Abstract

Program budidaya jamur merang berbasis kardus bekas di Kecamatan Loa Kulu merupakan inovasi yang menggabungkan pemberdayaan masyarakat dengan praktik ramah lingkungan. Menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR), masyarakat dilibatkan secara aktif dalam seluruh tahapan, mulai dari perencanaan, pelatihan, hingga pemasaran hasil. Hasil program menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan, pendapatan rumah tangga, dan kesadaran lingkungan masyarakat setempat. Selain itu, program ini berhasil mengurangi limbah kardus dan menciptakan lapangan kerja baru, sehingga memberikan dampak positif pada ekonomi lokal. Replikasi model ini diharapkan dapat diterapkan di wilayah lain dengan potensi serupa. Dengan integrasi aspek ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan, program ini tidak hanya menjadi solusi inovatif bagi pemberdayaan masyarakat, tetapi juga mendukung keberlanjutan pembangunan di tingkat lokal dan nasional.

Abstract

Ketimpangan pendidikan di wilayah timur Indonesia khususnya Papua, telah menjadi isu nasional selama beberapa dekade. Berbagai hambatan seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur, kurangnya tenaga pengajar yang berkualitas, serta kondisi geografis yang sulit diakses menjadi tantangan besar dalam penyediaan pendidikan yang merata. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi pendidikan yang diterapkan oleh Prof. yohanes Surya melalui Metode GASING (Gampang, Asyik, Menyenangkan) dalam meningkatkan kemampuan numerasi anak-anak Papua. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka (library research), melalui penelusuran literatur yang relevan, termasuk artikel ilmiah, laporan program, berita, dan publikasi lainnya yang berkaitan dengan penerapan Metode GASING di Papua. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa metode GASING mampu meningkatkan potensi matematika siswa secara signifikan, memperbaiki rasa percaya diri, serta merubah paradigma negatif terhadap matematika. Strategi GASING menjadi inovasi baru bagi pendidikan di daerah tertinggal.

Abstract

Perkembangan media sosial memberikan ruang luas bagi penggunanya untuk berinteraksi, berbagi informasi, dan mengekspresikan diri. Namun, kebiasaan membagikan informasi secara berlebihan atau oversharing menghadirkan ancaman terhadap privasi individu. Artikel ini mengkaji bentuk oversharing yang sering terjadi, faktor yang memengaruhi perilaku tersebut, serta konsekuensinya terhadap keamanan data pribadi. Penelitian dilakukan melalui studi literatur dengan merujuk pada buku, jurnal ilmiah, serta kajian mengenai media sosial, privasi digital, dan Undang-Undang Perlindungan Data Pribadi di Indonesia. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa oversharing dapat memicu kebocoran data, pencurian identitas, penyalahgunaan informasi, hingga risiko sosial seperti perundungan dan cyberstalking. Rendahnya literasi digital serta keinginan mendapat pengakuan sosial menjadi faktor penting yang mendorong meningkatnya perilaku ini pada remaja dan dewasa muda. Artikel ini menekankan perlunya kesadaran privasi, pengaturan keamanan akun, dan kehati-hatian dalam membagikan informasi di media sosial agar pengguna tetap aman.

Abstract

Studi ini mengkaji pembangunan kepercayaan digital di lembaga pendidikan sebagai respons terhadap transformasi digital yang menggeser model reputasi dari berbasis fisik ke jejak digital waktu nyata. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan telaah dokumen, kemudian dianalisis secara interaktif melalui proses reduksi, penyajian, dan verifikasi. Penelitian ini menawarkan kerangka operasional untuk Digital Trust Building yang menggabungkan teori kepercayaan, reputasi institusi, dan pendekatan berbasis data untuk membantu institusi pendidikan membangun reputasi yang kredibel, akuntabel, dan kontekstual dengan kondisi Indonesia. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan digital dipengaruhi oleh konsistensi informasi, kualitas pengelolaan situs web, daya tanggap media sosial, dan kemampuan lembaga dalam memanfaatkan analitik data sebagai bagian dari manajemen reputasi.

Abstract

This research explores the philosophy of religious educational management at State Elementary School 002 Kuaro. he primary focus is to comprehend the philosophical principles underlying the administration of religious aspects in the context of elementary education. The research methodology employed is qualitative, utilizing interview and observation techniques. The research subject is State Elementary School 002 Kuaro, one of the formal educational institutions under the auspices of the Education Agency of Kabupaten Paser, established in 1974, located at the village of Keluang Paser Jaya, Kuaro District, Paser Regency, East Kalimantan Province, Indonesia. This study centers its attention on the scope of educational management in the school, including curriculum management, facility and infrastructure management, as well as financial management. The research findings indicate that the philosophy of religious education management at State Elementary School 002 Kuaro reflects religious values integrated into daily policies and practices. This includes instilling habits and rituals as an implementation of the teachings. Students are accustomed to participating in collective prayers, reading the Quran, and performing Friday Dhuha prayers together in the school courtyard, among other practices. In the implementation of the philosophy of religious management at State Elementary School 002 Kuaro, there are still several challenges, especially related to the utilization of facility and infrastructure management and financial management, in its efforts to enhance the application of religious management philosophy in the school.

Abstract

Abstract— The Implementation of Islamic Social Etiquette in the Philosophy of Educational Management is the focal point of investigation within the context of Madrasah Trubus Iman in Padang Pangrapat, Tanah Grogot. This research aims to delve into and analyze how the application of Islamic social etiquette values within the framework of the philosophy of educational management can shape students' characters. The research method employed is qualitative research. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and document analysis related to educational management in Madrasah Trubus Iman. The research findings indicate that Madrasah Trubus Iman has effectively implemented an educational management approach based on Islamic social etiquette. In the context of integrating Islamic values, such as covering one's aura, avoiding illicit sexual relations, prohibiting unmarried couples from being alone, performing prayers, speaking politely, being obedient to parents, forbidding smoking among adolescents, and greeting fellow Muslims. The positive implications of implementing Islamic social etiquette are not only limited to the aspect of students' character but are also evident in the improvement of the learning atmosphere and interpersonal relationships between students and teachers. Mutual respect and care become crucial points in creating an educational environment that supports holistic student growth. Overall, this research contributes to our understanding of how Islamic social etiquette can be integrated with the philosophy of educational management to create quality Islamic education.

Abstract

Era teknologi saat ini telah membawa perubahan besar dalam hampir semua aspek kehidupan, termasuk dalam dunia pendidikan. Salah satu yang menjadi perhatian saat ini adalah digitalisasi sistem administrasi sekolah yang mana telah menjadi solusi penting dalam menghadapi tantangan era modern. Sehingga, dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun digitalisasi melalui pembuatan website yang dapat meningkatkan mutu dalam efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan administrasi pendidikan di SD Negeri 001 Loa Kulu. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi observasi langsung, wawancara dengan kepala sekolah, guru, dan staf administrasi, serta analisis data yang diperoleh dari penerapan sistem informasi manajemen sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan digitalisasi dalam sistem administrasi sekolah memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan, tidak hanya dalam mempercepat berbagai proses administratif, tetapi juga dalam meningkatkan tingkat transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan data siswa. Dengan demikian, hasil penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa implementasi digitalisasi di sekolah sangat berpengaruh daalam meningkatkan kualitas dan efesiensi layanan pendidikan dan mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi era digital.

Abstract

This study explores ontological foundations in developing Islamic educational management theory through qualitative approach with case study method. Contemporary Islamic educational management complexity requires theoretical reconstruction integrating spiritual and material dimensions holistically to address traditional-modernity dichotomy challenges. Data collection conducted through semi-structured in-depth interviews with five key informants consisting of madrasah principals, pesantren directors, and Islamic higher education leaders, along with organizational documentation analysis using purposive sampling. Thematic analysis reveals five main ontological principles: tawhid in management, spiritual-material integration, khilafah in leadership, institutional amanah, and shura in decision-making. Findings demonstrate that Islamic Educational Management Framework successfully integrates operational efficiency with Islamic spiritual values, creating more participative organizational structures and istikharah-musyawarah based decision-making mechanisms with 83% stakeholder satisfaction rate. Transformational Islamic leadership typology shows highest effectiveness at 85%, while holistic evaluation systems using Islamic Performance Indicators measure dunyawi and ukhrawi dimensions simultaneously. Resulting theoretical construction not only provides alternatives for Islamic educational institutions but also contributes to enriching global educational management theory through spirituality dimension integration previously neglected in conventional literature.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the conceptualization of material and formal objects of Islamic educational management science within the contemporary epistemological framework. Employing a qualitative approach with intrinsic case study design, the research involved in-depth interviews with Islamic educational management experts, school/madrasah principals, and academics selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis with trustworthiness criteria implementation to ensure findings credibility. Research findings reveal that material objects encompass all tangible and observable Islamic educational phenomena, including institutions, human resources, students, curriculum, and facilities integrated with Islamic values. Formal objects represent Islamic managerial perspectives integrating tawhid, khilafah, and accountability principles, providing transformative epistemological frameworks for Islamic educational management. The integration model of both objects produces holistic managerial approaches emphasizing not only operational efficiency but also character and spirituality formation. Model implementation requires transformational leadership capable of harmonizing technical and spiritual aspects throughout management stages. This research contributes to providing conceptual clarity regarding Islamic educational management scientific identity and offers practical guidance for curriculum development and quality Islamic educational institution management with strong character foundation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and construct epistemological foundations in developing integrative and transformative Islamic education management theory. The paradigmatic complexity in addressing the dichotomy between secular management theories and Islamic worldview becomes the primary focus of this research. The research method employs a qualitative approach with case study strategy involving nine informants consisting of madrasah principals, Islamic education management lecturers, and Islamic educational epistemology experts selected through purposive sampling. Data collection techniques utilize semi-structured in-depth interviews with thematic analysis combined with constant comparative method. Research findings reveal three main dimensions of epistemological foundations: rational, empirical, and revelation-based epistemology integrated within an integrated epistemological framework with four systematic stages: foundation, construction, validation, and implementation. Findings indicate that epistemological construction is circular and integrative, capable of bridging theory-practice dichotomy through triangulated decision making. Implementation faces challenges including change resistance, human resource limitations, and paradigmatic conflicts that can be addressed through integration workshops, gradual change management, capacity building programs, and epistemological dialogue. This research contributes to developing new paradigms of Islamic education management that are authentic, scientific, and applicable through decolonization and Islamization of knowledge processes that can enhance competitiveness and sustainability of Islamic educational institutions in the globalization era
