Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini, telah dilakukan penumbuhan grafena dengan menggunakan metode Hotwire-Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition (HW-PECVD). Metode ini merupakan metode kombinasi antara metode PECVD konvensional dan metode CVD termal dengan menambahkan elemen hot-wire. Plasma dibangkitkan dengan menggunakan frekuensi radio pada spektrum Very High Frequency (VHF) sebesar 70 MHz. Sampel grafena ditumbuhkan di atas substrat kaca SiO2 yang telah dilapisi lapisan katalis nikel dengan temperatur penumbuhan 300°C. Grafena yang dihasilkan dianalisis dengan menggunakan spektroskopi Raman. Spektrum Raman sampel menunjukkan bahwa sampel yang dihasilkan telah mengandung struktur grafitik yang ditunjukkan oleh keberadaan pita G yang tajam, disertai dengan pita D yang menunjukkan bahwa sampel tersebut juga mengandung sejumlah cacat pada struktur grafitiknya. Sementara itu, pita 2D yang tampak dalam spektra Raman masih relatif lemah yang memberi indikasi kualitas sampel yang buruk, mengandung banyak cacat, dan berukuran nanokristalin. Walaupun demikian, hasil ini menunjukkan adanya potensi besar untuk dapat menumbuhkan grafena pada temperatur rendah melalui metode HW-PECVD yang digunakan melalui optimasi parameter-parameter penumbuhan lebih lanjut seperti tekanan penumbuhan dan laju alir gas sumber termasuk mengoptimasi ketebalan lapisan katalis nikelnya.

Abstract

Pada era penelitian akademis yang semakin kompleks, keterampilan manajemen referensi menjadi krusial bagi mahasiswa ekonomi. Pelatihan ini bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam mengelola referensi penelitian. Pengabdian ini dimulai dengan pengembangan materi pelatihan yang terstruktur, mencakup konsep dasar manajemen referensi, langkah-langkah praktis penggunaan Rabbit dan Zotero, dan integrasi studi kasus ekonomi. Sesi pelatihan dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan teori dan praktik, memberikan peserta kesempatan untuk langsung menerapkan pengetahuan yang diperoleh. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan penerapan Rabbit dan Zotero oleh peserta. Mahasiswa melaporkan efisiensi dalam proses penelitian, penghematan waktu, dan peningkatan akurasi dalam penyusunan referensi. Pelatihan ini tidak hanya menguraikan dampak positif dari inovasi ini, tetapi juga menyoroti relevansinya dalam konteks pendidikan tinggi, khususnya di jurusan ekonomi. Implikasinya termasuk peningkatan kualitas penelitian mahasiswa dan persiapan mereka untuk tantangan akademis dan profesional di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Research has been carried out on the development of a pocket book on flood mitigation physics. The aims of this research are: to produce a decent pocket book on flood mitigation physics, to produce a practical pocket book, and to increase understanding student disaster. The subject of this research was the development of a pocket book on flood mitigation physics, while the test subjects were 28 students in class XI Science at SMA Negeri 12 Makassar. The development model used in this research is the 4D model. The instruments used were pocket book validation sheets, practitioner assessment questionnaires (educators/teachers), and flood disaster understanding test instruments. The eligibility criteria for pocket books are seen from the aspect of their validity. The practicality criteria are seen from practitioners' assessments, and the effectiveness criteria are seen from increasing students' understanding of disasters. Based on the results of the analysis, conclusions were drawn: the pocket book on flood mitigation physics that was developed was declared valid and suitable for use with minor revisions; pocket book is in the very good category; Students' ability to understand disasters analyzed using N-gain obtained an average value of 0.57, which is in the high category. This means that there is an increase in students' ability to understand flood disasters. In this way, the pocket book on physics for flood disaster mitigation that has been developed can increase students' understanding of disasters

Abstract

The quality of students' final projects is greatly influenced by their ability to search for and utilize relevant and up-to-date scientific references. Students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) at Pancasakti University Makassar, although they have received guidance on their final projects, still face difficulties in finding relevant and recent articles. This training activity aims to improve the ability of FKIP students at Pancasakti University Makassar to search for scientific articles as an effort to optimize the quality of their final projects. The methods used include socialization and hands-on practice with instructor guidance. The training materials cover an introduction to scientific databases, effective search strategies, the use of appropriate keywords, as well as reference management techniques using the Mendeley application. The results of the activity indicate an increase in students' understanding and skills in finding and using relevant scientific articles. This training is expected to serve as an initial step in fostering a research-based academic culture within the FKIP Faculty at Universitas Pancasakti Makassar.

Abstract

The integration of scientific literacy in physics learning is increasingly important to support students’ critical thinking skills, particularly in abstract topics such as renewable energy. However, the availability of instructional materials that align with curriculum demands and students’ characteristics remains limited. This study aims to conduct a comprehensive needs analysis as the initial stage in developing a scientific literacy-based physics e-module on renewable energy. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the 4D model, focusing on the Define stage, which includes curriculum analysis, student analysis, concept analysis, and the formulation of instructional objectives. The study was conducted at SMAS Buqatun Mubaraqah, involving 25 tenth-grade students and one physics teacher. Data were collected through questionnaires, semi-structured interviews, and classroom observations, and analyzed using a descriptive mixed-methods approach. The results indicate a gap between curriculum expectations and existing instructional practices in supporting scientific literacy and critical thinking. Student analysis shows that visual (36%) and kinesthetic (32%) learning styles are dominant, while most students demonstrate moderate technology readiness (68%). In addition, concept analysis reveals that renewable energy topics involve abstract and dynamic processes that require visualization and interactive learning support. These findings provide a strong foundation for developing a scientific literacy-based physics e-module that aligns curriculum demands, student characteristics, and conceptual complexity to support meaningful learning and foster critical thinking skills.
