Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of Islamic-based fundamental analysis on the investment interest and profits of Islamic stock investors, particularly students who act as investors and are members of the Islamic Capital Market Study Group (KSPM-S) in East Java. The research is driven by the significance of Islamic financial literacy in supporting investment decisions that align with Islamic principles. A quantitative method with a path analysis approach is employed to identify the direct relationship between the understanding of Islamic fundamental analysis and the level of investment interest and resulting profits. The findings reveal that comprehension of core Islamic principles such as the prohibition of usury, the permissibility of business activities, and financial transparency has a positive impact on students’ interest in investing and contributes to increased investment returns. These results highlight the importance of integrating financial education with Islamic values in the investment decision-making process. The study also offers recommendations to enhance training programs on value-based Islamic stock analysis for the development of KSPM-S members.

Abstract

This This study aims to examine the concept of spiritual intelligence management according to Hadrotus Syaikh KH Hasyim Asy’ari as outlined in his classical work, Adabul ‘Alim wa al-Muta‘allim. Using a qualitative approach and library research method, this research analyzes the spiritual values and educational ethics promoted by KH Hasyim Asy’ari in shaping the character of both students and educators. Primary data is obtained from the text of Adabul ‘Alim wa al-Muta‘allim, while secondary data is drawn from relevant literature, including biographies, scholarly journals, and other academic works. The findings indicate that spiritual intelligence management from KH Hasyim Asy’ari’s perspective includes managing sincere intentions, developing noble character, showing respect for knowledge and teachers, and maintaining spiritual discipline throughout the teaching and learning process. Core values such as ikhlāṣ (sincerity), tawāḍu‘ (humility), and riyāḍah al-nafs (spiritual self-discipline) serve as the main foundations for nurturing students’ souls to become not only intellectually capable but also spiritually mature. These findings are highly relevant to be applied in contemporary Islamic education as a model for character- and spirituality-based learning.

Abstract

Wood waste management is an important issue in the Mojowarno Jombang area, due to the high production of waste from the wood processing industry while its utilisation is only for firewood. This service aims to increase community awareness about the utilisation of wood waste into economically valuable products, while reducing negative impacts on the environment. The service partners include small and medium enterprise (SME) groups and local communities active in the handicraft industry. The method used is socialisation and technical training on processing wood waste into creative products such as handicrafts and economic goods. The training covers basic processing techniques, product design, and marketing. The results showed an increase in community skills and understanding in managing wood waste, as well as an increase in income through the sale of processed products. In conclusion, this service successfully created a circular economy model in Mojowarno by utilising wood waste into value-added products. This result is important because it shows that a community-based approach to waste management can be an effective solution to environmental and local economic problems. This service is expected to be an example for other areas with similar problems.

Abstract

Lembaga keuangan syariah (LKS) di Indonesia telah mengalami persaingan yang semakin meningkat tajam. Kondisi ini menjadikan setiap LKS membutuhkan usaha keras untuk mendapatkan dan mempertahankan nasabah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan, pengaruh emosional marketing, pengaruh spiritual marketing, terhadap kepuasan, dan mengetahui ke tiga variabel tersebut secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Dengan Instrumen kuesioner yang disebarkan pada 57 nasabah. Uji statistik menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji Analisis regresi berganda uji T test, F test dan Uji R koefesien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan, emosional marketing dan spiritual marketing masing-masing berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Kemudian Kualitas layanan, emosional marketing dan spiritual marketing secara bersama-sama berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kepuasan nasabah di KSPPS BMT NU Jombang dengan nilai koefesien determinasi berganda (R-square) 87,8% dan sisanya 12,2% dipengaruhi variabel lain diluar penelitian.

Abstract

Persaingan Panti Sosial di Jombang sangat cepat, Setiap instansi berlomba-lomba untuk mendapatkan kepercayaan dari masyarakat guna menyalurkan aset instansi tersebut. Tegasnya, persaingan untuk Lembaga Sosial membutuhkan banyak upaya untuk mempertahankan kelemahan perlindungan. Keberhasilan bisnis ini sangat ditentukan oleh kemampuan institusi dalam memberikan layanan yang berkualitas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mempelajari faktor-faktor kualitas pelayanan bagi muzakki (studi kasus di LSPT). Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan pengumpulan, wawancara, studi pustaka, pengumpulan kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert dan metode non probolity sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel secara insidental dengan rumus slovin sebanyak 104. Metode yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa X1 (bukti fisik) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan muzaki dimana nilai signifikansi lebih besar dari 5% yaitu 0,05 dengan t hitung (2,692)> t tabel (1,983). X2 (reliabilitas) signifikan dengan nilai t hitung (2,762)> t tabel. (1.983). X3 (daya tanggap) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai t hitung (3,393)> t tabel (1,983). X4 tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan t hitung (- 2,413)> t tabel (1,983). X5 (Empati) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan muzakki dengan t hitung (2,582)> t tabel (1,983).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tingkat religiusitas, kebutuhan mendesak, dan kemudahan pembiayaan terhadap keputusan penggunaan jasa rentenir di desa Sukarame, kecamatan Caringin, kabupaten Garut tahun 2024. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh fenomena maraknya penggunaan jasa rentenir meskipun diketahui memiliki risiko yang tinggi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada penduduk desa Sukarame yang pernah atau sedang menggunakan jasa rentenir. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat religiusitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan penggunaan jasa rentenir. Sebaliknya, kebutuhan mendesak dan kemudahan akses pembiayaan berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan tersebut. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kebutuhan mendesak dan kemudahan akses menjadi faktor dominan yang mendorong keputusan penggunaan jasa rentenir. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan intervensi dari pemerintah dan lembaga keuangan resmi untuk menyediakan alternatif pembiayaan yang lebih mudah dan sesuai kebutuhan masyarakat untuk mengurangi ketergantungan masyarakat pada rentenir.

Abstract

Pelatihan membatik jumputan di TK Cendekia Lamongan bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam mengembangkan pembelajaran kreatif untuk pendidikan anak usia dini. Metode pelatihan melibatkan ceramah, diskusi, dan praktik berbasis proyek. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kompetensi guru, terutama dalam mendesain pola jumputan, pewarnaan, dan pemanfaatan produk sebagai media pembelajaran. Pelatihan juga berkontribusi pada pembentukan nilai-nilai karakter, seperti kesabaran dan kemandirian. Implikasi jangka panjangnya adalah kesiapan guru dalam menyampaikan pembelajaran kreatif berbasis seni kepada siswa secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of subsidized home ownership credit financing based on the concept of Maslahah at Bank Tabungan Negara, branch office in Jombang. The research method employed is a qualitative case study with six techniques for data collection, including the researcher's direct participation with the research subject and conducting direct interviews with key informants from the financing service department. The research findings reveal that subsidized home ownership credit is one form of financing provided to the community to purchase homes, with the support of the government through collaboration with Bank Tabungan Negara, branch office in Jombang. Bank Tabungan Negara, branch office in Jombang, also offers various flexible repayment schemes to its customers. However, this research has limitations, such as its focus on a single location and an inability to describe variations in implementation at other locations. Furthermore, the research findings can have positive implications, particularly in the development of more effective policies and programs that align with the community's needs, by offering repayment options that suit customers' financial conditions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menunjukkan bukti empiris dari Dana Pihak Ketiga (DPK) dan Financing to Deposit Rasio (FDR) terhadap Profitabilitas bank syariah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder laporan keuangan bank syariah periode Oktober 2019-September 2023. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda meliputi uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis dengan SPSS versi 22. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan DPK dan FDR tidak berpengaruh terhadap ROA, DPK berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ROA, FDR tidak berpengaruh terhadap ROA. Kata Kunci: DPK, FDR, ROA

Abstract

Demand for jumbo iced tea drinks at the Bunderan Jombang night market shows unique dynamics that cannot be fully explained by conventional demand laws. In addition to price, factors such as promotions, flavor innovation, social trends, and the influence of digital media play an important role in consumer purchasing decisions. This phenomenon is interesting to study because it reflects how consumer behavior in traditional markets is influenced by economic, social, and psychological aspects simultaneously. This study aims to analyze the application of the law of demand in the context of night markets and uncover the non-price factors that influence the demand for jumbo iced tea. Using a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, this study collected data through direct observation, in-depth interviews with traders and consumers, and documentation of market activities. Data analysis was conducted by highlighting consumers' experiences and perceptions regarding the factors that drive their purchasing decisions. The results show that quantity-based promotions, such as “buy one get one free,” are more effective in increasing demand compared to direct price reductions. This strategy increased sales by 40%, while price discounts only resulted in a 12% increase in demand. In addition, flavor innovation, strategic location, and virality on social media play an important role in attracting consumers. Seasonal factors also come into play, with a spike in demand in the summer and a decline during the rainy season. This research confirms that the law of demand remains relevant but needs to be understood in a broader context, including social and psychological aspects. The findings provide insights for businesses in designing more innovative marketing strategies as well as for academics in understanding the complexities of consumer behavior in traditional markets.
