Abstract

This article aims to analyze the influence of the Internet on the involvement of former terrorist prisoners, as well as formulate a Socio-Religious-based Digital Media Literacy model that can support the process of disengagement from radicalism. To help this research provide a comprehensive picture, this study interviewed one female former terrorist inmate and her companion after being released from prison, as well as a representative from Ruangobrol.id. This organization cares for former terrorist inmates to become "credible voices" in educating the public about terrorism. This research uses disengagement theory and critical digital literacy to analyze data generated from interviews with sources and other supporting sources. The study found that there is a duality of the Internet's function towards radicalism; the Internet is a tool that can introduce the poison of radicalism to someone, but at the same time, the Internet can also function as an antidote to the poison, helping people who are exposed to it to escape radicalism. In conclusion, this study proposes the formulation of a "socio-religious-based critical digital media literacy" that combines technical and socio-religious skills to maximize the antidote function of the Internet.

Abstract

This study explores the deep implications of Islamic teachings, particularly Hadith, as a basic framework for instilling ecological awareness in children. The main objective is to carefully analyze the Hadiths that contain ecological values and further formulate a comprehensive conceptual model for environmental education that fits the Islamic pedagogical context in early childhood. Using qualitative research methodology, the study utilizes the thematic (maudhu'i) hadith approach to systematically examine prophetic traditions related to environmental preservation, cleanliness, human responsibility as khalifah fil ardhi (leader on earth), and the imperative to maintain ecological balance. The results unequivocally show that the hadith provides a very rich ethical and spiritual foundation for fostering a deep appreciation of the environment and a sense of personal accountability for its well-being. The study proved that effective internalization of these profound hadith values is achieved through a variety of diverse and developmentally appropriate strategies including consistent habituation, role modeling, engagement in interactive and play-based activities, and building strong and synergistic collaboration between families and educational institutions.

Abstract

Studies on early childhood education psychology from the perspective of Prophetic hadith have largely relied on normative and fragmented approaches, resulting in limited understanding of hadith as an applied pedagogical framework. This study aims to systematically examine how the hadith of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) are interpreted and utilized in Indonesian academic literature as foundational principles for early childhood education psychology. This research employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method by analyzing 33 scholarly articles published between 2019 and 2024 that are relevant to early childhood education and hadith studies. The analysis follows stages of identification, relevance classification, and thematic synthesis based on research focus and methodological approaches. The findings indicate that hadith are positioned not merely as sources of moral and spiritual values but also as pedagogical guidelines encompassing concepts of fitrah, compassion, exemplary conduct, habituation, and parental responsibility as primary educators. The review also reveals significant challenges in implementing hadith-based educational principles, particularly related to limited pedagogical competence among early childhood educators, lack of contextual teaching materials, and insufficient parental literacy in hadith studies. This study concludes that strengthening the integration of hadith and early childhood education psychology requires a more contextual and collaborative approach involving families, educational institutions, and policymakers to promote holistic, character-based early childhood education grounded in revealed values.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji praktik living hadith dalam tradisi Jumat Berkah yang berkembang di Yogyakarta. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, penelitian ini menelaah bagaimana masyarakat memahami, menginternalisasi, dan mewujudkan ajaran hadis tentang sedekah dan keutamaan hari Jumat dalam aktivitas sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman masyarakat terhadap hadis bersifat praktis dan intuitif; nilai-nilai hadis diterima bukan melalui hafalan teks, tetapi melalui pembiasaan, pengalaman keagamaan sehari-hari, dan tradisi sosial yang diwariskan. Tradisi Jumat Berkah berfungsi sebagai ruang aktualisasi nilai keagamaan yang mampu memperkuat solidaritas, menumbuhkan kepedulian sosial, serta membentuk karakter masyarakat yang lebih religius dan empatik. Praktik ini juga memperlihatkan bahwa ajaran Nabi SAW dapat hidup dan berkembang dalam konteks budaya tertentu melalui tindakan sosial yang dilakukan secara rutin dan kolektif. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa Jumat Berkah merupakan manifestasi nyata living hadith yang relevan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat urban, sekaligus memperkaya khazanah kajian hadis kontemporer di Indonesia.

Abstract

Hajj is a worship that is obligatory once in a lifetime which is highly anticipated by all Muslims in the world, including Indonesia, all of them go to one place, namely Mecca, resulting in a very large mass buildup, so it is necessary to anticipate safety, health and preparedness from the moment of departure. , the implementation of the ritual worship until the time of staying and staying overnight at the place. Data on the implementation were taken from the website, observations, experiences during the pilgrimage and observations and experiences while serving as a speaker on hajj safety, health and preparedness at KBIH (Hajj guidance group) Multazam Yogyakarta City from 2017-2023. Where data is obtained that most of the prospective pilgrims do not know the situation and condition of the place of worship, while on the way, during worship and during activities at the hotel and how to behave when an emergency occurs (fire, heart attack, both yourself and other pilgrims) ) mainly related to hazards, risks and how to deal with them properly and correctly.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe role of business actors in the process of marketing goods and services is a very sensitive topic to discuss. Talking about international, national and local markets, this is a multi-complex problem. One of them is legal protection for consumers of goods and services. The issue of consumer protection was regulated in 1999, but following the development of the flow of free trade, of course this must continue to be progressive in order to carry out observations to make adjustments to consumer problems which in fact concern human benefit and safety, of course. The legal protection policy for consumers and business actors is a struggle that is still far from expectations, a struggle since 2008, has not yet produced results to date. The fact that no changes have been made to this law is proof and fact of the reluctance of the legislative bodies and the participation of the government executive who should be pushing to the maximum extent to make efforts to change these regulations as an urgent matter. The struggles of consumer observers and business actors, both from consumer observer institutions and academics, do not have enough power to voice the aspirations of the people as consumers. Various perspectives from the perspective of positive law have been studied so far, and the author on this occasion would like to re-touch the Islamic conscience of Muslims who will of course be moved to look again at the values of the Al-Quran and Hadith

Abstract

This study aims to analyze gender relations in the interactions between male and female students on campus by referring to the interpretation of hadiths and the accompanying social dynamics. The method used is descriptive qualitative through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using Fatema Mernissi’s theoretical approach, which emphasizes criticism of patriarchal structures and the authority of hadith interpretation. The results of the study show that there are two patterns of hadith interpretation among students, namely textual and contextual. Textual interpretation tends to be used to legitimize hierarchical divisions of social roles and to position men as leaders, while contextual interpretation encourages equality and collaborative relations in both academic and organizational interactions. Social interaction on campus also shows the existence of spatial separation and restricted communication that is internalized especially among women, influenced by cultural norms and uncritical religious understanding. However, there are also spaces of resistance through female leadership that is dialogical and collaborative. This study affirms the importance of strengthening contextual hadith literacy and establishing an inclusive campus culture as steps toward just and equal gender relations.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenerapan metode bercerita dalam pendidikan anak usia dini berbasis hadis semakin penting di tengah kebutuhan penguatan nilai agama dan karakter sejak dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas dan implementasi metode bercerita berbasis hadis dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai Islam pada anak usia dini, serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan kendala dalam penerapannya di lingkungan PAUD. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan tinjauan literatur sistematis (systematic literature review)terhadap 42 artikel terbitan 2019–2025, dengan analisis tematik untuk mengidentifikasi tren, metode, dan hasil penelitian. Hasil telaah menunjukkan bahwa metode bercerita berbasis hadis sangat efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman, antusiasme, dan internalisasi nilai agama, moral, serta karakter Islami pada anak. Kisah-kisah nabi dan hadis yang dikemas menarik, didukung alat peraga dan mediadigital, mampu memperkuat keterlibatan dan kecerdasan spiritual anak. Namun, tantangan masih ditemukan pada keterbatasan media pembelajaran, keterampilan guru, serta dukungan orang tua dan fasilitas sekolah. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan kolaborasi antara guru, sekolah, dan orang tua, serta pengembangan media inovatif dan pelatihan guru agar metode bercerita berbasis hadis dapat diimplementasikan secara optimal di berbagai konteks PAUD.Kata Kunci: Metode Bercerita, Hadis, Karakter, PAUD

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of character education in Islamic boarding schools for university students, focusing on two specific institutions namely Kyai Haji Ahmad Dahlan Student Islamic Boarding School which is next called Persada UAD, and Surya Global Health College of Health Sciences Student Boarding School Yogyakarta which is called Pesantren STIKes Surya Global. The research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing interviews, observations, and document analysis involving several administrators from these boarding schools. The findings highlight the critical role of character education in shaping the morals and ethics of students, particularly their religious character. The presence of these Islamic boarding schools plays a significant role in reinforcing character values among students. The study identifies four key aspects of character education within these institutions: a clear and measurable vision, mission, and goals; an effective character education learning design; strict yet rational regulations for student conduct; and the practical application of character education values in daily student life. The research concludes that higher education institutions should integrate character education into both general and religious curricula, with Islamic boarding schools providing an ideal environment for this integration through a well-structured character education curriculum.

Abstract

The use of majaz (figurative language) in hadith texts has long been recognized as an important element in understanding the linguistic depth and contextual meaning of the Prophet Muhammad’s sayings. However, studies on this topic have generally focused on majaz within theoretical or semantic discourse, without providing a systematic mapping of its methodological role and socio-religious implications. This study aims to fill this gap by employing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method following the PRISMA protocol, examining 36 scholarly articles on majaz in hadith published between 2019 and 2025. The review focuses on publication trends, dominant methodological approaches, geographical distribution of research, and the implications of majaz for contextual interpretation and contemporary Muslim life. The findings reveal a significant increase in academic interest during the period 2021–2024, marked by a strong dominance of qualitative, linguistic, and contextual approaches, particularly those integrating balaghah, semantics, socio-historical analysis, and hermeneutics. Majaz is increasingly positioned not merely as a rhetorical device but as a substantive interpretive instrument with important implications for legal reasoning, ethical formation, and socio-religious construction. Nevertheless, a gap remains between the theoretical recognition of majaz and its application in religious practice, education, and public policy, largely influenced by the persistence of conservative literalist paradigms. This study offers both methodological and thematic novelty by systematically mapping the role of majaz in hadith studies and positioning it as a bridge between textual fidelity and contemporary relevance, thereby supporting the development of a more adaptive, interdisciplinary, and context-sensitive methodology in hadith scholarship. [Penggunaan majaz (bahasa figuratif) dalam teks-teks hadis telah lama diakui sebagai unsur penting dalam memahami kedalaman linguistik dan makna kontekstual sabda Nabi Saw. Namun, kajian-kajian terhadapnya selalu fokus pada diskursus majaz yang menekankan pada aspek teoretis atau semantik, tanpa pemetaan yang sistematis terhadap peran metodologis dan implikasi sosio-keagamaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengisi celah tersebut dengan menerapkan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) yang mengikuti protokol PRISMA, terhadap 36 artikel ilmiah tentang majaz dalam hadis yang dipublikasikan antara tahun 2019–2025. Kajian ini berfokus pada tren publikasi, pendekatan metodologis yang dominan, distribusi geografis penelitian, serta implikasi majaz terhadap penafsiran kontekstual dan kehidupan Muslim kontemporer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan minat akademik pada periode 2021–2024, dengan dominasi kuat pendekatan kualitatif, linguistik, dan kontekstual, terutama yang mengintegrasikan balaghah, semantik, analisis sosio-historis, dan hermeneutika. Majaz semakin diposisikan bukan sekadar sebagai perangkat retorika, melainkan sebagai instrumen penafsiran substantif yang memiliki implikasi penting terhadap penalaran hukum, pembentukan etika, dan konstruksi sosial-keagamaan. Meskipun demikian, masih terdapat kesenjangan antara pengakuan teoretis terhadap majaz dan penerapannya dalam praktik keagamaan, pendidikan, dan kebijakan publik, yang sebagian besar dipengaruhi oleh kuatnya paradigma literalistik-konservatif. Studi ini memberikan kebaruan metodologis dan tematik dengan memetakan secara sistematis peran majaz dalam studi hadis, serta menempatkannya sebagai penghubung antara kesetiaan terhadap teks dan relevansinya terhadap konteks kontemporer, sehingga mendukung pengembangan metodologi kajian hadis yang lebih adaptif, interdisipliner, dan peka terhadap konteks.]
