Abstract

Catfish is a kind of fish that many found in Tempe lake of Wajo district, it contains a lot ofprotein, so it helps in the growth process of children’s brains, besides catfish extract can functionas healing after surgery. Based on discussions with 2 partners, we can conclude some problemsfaced and the soon to be overcome so that the product can compete with other products, problemscan be described as follows: (1) the use of fish flesh processing tool (shredded fish) so that productquality is better and durable, (2) the problem of product diversification from catfish raw material,(3) training on a simple on-line marketing (creating a Blog) and the manufacture of goodpackaging, (4) the problem of management that is the increasing of ability to manage business andimprovement of accounting and financial administration. Target and outcome expected are: (1) themaking of shredded fish, fish gell more hygiene, tasty and durable, (2) introduce and providespinner, fish mixer that serve to help separate oil from fish flesh so shredded and fish gell be tasty,crunchy and durable without preservatives (3) the products can be brand market in Wajo districtand able to compete in AFTA era, (4) cultivate the spirit of entrepreneurship to all members, (5)introduce a new product that had not yet made by 2 (two) partners such as catfish otak-otak andcatfish gellfish, (6) the transfer of technology in oil separating process of fish flesh and fish fleshmixing with ingredient so that the efficiency and effectiveness of product, (7) increased knowledgeabout good marketing management so intertwined cooperation with retail or merchant, and (8)online marketing through blog “UD RATU SENGKANG SULSEL” as an online marketingmedium. To achieve all targets and outcomes, the team conducted a variety of activities, includessocialization ibM activites, gives latest technology, provides training on making shredded fish,kaki naga and fish nuggets, develop entrepreneurship, and provide guidance on production andmarketing management.

Abstract

The village Partnertship Development Diagram (PPDB) is a second year activities focusing fordevelopment of guidefish. Problem focus by a partner. (1) MIlk fish processing is still in small scaleand not using modern technology of milk fish processed, (2) Milk fish process produced was not meetstandard issued by the healthy ministry, (3) partner can not yet compete with other competitors, (4)partner have not yet home production in accordance with SNI. The activities of PPDM on second yearnamely: first stage, meeting with the government of Keera District, fishing trainer, partner and PPDMteam. Second stage, meeting for discussing location of house production for partner. Third stage,training about processing of milk fish product. Production house developed 8 X 4 m in size. There aretwo types of product milk fish processing teached namely milk fish boneless and fish bond crackers.Another activity was packing of product by using vacuum scleare.

Abstract

Evaluasi pembelajaran merupakan hal penting pada pembelajaran di sekolah. Dalam prosesnya, guru harus mempersiapkan, melaksanakan, dan menuliskan serta melaporkan hasilnya dalam dokumen tertentu. Proses ini menjadi lebih praktis dan efisien jika dilakukan berbasis digital. Kendati demikian, beberapa guru memiliki keterbatasan dalam memanfaatkan platform digital untuk mengembangkan evaluasi pembelajaran yang interaktif dan menarik. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian ini adalah untuk membekali guru SDN 40 Mataram (mitra) mengenai pengembangan media evaluasi berbasis digital yang interaktif menggunakan platform Wordwall. Metode Pengabdian ini dengan melaksanakan 4 tahapan kegiatan, yakni sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi, dan pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada 23 Agustus 2025 melibatkan 13 peserta dari unsur Kepala Sekolah, guru, dan mahasiswa. Peserta memperoleh pengetahuan dan keterampilan mulai dari konsep dasar media pembelajaran hingga praktik langsung menyusun instrumen evaluasi digital yang interaktif. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan dan efektivitas yang tinggi dengan rata-rata skor 4,64 serta nilai post-test rata-rata 85, menandakan seluruh peserta mampu memahami dan mengimplementasikan materi dengan baik.

Abstract

Kopi merupakan salah satu komoditas andalan dalam sektor perkebunan Indonesia. Penelitian dan artikel saat ini banyak yang berfokus pada kafein yang terkandung dalam kopi, sedangkan senyawa lain yang bermanfaat seperti asam klorogenat di dalam kopi belum banyak diteliti dan diketahui oleh masyarakat luas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa banyak senyawa asam klorogenat dalam biji tumbuhan kopi Robusta yang mampu terisolasi dengan resin AmberliteTM FPA900UPS Cl, serta mengetahui kemampuan dan selektifitas resin tersebut dalam mengisolasi senyawa asam klorogenat. Metode ekstraksi menggunakan maserasi dengan pelarut metanol sedangkan untuk pemisahan senyawa menggunakan kromatografi kolom penukar ion dengan eluen buffer sitrat pada berbagai variasi pH. Analisis sampel menggunakan KLT dan HPLC. Hasil yang diperoleh bahwa senyawa asam klorogenat pada fraksi buffer sitrat pH 6,11 memiliki konsentrasi yang paling tinggi yaitu 27,526 mg/L. Sedangkan resin AmberliteTM FPA900UPS Cl lebih selektif digunakan untuk pemisahan senyawa kafein dengan konsentrasi terekstrak sebesar 345,520 mg/L.http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/aec.v4.i2.2019.p86-93
