Abstract

Evaluasi efektivitas penggunaan inaportnet merupakan langkah penting untuk memastikan bahwa sistem ini berjalan dengan optimal dan memberikan manfaat yang maksimal bagi seluruh pemangku kepentingan di sektor pelayaran. Sebelum implementasi inaportnet di KSOP Kelas IV Probolinggo, pelayanan penerbitan Surat Persetujuan Berlayar dilakukan secara manual, menghabiskan waktu dan biaya yang signifikan serta menyebabkan keterbatasan efisiensi dalam penanganan penerbitan Surat Persetujuan Berlayar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan inaportnet terhadap efektivitas penerbitan Surat Persetujuan Berlayar (SPB) online di KSOP Kelas IV Probolinggo serta mengetahui hambatan yang terjadi dalam proses penerbitan Surat Persetujuan Berlayar (SPB) online di KSOP Kelas IV Probolinggo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah keagenan kapal yang mengurus Surat Persetujuan Berlayar sebanyak 32 keagenan kapal dari 36 populasi keagenan kapal di wilayah kerja KSOP Kelas IV Probolinggo dan Paiton. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian melalui uji koefisien determinasi Nagelkerke menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan inaportnet memiliki pengaruh sebesar 0,726 yang menunjukkan hubungan kuat dan signifikan antara penggunaan inaportnet dan efektivitas penerbitan penerbitan Surat Persetujuan Berlayar online. Dalam proses penerbitan Surat Persetujuan Berlayar online masih terdapat kendala seperti error sistem dari pusat, proses upload dokumen yang rumit, perbaikan sistem yang mendadak dan sistem yang tidak dapat membaca dokumen.

Abstract

Perdagangan ekspor di Indonesia semakin berkembang dan memiliki prospek yang baik, dengan itu dibutuhkan Freight Forwarder yang memberikan layanan dan manajemen lengkap dalam semua tahap yang dibutuhkan dalam proses pengiriman, pengangkutan, dan penerimaan barang. Salah satu nya yaitu PT. MOL Logistics Indonesia yang sudah bergerak di bidang logistic sejak tahun 1994. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan alur, permasalahan serta upaya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan penulis adalah deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah responden sebanyak 30 orang dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu angket, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini : (1) Adanya validitas dan reabilitas pada pertanyaan kuesioner. Hal ini dibuktikan oleh perolehan hasil rhitung 0.626 > rtabel 0.3061 dan menggunakan penilaian Cronbach alpha 0.766 > 0.70. (2) Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi masalah ketidaklengkapan dan perbedaan dalam dokumen harus dilakukan NOTUL PEB serta redress ke pihak Bea Cukai. (3) Adanya upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatas masalah keterlambatan terbitnya dokumen dari pihak biroksasi harus dilakukannya double checking data yang diinput, serta menjaga gangguan jaringan.

Abstract

The more rapid the development of the number of ship agency companies in Indonesia, the competition is also getting tighter. Therefore, ship agency companies must have a strategy to win the competition. One of the main factors to win the competition is the calculation of disbursement accounts and ship service levels. In the data taken, there is a relationship between the way disbursement account fees are charged and the level of ship service on the competitiveness of ship agency companies. Therefore, the author took the title "Analysis of How to Charge Disbursement Account Fees and Ship Service Levels on the Competitiveness of Ship Agency Companies". The purpose of writing this thesis is to determine the relationship between the method of charging disbursement account fees and the level of ship service on the competitiveness of ship agency companies. In this research, the author used quantitative methods. Correlation analysis is one of the steps to carry out an analysis of how shipping agency company account disbursement fees are charged and service quality on competitiveness. The results of the research concluded that the method of charging PT Disbursement Account Fees. Adhika Samudera Jaya is included in the very good category based on respondents' answers via questionnaire with an average of 4.70. PT. Service Level. Adhika Samudera Jaya is included in the very good category based on respondents' answers via questionnaire with an average of 4.68. There is a very strong, unidirectional and positive influence on the way disbursement account fees are charged and service levels on competitiveness at PT. Adhika Samudera Jaya with a correlation coefficient value of r = 0.813.

Abstract

Women are human resources with potential that can be utilized in various fields. Women's MSMEs can potentially improve coastal communities' welfare, independence, and empowerment. To overcome these challenges and obstacles, women's MSME businesses on the coast of Surabaya must develop several strategies for human resources for MSME actors on the coast. The research method in this study was quantitative; questionnaires were distributed to female MSME actors on the coast of Surabaya in Tambak Wedi, Kedinding, Nambangan, Bulak, Kenjeran, and Wonorejo. Eighty-two female MSME actors have filled out the questionnaire appropriately, and the data entered is processed and analyzed using SEM PLS. This research shows that the training variable has a significant positive effect on the development of human resources for female MSMEs on the coast of Surabaya. Meanwhile, other variables, such as education, health, motivation, and involvement, do not influence the development of human resources for female MSME actors on the coast of Surabaya

Abstract

Siang Vocational School in Surabaya is required to equip its students with the latest skills in sensor and actuator technology. One important competency is the ability to use and analyze data from sensors and actuators to diagnose and repair control systems. This training program is designed to develop these skills in class XII students. The objectives of this training include improving students' ability to use sensors and actuators, being able to analyze data from inspections of sensors and actuators, making improvements based on sensor and actuator data. Training methods include providing modules on sensor and actuator technology, discussions, slide presentations on sensor and actuator technology, practical use and analysis of sensors and actuators. The expected results are that students are able to use sensors and actuators skillfully, are able to diagnose damage to sensors and actuators correctly, carry out repairs effectively based on sensor and actuator data. The benefits of this training are increasing the competitiveness of graduates of SMK Siang Surabaya in the world of work, preparing students to face the latest technological developments in the sensor and actuator industry, building students' self-confidence in handling problems on motorbikes. This training program is an important step in preparing students of SMK Siang Surabaya to become a competent sensor and actuator technician and ready to face future industrial challenges.

Abstract

In the hold of the fishing boat, it is currently unable to control the pH of the water in accordance with the living environment of the fish. The pH of the water also needs to be considered so that the fish can survive. In addition, fish feeding on fishing vessels is also very necessary. The purpose of this research is to design a system that can control pH, fish feeding, fish water replacement. in the fish hold using an IoT-based microcontroller. The method used in this research uses quantitative methods through system design, design software design models, product trials.This method is used This research method includes steps taken to design and implement the system, as well as tests carried out to ensure the performance and success of the designed system. The results of the data designed by the system are analyzing the data in testing this tool according to its function. The accuracy of using the tool when feeding is 90.5% and the percentage error is 9.5%. The accuracy of using the tool when draining mode is 100% with a percentage error of 0%. And for the results of the percentage error of the pH sensor when the mode is on by 100% with a percentage error of 0%. This shows that the Smart Pond system designed has a high level of accuracy in terms of fish feeding and pond draining.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of mooring costs and handling costs on the effectiveness of dry bulk loading and unloading. In supporting activities at the Port, the process of loading and unloading dry bulk often has cost factors that can affect the effectiveness of completion time. The method used is quantitative, which is analysed with SPSS version 27 with several components, such as assumption tests, classical, correlation coefficient, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that mooring fees have a significant and positive effect on the effectiveness of loading and unloading, where an increase in mooring fees encourages the acceleration of the loading and unloading process. handling costs partially do not show a significant effect on effectiveness, but simultaneously with mooring fees have a significant effect. This research provides insight for PT Berlian Manyar Sejahtera in optimising operational cost management to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of loading and unloading activities

Abstract

Terminal Petikemas Nilam merupakan salah satu terminal logistik strategis yang berada di Surabaya, Jawa Timur, dan dikelola oleh Subholding PT Pelindo Terminal Petikemas (SPTP). Sebagai area operasional dengan risiko kecelakaan kerja yang tinggi, Terminal Petikemas Nilam menerapkan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) sebagai bagian dari fungsi HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment). Namun, berdasarkan data tahun 2024, terdapat 24 kejadian kecelakaan kerja, menunjukkan bahwa implementasi K3 masih perlu ditingkatkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal serta merumuskan strategi implementasi K3 yang lebih efektif menggunakan analisis SWOT, IFAS, dan EFAS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Terminal Petikemas Nilam memiliki beberapa kekuatan seperti fasilitas APD lengkap, sistem digitalisasi, dan pelaksanaan safety induction. Di sisi lain, kelemahan utama termasuk kemacetan di akses gate, kurangnya personel keamanan, dan rendahnya kesadaran Tenaga Kerja Bongkar Muat (TKBM) terhadap budaya K3. Berdasarkan analisis SWOT, strategi yang direkomendasikan meliputi pemanfaatan teknologi kartu akses dan portal otomatis, peningkatan pelatihan K3, serta penambahan jumlah security. Matriks IE menempatkan Terminal Petikemas Nilam pada posisi “Hold and Maintain”, sehingga strategi yang sesuai adalah fokus pada efisiensi operasional, perbaikan kelemahan, serta optimalisasi peluang.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Sea Toll Program, specifically Route T-26, with a focus on its outcomes and tangible benefits for the community in Fakfak Regency, West Papua. The research employed a descriptive quantitative method using statistical analysis through a paired sample t-test. Primary data were collected through field observations and interviews with relevant agencies such as the Directorate of Sea Traffic and Transportation and field implementation consultants, while secondary data were sourced from the 2024 operational report of Route T-26. Data collection techniques included field observation, primary surveys, document studies, and secondary data analysis. The findings indicate that the Sea Toll Program contributes to improving logistics distribution, lowering the prices of several key commodities, and reducing household expenditures, although statistical tests showed that the price differences were not significant. The implications highlight the need to optimize the volume and regularity of Sea Toll voyages to strengthen economic resilience in remote, outermost, underdeveloped, and border areas (3TP).
