant, place, and event, as well as archive and document. Techniques of collecting data used were interview, observation, and documentation. Data validation was carried out using source and method triangulations. Technique of analyzing data used was an interactive model of analysis. The result of research showed that the application of SLiMS (Senayan Library Management System) automation in Reading Room of Office Administration Education Program Study of Teacher Training and Education Faculty of Surakarta Sebelas Maret University included: circulation service, retrieval system (OPAC), member administration, and literature processing. The constraints encountered in SLiMS application are administrator’s poor competency in using SLiMS automation system leading to less maximal system utilization, and inadequate facilities including the availability of one computer unit only, the limited number of reading table available, and the inadequate space condition. Availability of library materials is still lacking in terms of both quantity and content. The attempts taken to deal with such constraints were: to hold training activity for SLiMS automation system conducted by administrators of reading room, to repair and to provide facilities in reading room by proposing it to the central office through study program, for example, increasing the number of air conditioners (AC). In addition, he also asked for donations from alumnus to increase the collection of library materials.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan, hambatan, dan upaya yang dilakukan untuk menghadapi hambatan dalam pengelolaan perlengkapan kantor di Subbagian Tata Usaha, Kepegawaian, dan Organisasi Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kota Surakarta. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Data penelitian ini bersumber dari sumber primer dan sekunder. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive dan snowball sampling. Wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumen ditetapkan sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data model interaktif. Penelitian dilakukan berdasarkan prosedur yang sistematis. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) pelaksanaan manajemen perlengkapan kantor meliputi perencanaan, penganggaran, pengadaan, pencatatan, penyimpanan dan pendistribusian, pemeliharaan, penghapusan, dan pengendalian; (2) kendala-kendala yang dihadapi antara lain terbatasnya ketersediaan anggaran, terbatasnya jumlah sumber daya manusia untuk barang yang tidak tahan lama, kurangnya kompetensi IT pegawai bagian perlengkapan, dan kurangnya tanggung jawab pegawai dalam penggunaan barang; (3) upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala, yaitu menetapkan skala prioritas dalam pengadaan barang persediaan, mengajukan usulan penambahan pegawai persediaan ke BKD Kota Surakarta dan memberdayakan pegawai magang, melakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan IT kepada pegawai persediaan, serta memberikan arahan kepada pegawai dan membuat SOP tentang pengelolaan barang persediaan Kata Kunci: kualitatif; manajemen perlengkapan kantor; studi kasus Abstract: This study aims to know the implementation, obstacles, and efforts made to deal with obstacles in office supply management at Sub Bagian Administrasi, Kepegawaian, and OrganisasiDinas Tenaga Kerja Kota Surakarta. The approach of this research is qualitative, based on the type of case study. The data for this research was sourced from primary and secondary sources. Sampling using purposive and snowball sampling techniques. In-depth interviews, observations, and document studies are established as data collection techniques. This research uses interactive model data analysis. The research is conducted based on a systematic procedure. The results of the study are:(1) the implementation of office supply management includes planning, budgeting, procurement, recording, storage and distribution, maintenance, deletion, and control; (2) constraints including limited budget availability, a limited number of human resources for non-durable goods, lack of IT competence for supply employees, and lack of responsibility for employees in the use of goods; (3) efforts made to overcome obstacles, namely setting a priority scale in the procurement of supply, submitting additional proposals for supply employees to BKD Kota Surakarta and empowering interns, conducting training and IT assistance to supply employees, and providing directions to employees and making SOP on the supply management.Keywords: case study; office supply management; qualitative

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh persepsi siswa terhadap Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek (PjBL) dan kemandirian belajar terhadap pencapaian hasil belajar di kalangan siswa kelas sebelas Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis di SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta. Pendekatan survei kuantitatif digunakan dengan 85 responden yang dipilih dari 108 siswa melalui pengambilan sampel acak bert stratified proporsional. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert lima poin dan dianalisis melalui regresi linier berganda menggunakan IBM SPSS 26.0. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa persepsi PjBL berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar (t = 3,008, p = 0,003), demikian pula kemandirian belajar (t = 4,716, p = 0,000). Secara bersamaan, kedua variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar (F = 11,124, p = 0,000), berkontribusi sebesar 19,4% terhadap varians hasil belajar (Adjusted R² = 0,194). Kemandirian belajar muncul sebagai prediktor yang lebih kuat (β = 0,592) dibandingkan dengan persepsi PjBL (β = 0,378). Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis proyek yang dikontekstualisasikan dengan praktik pengarsipan otentik, dikombinasikan dengan peningkatan pembelajaran mandiri, secara efektif meningkatkan hasil pendidikan kejuruan. Guru disarankan untuk merancang proyek pengarsipan otentik yang berlangsung selama 4–6 minggu sambil mendorong otonomi siswa melalui refleksi diri dan bimbingan perencanaan. Keywords: kompetensi manajemen dokumen; pendidikan vokasional; self-regulated learning siswa SMK Abstract: This study examined the effects of students' perceptions of Project-Based Learning (PjBL) and learning independence on archiving learning outcomes among eleventh-grade Office Management and Business Services students at SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta. A quantitative survey approach was employed with 85 respondents selected from 108 students through proportionate stratified random sampling. Data were collected using a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through multiple linear regression using IBM SPSS 26.0. Results indicated that PjBL perceptions positively and significantly affected learning outcomes (t = 3.008, p = .003), as did learning independence (t = 4.716, p = .000). Simultaneously, both variables significantly influenced learning outcomes (F = 11.124, p = .000), contributing 19.4% to learning outcome variance (Adjusted R² = .194). Learning independence emerged as the stronger predictor (β = .592) compared to PjBL perceptions (β = .378). These findings confirm that project-based learning contextualized with authentic archiving practices, combined with self-regulated learning enhancement, effectively improves vocational education outcomes. Teachers are recommended to design authentic archiving projects lasting 4–6 weeks while fostering student autonomy through self-reflection and planning guidance. Keywords: document management competence; vocational education; vocational students’ self-regulated learning

Abstract

Abstrak: Hasil belajar siswa dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa seperti minat belajar dan persepsi siswa terhadap kompetensi profesional yang dimiliki guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi profesional guru terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran Pengelolaan Kearsipan, (2) pengaruh minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran Pengelolaan Kearsipan, (3) pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi profesional guru dan minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran Pengelolaan Kearsipan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI MPLB SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kausalitas. Sampel penelitian diperoleh menggunakan teknik Convenience Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh negatif antara persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi profesional guru terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran pengelolaan kearsipan (thitung > ttabel yaitu -3,076 > 1,990), terdapat pengaruh yang positif signifikan antara minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran pengelolaan kearsipan (thitung > ttabel yaitu 5,990 > 1,990), secara simultan kedua variabel bebas berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar  (Fhitung > Ftabel yaitu 19.575 > 3,11 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 > 0,05). Nilai R square sebesar 0,326, artinya persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi profesional guru dan minat belajar mempengaruhi hasil belajar sebesar 32,6%. Kata kunci: hasil akademik; kearsipan; keprofesionalan pendidik; peserta didikAbstract: Students' learning outcomes are influenced by various factors, including learning interest and students' perceptions of teachers' professional competence. This study examined: (1) the influence of students' perceptions of teachers' professional competence on learning outcomes in Archival Management, (2) the influence of learning interest on learning outcomes in Archival Management, and (3) the combined influence of students' perceptions of teachers' professional competence and learning interest on learning outcomes in Archival Management. The population comprised Grade XI MPLB students at SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta. This quantitative study employed a causal approach, with samples obtained through convenience sampling. Data were collected via survey methods and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Results indicated a significant negative influence of students' perceptions of teachers' professional competence on learning outcomes (t = -3.076, p = .003), a significant positive influence of learning interest on learning outcomes (t = 5.990, p < .001), and a significant combined positive influence of both independent variables on learning outcomes (F = 19.575, p < .001). The coefficient of determination (R² = .326) revealed that students' perceptions of teachers' professional competence and learning interest collectively explained 32.6% of the variance in learning outcomes. Keywords: academic achievement; archival management; educator professionalism; students

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang keterampilan mengajar guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa, (2) pengaruh lingkungan sekolah terhadap motivasi belajar siswa, (3) pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang keterampilan mengajar guru dan lingkungan sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian dilakukan di SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan penelitian ini berjumlah 140 responden yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert modifikasi dan dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan persepsi siswa tentang keterampilan mengajar guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa (thitung 5.740>ttabel 1,978) dengan signifikansi (0,000<0,05), (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan lingkungan sekolah terhadap motivasi belajar siswa (thitung 3.415>ttabel 1,978) dengan signifikansi (0,001<0,05), (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan persepsi siswa tentang keterampilan mengajar guru dan lingkungan sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap motivasi belajar siswa (Fhitung  65.243>Ftabel 3,06) dengan signifikansi (0,000<0,05). Hasil analisis keseluruhan dalam penelitian mendukung hipotesis yang diasumsikan.Kata kunci: kecakapan mengajar; keinginan belajar;  lingkungan pendidikan Abstract: This study aims to find out (1) the influence of students’ perception of teaching skills on students' learning motivation, (2) the influence of school environment on students' learning motivation, (3) the influence of students’ perception of teaching skills and school environment simultaneously on students’ motivation learning. The study was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study. The sample in this study amounted to 140 respondents taken using proportionate stratified random sampling techniques. The data was collected using Likert scale modification questionnaires and analyzed with multiple linear regression. The results showed that (1) there was a positive and significant influence of student’s perception of teaching skills on students learning motivation (tcount 5,740 > ttable 1,978) with significance (0,000<0,05), (2) there was a positive and significant the influence of school environment on students motivation (tcount 3,415 > ttable 1,978) with significance (0,000<0,05), (3) there was a positive and significant the influence of student perception of teaching skills and school environment simultaneously on students motivation learning (Fcount  65,243 > Ftable 3,06) with significance (0,000<0,05). The overall result of the analysis in this study supports the assumed hypothesis.Keywords: teaching skills; desire to learn; educational environment

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh pengetahuan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran FKIP UNS; (2) Pengaruh kepribadian terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran FKIP UNS; dan (3) Pengaruh pegetahuan kewirausahaan dan kepribadian terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran FKIP UNS. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran Angkatan 2021 dan 2022 dengan jumlah sampel 126 responden. Sampel penelitian diambil menggunakan Teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengetahuan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha (nilai thitung 8,454 > ttabel 1,979) dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. 2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepribadian terhadap minat berwirausaha (thitung 3,209 > ttabel 1,979) dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,002. 3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan kepribadian terhadap minat berwirausaha dengan hasil uji F (Fhitung 55,546 > Ftabel 3,06) dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Keseluruhan pada hasil analisis penelitian ini mendukung hipotesis yang telah diasumsikan. Kata Kunci : karakter; ketertarikan berwirausaha; psikologi; penelitian kuantitatif; wawasanAbstract: The purpose of this research is to determine: (1) The influence of entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurial interest of FKIP UNS Office Administration Education students; (2) The influence of personality on entrepreneurial interest of FKIP UNS Office Administration Education students; and (3) The influence of entrepreneurial knowledge and personality on entrepreneurial interest of FKIP UNS Office Administration Education students. This research is a quantitative research with correlational method. The population in this research is the student of Office Administration Education Study Program Class of 2021 and 2022. The research sample was taken using proportionate stratified random sampling technique and resulted in 126 students. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of the IBM SPSS ver 26.0. From the results of the study it can be concluded that: 1) there is a positive and significant influence of entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurial interest (tcount value 8.454> t table 1.979) with a significance value of 0.000. 2) there is a positive and significant effect of personality on entrepreneurial interest (tcount 3,209 > t table 1,979) with a significance value of 0.002. 3) there is a positive and significant effect of entrepreneurial knowledge and personality on entrepreneurial interest with the results of the F test (Fcount 55.546 > Ftable 3.06) and a significance value of 0.000. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan 1) pengaruh kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan Matahari Department Store Pakuwon Mall Solo Baru, dan 2) pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan Matahari Department Store Pakuwon Mall Solo Baru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan internal Matahari Department Store Pakuwon Mall Solo Baru sebanyak 42 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan kuesioner sebagai teknik pengambilan data. Pengolahan data menggunakan metode SEM dengan bantuan aplikasi SMARTPLS. Teknik validasi menggunakan pengujian uji validitas konvergen, validitas konvergen, reliabilitas, signifikansi nilai bobot, dan multikolinieritas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan pengujian path coefisien, uji R2, uji  f2, dan uji Q2. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: 1) kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja dibuktikan dengan hasil uji Path Coefisien menunjukkan nilai T-Statistic 1,150 < 1,96 dan p-values sebesar 0,250 > 0,005. 2) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap motivasi dibuktikan dengan hasil uji T menunjukkan nilai T-Statistic sebesar 2,116 > 1,96 dan p-values sebesar 0,034 < 0,05. Kata kunci : budaya organisasi; kinerja karyawan; produktivitas kerjaAbstract: This study aimed to examine (1) the effect of compensation on employee work motivation at Matahari Department Store Pakuwon Mall Solo Baru, and (2) the effect of work environment on employee work motivation at the same location. This quantitative research involved a population of 42 internal employees. Total sampling technique was employed, with data collected through questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS software. Validation procedures included convergent validity, discriminant validity, reliability, weight significance, and multicollinearity tests. The data analysis employed path coefficient testing, R², f², and Q² tests. The findings revealed that (1) compensation did not significantly influence work motivation, as indicated by a t-statistic of 1.150 (< 1.96) and p-value of .250 (> .05); and (2) work environment had a significant effect on motivation, supported by a t-statistic of 2.116 (> 1.96) and p-value of .034 (< .05). Keywords: employee performance; organizational culture; work productivity
