Abstract

The involvement of e-learning in entrepreneurship education has invited the attention of scholars in developed and developing countries throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. This paper examines the determinant factors driving intention to adopt e-learning entrepreneurship among vocational school students in Indonesia. A quantitative research method employed a survey model to explain in detail how the effect of endogenous variables on exogenous variables either directly or through moderator variables. A total of 430 vocational students in Jakarta of Indonesia were involved in this study and collected using the convenience technique. We are adopting Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) to estimate the proposed model. The findings indicate that teacher characteristic, learning content, playfulness, students’ perceived usefulness, and ease of use have a strong impact on the intention to use e-learning in entrepreneurship. The study also notes that variables perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use successfully moderated the effect of teacher characteristics, design of learning contents, and playfulness on the intention to use e-learning entrepreneurship. The findings of this research are the first step in studying the enactment of e-learning in entrepreneurship education.

Abstract

Fundamentally, the establishment of village-based enterprises is a mandate of the village law in an effort to encourage or stimulate the wheels of the rural economy and also increase village income sources. The implementation of the mandate of this law makes it important to involve Village-Based Enterprises stakeholders in its management. This study aims to determine the roles and interaction patterns of stakeholders (actors) in the management of village-based enterprises in Bali. The analysis method used in this study is Mactor. Primary data collection was obtained through interviews guided by a questionnaire and direct observation. The research findings indicate that each player, specifically the Village Ministry PDTT, Provincial Government, District Government, Village Government, Village-Based Enterprise Manager, Villagers, and Business Partners, play a crucial role in determining the sustainability of village-based companies. The linkages between actors interact with each other in the management of village-based enterprises and are able to mobilize actors to achieve management goals. All actors agree that village-based enterprises must be developed both in terms of management and institutions. The contribution of the results of this research becomes a recommendation for collaborative planning among stakeholders, so that it becomes a strategic step in sustainable village-based enterprise.

Abstract

Kata kunci— Optimalisasi, Sistem Agroforestri, Kesejahteraan Rumah Tangga Abstract Household welfare is one indication of how a village is said to be able to fulfil all needs adequately. However, there is one village, Gajahrejo, which has a low level of community welfare because the community is less able to optimise the potential of the village. In the Gajahrejo village area, Gedangan Subdistrict, Malang Regency, there is high potential in terms of agriculture and the large amount of vacant yard land. However, this potential has not been optimally utilised by the Gajahrejo village community. When reviewed from the situation analysis, it shows that Gajahrejo village shows a decrease in the level of community welfare. In addition, because Gajahrejo village is still very focused on agriculture in rice fields, so that there is still a lot of empty yard land that has not been utilised. Therefore, the solution to the problem can be in the form of providing education to the community about the application of the agroforestry system so that it can have a positive impact on the community. Then it can provide assistance and education to the community regarding food independence and improve community welfare through the potential owned by Gajahrejo village. Abstract

Economic behavior has attracted scholars in the last decade, and past studies measured this construct partially from consumptive perspectives or entrepreneurial behavior (Mulyani et al., 2018). Therefore, this study aims to develop a new and valid measurement of students’ economic behavior and investigate its content validity using an exploratory factor analysis (EFA). The content validity is provided using an experts’ assessment method with a 4-point evaluation form. At the same time, the exploratory factor analysis is performed using SPSS. This study involved content validity assessment for each item (I-CVI) for the entire scale (S-CVI/Ave). Based on the analysis of the questionnaire scale, it can be concluded that the content validity check using I-CVI, S-CVI/Ave, and S-CVI/UA is all satisfactory except for item SEB20, which was subsequently dropped. On the other hand, the results of EFA indicated that two more items did not meet the thresholds and, thus, were excluded. Therefore, developing instruments to measure students’ economic behavior is prominent in dealing with digital changes, preventing consumptive behavior, and enhancing economic well-being.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship education is an entrepreneur's effort to have a foundation in entrepreneurship. With entrepreneurial education, an entrepreneur can effectively solve business problems with solutions. This research aims to reveal the role of entrepreneurship education in ethnic Chinese family business succession. The research method was a systematic literature review (SLR) with 576 articles from the Scopus, Emerald, and Sage databases. Then, the articles were identified by inclusion and exclusion with a final number of 2 articles. The research results show that Chinese ethnicity provides opportunities for all their children to continue the family business because all children, both girls and boys, have the same rights in owning the family business. Preparing a successor to an ethnic Chinese family business starts with family entrepreneurship education, guiding potential successors, viting potential candidates to know more about the family business, and involving potential successors in their business activities. The limitation of this research is the lack of articles related to ethnic Chinese family businesses.
