Abstract

Artikel ini didasarkan pada jenis practice-led research kategori case report, yaitu dari hasil Tugas Akhir Vokasi D4. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui studi praktik studio tematik dengan fokus penciptaan ready to wear duluxe. Penciptaan karya ready to wear duluxe telah banyak dilakukan oleh praktisi lain sebelumnya, namun dalam hal ini perlu adanya pengembangan kreativitas dan inovasi dari surface design dan structure design yang akan diaplikasikan. Fokus penelitian ini yaitu pada pengembangan kreativitas dan inovasi pengkaryaan yang dilakukan melalui pengaplikasian motif digital printing yang terinspirasi dari stilisasi unsur artefak di situs Gunung Padang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menambah khasanah diversifikasi jenis dan bentuk motif yang diaplikasikan pada kelompok ready to wear duluxe. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut penelitian ini menggunakan metode design thingking - practice-led reasearch yang dilakukan melalui tahapan eksplorasi, perancangan, perwujudan dan penyajian. Hasil penciptaan karya tersebut berupa karya busana ready to wear duluxe dengan dekorasi motif digital printing transformasi dari unsur visual artefak di situs Gunung Padang. Pengembangan dan aplikasi motif ini diharapkan dapat menambah pengetahuan dan perbendaharaan karya busana di Indonesia.

Abstract

Sungai Bengawan Solo memiliki peran penting dalam keberlangsungan hidup masyarakat sejak dulu hingga saat ini. Kondisi sungai tersebut dalam keadaan tercemar limbah yang berbahaya bagi makhluk hidup. Carisyosipun Banawi Sala merupakan karya sastra kuno warisan budaya Nusantara yang mengandung nilai sejarah yang berharga, pengetahuan, dan seni yang dapat menambah kecerdasan ekologi bagi masyarakat. Penciptaan karya seni merupakan bentuk ekspresi pengalaman jiwa terhadap kelestarian karya sastra Cariyosipun Banawi Sala dan alam sungai Bengawan Solo. Tujuan Penciptaan ini adalah menghasilkan kain tenun ikat pakan yang motif-motifnya bersumber ide dari Cariyosipun Banawi Sala. Metode penciptaan yang digunakan adalah pemanfaatan sumber data dan proses kreasi artistik yaitu eksperimen, perenungan, dan pembentukan. Penciptaan ini menghasilkan dua karya seni kain tenun ikat pakan yaitu Ikat Banawi motif Baita dan Ikat Banawi motif ulam.

Abstract

Verifikasi metode analisis merupakan tahap penting untuk memastikan keandalan suatu prosedur dalam menentukan parameter kualitas air. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan verifikasi metode uji kadar amonia menggunakan metode fenat pada sampel air sungai. Parameter yang diuji meliputi linearitas, akurasi, presisi, serta sensitivitas. Hasil uji linearitas menunjukkan koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,9947 yang memenuhi persyaratan r ≥ 0,97. Uji akurasi menghasilkan nilai % recovery sebesar 99,07%, berada dalam rentang penerimaan 85–115%. Presisi metode ditunjukkan dengan nilai %RSD sebesar 2,36% yang masih memenuhi kriteria batas keberterimaan <5% dan 0,67 CV Horwitz. Sensitivitas ditunjukkan oleh nilai batas deteksi (MDL) sebesar 0,0255 mg/L dan batas kuantisasi (LOQ) sebesar 0,0812 mg/L, keduanya lebih rendah dari baku mutu amonia pada air sungai kelas I (0,1 mg/L) sesuai dengan Peraturan Pemerintah RI No. 22 Tahun 2021. Hasil verifikasi ini menegaskan bahwa metode fenat layak digunakan untuk analisis kadar amonia pada air sungai karena memenuhi semua kriteria keberterimaan yang berlaku.

Abstract

Analisis kadar besi (Fe) pada suplemen tambah darah merupakan langkah penting dalam menjamin mutu dan efektivitas produk farmasi, sekaligus sarana pembelajaran keterampilan analitik mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan menerapkan metode spektrofotometri UV-Vis untuk analisis kadar besi (Fe) pada suplemen tambah darah serta mengevaluasi efektivitasnya sebagai media pembelajaran praktikum kimia analisis farmasi. Preparasi sampel dilakukan dengan metode destruksi asam menggunakan microwave digestion, diikuti reaksi kompleksasi Fe³⁺ dengan kalium tiosianat (KSCN) dalam suasana asam untuk membentuk kompleks Fe(SCN)3 berwarna merah. Pengukuran dilakukan pada panjang gelombang maksimum 474 nm. Kurva kalibrasi standar menunjukkan linearitas sangat baik (r = 0,997), sedangkan uji akurasi menghasilkan perolehan kembali 97,5% dengan presisi tinggi (%RSD < 0,1%). Metode ini terbukti akurat dan reliabel untuk penentuan kadar Fe, serta efektif sebagai sarana pembelajaran kontekstual yang mengintegrasikan teori kompleksasi logam, prinsip spektrofotometri, dan verifikasi metode analitik dalam praktikum kimia analisis farmasi.

Abstract

The increasing Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) drives the need of new antibacteria as drug candidate to eradicate resistant bacteria such as ESBL (Extended Spectrum Beta-Lactamase) producing Escherichia coli. Extract and fraction of Sapindus rarak fruit contains numerous saponin compounds, which exert potential antibacterial effect by binding to the bacterial cell membrane. The purpose of this research is to analyze and evaluate Sapindus rarak fruit extract and fraction antibacterial effects through in silico and in vitro approach. Molecular docking is conducted to identified compounds contained in Sapindus rarak fruit against Penicillin Binding Protein (PDB ID: 6NTZ) using Autodock Tools. Antibacterial testing of Sapindus rarak fruit extract and fraction is also conducted with disc diffusion and microdilution. In silico docking study resulted in potential activity from raraoside A and rarasaponin V, which showed affinity tinggi through their binding energy whilst interacting with the active site of the receptor protein. No inhibition zone was detected on extract and fraction, yet lowest minimum inhibition concentration (MIC) was detected at 2.5×104μg/mL on water and n-hexane fraction Sapindus rarak fruit ethanol extract. This weak antibacterial effect tends to happen to crude extract than to compound isolates. Hence, Sapindus rarak fruit fraction exhibits weak antibacterial effect on ESBL producing E. coli, but certain isolates might be potential to be further researched. Sapindus rarak fruit isolates such as raraoside A and rarasaponin V is potential to solve antimicrobial resistance by acting as a plant based antibiotic.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze sodium (Na) levels and estimate the daily intake (EDI) from the consumption of three shellfish species: blood mussels (Anadara granosa), kepah (Polymesoda erosa), and nipah (Geloina coaxans) obtained from Al Mahira Market and the Alue Naga area in Banda Aceh. Sodium concentrations were determined using Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry (AAS). The results showed that sodium levels ranged from 1186 to 4656 mg/kg (wet weight). The highest EDI was found in blood mussels from Al Mahira Market at 0.997 mg/kg body weight/day (3.489% of the recommended daily sodium intake). In comparison, the lowest was observed in nipah clams from the exact location at 0.247 mg/kg body weight/day (0.866%). Overall, sodium intake from shellfish in both locations contributed less than 5% of the daily sodium limit. These findings indicate that shellfish consumption poses a low sodium-related health risk, although frequent or high intake may still contribute to long-term hypertension risk.

Abstract

Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan baik secara parsial ataupun simultan.Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling menggunakan metode teknik sampling jenuh dengan sampel sebanyak 65 responden. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis.Hasil penelitian bahwa motivasi dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh baik secara parsial ataupun simultan, sedangakan dari hasil korelasi maka motivasi dan lingkungan kerja memiliki hubungan yang Sangat Kuat terhadap Kinerja. Kata Kunci : Komunikasi Dan Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

The Krueng Aceh River is an important water resource vulnerable to anthropogenic pressures from urban activities and domestic waste. This study aimed to evaluate water quality based on physicochemical parameters and determine its status using the Pollution Index (PI). A quantitative descriptive approach with grab sampling was applied at three stations (upstream, midstream, downstream). Laboratory analyses followed Indonesian National Standards (SNI), and water quality assessment referred to Class II standards. Results showed neutral pH (7.0–7.1), low TSS (0.0127–0.0407 mg/L) and TDS (2.06–2.29 mg/L), and increasing sulfate from upstream to downstream (5.73–107.40 mg/L), all below threshold limits. Heavy metals (Fe, Zn, Cu, Pb, Ni) were below detection limits. In contrast, ammonia exceeded the standard at all stations, with the highest concentration at S2 (0.3582 mg/L), making it the dominant factor influencing water quality. The PI indicated good quality at S1 (0.9856) and lightly polluted conditions at S2 (1.6175) and S3 (1.1789). These findings suggest potential water quality degradation, highlighting the need for sustainable management through pollutant load control and regular monitoring.

The Indonesian government has implemented various efforts to protect food from biological, chemical, and physical contaminants that may endanger public health. Formaldehyde, an aqueous solution containing 37% formaldehyde, is commonly used as an antiseptic, disinfectant, and preservative for biological specimens. However, its misuse in food products, such as imported apples, remains a concern in Indonesia. This study aims to detect and measure formaldehyde levels in imported apples sold in Pontianak City by comparing peeled and unpeeled samples. Qualitative analysis was conducted using Schiff reagent color tests, while quantitative analysis employed UV-Vis spectrophotometry. The results showed the presence of formaldehyde in unpeeled imported apples, with concentrations ranging from 5.23–22.65 mg/kg (1.57–6.80 mg/serving). Meanwhile, peeled imported apples exhibited lower formaldehyde levels, ranging from 2.55–6.75 mg/kg (0.76–2.02 mg/serving) across six districts in Pontianak City. Statistical testing with the Independent Sample T-Test showed a significant distinction between peeled and unpeeled imported apples. Therefore, peeling imported apples prior to consumption may reduce potential exposure to formaldehyde. Consumers are advised to wash apples thoroughly under running water and purchase products from reliable sources to minimize the risk of contamination. Furthermore, strengthened regulatory monitoring and stricter enforcement against the illegal use of formaldehyde in food products are necessary to ensure consumer safety and protect public health.
