Abstract

The skeptical attitude of consumers has led companies to shift from traditional marketing to influencer marketing. Based on Robert Cialdini's theory of social proof, it is observed that humans tend to make decisions or act based on what others do or think. In the context of influencer marketing, consumer behavior is influenced by the social proof provided by influencers. Dorskin is one of the local skincare brands that has adopted influencer marketing. Therefore, this research aims to explore the influencer marketing strategies applied by Dorskin. The research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach, which uses a case study method. Data collection techniques include interviews as the primary data source and literature studies as the secondary data source.  The results show that Dorskin focuses on TikTok and Instagram platforms to market their products, with two main Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of influencer marketing: the number of views and sales. Influencers contribute approximately 70% of Dorskin's total reve-nue.

Abstract

In negotiations, both parties interests and benefits must be considered. Therefore, communication is the key to productive negotiations. This descriptive qualitative study employs a literature review as its methodology, namely collecting data from various previously published reference sources. According to the study, communication between two parties must convey the same meaning or message. Communication and decision-making are crucial components of negotiations. Good negotiators must possess the communication skills of clarity, precision, and persuasion. The objective of negotiation is mutual comprehension. Negotiators must avoid misunderstandings that can lead to significant communication issues. The significance of developing a desire to comprehend the background, perspective, and qualities of each negotiator for the negotiation process's success. In addition to empathy, negotiators must be able to make the best decisions and propose the best deals. The outcome of this research is that effective communication is crucial to successful negotiations that result in collective decisions.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui alur dari proses pengadaan barang/jasa yang ada di Lembaga Administrasi Negara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian “kualitatif” melalui observasi, partisipasi aktif, dan wawancara pada Bagian Umum dan Layanan Pengadaan Lembaga Administrasi Negara. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan bahwa Pengadaan barang/jasa yang ada pada Lembaga Administrasi Negara memiliki dua metode yang dilakukan, yaitu dengan menggunakan metode Tender/Seleksi/Pengadaan Langsung/Penjunjukan Langsung dan metode E-Purchasing untuk mendapatkan penyedia barang/jasa. Metode ini dilakukan berdasarkan situasi yang ada pada keadaan tertentu dengan beberapa persyaratan pada penyedia yang dipilih, sehingga alur yang dilakukan Lembaga Administrasi Negara dalam melakukan proses pengadaan barang/jasa harus ditangani oleh beberapa pejabat untuk memastikan bahwa data, dokumen, dan keaslian yang dimiliki penyedia barang jasa sudah sesuai dengan ketentuan yang ada. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa metode e-purchasing lebih efektif karena metode e-purchasing dapat menjadikan kegiatan pengadaan yang transparan, efisien, adil, efektif, dan akuntabel. The purpose of this research is to find out the flow of the goods/services procurement process at the National Institute of Public Administration. The research method used is a “qualitative” research method through observation, active participation, and interviews at the General Section and Procurement Services of the National Institute of Public Administration. The results of the research conducted that the existing goods/services procurement at the National Institute of Public Administration has two methods carried out, namely by using the Tender / Selection / Direct Procurement/ Direct Appointment method and the E-Purchasing method to obtain goods/services providers. This method is carried out based on the situation that exists in certain circumstances with several requirements on the selected provider so that the flow carried out by the National Institute of Public Administration in carrying out the goods/services procurement process must be handled by several pfficials to ensure that the data, documents, and authenticity owned by the goods/services provider are by existing provisions. Based on the research results the e- purchasing method is more effective because the e0purchasing method can make procurement activities transparent, efficient, fair, effective, and accountable.

Abstract

Every region has its own uniqueness that can serve as potential local cultural tourism, as seen in Rawabogo Village, Ciwidey, Bandung Regency. The local culture of this village generates intriguing tourism potential that warrants further exploration. This Community Service (PPM) initiative aims to identify and evaluate the tourism potential based on local culture in Rawabogo Village, Ciwidey, Bandung Regency through a series of PPM programs. The method used is Focus Group Discussion (FGD), involving various stakeholders related to cultural tourism, such as key holders, art and culture practitioners, the general public, tourism business operators, and village officials. The identification of tourism potential indicates that the tourist attractions in Rawabogo Village are rated very well. However, there are aspects that still require further development, such as facilities, accessibility, and accommodation. Nonetheless, the conclusion that can be drawn is that the tourism potential based on local culture in Rawabogo Village has a strong foundation, but it needs further steps to enhance infrastructure and external support to improve the overall quality of the tourist destination. In this context, collaboration between the government, local community, and other related parties is necessary to design and implement appropriate development steps. For instance, improving public facilities, repairing roads and transportation to the destination, and enhancing the quality of accommodation for tourists. These steps will not only increase the attractiveness of Rawabogo Village's tourism but also positively impact the local economy and improve the welfare of the local community. Through collaboration and joint efforts, Rawabogo Village can become a sustainable and appealing local cultural tourism destination for both domestic and international tourists.Setiap daerah memiliki kekhasan masing-masing yang dapat menjadi potensi berbasis budaya lokal, sebagaimana Desa Rawabogo, Ciwidey, Kabupaten Bandung. Budaya lokal desa ini melahirkan potensi pariwisata yang menarik untuk digali lebih dalam. Pengabdian pada Masyarakat (PPM) ini merupakan upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi potensi pariwisata yang berbasis budaya lokal di Desa Rawabogo, Ciwidey, Kabupaten Bandung melalui serangkaian program PPM. Metode kegiatan yang digunakan adalah Focus Group Discussion (FGD) yang melibatkan berbagai pemangku kepentingan terkait pariwisata budaya lokal seperti juru kunci, pelaku kesenian dan budaya, masyarakat umum, pelaku usaha wisata, serta perangkat desa. Hasil identifikasi potensi pariwisata menunjukkan bahwa, daya tarik wisata di Desa Rawabogo dinilai sangat baik. Namun, terdapat aspek-aspek yang masih perlu pengembangan lebih lanjut, seperti fasilitas, aksesibilitas, dan akomodasi. Meskipun demikian, kesimpulan yang dapat diambil adalah potensi pariwisata berbasis budaya lokal di Desa Rawabogo memiliki landasan yang kuat, namun memerlukan langkah-langkah lanjutan untuk meningkatkan infrastruktur dan dukungan eksternal guna meningkatkan kualitas destinasi wisata secara keseluruhan. Dalam konteks ini, perlu adanya kolaborasi antara pemerintah, masyarakat setempat, dan pihak-pihak terkait lainnya untuk merancang dan melaksanakan langkah-langkah pengembangan yang tepat. Misalnya, memperbaiki fasilitas umum, memperbaiki jalan dan transportasi menuju destinasi, serta meningkatkan kualitas akomodasi bagi wisatawan. Langkah-langkah ini tidak hanya akan meningkatkan daya tarik wisata Desa Rawabogo, tetapi juga akan memberikan dampak positif bagi perekonomian lokal dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat setempat. Melalui kolaborasi dan upaya bersama, Desa Rawabogo dapat menjadi destinasi wisata budaya lokal yang berkelanjutan dan menarik bagi wisatawan domestik maupun internasional.

Abstract

This research analyzes the decision-making process regarding the purchase of ScarlettWhitening skincare products through the role of influencer marketing. The researchutilized the Systematic Literature Review approach for its investigation. After conductingthe systematic literature review, the researchers discovered a total of 78 articles througha search conducted on Google Scholar. Subsequently, these articles were narroweddown to a final selection of 23 for descriptive analysis. The findings indicate that thefactors influencing the success of influencer marketing in influencing the purchasedecision of Scarlett Whitening products are trustworthiness, expertise, attractiveness,similarity, liking, and respect. The results of this study are expected to be considered byScarlett Whitening company in selecting influencers who align with these factors toencourage consumers to decide to purchase the product.

Abstract

In the digital era, social media demonstrates significant potential as a platform for digital marketing. However, consumers are becoming increasingly critical of marketing content, challenging businesses to create innovative and engaging content. In the competitive fashion industry, controversial marketing strategies have emerged as a way to attract consumer attention. Porteegoods, a local shoe brand, has built a reputation for unique and controversial marketing. Porteegoods faces allegations of design plagiarism, coupled with a unique and provocative marketing strategy on social media. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method supported by library research and basic observations from social media to describe the effectiveness of Porteegoods' marketing communication. The aim of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of Porteegoods' controversial marketing strategy on social media. The results of this study indicate that the controversial marketing communication strategy implemented by Porteegoods can be considered effective in attracting attention, building brand awareness, and even increasing sales for Porteegoods. However, the communication process is still considered less effective due to the presence of noise

Abstract

Meningkatnya konsumsi keju di Indonesia memunculkan bahasan-bahasan baru untuk diteliti. Hal tersebut dipicu oleh variasi jenis yang ditawarkan oleh keju tersendiri, fleksibilitas keju dalam berbagai masakan, dan kesadaran akan manfaat kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis preferensi konsumen terhadap produk makanan yang menggunakan keju di kalangan mahasiswa dalam daerah Jatinangor dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Analisis data dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara beserta sumber-sumber, seperti artikel, dan jurnal dengan menggunakan analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor seperti karakteristik budaya, sosial, ekonomi, psikologis, dan pribadi berperan penting dalam menentukan preferensi konsumen. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan dan informasi terkini bagi para pelaku usaha, akademisi, serta pemerintah untuk mendukung pengembangan industri kuliner berbasis keju.

Abstract

PT Pindad (Persero) is a manufacturing company engaged in the production of defence equipment. In the production process, PT Pindad (Persero) generates various types of waste such as slag, scrap, tap and flash. The management of these wastes is carried out through the remanufacturing process in the Support Department of the Transportation Infrastructure Division. However, irregularities in the storage and distribution of waste cause accumulation, waste of space and operational obstacles. This research proposes the creation of a waste storage SOP using the First Waste First Out (FWFO) method as a solution to waste storage and distribution management. FWFO is the author's design, adapted from the FIFO (First In First Out) method, designed to accelerate waste turnover, prevent quality degradation such as corrosion of metals, and improve operational efficiency. The research was conducted using a qualitative method with primary data sources from interviews with the head of the smelting section and the head of the warehouse, and secondary data sources from literature and previous reports. It is expected that the draft SOP for waste storage using the first waste first out method will effectively reduce the accumulation of waste, maximise the use of waste according to specifications, and improve the efficiency of storage and reprocessing at PT Pindad.

Abstract

PT. XYZ Cabang Bandung 2 merupakan salah satu perusahaan retail dengan sistem manajemen warehouse yang mendukung distribusi barang ke gerai-gerai wilayah Bandung dan sekitarnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi optimal untuk meningkatkan service level supplier yang sesuai dengan target pada penilaian kinerja warehouse. Analisis SWOT menunjukkan kekuatan utama seperti sistem B2B terintegrasi dan reputasi pasar yang kuat, sedangkan kelemahan meliputi komunikasi yang kurang optimal dan keterbatasan infrastruktur gudang. Peluang seperti kolaborasi dalam perencanaan produksi dan pengembangan sistem informasi terintegrasi dapat dimanfaatkan untuk menghadapi ancaman seperti ketidakstabilan rantai pasok global dan fluktuasi permintaan. Strategi yang dihasilkan mengarahkan PT. XYZ pada kebijakan pertumbuhan agresif dengan fokus pada penguatan internal dan pemanfaatan peluang eksternal. Implementasi strategi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan daya saing perusahaan.

Abstract

TikTok merupakan media sosial yang memiliki peningkatan pengguna dari awal rilisnya sampai kini. Hal ini dikarenakan TikTok menjadi sebuah media yang menggabungkan antara media komunikasi dan media berbelanja, tentu ini menjadi sebuah kesempatan yang besar bagi perusahaan dalam meningkatkan kesadaran produk hingga meningkatkan penjualan kepada calon konsumen seluas-luasnya melalui jejaring komunikasi pemasaran. Salah satu alat yang disediakan oleh TikTok adalah TikTok afiliasi, hingga kini strategi ini dinilai ekonomis, praktis dan memberikan keuntungan yang maksimal. Program TikTok afiliasi tidak hanya memberikan keuntungan bagi perusahaan tetapi juga memberikan keuntungan bagi seorang afiliator dalam bentuk komisi akan konten yang dibuat bagi para pengikut.
