Abstract

Tujuan dari menelitian ini yaitu, 1) Untuk mengetahui Implementasi kegiatan malam bina iman dan takwa (MABIT) dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual siswa kelas XI putri di Madrasah Qur’aniyah Al-Husnayain surakarta, 2) Untuk mengetahui strategi guru dalam menerapkan Implementasi kegiatan malam bina iman dan takwa (MABIT) dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritua siswa XI putri di lingkungan Madrasah Qur’aniyah Al-Husnayai surakarta, 3) Untuk mengetahui factor apa saja yang menjadi pendukung dan penghambat dalam Implementasi kegiatan malam bina iman dan takwa (MABIT) dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual siswa kelas XI putri di Madrasah Qur’aniyah Al-Husnayain surakarta. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan dekriptif penelitian ini bertepatan di desa wonolapa RT 01/RW 12 wonorejo gondangrejo, karanganyar. Subyek dalam penelitian ini ialah kepala pembina MABIT, Infroman dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala bembina MABIT, Guru pembina MABIT, dan Siswa madrasah Qur’aniyah Al-Husnayai surakarta, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik kebsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode. Teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa:1) Implementasi kegiatan MABIT sangat berperan dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual siswa karena penerapan MABIT tidak hanya mengajarkan saja tapi juga mempraktekan bagaimana kegiatan MABIT berlangsung, 2) Strategi Guru Dalam Menerapkan Implementasi Kegiatan (MABIT) di madrasah Qur’aniyah Al-Husnayain Adapun strategi guru dalam implementasi kegiatan malam bina iman dan taqwa yang dilakukan di Madrasah Qur’aniyah Al-Husnayain hal yang pertama yaitu Perencanaan dilihat dari kehadiran peserta didik, kedisiplinan mengikuti rangkaian kegiatan malam bina Iman dan Taqwa dan kedisiplinan peserta didik melakukan ibadah, 3) Faktor pendukung dalam implementas kegiatan malam bina iman dan takwa ini yaitu dengan adanya temapat, waktu dan saling berkerjasama satu sama lain antara ustadzah, wali siswa dan siswa, Faktor Yang menjadi penghambat kegiatan MABIT, biasanya anak-anak yang tidak bersemangat dalam mengikuti kegiatan MABIT serta dapat mempengaruhi teman yang lainya. The purposes of this research are, 1) To find out the implementation of faith and piety building evening activities (MABIT) in increasing the spiritual intelligence of female class XI students at Madrasah Qur'aniyah Al-Husnayain Surakarta, 2) To find out the teacher's strategy in implementing the implementation of the night training activities faith and piety (MABIT) in increasing the spiritual intelligence of female XI students in the Madrasah Qur'aniyah Al-Husnayai Surakarta environment, 3) To find out what factors are supporting and inhibiting the implementation of faith and piety building night activities (MABIT) in increasing intelligence spiritual class XI female students at Madrasah Qur'aniyah Al-Husnayain Surakarta. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to this study in Wonolapa Village, RT 01/RW 12, Wonorejo Gondangrejo, Karanganyar. The subjects in this study were the heads of MABIT supervisors, the informants in this study were the heads of MABIT mentoring, MABIT mentoring teachers, and Al-Husnayai Surakarta students of the Qur'aniyah madrasah, data collection was carried out by observation, interview, and documentation methods. The data validity technique was carried out by source triangulation and method triangulation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion/verification. The results of this study can be concluded that: 1) The implementation of MABIT activities plays a very important role in increasing students' spiritual intelligence because the application of MABIT does not only teach but also practices how MABIT activities take place, 2) Teacher's Strategy in Implementing Activity Implementation (MABIT) in Madrasah Qur'aniyah Al-Husnayain As for the teacher's strategy in implementing faith and piety building evening activities carried out at Al-Husnayain Madrasah Qur'aniyah the first thing is planning seen from the presence of students, discipline in participating in a series of faith and piety building evening activities and discipline of students doing worship , 3) Supporting factors in the implementation of this faith and piety building night activity, namely the existence of a place, time and mutual collaboration between ustadzah, student guardians and students. Factors that inhibit MABIT activities, usually children who are not enthusiastic about participating MABIT activities and can influence other friends.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Write Around dapat meningkatkan kemampuan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV dan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe write around MIM Bendungan pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris materi Public Places tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Penelitian ini merupakan Jenis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik tes, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah deduktif kuantitatif teknik persentase dengan jenis data yang diambil adalah data kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini yakni: penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Write Around dapat meningkatkan kemampuan hasil belajar siswa-siswi kelas IV MIM Bendungan pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris materi Public Places dibuktikan pada tindakan pra siklus dengan memperoleh persentase ketuntasan sebesar 64,71% dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 71,77 mengalami peningkatan pada siklus I. Pada siklus I didapat persentase ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa sebesar 58,83% dengan nilai rata-rata 74,36. penerapan model belajar tersebut siswa menjadi lebih mengerti dan memahami kosa kata Public Place, karena penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe write around berjalan dengan baik dan lancar. Dibuktikan dari Siklus I hasil kegiatan guru mendapat 63,5, sedangkan hasil kegiatan siswa mendapat 34. Hasil kegiatan guru pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan, yakni 75 dan 42 hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan siswa. This research aims to find out: The use of the Write Around type cooperative learning model can improve the learning outcomes of class IV students and the application of the MIM Bendungan write around type cooperative learning model in the Public Places English subject for the 2023/2024 academic year. This research is a type of Classroom Action Research (PTK) with data collection techniques in this research using test, observation and documentation techniques. The data analysis used is quantitative deductive percentage technique with the type of data taken is quantitative data. The results of this research are: the use of the Write Around type cooperative learning model can improve the learning outcomes of class IV MIM Bendungan students in the English subject Public Places. proven in the pre-cycle actions by obtaining a completeness percentage of 64.71% with an average value of 71.77, an increase in cycle I. In cycle I, the percentage of completeness of student learning outcomes was 58.83% with an average value of 74. 36. The application of this learning model makes students understand and understand Public Place vocabulary better, because the use of the write around type cooperative learning model runs well and smoothly. It is proven that from Cycle I the results of teacher activities were 63.5, while the results of student activities were 34. The results of teacher activities in cycle II experienced an increase, namely 75 and 42 results obtained from student activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji sebuah prototipe pembangkit listrik portabel dengan sistem hybrid yang menggabungkan energi surya dan angin, dengan tujuan meningkatkan efisiensi dan keandalan pasokan energi di lingkungan dengan variabilitas cuaca tinggi. Sistem ini dirancang untuk memanfaatkan dua sumber energi terbarukan secara simultan, guna mengatasi keterbatasan masing-masing sumber ketika digunakan secara terpisah. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi energi dari kedua sumber memberikan kinerja yang lebih stabil, dengan daya output maksimum yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan penggunaan satu sumber energi saja. Penerapan sistem hybrid ini diharapkan dapat mendukung upaya penyediaan energi yang lebih efisien dan berkelanjutan di daerah terpencil maupun lokasi yang memiliki tantangan cuaca dinamis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian korelasi yang terdiri dari variabel Sarana Prasarana, Lingkungan Kerja dan variabel Kinerja Guru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) Bagaimana Sarana Prasarana di Sekolah Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Asyrof Bandar Lampung, (2) Bagaimana Lingkungan Kerja di Sekolah Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Asyrof Bandar Lampung, (3) Bagaimana Kinerja Guru di Sekolah Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Asyrof Bandar Lampung, 4) Seberapa Pengaruh Sarana Prasarana Sekolah dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru di Sekolah Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Asyrof Bandar Lampung. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru di Sekolah Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Asyrof Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu dengan ex-post facto kuantitatif lapangan. Berdasarkan hasil penyebaran angket penelitian yang diisi oleh 25 responden meghasilkan pengaruh Sarana Prasarana terhadap Kinerja Guru hanya sebesar 0,7%. Lingkungan Kerja berada pada kategori cukup dengan rerata sebesar 63,00 dengan 25 responden dan 16 butir pertanyaan, artinya lingkungan kerja memiliki peran penting dalam menunjang kinerja guru di sekolah. Kinerja Guru berada pada kategori baik dengan scor rerata sebesar 121.48 dengan jumlah butir pertanyaan 30 artinya kinerja guru yang di lakukan oleh guru disekolah bisa dibilang baik. Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Guru di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Asyrof Bandar Lampung. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh sig = 0,000 < 0,05 artinya bahwa ada pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai koefisien determinasi R square sebesar 0,871. Dengan demikian secara parsial pengaruh yang diberikan oleh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru adalah sebesar 87,1%. dan sisanya 12,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.

Abstract

This research aims to improve learning outcomes in the subject of moral beliefs using Flipbook learning media for grade 3 students at MIN 3 Sukoharjo. Type of classroom action research (PTK) or Classroom action research design. This research is more about solving a problem whose results are described thoroughly. The research subjects in this PTK were class III students at MIN 3 Sukoharjo. This research consists of 2 cycles, namely cycles I and II, each cycle consisting of 4 stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, reflection. The research results showed that in the pre-cycle actions, the average value of learning outcomes was only 63.92. In the first cycle of action the average learning outcome was 69.76. In the second cycle of action, the average value of learning outcomes was 80.12. The number of students who met the KKM score (>70) in the pre-cycle was 12 students or 48%. Students who met the KKM score (≥70) in cycle I were 16 students or 64%, while in cycle II there were 22 students or 88%. The increase in learning outcomes from the results of pre-cycle actions to cycle II of initial reading has reached the KKM value (≥70) and achieved the performance indicators (≥75) targeted by researchers.

Abstract

This research aims to determine: 1) the application of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) Learning Model, 2) the results of the application of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) Model, and 3) the inhibiting factors encountered in the application of the Project Based Learning model in class IV Thematic lessons in MI Al Islam Mranggen, Polokarto subdistrict, Sukoharjo Regency in 2023/2024. The type of research used was descriptive qualitative, the research subjects in this study were fourth grade students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Islam Mranggen and the data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that: 1) in its application, teachers plan learning by creating a comprehensive Learning Implementation Plan (RPP). 2) the results of implementing PjBL show that project-based learning encourages students to think creatively and act systematically. 3) inhibiting factors in implementing PjBL were also identified, such as the allocation of time required that goes beyond class hours, limited tools and materials, teachers' lack of understanding of the PjBL model, students' unfamiliarity with project-based learning, and difficulties in determining projects that are appropriate to the learning model.

Abstract

This study reviews how students' learning discipline and morals contribute to learning achievement in Islamic religious education, with a focus on the school environment. This study aims to: 1) determine the effect of learning discipline on learning achievement in Islamic Religious Education; 2) determine the effect of student morals on learning achievement in Islamic Religious Education; 3) determine the effect of discipline and student morals on learning achievement in Islamic Religious Education. The research method used was quantitative-correlational by involving a sample of students from SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Balen, Bojonegoro Regency. Data were collected through questionnaires and statistical analysis was conducted to evaluate the relationship between the variables of learning discipline, student morale, and learning achievement. The results of this study explain that: 1) learning discipline does not have a significant influence on student learning achievement in Islamic religious education subjects; 2) there is a significant influence between student morale on learning achievement in Islamic religious education subjects; 3) learning discipline and student morale together have a significant influence on learning achievement.

Abstract

Traffic density at the port loading terminal is a critical factor affecting the port's operational efficiency and overall performance. To overcome the challenges of the complexity of the traffic system at the port terminal, a discrete simulation approach is adopted in this study. A quantitative approach is used to collect data and accurately model traffic processes. This study aims to develop a predictive model of traffic density at Tanjung Emas port loading terminals using a discrete simulation methods quantitative approach. The results showed that the resulting traffic density prediction model has high accuracy and can be used as a predictive tool to assist decision-making in optimizing port loading terminal operations

Abstract

The purpose of this service is to provide knowledge, understanding, skills and proficiency to members of the Bumi Garbage Bank in waste bank management and creativity in creating waste recycling. Materials presented in the waste bank creation management and training include: (1) Waste delivery mechanism; (2) Mechanism at the waste bank; (3) types of waste with economic value; (4) Waste recycling; (5) magot cultivation. Before the activity was carried out, the participants' knowledge regarding waste bank management was limited to depositing it with the dealer or industry and experienced additional knowledge as: (1) Recycling into handicrafts such as flowerpots, wall hangings and organic fertilizers; (2) Magot cultivation which can increase economic income; (3) Facilities and infrastructure that can support the sustainability of the waste bank. Besides adding information, from this activity participants also received training on how to make plastic bottles into beautiful flowerpots and manage organic waste into fertilizer and magot feed. Based on this, it can be concluded that this service activity is able to provide valuable and cognitively positive experiences to increase the creativity of participants. Affectively growing awareness, concern for the environment and willingness to manage waste to become economically valuable.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian guna melihat korelasi dan signifikansi diantara perhatian orang tua terhadap disiplin belajar siswa dalam proses pembelajaran di MI Muhammadiyah Mergomulyo tahun pelajaran 2021/2022. Subjek penelitian ialah siswa kelas 3A MI Muhammadiyah Mergomulyo. Pendekatan pada penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif jenis korelasional, metode pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Sampel  dan populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas 3A berjumlah 16 orang siswa. Penelitian ini memakai teknik analisis korelasional. Hasil penelitiannya meyimpulkan (1) adanya hubungan diantara perhatian orang tua terhadap disiplin belajar siswa pada proses pembelajaran yang dibuktikan oleh nilai korelasi r = 0,657. (2) hubangan keduanya signifikan dengan diperoleh nilai t = 3,2607 > 1,753. Maka kesimpulannya H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima, maka terdapat korelasi yang signifikan diantara perhatian orang tua dengan disiplin belajar siswa di MI Muhammadiyah Mergomulyo tahun pelajaran 2021/2022. Berdasarkan penlitian ini orang tua siswa perlu menjaga dan memberikan perhatian pada anak agar disiplin belajar siswa tetap dalam kategori tinggi.
