Abstract

SMP Pondok Modern Selamat  Batang merupakan salah satu sekolah swasta yang berlatar belakang pondok pesantren dan mewajibkan semua siswanya untuk tinggal di pesantren. Hal ini mempermudah bagi sekolah untuk menjalankan visi, misi, dan tujuan sekolah karena pengawasan terhadap para siswa lebih terkontrol. Pengawasan terhadap perkembangan karakter siswa juga lebih  mudah, dalam rangka terwujudnya profil pelajar Pancasila  yang menjadi ciri khas utama yang harus dimiliki oleh siswa SMP Pondok Modern Selamat  Batang yang menjadi cita-cita pendidikan nasional saat ini.Sub fokus dari penelitian ini yaitu: (1) perencanaan  (2) pengorganisasian (3) pelaksanaan dan (4) pengendalian sekolah berbasis pesantren untuk pengembangkan profil pelajar pancasila   di SMP Pondok Modern Selamat  Batang Kabupaten Batang .Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif atau qualitative research. Data dalam penelitian ini meliputi observasi lapangan, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan pada penelitian kualitatif ini yaitu pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Uji keabsahan data dalam penelitian kualitatif meliputi uji, credibility, transferability, dependability, dan confirmability. Teknik untuk menguji keabsahan hasil penelitian menggunakan teknik trianggulasi. Teknik yang menggabungkan data dan sumber data yang telah ada.Berdasarkan hasil wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, dapat dismpulkan bahwa perencanaan (planning) pengembangan profil pelajar pancasila di SMP Pondok Modern Selamat  Batang tergolong sangat baik. Pengorganisasian (organizing pengembangan profil pelajar pancasila  di SMP Pondok Modern Selamat  Batang sudah cukup baik. Pelaksanaan (actuating) pengembangan profil pelajar pancasila di SMP Pondok Modern Selamat  Batang sangat baik. Pengawasan/Pengendalian (controlling) pengembangan profil pelajar pancasila di SMP Pondok Modern Selamat  Batang sudah sangat baik.Adanya penelitian ini diharapkan bisa menjadi masukan untuk Dinas Pendidikan khususnya di Kabupaten Batang , yayasan, dan sekolah diharapkan terus mempertahankan sistem yang ada dengan terus meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di SMP Pondok Modern Selamat berdasarkan pada perkembangan zaman sehingga terwujud sisa siswi yang memiliki  profil pelajar pancasila.Kata Kunci: Manajemen, SMP Pondok Modern Selamat, Profil pelajar pancasila

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh kompetensi edagogic terhadap mutu pendidikan; (2) pengaruh kompetensi profesioanl terhadap mutu pendidikan; (3) pengaruh partisipasi orang tua terhadap mutu pendidikan: dan (4) pengaruh kompetensi edagogic, kompetensi professional dan partisipasi orang tua secara bersama-sama terhadap mutu pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian desain ex-post facto yang dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri se-kabupaten Kendal yang jumlah sampel sebanyak 219 guru. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis uji normalitas, uji heteroskedisitas, uji linearitas, regresi linear berganda dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh secara parsial edagogi-variabel independen (X) terhadap edagogi dependen (Y).  Dari uji t statistic diperoleh bahwa edagogi kompetensi edagogic memiliki tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,003 lebih kecil dari nilai α = 0,05 dengan nilai_ t sebesar 3,011 mengarah ke arah positif. Artinya secara parsial kompetensi edagogic berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap mutu pendidikan. Sedangkan untuk edagogi kompetensi professional memiliki nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,004 lebih kecil dari nilai α = 0,05 dengan nilai t sebesar 2,901 mengarah edagog positif, artinya secara parsial edagogi kompetensi edagogical berpengaruh postif terhadap mutu pendidikan. Kemudian untuk edagogi partisipasi orang tua memiliki nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 dengan nilai t sebesar -4,846 mengarah kearah edagogi, artinya secara parsial varibel partisipasi orang tua berpengaruh secara edagogi terhadap mutu pendidikan. Nilai uji F antara kompetensi edagogic, kompetensi edagogical dan partisipasi orang tua  dengan mutu pendidikan 13,842 dengan nilai Sig.(2-tailed) sebesar 0,000. Nilai Sig.(2-tailed) lebih kecil dari 0,05 (5 %). Artinya secara simultan (bersama-sama) terdapat pengaruh kompetensi edagogic, kompetensi profesioanl dan partisipasi orang tua secara bersama-sama terhadap mutu pendidikan di SMK negeri se-Kabupaten Kendal.Kata Kunci: Kompetensi edagogic, kompetensi profesioanl, partisipasi orang tua dan mutu pendidikan

Abstract

ABSTRAK Dwi Hartono, NPM: 20510316. Pelaksanaan Supervisi Akademik Kepala Sekolah Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Guru Di SMK NU Tulis Batang. Tesis, Program Pascasarjana, Manajemen Pendidikan, Universitas PGRI Semarang, Pembimbing I Dr. Ghufron Abdullah, M.Pd, Pembimbing II Dr. Soedjono, M.Si. Supervisi kepala sekolah merupakan kemampuan kepala sekolah dalam melakukan evaluasi dan pembinaan yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan proses pembelajaran bagi guru. Namun, masih banyak guru yang belum maksimal dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran baik dari segi perencanaan, inovasi dan kreatifitas dalam pembelajaran sesuai dengan kompetensi guru yang diinginkan. Rumusan masalah dala penelitian ini adalah: 1) Bagaimana perencanaan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di SMK NU Tulis Batang; 2) Bagaimana pelaksanaan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di SMK NU Tulis Batang; 3) Bagaimana tindak lanjut supervisi supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di SMK NU Tulis Batang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi kasus dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian dilaksanankan di SMK NU Tulis Batang. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan pedoman wawancara, pedoman pengamatan dokumentasi penting dan Pedoman Observasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini observasi partisipan (participan observation), wawancara mendalam (indepeth interview) dan dokumantasi. Teknik analisis data dengan cara mereduksi data, display data dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian: 1) Perencanaan supervisi akademik dilakukan dengan melibatkan guru guru senior sebagai pertimbangan dalam mendesain supervise sesuai kebutuhan. Perencanaan disusun di awal semester berdasarkan pertimbangan hasil evaluasi tahun yang lalui, sehingga perencanaan bisa di prioritaskan pada aspek-aspek tertentu yang mengalami kekurangan selama proses supervisi akademik berlangsung. 2) Pelaksanaan supervisi kepala sekolah di SMK NU Tulis Batang dilaksanakan dengan memberikan bantuan secara akademik maupun administratif. Supervisi yang dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan langsung maupun maupun tidak langsung, yang berfungsi membantu guru dalam menyelesaikan masalah pembelajaran. Supervisi yang dilakukan tidak menjatuhkan vonis salah dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran, tapi lebih kepada teman sejawat yang saling berdiskusi untuk kinerja yang lebih baik. Keunggulan pelaksanaan supervisi dimana SMK NU Tulis memiliki karakter pola supervisi sendiri hasil pengembangan model supervisi acuan kemendiknas No 13 tahun 2007 maka sekolah ini layak untuk dicontoh karena mandiri dalam mengembangkan pola supervisi yang lebih tepat sesuai kebutuhan lokal sekolah. 3) Evaluasi/ tindak lanjut supervisi akademik secara langsung yaitu dengan bertatap muka antara guru dengan kepala sekolah atau secara tidak langsung dengan mendelegasikan ke kegiatan-kegiatan seperti MGMP, Workshop, Pelatihan, Seminar, PLPG. Abstract

Kedisiplinan dan motivasi guru diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis: (1) pengaruh kedisiplinan guru terhadap kinerja guru, (2) pengaruh motivasi guru terhadap kinerja guru, (3) pengaruh secara simultan kedisiplinan dan motivasi guru terhadap kinerja guru. Populasi 209 orang, sampel sebanyak 131 orang. Uji instrumen yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Uji prasyarat menggunakan uji normalitas, uji linearitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi, dan uji t. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: (1) kedisiplinan guru (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru (Y), terbukti dengan nilai Sig sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, thitung 8,620 > ttabel 1,978, dan besarnya pengaruh sebesar 76,5% dengan kategori kuat; (2) motivasi guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, terbukti dengan nilai Sig 0,000 < 0,05, thitung 6,284 > ttabel 1,978, dan besarnya pengaruh sebesar 62,5% dengan kategori kuat; (3) kedisiplinan dan motivasi guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja guru, terbukti dengan nilai Fhitung 41,074 > Ftabel 3,070, tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, dan besarnya pengaruh sebesar 71,4 % dengan kategori kuat.

Abstract

The success of teacher performance is largely determined by the success of the principal in managing the teaching and educational staff in the school. The school principal is one component of education that has an influence on improving teacher performance. The school principal is responsible for organizing educational activities, school administration, developing teaching staff, carrying out academic supervision and developing school culture. The aims of this research are (1) to determine the influence of academic superordination on teacher performance (2) to determine the influence of school culture on teacher performance (3) to determine the influence of academic supersidiction and school culture together on the performance of junior high school teachers in Tersono District, Batang Regency. The population of this study were teachers at 7 junior high schools in Tersono District, Batang Regency, totaling 141 people, a sample of 104 teachers selected using proportional random sampling technique at each school. Validity, reliability and descriptive data analysis tests, single regression and multiple regression tests using the SPSS for Windows version 23 program. Research findings: (1) the influence of academic superordination on teacher performance is 88.4% with the regression equation Ŷ = 27,455 + 0.635 X2. (3) the influence of academic superimposition and school culture together on teacher performance is 92.8% with the regression equation Ŷ = 47.159 + 0.304X1 + 0.765X2, Based on the findings above: (1) the principal intensifies the evaluation of supervision results, (2) the principal increases supervision in the main work tasks of teachers, (3) teachers increase involvement in school activities. Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze: Teacher performance in Elementary School Sekbin 4 and 7, Brebes District, Brebes Regency (1) The Influence of Academic Supervision on Teacher Performance (2) The Influence of Principal Leadership on Teacher Performance (3) The Influence of School Climate on Teacher Performance (4) The Influence of Academic Supervision, Principal Leadership and School Climate on Elementary School Teacher Performance in Sekbin 4 and 7, Brebes District, Brebes Regency.   The background of this study is the fact that the performance of elementary school teachers in Sekbin 4 and 7, Brebes District, Brebes Regency is low. Rare Academic Supervision and Principal Leadership, and School Climate are factors that influence low teacher performance. This study uses a quantitative research approach and ex post facto research type. The population of the study was all elementary school teachers in Sekbin 4 and 7, Brebes District, Brebes Regency, totaling 190 teachers and a research sample of 129 teachers. The analysis of this study includes normality test analysis, linearity test, multicollinearity test, and homogeneity test. Hypothesis testing includes simple regression test and multiple regression test with α = 0.05. The results of the study indicate that: (1) there is an influence of academic supervision on teacher performance which is stated by the simple regression equation Ŷ = 27.365 + 0.781X1. with a contribution of 89.6%; (2) there is an influence of principal leadership on teacher performance which is stated by the simple regression equation Ŷ = 69.564 + 0.290X2 with a contribution of 34.6%; (3) there is an influence of school climate on teacher performance expressed by a simple regression equation Ŷ = 53.808 + 0.412X3 with a contribution of 43.8% and (4) there is an influence of academic supervision, principal leadership and school climate on teacher performance expressed by a multiple regression equation Ŷ = 30.327 + 0.860 X1 + -0.089 X2 + 0.028 X3 with a contribution of 91.1%.   The researcher's suggestions are: (1) the education office holds training activities related to improving teacher performance.; (2) the principal should always conduct supervision in accordance with the provisions and procedures, strive to be a good leader and create a conducive school climate so that teachers feel comfortable and more enthusiastic in working so that it will affect the increase in teacher performance.; and (3) teachers need to maintain harmonious relationships between school personnel and support each other so that the school climate becomes conducive.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze: The role of the School Committee in Improving School Quality (1) The role of the School Committee as an advisor (2) The role of the School Committee as a supporter of the school (3) The role of the School Committee as a controller, and (4) The role of the School Committee as school mediator. This research uses a qualitative approach with a qualitative type. Data were collected using interviews, observation and documentation methods, while data validation was carried out through triangulation. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. The results of this research show that the MIS Muhammadiyah Dumeling School Committee carries out four main roles to improve school quality. As advisors, they develop teaching and learning processes, co-curricular and extra-curricular programs. As supporters, they are actively present at school, provide creative and innovative ideas, and form parent/guardian associations. As controllers, they intensively monitor school finances, the performance of school principals, educators and education staff at the end of each school year, as well as school conditions on a regular basis. As mediators, they create family and educational relationships, bridge the interests of schools and parents, and provide interactive communication channels both directly and online. The author suggests that school principals are expected to continue to optimize the role of school committees to improve school quality by maintaining good communication so that committees can participate and contribute significantly to efforts to improve the quality of education. Appropriate policies from the school principal are very important to support the success of all learning programs and activities. Teachers are also expected to actively engage with the committee, not only through the principal, as well as optimize the participation of the parent association which supports the committee in their respective classes. Apart from that, teachers are expected to continue to improve their performance and competence to meet parents' expectations.

Abstract

SDN Sawojajar 01 is the best one of SPMI model school at the Central Java provincial in 2018. Apart from that, this school also has good academic quality management. This is proven by the many academic competitions won and good graduation results. The focus of this research is management of improving academic quality at SDN Sawojajar 01, Wanasari District, Brebes Regency. With sub-focus including (1) planning, (2) organizing, (3) mobilizing and (4) monitoring the academic quality of SDN Sawojajar 01. This research aims to describe and analyze academic quality at SDN Sawojajar 01 which includes (1) planning, (2) organizing, (3) actuatting and (4) supervising. The benefits of this research include theoretical and practical benefits. It is hoped that the theoretical benefits can provide scientific contributions for studies and research materials. The practical benefits are for teachers, schools and education services to be taken into consideration in improving academic quality even better. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. Data were collected using interviews, observation and documentation methods, while data validation was carried out through triangulation. The results of the research show that quality management in improving the academic quality of SD Negeri Sawojajar 01, Wanasari District, Brebes Regency is carried out in a structured manner starting from planning, organizing, implementing and supervising by involving the active role of teachers, school committees and parents in the functions and responsibilities for improving academic quality. At school, although there are several obstacles faced, they can be resolved well. Academic quality management plays a very important role in improving academic quality at SD Negeri Sawojajar 01. Quality management coordinates 4 elements, namely planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring which are mutually supportive and sustainable and bring about changes in the quality of schools, educational services and the quality of graduates in accordance with community needs. . Based on the research results and conclusions above, recommended by the principal, teachers and school committees can continue to build effective communication and continue to develop knowledge of school management as well as improve discipline and a culture of helping each other to improve the academic quality of SDN Sawojajar 01.

Abstract

The focus of this research is (1) The role of the school principal in planning the anti-bullying program at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 01 Kejiwaan Kindergarten. (2) The role of the school principal in organizing an anti-bullying program at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 01 Kejiwaan Kindergarten. (3) The role of the school principal in implementing the anti-bullying program at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 01 Kejiwaan Kindergarten. (4) The role of the school principal in supervising the anti-bullying program at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 01 Kejiwaan Kindergarten. This research uses qualitative research with a descriptive analytical approach. This research intends to explore the role of the principal as a manager in realizing anti-bullying in Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 01 Kindergarten. Data collection techniques in this research used interviews, observation and documentation. Data validity using triangulation. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Research results a) Analysis of the role of school principals in planning anti-bullying programs is (1) analyzing and identifying child delinquency problems, (2) analyzing the needs of teachers and children, (3) Preparing a draft MOU joint agreement between the school and parents as guardians of students, (4) prepare a budget according to needs for aspects that require financing. b) Analysis of the role of school principals in organizing anti-bullying programs 1) allocating resources; 2) formulate and assign tasks; 3) establish necessary procedures; 4) establish an organizational structure that shows the lines of authority and responsibility. c) Analysis of the role of the school principal in implementing the anti-bullying program including 1) The role as a facilitator by providing image media, posters about the dangers of bullying, 2) The role as a demonstrator of the school principal instructing teachers to be able to clearly demonstrate the dangers and impacts of Bullying, 3) The role as Motivators provide encouragement and direction to children and teachers to live together and help each other, 4) the role as evaluator of the school principal observes children's development with observation sheets and evaluates the dynamics and impact of handlers. d) The role of the school principal in supervising the anti-bullying program includes internal supervision carried out by the principal and supervisor, then external supervision carried out by the school committee, from a technical perspective, supervision is carried out using two approaches, namely direct technical supervision and indirect supervision in the form of reports.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of transparency, accountability, and community participation in the management of School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds on the quality of education in public junior high schools in Cepu District. This research employs a quantitative approach with a correlational method. The study population consists of 191 teachers, with a sample of 129 teachers selected using sampling techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive analysis, prerequisite tests (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and linearity), and hypothesis testing with simple and multiple linear regression. The results show that transparency has a correlation of 0.715 and contributes 51.2% to education quality. Accountability has a correlation of 0.726 with a 52.7% contribution, while community participation has a correlation of 0.679 with a 53.9% contribution. Simultaneously, transparency, accountability, and community participation influence education quality by 62.9%. This study concludes that enhancing transparency, accountability, and community participation in BOS fund management can improve education quality. The study recommends strengthening information disclosure, improving accountability mechanisms, and encouraging active roles for the community and school committees in monitoring and evaluating BOS fund usage. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) terhadap kualitas pendidikan di sekolah menengah pertama negeri di Kecamatan Cepu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari 191 guru, dengan sampel sebanyak 129 guru yang dipilih menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji prasyarat (normalitas, multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, dan linearitas), serta uji hipotesis dengan regresi linear sederhana dan berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transparansi memiliki korelasi sebesar 0,715 dan berkontribusi sebesar 51,2% terhadap kualitas pendidikan. Akuntabilitas memiliki korelasi sebesar 0,726 dengan kontribusi sebesar 52,7%, sedangkan partisipasi masyarakat memiliki korelasi sebesar 0,679 dengan kontribusi sebesar 53,9%. Secara simultan, transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan partisipasi masyarakat berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pendidikan sebesar 62,9%. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peningkatan transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan dana BOS dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan.
