Abstract

This research explores the philosophy of religious educational management at State Elementary School 002 Kuaro. he primary focus is to comprehend the philosophical principles underlying the administration of religious aspects in the context of elementary education. The research methodology employed is qualitative, utilizing interview and observation techniques. The research subject is State Elementary School 002 Kuaro, one of the formal educational institutions under the auspices of the Education Agency of Kabupaten Paser, established in 1974, located at the village of Keluang Paser Jaya, Kuaro District, Paser Regency, East Kalimantan Province, Indonesia. This study centers its attention on the scope of educational management in the school, including curriculum management, facility and infrastructure management, as well as financial management. The research findings indicate that the philosophy of religious education management at State Elementary School 002 Kuaro reflects religious values integrated into daily policies and practices. This includes instilling habits and rituals as an implementation of the teachings. Students are accustomed to participating in collective prayers, reading the Quran, and performing Friday Dhuha prayers together in the school courtyard, among other practices. In the implementation of the philosophy of religious management at State Elementary School 002 Kuaro, there are still several challenges, especially related to the utilization of facility and infrastructure management and financial management, in its efforts to enhance the application of religious management philosophy in the school.

Abstract

In the face of various challenges stemming from the advancement of science and specialization across disciplines, the continual evolution of knowledge endures, seamlessly transitioning from one era to the next. The progression of knowledge development would be rendered impossible without human involvement or capability. The Qur'an provides guidance and ethical teachings that hold the potential for seamless integration into the decision-making processes, strategic planning, and governance of educational institutions. Delving deeper into the integration of philosophy into the management of Islamic education becomes imperative to gauge the depth of comprehension through the lens of the Qur'an. This research uses qualitative methods, examining Quranic verses related to integrating philosophy into Islamic educational management. By means of a thorough literature review and an exploration of pivotal Qur'anic verses, encompassing Surah Al-Jasiyah verse 20, Surah Al-Qamar verse 17, Al-Baqarah verse 2, Surah Yunus verse 3, Surah Al-Ra’du verse 2, Surah Al-A’raf verse 29, Surah Al-Ahzab verse 24, Surah An-Nisa verse 58, Surah Ar-Rahman verses 7-9, Surah Al-Baqarah verse 286, Surah Al-Hasyr verse 18, Surah Ali Imran verse 103, Surah Al-Kahf verse 2, Surah Hud verse 117, and Surah Ash-Shura verse 6, the research findings lead to the conclusion that the philosophical underpinning in the management of Islamic education, when harmoniously integrated from the perspective of the Qur'an, can give rise to a comprehensive and all-encompassing approach.

Abstract

This research discusses a philosophical examination of freedom of expression in the context of the implementation of Islamic education management. Freedom of expression becomes a crucial aspect in the development of a dynamic and innovative work environment. Through a philosophical approach, this research analyzes the concept of freedom of expression in the context of management, identifies its impact on decision making, and evaluates the role of management in supporting freedom of expression. This article aims to conduct a philosophical review of freedom of expression in the context of the implementation of Islamic education management. The main focus of this research is to delve into the concept of freedom of expression within the framework of Islamic values and how this concept can be integrated into educational management. The research uses philosophical analysis and literature methods to explore the views of Islamic philosophers regarding freedom of expression and identify the relevance of this concept in the administration of Islamic educational institutions. However, this freedom is not absolute but is limited by Islamic moral and ethical values. The concept of freedom of expression in Islamic education management requires a profound understanding of Islamic values, in line with the educational objectives desired in the context of religious teachings.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the implementation of the philosophy of tahfiz quarantine and boarding school management in increasing enrollment interest at Insan Cendekia Paser Islamic High School. The study employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data are collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that the implementation of the philosophy of tahfiz quarantine and boarding school management at Insan Cendekia Paser Islamic High School has had a positive impact on increasing enrollment interest, as evidenced by the growing number of applicants each year. Student registration for the first time in 2015 was 150 students, until 2023 there will be 371 students interested in registering. This research took data from the deputy head of the school for public relations and student affairs, parents and students when re-registering in 2023. The research shows that among parents and students interested in entering MAN Insan Scholar Paser is the existence of a dormitory system and tahfiz activities as part of the superior program MAN Paser Scholar Person. The philosophy emphasizes the importance of character development, morality, and knowledge. Tahfiz quarantine and boarding school also provide a unique and engaging experience for students, making them more interested in studying at Insan Cendekia Paser Islamic High School. Research topics include parents of students, incoming students, students who are undergoing or who have been quarantined in Tahfiz, as well as students who live in the MAN Insan Scholar Paser Dormitory. This diversity of research topics provides a more comprehensive picture of the impact of implementing management principles. Information collection was carried out through interviews, observation and document analysis. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the implementation of tahfiz quarantine and boarding school management philosophy can be considered a contributing factor in enhancing enrollment interest at MAN Insan Cendekia Paser.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the integration of immaterial reality in developing the theory and practice of Islamic educational management. The dominance of secular and rational paradigms has marginalized spiritual and moral dimensions within educational systems. Through a literature study of recent books and journals, this research finds that implementing divine values such as sincerity, responsibility, and blessing strengthens the managerial orientation of Islamic educational institutions. Integrating immaterial reality not only enriches management theory but also fosters an organizational culture grounded in faith and morality. Therefore, Islamic educational management is expected to serve as an instrument of spiritual and social transformation in response to contemporary challenges.

Abstract

Digital transformation in the education sector has become an inevitable challenge alongside rapid advancements in information technology. This study aims to examine the strategic role of information professionals in supporting digital transformation within educational institutions. Using a qualitative approach supported by a comprehensive literature review, the study analyzes how these professionals contribute to planning, implementing, and sustaining digital initiatives. The findings indicate several key barriers, including limited budgets, resistance to change, skill gaps, and inadequate technological infrastructure. Despite these constraints, information professionals play a critical role as change agents who drive innovation, enhance administrative efficiency, and strengthen the alignment between digital solutions and institutional goals. The study implies that developing professional competencies, improving digital literacy among stakeholders, and fostering stronger collaboration between information personnel and institutional leaders are essential strategies for achieving sustainable digital transformation in education. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of human resource readiness in digital initiatives and offers practical insights for policymakers and educational administrators.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of implementing Islamic character-based education in addressing moral crises, emphasizing the religious character through aspects of worship, faith, and morality via religious activities. Through these religious activities, it is hoped that moral crises among children can be more easily addressed, thereby shaping better morals. Therefore, the objectives of this research are to identify various forms of moral crises in children, to understand how the implementation of Islamic-based character education addresses moral crises, to find solutions for children who do not exhibit moral changes after the implementation of Islamic-based character education, and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of Islamic-based character education. This research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach with Class IV MI NW Labanan as the research object. The research subjects encompass the school principal, class teachers, religious instructors, and students. Data collection techniques employed include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis involves data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Meanwhile, data validity is tested using triangulation techniques

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi terkait pelaksanaan Program Madrasah Riset dengan model evaluasi cipp diharapkan mendapatkan sebuah hasil evaluasi yang komprehensif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada evaluasi konteks ditemukan Lingkungan sekolah mendukung program riset, kebutuhan pengembangan keterampilan ilmiah siswa jelas serta Tujuan dan manfaat program signifikan. Evaluasi masukan menunjukkan terdapat perencanaan program mencakup berbagai aspek, tersedia sumber daya manusia dan pendanaan yang memadai, fasilitas pendukung lengkap. Evaluasi proses menunjukan adanya Komitmen guru kuat untuk mengimplementasikan program. Proses pembelajaran mencakup semua tahapan riset, terdapat juga beban kerja guru tinggi dan alokasi waktu terbatas dan suasana pembelajaran mendukung dan antusiasme siswa tinggi. Evaluasi produk melihat program ini menciptakan budaya akademik yang kuat, berhasil meningkatkan prestasi siswa melalui kompetisi karya ilmiah, adanya keterkaitan jelas antara tujuan dan hasil program juga terdapat perbedaan motivasi antara kelas riset dan ekstrakurikuler riset.

Abstract

Ruang digital dan platform media sosial kini berperan sebagai salah satu sumber informasi utama bagi masyarakat, termasuk dalam aspek kesehatan mental. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki kontribusi konten kreator dalam meningkatkan pemahaman tentang kesehatan mental di lingkungan digital, terutama melalui media sosial. Metode yang digunakan meliputi kajian pustaka dan analisis konten untuk menilai bagaimana konten kreator menyampaikan informasi mengenai kesehatan mental secara informatif, menarik, dan mudah diakses. Hasil dari penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa konten kreator memiliki peran yang sangat krusial sebagai penghubung informasi dengan memberikan pendidikan yang sesuai, mengurangi stigma, serta menciptakan lingkungan yang aman untuk mendiskusikan masalah kesehatan mental. Melalui metode komunikasi yang lebih kreatif dan personal, konten kreator mampu menarik perhatian audiens yang lebih luas dan mendorong peningkatan kesadaran publik mengenai isu-isu psikologis. Namun, tantangan tetap ada terkait akurasi informasi dan risiko misinformasi tanpa arahan dari para profesional. Temuan penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya kerjasama antara konten kreator dan pakar kesehatan mental untuk menghadirkan konten yang lebih tepat dan berdampak.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara kepulauan yang memiliki potensi besar untuk pengembangan tanaman industri, buah-buahan, rempah-rempah dan herbal. Terdapat sekitar 7.000 jenis tanaman herbal yang dikenal oleh masyarakat untuk pengobatan berbagai macam penyakit. Optimalisasi pemanfaatan lahan kosong dengan memanfaatkan sampah anorganik sebagai sarana penanaman tanaman obat keluarga (toga) dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat, khususnya di wilayah Muara Jawa Tengah. Kegiatan ini dilakukan oleh mahasiswa KKN Universitas Islam Negeri Sultan Aji Muhammad Idris Samarinda (UINSI) di lahan belakang kantor Pemberdayaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) dengan menggunakan metode participatory action research (PAR) dan demonstrasi langsung. Tahapan kegiatan meliputi persiapan, perencanaan dan pelaksanaan. Tanaman yang ditanam antara lain Cocor Bebek, Bawang Tiwai, Kumis Kucing, Sereh, Kunyit, Jahe, Kencur, Sirih Dan Lidah Buaya. Hasil dari kegiatan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan lahan kosong dan sampah anorganik dapat mengurangi penumpukan sampah, mempermudah akses masyarakat terhadap tanaman obat dan mengurangi biaya pengobatan. Kegiatan ini telah berhasil meningkatkan kesehatan masyarakat dan mengurangi sampah di wilayah tersebut.
