Abstract

Teknologi digital menjadi tantangan umum yang dihadapi oleh pelaku usaha sektor Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Padahal peran UMKM secara finansial maupun non-finansial sangat besar bagi wilayah bahkan nasional. Kabupaten Garut dengan potensi bambu di Kecamatan Selaawi merupakan potensi lokal unggulan yang didorong untuk meningkatkan ekonomi dan branding kota sehingga Kabupaten Garut menjadi destinasi unggulan baik bagi pengunjung nasional maupun global. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran membangun kesamaan sebagai pendekatan penyelesaian kebuntuan negosiasi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa buku dan jurnal yang telah terpublikasi sebagai sumber utama penelitan ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hal-hal yang dibutuhkan guna membangun kesamaan yaitu: 1) tujuan superordinat, 2) musuh bersama, 3) harapan bersama, 4) mengatur waktu dan tenggat waktu, 5) membangun pandangan lain dan membuat kerangka kerja integratif, dan 6) membangun kesamaan.

Abstract

Negotiation is not a new term. This negotiation is one form of communication. This negotiation becomes one of the means for both parties or more who experience disputes in an effort to achieve their respective goals. Moreover, in everyday life, there are conflicts and differences in interests that are very common. This study aims to analyze the role of negotiation as a communication skill in conflict management. This study refers to the literature review as a source of information that will then be reviewed, studied, understood, and interpreted on the data and information obtained from the reference sources used. The results of this study indicate that negotiation, especially integrative negotiation, has an essential role as a peaceful conflict resolution in conflict management, both parties can communicate directly and seek mutual agreement. Good communication skills really help the negotiation process achieve maximum results even from negotiations will be able to create good business opportunities. The important role of this negotiation is not only used in resolving business conflicts but in other aspects so that problems can be resolved wisely and fairly without harming either party.

Abstract

 The problems studied in this study include: first, what is Indonesia's position in the Freeport Contract of Work? Second, how does Indonesia use its power-based position to win this renegotiation? Third, how is the progress of implementing renegotiation as a solution to the problems posed by the Contract of Work? This research was conducted using a library research method through a conceptual approach and a social approach. The results show that: Indonesia's position in the Kontrak Karya is equivalent to Freeport, same as the position of the parties in a contract. Second, Indonesia uses its power as an independent country by creating the IUPK Law and prohibiting the export of mineral concentrates to narrow Freeport's movement. Third, Indonesia proposed renegotiation for its losses arising from the operation of Freeport in Indonesia, but the renegotiation was difficult to reach the expected agreement because it was contradict with the principle of pacta sunt servanda. After a long negotiation process, a mutually beneficial decision was reached for both parties.

Abstract

The increasingly fierce business competition in this digital era requires business people to be more creative in building strategies to compete. In choosing a product, consumers will most likely choose a brand that they already know. Therefore, a company must choose the right strategy in increasing brand awareness. In this digital era, digital marketing is an important strategy in the marketing activities of a business, one of which is through the use of influencer marketing. Influencer marketing is a promotional activity through individuals who have a large following and strong influence on social media. This strategy is used by Rahsa Nusantara to increase brand awareness in the wider community. This research aims to find out how the implementation of influencer marketing at Rahsa Nusantara. The type of method used in this research is descriptive qualitative by conducting interviews and participant observation. The results of this study show that Rahsa Nusantara has successfully implemented an influencer marketing strategy through collaboration with influencers on Instagram and TikTok who have personas and target audiences that match Rahsa Nusantara to increase brand awareness. Abstract

The use of the internet and social media has brought significant changes to buying and selling activities, especially in online shopping. In the Business to Business (B2B) context, marketing communication strategies play a crucial role in enhancing online sales. This research aims to analyze the role of marketing communication strategies in increasing online sales for small B2B businesses, such as Mimosh. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach, using observation and interviews with Mimosh's owner and CEO. The research findings indicate that Mimosh utilizes social media platforms, such as Facebook and WhatsApp groups, for online marketing. The applied marketing communication strategies include personal selling and relationship marketing. Personal selling is carried out through video, photo, and written content on Facebook to reach potential audiences and resellers. Mimosh also builds a professional profile with comprehensive information about products, advantages, benefits, and clear contact details. Relationship marketing is achieved by providing client satisfaction and building long-term relationships. This research highlights the importance of appropriate communication strategies in the B2B business context and provides recommendations to Mimosh management based on the research findings. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang Material Information Flow Chart (MIFC) untuk lini perakitan D26 di PT XYZ, sebuah perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak di industri perakitan komponen otomotif dan exhaust system kendaraan roda 2 dan roda 4. MIFC merupakan salah satu alat penting dalam Lean Manufacturing yang membantu memvisualisasikan aliran material dan informasi dari tahap awal hingga akhir dalam proses produksi.Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan kualitatif dengan fokus pada analisis mendalam terhadap lini perakitan D26 yang sudah ada di PT XYZ. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi saat ini telah mempengaruhi banyak industri yang beralih ke sektor digital, yang pada akhirnya menciptakan peluang kerja baru di dalam industri tersebut. Pemerintah berupaya untuk mengurangi jumlah pengangguran di Indonesia dengan mengintegrasikan pendidikan dengan kebutuhan industri atau lapangan kerja. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi (Kemendikbudristek) adalah melalui program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka Studi Independen. Program Studi Independen ini memberikan ruang kepada mahasiswa agar dapat mengembangkan diri dan belajar di luar aktivitas perkuliahan, serta terlibat langsung dalam mendapatkan pengetahuan dari praktisi yang berpengalaman di bidangnya. Salah satu mitra penyelenggara SIB adalah Power Academy, Dalam MSIB Batch 4 ini, Power Academy mengusung tema "Digital Technology Upskilling Collaboration" dan meluncurkan program Digital Marketing Camp 02. Dalam penelitian ini, pendekatan kualitatif digunakan secara deskriptif dengan teknik pengambilan data melalui observasi dan dokumentasi hasil observasi yang disimpulkan. Secara umum, SIB ini dilaksanakan secara daring (online). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa dapat terlibat dalam kegiatan dan mengembangkan keterampilan serta kompetensi dalam bidang pemasaran digital. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk mempersiapkan lulusan perguruan tinggi yakni mahasiswa agar dapat berpartisipasi dalam peralihan industri yang saat ini banyak membutuhkan sumber daya manusia di sektor digital.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has encouraged adaptation in various sectors, one of which is education through hybrid learning. This study aims to determine the effect and level of work culture application on vocational students' performance in adapting hybrid learning after the COVID-19 pandemic. Mixed research methods were used to collect relevant data and process data qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of this study indicate a significance level of less than 0.05, which means that the regression model can predict work culture variables with a coefficient of determination of 66.8%. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of work culture variables on the performance of vocational students in adapting hybrid learning after the COVID-19 pandemic by implementing work culture and producing excellent performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the purpose of analyzing the factors that influence the process of returning goods from the Transmart Buahbatu Bandung warehouse, in order to ensure smooth and efficient return processes. Therefore, this analysis can be used as an evaluation material during the return goods process. This study was conducted in the receiving division of Transmart Buahbatu Bandung, using a qualitative research approach, namely the fishbone analysis method, and employing data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study revealed that there are three factors that significantly affect the time it takes to process the return of goods from the warehouse, namely a shortage of human resources, disorganized storage, and inadequate facilities
